hi, i had purchased a microwave owen , 2 a/c and a fridge from samsung........the microwave is not functional since last two months. i purchased the product from prakash brothers at jabalpur. i filed the complaint and a mechanic visited and told that the PCB has to be changed. since then i am waiting for the change and no one has turned up. its a sorry state of affairs as we with repeated complaints have not yet received a solution. advocate shashank shekhar, 48/1 nehru ward, jabalpur m.p. mob- [protected] never buy a samsung product Was this information helpful? | |||

Samsung — Microwave not function - Customer Care take you for task
It hardly been a year since i bought Mircowave(CE1032L), last week it stopped functioning. No symptoms.Immediately I have registered compaint with so called customer care 30308282. its been seven working days, no agent called back for rectification. I have given 3 reminder since then. Everytime I get parrot reply. "Today a agent will call and fix a convient time".

sir, i have purchased a microwave 8 yrs back, its not functioning now, had launched a complaint with local service station complaint no.[protected] 25 days back service guy had come stating that part to be repaired or replaced is not avlb. n will not be avlb. ever in samsung. i spoke to call center again n with service incharge in conference call he clearly said that the part avalibility cannot be done n is out of service warantee, i remember the microwave i bought was for rs. 25000/- model 118kf(32lts.) if company cannot provide service or parts why should they sell all this proudts, pls. look into the matter seriously as its already to delayed,

(23rd June) to check the status he said he's out of town and will confirm me once he would be back on Tuesday and also gave me the same old story that the part has been ordered from Korea its still on the way, I was not satisfied with the answer this time so i asked him to provide me his managers name, he then gave me Mr. Rakesh Jha's no([protected]) and asked me to get in touch with him, i called up Rakesh he gave me the same story that they have ordered the part from Korea. by this time i was actually pissed off by getting this story again and again. Today (26th June) its been 10 days no has bothered to inform us that what’s happening on our complaint, however today i called up Gurmeet and told him that either get this part replaced or if not possible for you guys then simply replace our oven and give us new one or return our money back. he said its not in his authority so he would escalate this to his manager and would ask them to get back to me ASAP, however i have not received and call yet. I think the part which has to be changed is coming by BUS from Korea that's why its taking time, every time when i call up them they just say that the part has been ordered and would take one more week, what i am not been able to understand is that where this part is coming from because i don’t think Korea is that far that it would take 15 days to bring the part.
Would request you that if any one is there to help the customers and is able to resolve there complaints, please get back to me and get this resolved ASAP, and help us in getting justice.
