I am Sahil Bansal from Ludhiana.My complaint is against the Samsung mobile. I am using the Samsung Galaxy fit(GT-s5670).I was purchased on 5th April,2011.I think Samsung made the worst handsets,because the life of there handsets is very less.after purchasing the Samsung galaxy fit,there is the sensor and mic. problem in hand set after 15 days..on 30/05/2011 i was give to service centre for repair. they said they change the board of the set.. but they can not give the hand set because some work is left...i am hering from last 4 days that the set will give u in 1 or in 2 days....
But after complaining they give my handset with in two days.During this time the one of there lady,which was attending the customer calls,she misbehaved with me during the call.
But in September the same problem is occur.i was gone to service center to repair.because the same problem is occur they replace my handset.
But now from last two days the stereo handset is not working.I was gone again to the service center to check it.First they said there is the software problem.they said that they will update the software of the handset and all the data of handset will delete.I am alloying them to delete my personal data. after that they said they update the software of the handset.but they make me fool,that they update the software, they just do the factory data reset, but not updating the software.after that they said there is the problem of jack of stereo handset in handset.
Now I want the answer from Samsung mobile that what is my mistake.my mistake is that i was purchase the Samsung handset for first time.i am handling my fathers business from last 5 years and i have to talk with my customers, delivered order and so many thing.From the date i am purchasing the handset the lot of losses we have to bear because our customer was purchased the goods from others and once the customer reject the order due to no contact with mewe have to bear the loss of 20,000 after resale that lot below the cost of that goods,because i have no handset.I want the compensation for those lose which we was bear. Even the service center was not giving me the standby handset during the period of time the service center was having my handset.this was happen with me two times that the service center not give me the standby for the that the time my handset was with the service center.
I want my money back which i was given to purchase it and my compensation amount.
