Dear Sir,

My Samsung mobile phone (model SHG-C170) was stolen few days before together with sim. Kindly advice me if there is any procedure to block the Samsung mobile hand set. I have the hand set serial number with me.

As per information from mobili Shop- Parja Pati, G-4, Paschim Vihar, Near Jawala Heri Market, New Dellhi - 110 063. Mobil No.[protected]. The mobile will not get repaired by company at B-27, (Basement), Moti Nagar, Delhi 110 015. Tel No.45049633, Mobil No. [protected]. But, it is almost 25 days gone, I have not received mobile instrument. pl. help.
