I am staying in Sahakarnagar-2, Pune-9.I have been experiencing either No service, No coverage or access denied to Airtel?????? on my this mobile.
I have complained even to your 121 (Ashwini, again on 29th Oct.2008 at 9.38 am), second time.But no heed is taken.Incidentally, my friends are abandoning the Airtel Simcard for this reason (with some other models of mobile of course!)

I bought a TV model no:21k 30, serial no:050432AQ800324 on 23/08/08 from Swami Agencies, Kottayam, Kerala. I noticed some troubles in TV three weeks back and informed the servicing centre at Kottayam. They came and took the circuit bord itself to the servicing centre, and now saying that some component is not available.

I request you to do the needful to get the tv repaired as soon as possible.

I have bought Samsung Digital Camere from M/s Chandrika Studio at Anna Nagar, Chennai India on 25.10.2008 (Saturday)night 7.30pm. I have taken 10 ~ 15 Still in this camera and there is no issue on the same day . I had purchased a Samsung SCH-S399 CDMA Mobile on 13/7/2008. After exaclt 12 days suddenly my Incoming and outgoing calls were not working. I purchased Samsung E250 from Big C madhapur Hyderabad in Aug 2008, its still under warranty.

This is with reference to my complain about Samsung fully-automatic washing machine Model-WA78k1 (Serial Number W0455ZCLB02380J) purchased on 27 Jun 2007. The product was purchased from Shakti Electronics, Sadar Bazar, Sirsa and the bill number is 1546 dated 27 Jun 2007. The washing machine is still under warranty.

A few months ago I purchased a SAMSUNG ultra slimfit TV, CS29A730. Its specifications show its VIDEO as having 29” - 74CMS.
In fact SAMSUNG makes such TVs, as per its specifications, only in three formats, 15, 21 and 29 inches alone.
However, recently my attention was drawn by someone that the VIDEO of my TV is smaller than what is being misleadingly told. On actual measurement (diagonally) it was found to be shorter...

Complaint was lodged with Samsung in GK II who directed me to service centre.I spoke to them on three occasions.Each time I was told that someone would get in touch with me.The process started over two weeks ago but I have yet to receive any response.

I called this afternoon(21st Oct) and was promised someone would call me within two hours but its been 4 hours and I have yet to receive a call.Very very frustrating.

My complaint was lodged on 18.10.2008 and my A.C has been returned on 22.10.2008 and it is giving lot of sound after replacement of compressor. The payment of Rs.893.36 (under warranty) has been made against receipt # 28293 dated 22.10.2008. I am being told that mounting bolt of compressor is broken & top cover is missing and the the noise.

CAN SAMSUNG HELP & RESOLVE THIS!!!
