Sir,
I have purchased a Samsung mobile baring Model no. SGH-J 600 (IMEI No. 358560/01/[protected] on 10.04.08 from Ganesh Watch Company, Cooch Behar, West Bengal(Contact No. of Shop-[protected]).Since last 4(four)months it has been noticed that the said mobile becomes suddenly hang .During that hang period network signal displays in the mobile as it is but both incoming and outgoing calls become stoped .It is also noticed that during this said period other functions of the mobile such as camera, MP3 functions normally. It has also been checked with other SIM Cards that the above problem is being occurred due to the handset and not due to the network services. Further it has been observed that during the hang period, if the mobile is switched off and again restated with power switch, it became performs normally. The above problems occurred 5 to 6 times during the last 4 months. In this context I have also contacted with the local Samsung service centre Cooch Behar where this has been kept for 4 to 5 days and returned back the same with verbal comments that there is no problem in the set, but this problem might be occur. I am not at all satisfied with the services along with mode of repairing of the said local Samsung service centre. My warranty period will expire on 09.04.09.
In view of above, I fervently pray to you to please look into the matter so that the said mobile set may be replaced at an early date.
An early action in this regard is highly solicited otherwise I shall be compelled to bring this case before the consumer forum.

    i m a customer from mangalore, karnataka.my mobile phone samsung sgh-j210 which was bought on 25th may, 2008 suddenly was heating up and wasnt gettin charged few days back...when i gave 2 the nearest authorised samsung service centre they are simply delaying the repair...its been around 20 days since i have given 4 repair n stil they havent repaired it... so please help me because its causin a lot of inconvenience and they are not ready 2 give a spare handset 4 temporary purpose...

      I have purchased a 345L Samsung Refrigerator on 7th December, 2008 from Samsung Digital Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

      The product was delivered with a damaged ice cube holder and was even acknowledged by deliver boy immediately.

      Inspite of repeated requests, Neither the showroom nor the service center or the management of Samsung are responding to our call.

      This is ridiculous service and the least expected from the like of Samsung.

      I bought samsung refridgerator model RY 18 on 2nd of feb 09, they delivered a refridgerator with non working condition.after two a service engineer came he said its in factory they might have forget to fill the gas nothing biggers. you cannot imagine there was no light inside the refridgerator.Right after 3 DAYS again the fridge was not working. I asked for the replacement they accepted.but till now they have not replaced it.Almost 7 months are over now they are saying that they dont manufacture that model now hence cannot replace the fridge now.The custumer care they not at all responding till this 6 months i have made several calls to almst al service offices in chennai. My earnings are my sweat they think its fridge, I bought it to gift my mother.I am using samsung tv, cellphones, dvd players etc at my home, ater this my family turned anti-samsung.

        Dear Sir,
        I had purchased a Samsung CS21A530 TV in September 2008. From the very begining there were colour patches comming on the screen, which appear when the tv is run for a few hours. The engineer from Samsung had visited and taken the tv back to their works for repairing twice but to no solution. Then vervally they agreed to provide a replacement but till date neithor they have provided the replacement nor they respond to the numerous mails which I have sent to them. I sincerely feel that it is a design defect and hence they are not responding to it.
        Need your openion in this matter.

          I am Nuclear Scientist working in Nuclear power Corporation of India Ltd., Kaiga Nuclear Power Project, Karwar- Karnataka. Samsung products were my first choice because of high quality, competitive rates and excellent after sales services by Samsung company. Karwar being the nearest city from our residential Kaiga Township, on the auspicious festival season. I purchased Samsung 32 inch LCD TV Model No: LA32A450 serial No: 10453PBQ 8004470 series 4 on 1/10/08 by immediate payment to M/S Shreejitronics, Civil Court road, Karwar, Karnataka-581301, Ph:[protected] and 226038. (Invoice No: SEZ-53, dated 1/10/2008)

          Before this purchase, I specifically and repeatedly asked M/S Shreejitronics proprietor about the Samsung discounted special price (festive offer) in view of the ongoing festival season. He assured that present MRP of this model TV is Rs 49, 000/- and after heavy festival discount selling price is Rs 44, 399/- only. He also claimed that no other dealer can offer less than this lowest price in whole Karnataka. He even gone further claiming that if any dealer giving less than this price (Rs. 44399/-) he will immediately return double the difference amount. M/S Shreejitronics neither displayed the MRP on the Samsung products nor displayed the amount of festival discount on Samsung products in his showroom







          On his tall assurances and keeping in view the very high reputation of Samsung products enjoying worldwide, undersigned purchased the above LCD TV at price Rs. 44399/- by paying immediately. One of my colleague and friend from this residential township also purchased the same model TV from another city in Karnataka at a price of Rs 37, 000/- only. Also, on personal enquiry with different Samsung dealers in Karnataka it came to my notice that the festival offer of this model TV is around Rs 37, 000/- only everywhere and maximum retail price (MRP) of this model TV is Rs.44, 000/-. I brought into notice the above facts to M/S Shreejitronics and requested for immediate refund of extra money charged, but till date no response received. I am heavily cheated by Shreejitronics, Karwar-Karnataka and instead of passing festival offer benefits to customer the dealer himself enjoyed heavy profit on the customer hard earned money.

          Sir I had also brought the above facts immediately in the knowledge of Shri Mahesh, Samsung Area Sales Manager, Mangalore on 7/10/08 and as per his requirements collected enough evidences e.g. quotations for this model TV from Samsung Plaza, Bangalore and E-Zone, Bangalore were obtained to substantiate my claim that dealer has charged abnormally high rate. These evidences (dealer quotations) were sent to Shri Mahesh on 18/10/08 for action against this dealer. Shri Mahesh was only giving tall assurances for the last one month and no action is taken by him till date in this regard. After getting desperate undersigned informed the complete matter on 7/11/08 to Shri M.K.Venkatesh, Commercial Chief, Chennai but till date no response is received.

          Sir, I request you to help me in this regard for refund of my hard earned money charged extra by M/S Shreejitronics, Karwar. Also suitable action against this dishonest dealer may be taken for cheating their customer on auspicious deepavali occasion. M/S Shreejitronics is misguiding his customers by giving false and distorted informations about the Samsung products for his sole personal benefits only and spoiling the Samsung high reputation prevailing in market.

          Hoping prompt justice and restoring my confidence back in Samsung India.

          You should Immediately file a Complaint at Karwar Consumer Forum, through a Lawyer, with proof of the Price difference... Such practices should be deprecated at the earliest. Contact me on [protected] for filing the case.

            we bought a fridge last year on 08/12/2007 and is under warranty period model no:rt23rgms1 of samsung but since november 2008 it is not working and we had complaint to the dealer as well as to the customer care centre, but no reply has been got from the same. so i request you to help me or suggest me in solving the problem, i will be thankful to you.

              It was a very painful day for me to lodge a complain to repair my Flat TV with the Samsung Customer Care Bangalore, I had never before such kind of Horrible experience, The staff is so cunning that whenever you call them they will bluff some thing, i had made at least 10-15 call in two days to just check them whether they are interested in the resolution of the problem or not but all the time they say some body will come but no body turns up, when i told them that i will be escalating this to the HO they said go ahead and do that, it was really very painful .

              I have registered complaint on 19th Dec 2008 at 10.30 am, but till now nobody responded on the same. We have made so many calls for this with the technical manager ([protected]), but whenever I call this number the person who is attending the call used to give the same answer that somebody will come & attend.

              We request your intervention on this & give us the solution to clear the same at the earliest. If somebody will not attend this problem & clear it, we will return the Television to the agency where we bought.

              Two weeks back I brought fridge from EZONE, SIGMA MALL, BANGALORE. Samsung people called me and told me that they will come for DEMO and installation. I have been waiting for them since 2 weeks but no response. I didn't expect this kind of response and service.

              My samsung T.V set is only 4 years old. I have changed its remote only 2years after it was purchased.
              Now that is also not working. A product of brand name Samsung is became so unreliable! I would be very happy if you kindly let me know from where i could purchase a new one. Next time I shall definitely think twice to suggest any body to purchase any product of your brand.

              I bought 40'' B530 LCD tv on may 8th from BTM layout 1st stage Samsung dealer.
              I did not receive any manual or any document from the dealer other than the bill.
              He always says that there is no stock.
              I dont have even contact details for customer care.

              I bought a Samsung TV ( CS21A730ELAXXL ) on december 19th, 2008 The day onwards i am facing problems like expanding screen and colour patches. I have raised 10 requests for that and also I have called so many times to the call center and the engineers even they dont know what is the problem and the solution, even they dont know how to speak in english and saying the problem cant solve by him and need to take the TV to service ceneter and taken one time to service center but no use.
              This is worst company and worst service center responce.

              Please don't buy any Samsung Products, when it comes to service it worst .
              I have Samsung Frount loading washing machine, every year it need to repair once and it will take minimum 15days and 50-100 calls .

              and I have LG TV, If I call LG service center they repair in a day, excellent service !!!

              I had called the samsung india centre in indira nagar . One lady gave me number to call for installation of my new lCD tv which they have not done since past 2 weeks.

              The number she gave was swtiched off and till 24 hours i could not get in touch with that number

              When i called her to ask more details on number she rudely slammed the phone saying contact the dealer from where i purcjhased the LCD tv and ask them to send the installation person to install the set

              I am going to mark copy of this mail to consumer forum of india and make sure i bring the samsung india person in the indira nagar office to task.

              They just have to wait and watch the consequences
              Samsung is worst service provider. The goods are of low quality and they go out of order very soon, they just last till the warranty period is over. Then the customer Care sucks...! Its always good to Choose Sony :)

              samsung flat tv — Repairs not being attended

              I had lodged a complaint to samsung costomer care service on 5th aug. 2010, and the complaint no is [protected].A rep visited on 6th aug, and replaced one transister. the tv did not function. he told me that some other component has 'Leaked' and requires to be replaced.He assured that it would be comming by 9th aug.no one visited till 12th aug. on contacting call centre again i was told that they will take it on priority and someone would visit within 24 hrs. since no one came by 13th evening i again got in touch. the same old thing was conveyed to me. Sorry to say that even today - 14th aug 7 pm , no one has contacted. WHAT AFTER SALES SERVICE THE COMPANY IS PROVIDING ?????. May I request the company to let me know. The worst part is that the ic which was removed ,has also not fitted back ???
              Samsung Service being offered in Bangalore is worst. They just spend crores in Advertising.
              But, once purchased any of the products. They just forget about the Customer. Ignoring and giving non-responsive dates. No stock of parts, Approval issue. Hours into days, days to week, week to months. This has been my own Experience. And i ve taken a pledge not buy any Samsung products nor suggest/advise any of my Relatives, Friends or known one into buying any.
              It is very very difficult to contact customer care and they does not have Bangalore service center number, I called and holding toll free number for than 15 min. but failed to contact.
              I never seen such a worst company does not have a phone number of local service center name and contact details.
              It was a very painful for me to lodge a complain for the replacement of the Refrigerator with the Samsung Customer Care Delhi, I had never before such kind of Horrible experience, The staff is so cunning that whenever you call them you will always receive a response that "you will get a call from someone from our end in 2 hous", i had calling them from last 5 months for the replacement but not receive any +ve reponse from them. they are interested in the resolution of the problem or not but all the time they say some body will come but no body turns up, when i told them that i will be escalating this to the HO they said go ahead and do that, it was really very painful .               Its extremely difficult to get to Samsung's customer care center, a minimum of 5-6 calls are required, and they keep you on hold for as long as 10 minutes at times. their toll free number is never available, and they cut you off rather rudely. If you are looking for good after sales service buy another brand and hope like hell they will be better

                    What Samsung is doing with my below complaint is false clearance and no reply.

                    Sub:- Faulty refrigerator and worst services by M/s Samsung.

                    With due respect I submit that I have purchased a refrigerator of your company i..e. Samsung India Ltd. I have purchased the same from M/s Maheshwari Sales, Near Jyoti Cinema, Jabalpur MP vide Cash memo no. 5840 dated 25-04-08 and my model no. is 18 XHDR with Sr. No. 037942AQ401116J for Rs. 7450/-. Since then I am lodging complaint with your company at each and very level regarding water pouring in like rain from all sides of chill try which force me to keep all things covered. When no body visited despite complaints with the vender M/s Mahashwari (who helped much in calling your service center in front of me many time), I called your service center incharge Mr. Soni at [protected] who gave complaint number 5493. On 12-07-08 I lodged complaint at toll free number [protected] and got BP no. as [protected]. After 5-6 calls on same number on 26-07-08 a person visited and checked the refrigerator but left without doing anything saying he will come back after two days. When he did not come up to 6-08-08 I again called service center. Then after visit by two other so called your service engineers finally 4th person brought a new tray with a sheet of foam attached at the surface of tray with a solution. When I told that this is unhygienic and looks dirty the service person said this is temporary arrangement and after 1 week he will give us modified tray. This solved the problem up to 50%. I was surprised when after two weeks I was told that they have only this solution as modified tray is not in stock. Then after heated exchange of talks at call center I got 2-3 calls from Noida phone numbers [protected] and they admitted the problem and again sent some new person who again wanted 4-5 days to solve the same. This was repeated twice till I got the number of MP incharge Mr. Vineet having phone [protected]. Then the deputed Mr. Ritesh [protected] who give complaint number as HA2400 and visited twice with same results as above. After 2-3 calls to Mr. Vineet in Oct-08 he asked for some time and deputed Mr. Viplav [protected] who first keep on saying that he will replace the tray. After 5-6 calls he sent the person with same tray as existing one. Then he said he will do it by 7th Nov. Again he begged the limit up to 18th Nov. But on 20th to my surprise he told that refrigerator is Ok and there will be no problem when I will run in summers again. But I am not ready to wait till that at any cost as already in this summer I have lost piece of mind in keeping care of covering all liquid or solid food and still many time a lot of eatables were waste due to this raining of water in refrigerator. All these time Mr. Vineet responded promptly but could not arrange a tray which is modified one.
                    I want to summarize it as:-
                    1. Despite a number of calls nobody is taking complaint seriously. I have called call center toll free number 12-15 time and each time they have status of complaint as closed.
                    2. If your company donot have modified tray in stock as told by your staff then you are not a international level company.
                    All this shows:-
                    1. Either your service staff is incompetent or knows that refrigerator is having some manufacturing problem which they can’t solve.
                    2. All the time there is false clearance of complaint and nobody is looking into this. My complaint is pending in your central system for more than 5 months.

                    I have purchased this refrigerator (due to my transfer from Sirsa-HR to Jabalpur) from above vender along with LG LCD TV and LG microwave oven vide CM-5838 of same date as above. The vender told that it is the only refrigerator in single door with plane back. I already have LG double door at my home in SIRSA HARYANA. With due regard to LG products I would like to say some thing as under:-
                    1. I have got a chance to compare the two of India’s best and have no doubt which is the best as there is not even a single complaint in LG product. In a single day they replaced the cover of LCD remote damaged by my child. LG have each and every e-mail address and phone number of their officer/office on website but for yours there is no such detail even for a single officer or office. Only one thing you have done is a toll free number with a call center and your duty to give service is over.
                    2. I want to give myself a chance to rectify my mistake of purchasing this refrigerator by giving this back to your company for which I will accept any penalty by your company.
                    3. If you have any product better to offer me than this refrigerator, I am ready to pay difference of charges for the same which I have already offered to you staff again and again.

                    So if it not possible for your company to any of 2 or 3 as above please take this refrigerator from my home for which I will not claim any thing. But if you did nothing with in 7 days from now then I will certainly move to court for getting my rights and suitable claim for harassment done to me by your company.

                      we had purchased this model refrigerator from Snehanjali Malad, on the 28th May 2008. Since last one week, the freezer has stopped cooling. when complained about this to the service centre ([protected]) complaint no. [protected]. they managed to send the service person. That service engineers said the service charges would be Rs.350 + tax and the gas has to be refilled that would cost another Rs.786. Whereas, when we had checked the rates from atleast four of their service centre executives, we were told that for 230 litres, the service charges would be Rs.300+tax and gas refilling would be Rs.450+tax.
                      this is like cheating the customers, saying one rate (that too told and confirmed by four executives), and charging a much higher rate. How can we as customers bank on this brand in future? where the service incharge are all cheats. Would like to get the servicing and the gas refilling done at the rates that were confirmed by the services centre executives, at the earliest.

                          Subject: Report of Samsung Fridge Model No.SR-34EMB pending for repairs.

                          Sir,

                          Please refer to my complaint No.[protected] dated 27.8.2008 regarding repair of my Double Door Fridge Model No. SR-34EMB, which has NO COOLING ALMOST SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS.

                          In this connection I would like to inform you that earlier in the month of May, 2008 the fridge started giving trouble and stopped cooling. We called Samsung and engineers of Samsung visited us and they filled the gas in the fridge as they told that there is leakage of gas from the fridge. We were charged nearly Rs.1400/- for filling the gas. Then after a few days, the fridge again stopped cooling. We contacted the Samsung Engineer who informed us to put hot water in the freezer compartment. He further admitted that it was the fault of the Samsung Engineer that he should have melted the frozen gas before filling the gas and that is the reason for the stoppage of cooling. Then in the month of August the fridge again started giving trouble and it was not able to cool things. In this connection, Mr. Jatinder, Technical Engineer of your company visited on 31.8.08 vide our complaint No. [protected] dated 27.8.2008 and reported for a replacement of a sensor and its inner body in order to get cooling. He said it would cost us another Rs.1900/- for making the cooling as normal. He further informed that the parts would be arranged within next 2-3 days. But when I called the Call centre, I came to know that the parts would be available only upto 10.9.2008.

                          Further, when no information came from your company side till 10.9.08 we again contacted the Call centre on 10.9.2008 and it was informed that the parts have been received and will be replaced today i.e. 10.9.08.

                          However, it has been informed by Mr. Usman, Supervisor in the evening at 5.15 pm of 10.9.08 that the said part received for replacement was damaged and it would again require another five working days to get another part i.e. upto 15.9.08.


                          In this connection you are requested to kindly look into the matter personally as earlier also we have given Rs.1400/- and now again your company is asking for another Rs.1900/- and that too for the same trouble i.e. for cooling and even thou when the problem was due to your company engineer as he had not melted the gas at the time of filling the gas in the fridge. As the fridge is constantly giving problems since the time of filling of the gas, you are requested to get the fridge repaired with no further charges as we have already paid charges for the gas and please get it repaired at the earliest possible.

                          I bought an LCD TV, Regigerator and Washing Machine from NEXT anna nagar chennai on 24th of Oct'08, still as of today 11th oct'08 no one has come for installation and even called me although i filed the complaint on 2nd Oct'08.Don't know what to do, planning to go to court...
                          I completely agree with Mr. Saravanan. I have had enough experience about Samsung's customer services, right from 2006. Very poor, pathetic, non professional way of handling customers.

                          I don't know, when will they improve on their customer service. GOK.
                          I purchased Samsung LCD 4 series with airtel dish tv free on 31st december 2008.but till as of date 10th Jan 2009, i havenot got my airtel activation kit which supposed to be given on same day.Retailer said he will give the activation kit after getting it from Samsung.i called up the retailer several times. but keep telling the same thing that will give me as soon as they receive it from Samsung. I dont know i will get it or not. Otherwise i would have taken any other product than samsung. they advertising onething but on real everything is . i donot know what to do.

                          Dear Customer support manager,

                          I am not too sure if this complaint will be addressed as i have lost all trust in the Brand & its after service & Your support team at Bangalore office, No 8, WEST OF cHORD rOAD, 2ND STAGE, BANGALORE 86, PHONE[protected], 995

                          On 26.3.2008, i had a problem with my fridge as there was no cooling in the fridge compartment but the freezer was doing fine .It took 15 days to get the spare fro God knows where and called the defrost timer and was told that now all is fine . Shortly the problems started again and once again the cooling stopped & there was a lot of noise and once again the technician was called and he said now the Fan motor is burnt and needs a replacement and so was done on 17.12.2008 .He said that now on there will be no problem .

                          This was not the end, the same problem again started, I had to make several calls to your technicians in Bangalore samsung Office, I was put to some Manager at Chennai Office who refused to understand my problem and Banged the phone saying he will get back, which he did not till date .He said the technician has said that a Bimetal needs a relacement this time as the timer is not working .I told him why did you have to change it if again the same problem had to happen .The cooling was so erratic that all eggs in the fridge cracked as they used to bet frozen, Which still is the case.

                          However after 20 days of this tele complaint the Technician calls to say the Bimetal has arrived and he will replace it .He does the Job on 3.2.2009 With an assurance that this will be his last visit as there is nothing more that needs to be done .

                          Today is 15 the Feb and i have A RECURRANCE OF THE PROBLEM, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO, I DONOT TRUST YOUR TECHNICIANS AT BANGALORE AND ALSO CANNOT SUFFER LIKE THIS REPEATEDLY .If this is what a leading Brand does do we need Authorised service Centres at All .The Local agency told me that they are senoir People .I have wasted my time and money and you have lost a customer .

                          I want a reply to this from a Responsible Manager and a solution or else I will have to resort to other Measures, I am Harassed and feeling Cheated .

                          Moreover due to repeated opening of the Freezer Compartment parts by your untrained people The inside has also got damaged, Will Samsung bear the cost for the same ???????????

                          My father has launched a complaint for the cooling malfunctioning of Samsung Refrigerator Model: SR32EMB; Serial No. 42BR7010112 At Samsung Authorised Service Centre:

                          After calling them they responded and changed compressor gas. Later it was found that this wasn’t the solution of the problem. They charged Rs 986. Then he tried to call them again and since then they are not responding and the refrigerator is still not working. Even after calling them endlessly, they keep on ignoring my father and his calls.

                          Infinity Solution Service center doesn’t have any anxiety to serve their customers. My father who is physically unfit, paid tons of visits to service centre and no one was in a mood to talk to customer. The service centre manager Mr. Gaurav doesn’t have any humanitarian ethics to pay attention to their customers and is not have any sense of conversation etiquettes.

                          This was the most pathetic, irresponsible, wretched and feeble service oriented organization that I have experienced in my life.

                          I want to launch a highest intensity complaint against Samsung India Electronics Ltd., Samsung Authorised Service Centre - Infinite Solution and Mr. Gaurav and want my refrigerator fixed or replaced ASAP.

                          If still no action would be taken, I would be forced to initiate legal case in Consumer Court through my attorney.

                          I totally identify with your plight. I had lodged a complaint regarding the cooling malfunction of my Samsung refrigerator on 7 th of May, 2009. the defect has not been fixed till date despite numerous visits by the electricians of Samsung service centre. Every time they arrive after numerous calls have been made to the service center and they always cite a new problem and claim to have fixed it. The attitude of call centre guys is extremely irritating as they keep making dubious promises that the electrician will definitely arrive within the same day as the complaint is lodged.

                          In this heat its impossible to stay without a properly working refridgerator.

                          Samsung — PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDED BY SERVICE CENTRE

                          I had purchased a samsung phone(SGH-B100i) on 10/03/09.it got some starting problem on 29/06/09.
                          then i submitted my phone to samsung service center in gurgaon(sec-14) on 30/06/09.At that moment they told me that they will repair the phone within 15 days. the phone is still under warranty but neither they are repairing the phone nor they are refunding the amount. I have visited service center at least 7-8 times but they don't care about it. i don't know what to do now. but one thing is sure i m not gonna to buy a samsung product ever in my life.

                          Samsung Fridge — Pathetic Service, No repairs

                          We have a Samsung fridge which has gone faulty…

                          We registered a call # BP#[protected] on oct 8…after a lot of followup an engineer visted and he was not competent and then a compentent engineer came and diagonised a faulty part in a weeks time….on oct 15 the part has been order and we have been waiting for the part…

                          We have been talking to Babu Rao and Nagendra the engineer and the contact center staff…..there has been absolutely no concern for critical problem and like this where we are not able to use the fridge…..Babu Rao does not return calls and never updates status…..

                          To add on to this

                          the complaint filled on Oct 8 was not the first one, there were two complaints filled prior to that

                          1. when the first complaint was filled the service engineer (Selva) visited the place after 2 days does something with the sensor and said the fridge is fine now and it stopped working very soon again
                          2. the second complaint was filled and the engineer said that the sensor has to be replaced, the sensor was replaced for Rs 385/- but the fridge stopped working very soon again

                          And its the third complaint that was launched on Oct 8

                          This is absolutely not acceptable, I have also done a blog post (http://monikamanchanda.wordpress.com/2009/10/20/may-i-unhelp-u/) on it and will keep doing more till we receive the service for the same

                          Samsung provides pathetic support and we have decided never ever to buy a Samsung product in our life….

                          Want this issue resolved immediately failing which we plan to take up this in the consumer court…

                          My refrigerator is underwaranty and there was no freezing taking place. Hence Samsung service replaced the compressor and after that now the freezer is only functioning a fridge. No freezing at all.

                          Samsung does not depute qualified tech's... unfortunately my AC & Washing Machine is also samsung and being loyal to that brand now is bitterly paid off.

                          I, Vijay Kumar Rajgadia, being a Samsung customer want to lodge a complaint about the company and the service being provided by you. I have owned a SAMSUNG WASHING machine. Recently the machine showed problems for which I asked the service provider to check out the problem. Following his advice I took it to the nearest centre addressed LAXMI SERVICE CENTRE, M.S LAW COLLEGE, STATION BAZAAR, CUTTACK-753003, PH.NO:2647210.But mechanic was not available for which it took another 5 days. The center is the dealer of around 10+ companies but to my surprise only one mechanic is available for service. And this makes consumers unsatisfied as they could not be given a proper service. And this is not a joke. If responsibilities are taken then they should be provided by any means. What is the use if you cannot provide service properly but just having centres elsewhere showing faith to public. It is just like harassing people out of nothing.
                          The reason for which I m harassed is the service provided to me. My machine had problems of spin dead, drain pipe, inlet, wash lid and spin cap missing. They took 18 days to repair and charged Rs-260 for buffer, Rs-420 for capacitor and service charge of Rs-200 but I am not satisfied. Before repair I checked that there was no problem with capacitor but when I approached the center they showed me a damaged piece of it which to my idea will never be possible. I doubt it is replaced. They even did not give me a proper billing of the parts which really disappointed me. Even the mechanic showed us unaccepting behaviors
                          So if all these happen then I would be very sorry to say that I have made a mistake buying a Samsung product. Hereafter whoever approaches Samsung dealer I would inform him not to buy any of the products of the same. Because the customer service is unsatisfactory and can never be sorted out. And it has all those negative remarks which make other products always better.
                          So I would make a request to take some serious action against it and please figure out the solutions to my problems. If you do not solve within 7 days then I will lodge a case against you in consumer court and my legal heirs will talk to you in legal way.

                          Another pathetic service from SAMSUNG INDIA.

                          I have a Microwave oven which was purchased at least 6-7 years back. This was unused for a while and we started using it recently. Everything was working fine indeed when in August of 2010, we found that the Panel was not responding.

                          So it all started there for me to see the true picture of what the company SAMSUNG is and the people working for them. I launched a complaint with their customer contact center number in the month of August 2010. The complaint number issued to me was: BP No. [protected]. There was no one who attended my complaint for at least a week. Then I had to call the contact center again to find out the status. I was told by them that they are again forwarding the complaint to the local branch, which for me is at Kalyan, Thane – Maharashtra. In the meanwhile I found out a telephone number of the Kalyan branch which is:[protected]. I had called them and spoken to a gentleman named DILIP. He said he has taken a note of my complaint and that he would send the technician in a day. He also gave me an alternate contact number, which is: [protected]. Then, I had to call him up three days in a row and then finally a technician made to my home by the end of August. He checked the Microwave oven and told me that it is working fine and only the Panel had to be changed as it was getting stuck. I asked the gentleman if there is any need to exchanging it for a new one. He then asked me when was the product purchased and for how much it was for. I told him that it was at least 6-7 years old and the cost of the product was close to Rs. 20,000 (twenty thousand). He said the product is worth that much amount and the products which are coming in the market now a days are of less worth and it was costing only Rs. 8,000 – 10,000. So he suggested to change the panel which he said would be for approximately Rs. 1,300 (inclusive of service charges). He also added that it may take a week for them to order and receive the replacement panel. I signed the service chart and the gentleman took a note of the model number as well. All was fine and we were awaiting the replacement.

                          It was until September 20, 2010 that no one had contacted us and I had to call up the Kalyan branch again. There were 2 ladies, Bhavika and Jyoti ( I ain't sure of the second name), told that the product has been ordered and would reach them in 2-3 days. I had also requested the lady to send the technician to check our availability at home and then send the technician. She said she would call me in a couple of days then, it was not a surprise at all for me as I never received any calls from them. Then, I approached customer service and raised this concern and also spoke to seniors as well. They promised/assured that someone will revert in a day or two. Then no one did for a couple of days, at this time I was losing patience and had called the contact center at least 3 or 4 times in a span of 3 days to find out the proceedings. Again all were false promises.

                          Then I had called up Kalyan branch yesterday, the 13th of October and spoke to the same old Dilip. I gave him the address, complaint number, the product details and told him that we are still awaiting a replacement of the panel. He said that they are expecting the vehicle from Samsung anytime by 4 pm on October 13th and had asked me to call by 4.30 to confirm if my product had arrived. He assured that product had been ordered and they were expecting it yesterday. He also told me that there are only 2 technicians at the Kalyan branch and he would send the same technician who visited our place earlier.

                          I then called by 4.30 pm and the same Dilip told me that he does not even recognize me and he had not committed anything to me. Further to my surprise I was even told that they were not able to retrieve my complaint with the complaint number and telephone number. Then at this time I had really lost patience and yelled at him, where in he disconnected the call.
                          I then reached home by 6 pm and called the contact center and requested for a manager, I was connected to Kalyani. We had been in conversation for nearly an hour where she conferenced the call with the Kalyan branch and that lady Bhavika was now able to find the complaint. Dilip was hiding himself as Bhavika told that he had already left for the day. We all could here him murmuring when we were on conference.

                          Bhavika told me that she was only able to find out the complaint with my claim number which was never provided to me at any stage. I asked her a simple question, if they had asked the 2 technicians to find out who visited my place at Dombivli west for a replacement of a panel for Microwave oven, that technician would have been able to retrieve the service chart and they could have found my complaint. No initiative was taken by the branch people and I was truly given a huge run around for nearly 2 months now. Then while in conference, Bhavika told me that the product has been ordered/not ordered; she herself wasn't clear. This made me realise that the product was not ordered until yesterday. Then all of a sudden, she was saying that product is not available at all. She was not sure of the process at all, then Kalyani from contact center asked her to check where the product is available, say for example Noida or any other warehouse and so on. She then followed her procedure and told us that they are forwarding a request for a replacement of the product only yesterday and she will let me know the status today by October 14th.

                          This is absolute atrocity and ridiculous behavior by all whom I had dealt with for nearly 2 months now. And trust me all were for SAMSUNG, the SOLE COMPANY who is to be blamed for this.

                          Now here is what I need to be done immediately.

                          The panel has to be replaced free of cost within 48 hours.
                          I need a gift voucher from SAMSUNG for RS. 50,000 (FIFTY THOUSAND ONLY)
                          I need all my telephone bills reimbursed for calls made to SAMSUNG. (app Rs. 300)
                          I need a letter of apology from SAMSUNG and also the Kalyan branch to be reprimanded for their atrocious behavior with a customer for over a month.

                          I am expecting a favourable reply immediately.

                          Samsung — customer service sucks

                          We have bought a Samsung PS50B450 and it didn`t take long for it to break down the first time. We brought it back and the warranty covered it. No problem. Not even 6 weeks later the darn thing broke again and the warranty is now expired. After getting it back the first time I noticed that the base of the TV was all scratched up. So I called and let them know. Michael the technichian told me he would give me a call back. Well it`s been 4 weeks and still no call about the scratches. This was the last time that we have purchased a Samsung and we will let all our friends and family know about their lovly customer service.

                          Samsung — Pathetic service

                          I always had a great respect for Samsung product and I use only Samsung product (Refrigerator, Air conditioner, Washing machine, Microwave oven, Digital camera, Mobile phone etc.) at my home. Recently one of my friends gifted me a 32" LCD TV and since he knew my choice it was obviously Samsung make. I was happy to have one more Samsung product at home.

                          But today I am extremely unhappy customer of yours because of pathetic service provided in last few days. My Samsung LCD TV stopped working last week and I had lodged a complain to Samsung customer care no - [protected]. My complain number is [protected]. Engineer visited and checked the TV four days back and declared that the motherboard is faulty. He wanted the invoice copy for changing the motherboard which I did not have since it was gifted to me. Giving a reason as standard process, he left my home keeping the problem as it is.

                          On 18th Nov'10 I again contacted their service centre and explained them that I do not have bill since it was gifted but you can very well check in the system with serial number that the system is under warranty and get it rectified. They confirmed that the system is under warranty but refused to help stating they are not authorized and only branch office can help. They had provided me the contact details of Mr. Neeraj Mishra +[protected]/64/80 and wanted me to request him for favor (which I didn't understand since the system was under warranty and it is Samsung’s duty to get it corrected under warranty period). I must have tried the above number 100 times at least on 18th & 19th but nobody even picked up my call. In between this numbers were busy which indicates that they were attending other calls.

                          on 19th , I again called up your customer care and had a work with supervisor, Ms. Malti who took mumbai service head in conference. He bluntly refused to help me and informed me that the bill is required for warranty replacement.
                          My fried that gifted me the LCD is now in US but yesterday night I could contact him and get the bill from him with lot of difficulty. 20th morning I called customer care again and they confirmed the problem will be solved today positively and they will give me a confirmation call. But I have not received any call till 14:00 hrs and called the customer care again. Mr. Rakesh, another supervisor took Ms. Babita in conference and Ms. Babita asked me to mail (mail idhemkiran.[protected]@partner.samsung.com, +[protected]/64/80) her the bill copy which I did.

                          Till now my problem is not solved. Today on 22nd came to know that they don not have spare part for the same in India. As per my knowledge this is a criminal activity to sell some product without spare part and Samsung is doing that crime.

                          I am extremely disappointed and hurt with the response and attitude of service people. It is unfortunate that they are making fool o[censored]s without having proper spare part.Can anybody help me in taking them to consumer court.

                          Samsung — Samsung Service SUCKS

                          Samsung TV I got for my parents went bust - The display is not coming up. I got this TV for almost INR 70,000 3 years ago!

                          But that's ok - Electronics have limited shelf time and are prone to malfunction. What is indigestible is that the Samsung service guys' attitude. My father is over 70 yrs old, and these jokers have no sense to keep them in loop or updates.

                          It is over 6 weeks since Samsung has been looking into this issue, still no resolution. We have decided not to buy any Samsung product in the future (unfortunately, most of the stuff in our home is Samsung)

                          Unless there are strict laws, and stricter enforcement, Indians would be treated like this. There is no solution except to turn a blind eye, buy a new one, take the loss - Or migrate completely out of this country.

                          SAMSUNG/ Washing Machine — Damaged product supplied

                          I have purchase the new Samsung washing machine. Dealer informed me that he will deliver the washing machine at our home address after 1 hour. So we went home. When we opened the packing cover of the washing machine after delivery at our home, we found that the washing machine is defective and there is a mechanical damage in mounting.

                          When we called Samsung Dealer, he informed us that Samsung Engineer will sort out the problem and they are not responsible.

                          This is really rediculas and now we are taking follow up of all people. This is a dealers look out and washing machine is new and should be replaced immediately

                          I am hoping this email sees the light of the day and someone relevant from Samsung sees it and takes some action on it.

                          I am an unfortunate customer of Samsung and we installed 5 (!) split ACs in our house a few years ago. We have always had terrible issues with your dealers, non co-operation, untimely visits, poor response on follow up etc....

                          This time my experience has been bad right from the start. We have recently moved houses within the city and hence wanted re-installation of the ac done.

                          Here is my trail of woes

                          I had placed a request on the 10th of May and I got an sms from Samsung and the BP no, given to me was [protected]. The SMS was recd by me at 0937 hrs.

                          I did not hear from anyone for the next 2 days, on the 12th of May my husband (Raja) whose mobile no was also provided in your records was called and informed that there was a delay from the dealer's end and that someone would attend to us immediately.

                          After that no hear... on 14th may (Saturday) at 1435 hours, I called the customer care again and was attended to by one Ms Divya who spent about 15 mins in getting my details verified. After all this, she said she would escalate my call to her senior and that he would call us in half an hour. The superior's name told to us was Mr. Murugan. As expected, the call never came.

                          At about 1542 hrs, I again called the service centre and was attended to by one of the agents who did escalate my call to his superior called Mr. Inderjit who aplogoised and said he would definitely get the concerned dealer to call us and attend to us in the next 24 hrs. I also mentioned explicitly that we needed this done in the weekend, as we both (my husband and I) work and will not be available during weekdays. We also have a 1 year baby at home who has been falling ill frequently due to the heat in Chennai and the AC would have given him some respite!

                          I am writing this email at 1425 hrs today (15th Sunday) and have just called the customer care and was informed that no service request will be taken on sunday. This agent's name was Joseman. I work in a service industry myself and have had a extensive experience in customer care. I can tell u that this is one of the worst cases where agents are ill behaved, they ask us to "wait wait wait"... and do not say please hold. They abruplty cut the conversation coz they want to complete what they are saying.. which is merely collecting information about us.They also are completely incompetent and powerless and incapable of solving the issues on the ground.

                          I am seriously regretting the decision to make such a plum investment in Samsung and will ensure that I pass on my feedback about my lousy experiences via my website, blog and social media network. I doubt if you really care about it though!

                          I am unsure if there is anyone sensitive out there at your end to take this up as a feedback to work on and attend to us.

                          I don’t want to change any part of my new tv, it has to be resolved without touching my tv. Or i want an immediate replacement of the same.

So now you say me after calling him he said that he was company's technician then again how can he say that company's technician gives paper after completing their work.that means they don't know how to behave and started arguing with us very badly.

                          After updating my OS to ICS 4.0.3, i have enabled face lock security feature on my device.
                          The issue is my friend is also able to unlock my phone using his face, which is subjected as breach of security & it is highly volatile in natutre becoz my device contains all my important documents & details.

                          It has been just 6 months since I bought my brand new Samsung Galaxy S2 and to my surprise or rather horror, I have faced 6 major problems in a period of less than a year. I am just not satisfied with this phone. In 10 months without heavy usage, I am facing so many issues. My phone model number is- IMEI [protected] & S/N: [protected]
                          On contacting the service center, all they do is format my phone and …..Voila! The problem is not there then, but in some time, I have a new issue.
                          Now the phone is on warranty, so I can take it to the service center whenever I face a problem. But what when the phone is not in warranty period? The problems would still continue. I have no idea how many more problems are to come in coming months and years to come. So should I be paying a fortune to get my phone repaired every time after the warranty phase is over?
                          This phone has serious issues and I would like to request for a new handset. I had been requesting for a change in the handset since the first time I faced a problem with this phone, just 3 days after the purchase of the phone. But all the request to the service center was of no help. I am really tired of seeing so many issues with this phone; going to service center; getting my phone formatted, lose all the data. All this only to get a temporary solution to my problem and to see a new problem crop up.
                          Following are the problems I am facing with this set:
                          1. On entering the service menu, by dialing *#*#[protected]#*#*, I am not able to get to the “audio” menu. Every time I select the “audio” option, it goes back to the main menu (the same screen from which we have to select Audio option) instead of going to audio menu.

                          2. While playing games, this phone doesn’t detect any motion. Like while playing Temple run, I am able to jump up and slide down by not move right or left which used to happen previously by tilting the phone to the right or left respectively.
                          3. Within 3 days’ time of purchase of this phone, I had an issue with the battery, the battery would get charged very soon in only an hour and would get discharged equally fast in half an hour o[censored]nplugging the power.
                          4. The batter charged level goes below to a difference of 60-70% on removing the battery.
                          5. Just some days back, my phone got automatically switched off and then it wasn’t getting switched on. After 2 hours of regularly trying to switch it on, did it eventually get switched on. And to my horror the battery charged percentage had fallen from 80% to 20%. To add to my horrors, on trying to charge my phone, my phone wouldn’t get charged instead get discharged exponentially. Charging icon wasn’t appearing even after plugging the charger.
                          6. Phone doesn’t get charged on connecting data cable or charger.

                          I am writing this email with reference to my Samsung Mobile Phone, Model SIII, which I had bought on 07.08.2012.

                          On 22.4.2013, my phone suddenly went off and was unable to switch it on. I took it to the Samsung Service Centre at Mayur Vihar, where the phone was checked and I was told that the "mother board has crashed" and it will take two days to repair the same. Was asked to collect the phone on 24.4.2013.

                          When I went to collect the phone on 24.4.2013 at around 3 pm, I was not given any positive response for almost half an hour and was directed to one person to another. After half an hours time, was told that it's with some lady who had kept it in her purse as she was coming from the repairing centre and was asked to wait for another 5 minutes as she had gone to another shop.

                          I waited at the service centre for another half an hour and when I saw that no response is being given, insisted the staff to call her and find out the details. After my repeated requests one of the staff went outside and came back within few seconds and said that my phone is yet not repaired and asked me to come after two days. I asked them reason for the same but was given no response. In fact, a very derogatory tone was used and was not paid any heed.

                          Have been calling the service center since today morning but have received no response. People have been directing me from one person to other.

                          Request you to look into the matter and take immediate steps rectifying the issue and solve my grievance.

                          Would like to bring to your attention that the staff at the service center is highly insensitive, not at all customer friendly, no regards whatsoever the customer is going through and most of them use derogatory and un-parliamentary language during the conversation.

                          I am writing this mail after so much of pain given by Samsung. I have complained about the cooling problem of my 1.5 ton split a/c but have not got a solution yet, rather had to go through the misbehavior of Samsung agents. Following are the main concern:



                          I had got gas refilled in my split A/C on 22nd April 2013 and was told by Samsung agent who visited that within 6 months of gas refilling if required again (though it will not be required) we do not have to pay.
                          I had complained on 24th July 2013 and now the Samsung people are saying that the validity is up to 3 months and not 6 months.
                          My point is we are facing the cooling problem since 8 – 10 days; if we would have been informed in April that the validity is 3 mnths and not 6 months why would we wait for 3 months and 2 days to get over and complaint about cooling on 24th July.
                          No where in the invoice given on 22nd April 2013 it is mentioned about the validity; which is pathetic.
                          We believed in the Brand SAMSUNG and did not get it in writing as we did not ever dream that we would face such a harassing scenario with SAMSUNG
                          Your Mr. Sanatan of Raj Agency is a highly unprofessional person
                          The call centre agent says that for such a small amount Samsung would not do a false promise…. By saying this the agent is humiliating a customer…If Rs.2000 is a small amount let him pay for me. Moreover it is about wrong commitment.


                          Why do Samsung staff makes false promise. It is called as fooling the customers. At payment time the agent says the validity is 6 mnths and now when we actually need it … the validity suddenly changes to 3 mnths.

                          On whose request does any complain gets closed if customer didn’t ask for it?

                          Who is responsible for wasting my time?And finally, will any thing happen by writing this mail.

                          I hope this time some action would be taken other than making false promises.

                          Please refer to my complaint No.[protected] dated 02.9.2013 regarding repair of my Double Door Fridge, which has NO COOLING ALMOST SINCE LAST 20 days.

                          In this reference, I would like to inform you that in the month of Sept, 2013 the fridge started giving trouble and stopped cooling. We called Samsung and engineers of Samsung visited us and they filled the gas in the fridge as they told that there is leakage of gas from the fridge. We were charged nearly Rs.945/- for filling the gas. Then after a few days, the fridge again stopped cooling. Now i have again called customer care they provided me same ref. no. for my complaint on 17th sept.Till now no body reported at my home to fix this issue.However i have been told that i will be charged again for there bad service. It is quite disappointing & dis satisfactory services provided by an esteemed company like you. Require your attention towards this bad customer service.

                          I'm submitted my samsung smart phone under warranty, model GT-I9070 due to "Incoming Voice Problem" on 6/09/2013 vide service request no. [protected] at Samsung Service Centre at NIT Faridabad - VIJAYVERGIYA ENTERPRISES

                          The date of Appointment / Delivery mentioned on service request is 21/09/2013.

                          I got a call from Service Centre on 18/09/2013 that your complaint has been resolved so, that you can collect your mobile but at the time of delivery i checked the performance of the mobile, i have found that there is no signal. So, i returned the same to service centre at that moment only vide the same above mentioned vide service request no.

                          It has been 21 days since i have given my phone and i'm continuously following up/chasing them to get back my phone, but there is no response from their side as the services are so poor/bad that they are not even interested in picking up my calls.

                          Ultimately, when i went there on 26/9/2013, as expected there was no positive response.

                          Now, i'm fed up with there false assurances and i have realized that after sales services are not good at faridabad service centre as per samsung standards.

                          So, i'm requesting you to take my issue forward and help me to sort it out at the earliest.

Now it is having some problem in speaker, then i submitted my phone to samsung service centre at palakkd (Kerala) on 22.10.2013, at that moment they told me that they will repair the phone within one hour, but when i approach them after one hour they told that they will takemore than fifteen days for reparing the same it is due to non availability of the spare parts. I have the vocie to say that my phone is still under warranty period. If your are not able to rectify the complaints please refund the amount to me if not i have to take other action against you.                           Poor Service - Samsung Fridge

                          We bought a Samsung fridge [Model-RS21HSTPN1] from Samsung Store, Forum Mall, Bangalore on 15-May 2012. It’s not working since last 1 week.

                          We registered a call # [protected] on 7-Dec. After a lot of follow-up an engineer visisted to check the issue. He was not competent enough to understand the problem. He misguided us by saying that the motherboard and one more part is gone. He also misguided Samsung office Bangalore/Noida and placed order for the new parts. After a long wait of 5 days, he came with the new parts [motherboard +1 more part], replaced the old parts with the new ones. But, the fridge was still not working and giving the same problem.

                          We have been talking to Brabinto, Mohammed, the engineer and the contact center staff continuously however all efforts in vain. No one has taken this critical issue seriously.
                          Want this issue to be resolved immediately from Samsung Service Team or else we will take up this to the consumer court
                          I, Kapil Tiluja, being a Samsung customer want to lodge a complaint about the company and the service being provided by you. I have owned a SAMSUNG Refrigerator. Recently the machine showed problems for which I asked the service provider to check out the problem. Following his advice I the complain in customer care so many times and in website also but from last three month its still not resolved, they send their mechanic twice but he cant resolve the issue and they finally said they took the macj=hine in their workshop but no one took yet. And this makes consumers unsatisfied as they could not be given a proper service. And this is not a joke. If responsibilities are taken then they should be provided by any means. What is the use if you cannot provide service properly but just having centres elsewhere showing faith to public. It is just like harassing people out of nothing.
                          The reason for which I m harassed is the service provided to me. My machine had problems within three months really problem, now it has problem of noise .
                          So if all these happen then I would be very sorry to say that I have made a mistake buying a Samsung product. Hereafter whoever approaches Samsung dealer I would inform him not to buy any of the products of the same. Because the customer service is unsatisfactory and can never be sorted out. And it has all those negative remarks which make other products always better.
                          Even the exclusive Samsung store is also closed within in a year from where i had purchased
                          So I would make a request to take some serious action against it and please figure out the solutions to my problems. If you do not solve within 7 days then I will lodge a case against you in consumer court and my legal heirs will talk to you in legal way.

                          It is around three and a half months that I bought a Samsung Smart Phone ‘Samsung Galaxy Star Pro S-7262, [protected]’ from an outlet namely ‘Arora Home Collections, H-14B, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi-110019, Ph. No.[protected], 26226655 ‘ with a bill and I was told that the bill would suffice for availing 1 year warranty on the phone for any problems.

                          The very next day the battery got exhausted in 3 to 4 hours even after 100% charging of the same and even without having made any use of it, be it for a call or for playing music or games, etc. The battery got replaced from your one of your Service Centres namely ‘SRS Telecom Services, Kalkaji, New Delhi’ in around 4 to 5 days from the date of my purchasing the handset.

                          Now to my utter bad luck, some 4 to 5 days back the set got discharged and switched off and subsequent to 100% charging the same, it would not switch on. I mean it attempts to switch on with the initial screen reading ‘Samsung Galaxy Star Pro’ and then the screen reading ‘Samsung’ with a ring around it and it would repeat and the main home screen does not appear. In other words, the handset would not switch on.

                          I happen to take the set to the seller of the set and get the reply that same cannot be replaced. Later the set was taken to the Service Centre (SRS Telecom) on 02.04.2014 and am told that the service would not be free even if it is in warranty because of issues like the phone being routed or not official or so of which I am not aware. Having spoken to SRS Telecom (Service Centre) the charges told to me for the service is around Rs. 3000/-. Subsequent to telecon had with a Samsung official being connected with from the Samsung call centre, I was told that Samsung is helpless in this case.

                          Let me be very precise. I am a layman buyer of a Samsung phone and during the purchase I was just told that the phone has a warranty of 1 year for any issues with it. I was not even told to refrain from downloading anything from the play store or so or from any untrusted site resulting to which if the phone stops working, Samsung will not service the phone for free in the warranty period. Now, although I have not done any such downloads which my fellow people using Samsung phones are doing without having a problem in their handset, why should I suffer. I understand that my phone is under warranty and I expect Samsung to get the same corrected for free.

                          It cost me Rs. 6800/- and it is just 3 and a ½ months now and the phone is useless to me until it gets corrected. I am not in a position to buy another phone or spend some money in this phone. I am without a phone for the last 4 days and facing a lot of problems.

                          Please intervene into the case for further needful. I need my phone get corrected/replaced without any further hassles.

Manager told me its a software issue, we can update the software and without my permission usne tab k pure parts open kar diye mere mana karne k baad bhi and he told me we can change only with in 7 days, its a policy. After 7 days we cant change your tab. I am not aware about this policy. I will never trust you again (SAMSUNG), your staff behaving like a ... i have no words to say, I am very disappointed.

                          HiI Arun had purchased a Samsung Note N700 about 2 yrs ago.i was
                          facing a charging problem with the port of my phone. to get this
                          problem rectified i visited Samsung service centre okhla, new delhi on
                          20th May.
                          the executive told me that there is a problem with the charging port and
                          same will be rectified by tomorrow and offered me a budget of 1000 rs
                          app and confirmed that you will receive a call from our end by tomorrow
                          for updates. i said ok with my acceptance.
                          On 21st i didn't received any call from Samsung team and finally 22nd i
                          called up the number mentioned on the bill to get updates. The person
                          who picked up the call said i have left the organization and gave
                          another mobile number. i called the another number given by 1st guy then
                          he gave me a land line number, when i called that land line number it
                          was continuously going busy. i tried that number several times but it
                          was going busy and i didn't received any call back. again after some
                          time i tried and requested for updates then the person on another side
                          told me that your phone has not repaired yet as it is costing for rs.
                          7500 app and we need your go ahead on same. though i didn't debated with
                          them on no response from them but i asked them why this much amount.
                          then they said that the mother board and charging section both are
                          faulty and hence needs to be changed. i told them again with referring
                          the discussion i had with the executive at the time of submitting my
                          phone that the only problem with this phone is with charging port but
                          the person on another side of the call didn't agreed with me and asked
                          me to come again service center to discuss.
                          When i went there the executive told me the same story... when i
                          asked some questions to them technical parameters of getting a
                          motherboard faulty then they were not able to answer me. When strongly
                          challenged them and asked to do only what i requested for that is
                          replacement of charging section only then they said again that we will
                          check this again and get back to you by tomorrow.
                          Finally on 24th May, i received my phone from them and they
                          confirmed that we have changed the charging section and now your phone
                          is working well. i paid them Rs. 1054 as repairing cost.After
                          that i asked them that i want to meet head of this service centre then
                          they said he is not available, i asked for his contact number and
                          official mail ID then also they denied to share the same.
                          Overall, i am writing this whole story to express the concern of
                          being misguided and it is also a matter of fact that if i was not
                          having technical knowledge with me then obviously i was to bear a big
                          cost against repairing of my phone. this is also a shameful act by the
                          service center team that they charged my for repairing when i proved
                          them wrong and questioned on their technical expertise.
                          now i am facing other issues with my phone which were not there
                          before this charging problem, and i am very much sure that some
                          unethical treatment has been done with my phone - probably service
                          center team is annoyed with me as i challenged their technical
                          knowledge, but whatsoever the scenario - i'll not visit the SAMSUNG
                          center again and even i'll not buy SAMSUNG products in future.

Now on 26/05/2014, I got a call from the HCL SERVICE LIMITED, they told me that there is a problem of condenser and now the charges will be Rs 7500 because they are offering me copper codenser a better quality, i asked them what do you mean by better quality then they explain me that samsung company gave you a aluminium condenser which has less life and service center will provide you copper condenser which is a better quality given by samsung . Next day nobody has turned up so again I called your customer care Dt.31.05.14 &amp; again they have given me commitment that someone will visit us on Sunday Dt.01.06.14 before 12 in morning, again nobody has turned up again I called at your customer care &amp; again got commitment that some one visit before 8Pm same day &amp; again the story remains the same now today again I called at your customer care now at this time they have told me that I there is some gas leakage problem so I have to pay for gas refill charges.

                          Please explain why I should pay, its brand new AC, installed by your engineer, there are no breakage or damage happened that means it is very clear that it is due to the mall functioned or improper installation done by your person. What happened to my warranty.

                          Or is it’s my mistake that I selected Korean brand over Japanese. I want prompt response on this or I will be forced to drag my case to consumer court.

                            Samsung Refrigerator — Urgently need both the door handles

                            Dear Sir, I have a RT-31 RVMS Samsung Refrigerator. About a year back, we have shifted our house and during shifting, the refrigerator's both door handles broke. We urgently need new door handles, but cannot find with Samsung Service Department. Please help us. Thanks.

                                I have purchased a refrigirator of samsung from DAMANI stores in Raipur . Authorised stores of Samsung in the month of July. Wirthin 3 months the paint of the door came out.On giving a complaint no one was bothered to response.After two days a representive visited and assured that since this is a quality issue they will replace the door, but was not giving any assurance in writing that after replacing the door the performance and paint issues will resolve. I requested that if the unit can be replaced.He didnot give any commitment regarding when the issue will be resolved. The response stopped coming and later I wrote many E mail to the support division. LAter I got a phone call from a customer representative from a mobile no - [protected]. The representative was so rude and leterally threw a challenge that he will personally look that this issue gets a delayed response and was abusive. I did not expected such un professional approach. He treatened me to withdraw my complaint. Lter on this issue I again gave a E mail to customer support department but they have stopped responding to my mails. What should be done ????

                                  i purchased samsung mobile on 15 Nov 08 for vergine mobile but,
                                  it is unlock phone having 3rd party s/w installed in it. Before two days the screen of mobile is get totally blank, phone is working but the screen appears only white. When asked in to samsung service center at ghatkopar, they told it is tampered case and wl not be covered under warranty. When contacted to shop at vashi from where i purchased phone. he is ready to repaire the phone. But i want to complaint about shop keeper as he cheeted me, by telling that phone is under warranty.

                                    This has reference to “Cash back” scheme offered along with Loan by Citi Finance for Purchase of 52 inch Samsung LCD TV. I have been corresponding with Customer care for almost six months for proper investigation. However CitiFinance is not properly responding /addressing the explanation/concern indicated by me in various correspondence through email with Customer Care.
                                    To co-relate your continuous refusal for payment of Cash back, please note that ICICI bank Cheque no. 054304 for April, 08 installment bounced due to anomaly found between the amount written in words and figures and not because of shortage of funds.(Copy of bank balance statement of that period April 08 is enclosed). Immediately, the new cheque no.163756 dated 16/4/08 was issued to your representative. Citi Finance to note that all post dated cheques were filled by your representative and were only signed by me.

                                    In lieu of this, it is my final request that your Citi Finance officer should contact/visit for immediate settlement of the issue. As I feel that I have given lot of liberty/time to investigate correctly and satisfactorily the issue, and moreover there was not a single courtesy call from your side to listen to my problem, I am forced to take this step. I will wait till mid of Dec-08, by which the cash back amount shall be received by me. Otherwise, I am going to HOLD the last two installments for Jan 09 and Feb 09 by putting stay on post dated cheques for these months (Jan/Feb09) till my issue is resolved.
                                    In order to avoid any further complications and Citi Finance being well aware of this scheme which was very much available to all consumers in last Diwali, 2007, there is no point of refusal, specifically to me, from your side. Till date there is not a single letter in regard to loan for my proof/evidence.I hope that you would like to have long term relationship with customers. So I anticipate that you please settle my matter immediately to avoid forceful action from my side.

                                      ISir, I have visited your ameerpet service centre for repair to my mobile slider phone with camera feature around fifteen to twenty days back or even more as i do not remember the exact date regarding problem (a) completely display is coming completely white if push the slider for receiving call (b) camera function is not working. The moment just even before my problem telling the counter executive informed me that one part is not available and it will take one week to ten days to come. Come after that. When I asked do you make any entry or register my request then he has entered my name and contact phone number ([protected]) and informed me for arrival of part it may take ten days and we will intimate you can come like that. so far i did not receive any call from your service centre. The instrument i purchased during second week of December 2007. Can I expect the arrival of part before second week of this december ? can you kindly inform me to my contact number given.i.e.[protected] so as to enable me to get the instrument repaired within the guarantee period. This is seond time within the one year itself. last time they asked me to come after one week they have replaced the part.

                                      i am a customer of samsung mobile .i am purchasing a samsung mobile model B-520 from prime watch world 1R.N .MUKHERJEE ROAD KOLKATA-1. last day i am facing slideng problem, i visit the nearest samsung service center.thare i am facing a big trouble they asked me they could not help us because this sliding problem is not samsung company problem.

                                        I had given my above handset for repair at samsung service at noida on 1st november 2008 and i was told that there was a fault and mother board needed to be changed. my complained was under warranty period. but till date my mobile has not been repaired and it is now more than a month. for this inconvinience and lack of company service i want to seek compensation and file a case in consumer forum against this company.
