i have a 21 inch samsung metallica colour television, it is 5 years old. there is colour variations in my TV.

i have registred my complant regarding tv repair to the samsung costomer care on 17-dec-2009 complaint no [protected]. my tv has been taken to work shop by service engineer on 25 dec 2009. they have done nothing so far. please clearfy that to how much time required for my tv repare work your customer care is use less for customer service.

    Sir,
    Myself Anand Gandhi resident of Nagpur(Mah). I bought a 29-inch flat TV in the month of september 2008. Just after a fortnight or so the picture tube blew. I called customer care and the complaint was addressed and a new picture tube was fitted. About a month or so after again the AV port was not working, the picture got tilted and the sound got very low. I again made the complint but they just said that they will address it in 24 hours but no one came. I am not sure if they are waiting for a year to get over so that they will say that now it is not covered under warranty. I also know that writing all this stuff is not going to help me in anyway, cos this is India, but I want to make other people aware that PLZ DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST GOOD FOR NOTHING. THEY SIT THERE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GET PAID ON TIME MONTHLY BUT DONT BOTHER ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM.

      sub:malfunction in cooling system.

      sir,

      my date of purchase of the samsung refrigerator RT25 from baroda is[protected].

      wel, the day i installed, i was supposed to leave for u.k.

      from there i directly flew to u.s.a.

      in all almost 22 months i was out of india.

      just last month came back n as soon as i started, poor result was showing in cooling

      system.

      was advised by the michenic for the replacement of FREEZER MOTOR.

      though the warranty period has passed, can i claim for the expenditure for the replaced

      part ?

      cose for this period it was unused n unpacked even.

      kindly u r requested to do the needful.

        ls find my complaint regarding Non receipt of My digital Camera D760. It was handed overt to service center on[protected]. On 28th Feb-08 with my repeated follow -up with your Service Center, I came to Know that my instrument was ready at your Delhi service center by 25th Feb-08 itself [ Confirmation received from Mr. Rupender Mobile no:[protected] ].But your Dehradun Branch had not made any arrangement to collect the same from your centralized service center.

        With my repeated follow-up on daily Basis to your Service Center no:[protected] & with Mr Akilesh Mobile no:- [protected], It was confirmed to me that arrangement will be made by 18th March & i can come & collect the same on 21-03-09.But again there was excuse from Mr. Akilesh & Customer care Executives from Dehradun that some other instrument was collected from Delhi Service office instead of Mine. There is no Positive response from any of the executives.I have callled up to there customer care no:[protected] which was attended by Mr. Manjeet[protected], He also confirmed that there will be some Senior Exective who will confirm me dispatch details.But there was no calling

          Well, We bought a Washing machine quiet a while ago, And there are quiet a lot problems with it.
          I've tried calling Costumer Care, They even sent a Guy from there once, All he did was check the Machine, And said, "I'll be back tomorrow To Fix it up" Then he never came back

          and now if we call them, They say They'll send someone but they never do.

          Sir we purchase our Washing Machine from samsung company retailer.at the time of purchasing machine they told that they give home service of machine with in 24 hours.now my washing machine is not working from last one month and i log my complain on 13-Sep.about that one of service engineer come at my home and told my parents it is working ok.but we try to used it it is still not working.i again give complain after that continuously but they are not given me proper response.they told me single answer that engineer. will visit with in 24 hours.now

          now company give me answer that my wife is not well my mother is about 60 years and she is also not well.i take this machine for my family convenience.but now it is big trouble for me i have no much money to purchase new and this machine is faulty then what can i do i don't under stand.....

              Samsung Mobile Model No.620 — I have lost my mobile phone

                I purchased a Samsung AC, and it is supposed to have 3 free service for 1st yr, but unlike LG and other companies sumsung plays smart and says that the 3 servicings have to be initiated by customer, else he looses it . I had asked for a free servicing, arround 10 days back, and since then I have been calling them and tracing them, but in vain . Samsung has the worst after sales, and I will think twice to buy any samsung product now on .

                i have buy a samsung mobile model no-SCH-w619(dual sim). after sometimes his back(battery)cover to be loss.but after many times request by samsung service center patna .replied him by not avilable
                I purchased samsung refregirator - Model RT31ZVSS1/XTL, in NEXT showroom in nelson manikam branch on August 08, I saw recently RUST formation on both side and top of the fridge and the paint started peeling. I complained the same to the Dealer and there is no proper feedback, As I have 5yrs Warranty, I need a replacement for a new Refregirator Or if they are going to repaint it, I need a letter of assurance stating that again the same rust formation will not form for next 5yrs.

                Sir in 2006 i bought samsung dvd writer octo edge in 2007 march month it got fault, i cant even claim through warranty due to it long last 2mont hs before warranty date close that means it worked for 14months, for me everything sh witeould be perfect rather repairing it, i bought a new samsung dvd writer on 2007 February andd this dvd writer longlasted me for 13months, i really fedup with your product and your service in service centre they are not accepting due to 1month difference .Atleast create a product for customer satisfaction
                I puuchased a Samsung mobile phone model SGH J600 in 23/7/2008 in Satara, India. and the display is blank & not working in May 2009 . Since the mobile was still under the warranty period, I gave the mobile to Shreya Services in Satara in Maharashtra in India an authorised Samsung Service centre in on 1/05/2009 with work order no: 4471 . This service centre does not work professionally and never calls the customer on phone to let them know the status even after weeks . If they can not repair, they simply send the mobiles to the central service centre and do not properly follow up in getting the phones back after servicing. Only when the customer calls, they call the central service center just to know the status themselves. I don't understand what type of service Samsung India is providing in India. Why should Samsung sell their cell phones in india if they can not provide proper service. Why shouldn't someone file a cheating case on Samsung Mobile in India for selling poor quality phones

                I had purchased a Samsung mobile cell phone Model F-309) on date 21/5/2009. Witch is to be falt in Mobile cell phone that is streched 1" at time charging after 15th minuts only. I purchased from GOM-SYS MARKETING ENG.73, Paras Hotel, Opp. Nehru Youva kendra, Ghaziabad.Since the mobile is still under the warranty period. Why should Samsung sell their cell phones in india if they can not provide best quality. It is a harmful falt whose that was to be a dangarous excident in my home.

                I bought samsung fridge on 26_10_08. model FF RR-28YVMS1 . It stopped working on 12-07-09.complaint lodged on 13-07-09 complaint no.[protected]. Engg. told PC Board fault. till today no other information from company side.
                It appears from co. attitude part not available with them as model is outdated. Kindly get it replaced with New fridge model because after expiry of guarranty/warranty i will be in trouble.
                i bought a samsung star cell on 25th may...but the cell was having a network problem.i gave it to the service center.and they took 15 days for it and still the problem exists...if you can't repair a cell phone.then you should close your service centers...we dont have another 15 days or so to send the phone again for so called service of yours...its been 1 month since i purchased the cell, in which it was 4 repairing for 15 days...

                the a/c is not working properly.it takes a lot of time to cool down.its pathetic
                the parts of the a/c are becoming loose and are to bereplaced
                we have taken a pure it purifier 10 days back .we have been caling the customer care every day they say that our compaint will be answered and after a few hours we get a message that our complait has been answered.but nobody comes to our home to fix the pure it.it is disgusting.it is a time waste .pure it is a good machine with worst customer care.uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggggggggggg... on pure it customer care.

                  I am simply amazed...

                  After sending this mail yesterday (March 28) morning, I must have made atleast 5 calls to your customer care numbers...in every call I was told that one Mr. Giri is on his way to my residence, but he never reached. Surprisingly, this status was given to me at 7:45 P.M. also, whereas your customer care executive knew that Samsung customer care closes at 8:00 P.M. (anyways what is there to close? they anyway don't work).

                  Now I have no doubt that Samsung customer care is completely unreliable and the worst, without any standard. Even your cliams are completely false. As I mentioned in my e-mail below, one your customer care executives spoke to me about targets. Let me tell you, your people do not know their job. Atleast in Chennai (India), they don't.

                  And this was the last time that I purchased a Samsung product. As I mentioned, you people are fooling customers. My problem is a case in point.

                  I want my problem resolved...it's my right. And I fall within the warranty period. So I want the service done AT THE EARLIEST AND COMPLETELY FREE OF COST.

                  And please do not send me a 'template' reply. And please do not call yourselves 'customer satisfaction team'...you people are actually 'consumer harassment team'.

                  I purchased a Samsung DVD player (P480) on July 12, 2008.

                  On March 23, 2009, I called up Customer Care as my DVD player stopped functioning...it kept showing 'no disc'. Now I am aware that this does happens on account of dust getting accumulated and can be easily resolved by running a DVD cleaning disc. But the problem here is that my system is not even accepting the cleaner disc.
                  The customer care gave me the BP no. [protected] and told me that someone from the technical department would get in touch with me for a visit appointment. Someone did call (from mobile no.[protected] on that day itself and asked if he could pay a visit on March 24. I informed him that nobody will be at home as it is a working day and requested that the servicing be done on Friday (March 27) as it's a holiday for me. He agreed and said that he would call me closer to the date and fix up an appointment. His call never came.

                  I called up customer care once again on Thursday (March 26)...I was shocked to learn from them that my request had been cancelled on account of my non-availability at home on March 24. When I asked the executive as to what the basis for cancellation was, I was told that the technicians need to close the complaints within a day or it shows negative on their performance. Now if these are Samsung's customer care etiquettes and benchmarking standards, I am sorry to say that a roadside technician is more reliable. And this actually means that customer care is actually customer harassment, wherein the customer has to skip his work or any other important engagement that he may have, just to wait for the Samsung technician. This is just not acceptable.

                  It doesn't end here. The executive took my complaint again under the same BP no. and told me that a technician will get in touch with me for an appointment...the whole process again. But no call came. Then I called up customer care again yesterday (March 27) evening and was told that a technician would visit my home before 8:00 P.M. yesterday itself. When nobody came till 7:45 P.M., I called up customer care once again and was again shocked when I was told that my problem will be resolved and closed by March 30 and that a technician will get in touch me at the earliest.





                  Till now (9:00 A.M. on March 28), nobody has called me.
                  I want my problem resolved at the earliest. Please help me. And my request falls within the warranty period. So please ensure that I get the service completely free of cost and without any hidden / clever cost. And kindly also ensure that the Samsung technician doesn't ask me for any tip. I am actually wary having these doubts now on account of the very unprofessional way my request has been dealt with by the Samsung customer care division.

                  I HAVE A LCD TV FROM SAMSUNG WHICH I BROUGHT FEW MONTHS BACK.I WAS FOOLED BY THE SAMSUNG BRAND, WHICH IN TERMS OF BRAND IS A FRAUD.IT DOES NOT HAVE A PROPER CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE.THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING EXCEPT KANNADA.EVERYTIME YOU CALL YOU WILL GET A STANDARD RESPONSE "WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 1 HOUR" THAT IS THE STANDARD EXCUSE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.
                  I HAVE NOT GOT A DEMO YET EVEN AFTER 20 CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND NOW WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY LCD, THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

                  vide bill.no 5762 dated 27.6.08 A samsung air conditioner split 1.5 ton with remotedi model number.AS18&j**tc, S.no=A20 7P23Q303515, from v.k.enterprises ambala city, haryana, and payment was made through check no.002988 of sbi model town ambala city but the air conditioner is not working d complaint has been made all consent time and again but they are making blame exuses to avoid replacement of the air condition. as such there is no alternative to refer the matter to honerable investor form court at ambala, to get the justice at d earlest pls arrange to replace the a/c immediately, or refund the money with interest, and problem of proper cooling after 1 week of the purchase, it seems to be manufacturing defect as informed by ur engineer.d problem is due to choking and leakage of the gas from the system.An early solution of the problem at ur level is requested...
                  I am really amazed by the response and the support by Samsung Mobile service. The number[protected] Techno Care at Habibullah Road in T Nagar Chennai indicated in the Work Order is perpetually busy, nice to see it is busy, but when your luck comes that you are on the call - WOW! I had to wait for 20 odd minutes only for the call to be disconnected, i had to travel during my working hours just inorder to have the update on the mobile status, but then again the work order was taken and no response at all, then i realised that I was not alone there most of them who were there had the same grievance and what is that guy in the reception doing running from room to room and no response, i wanted to leave because i was getting annoyed and it took sometime for him to return the work order, i travelled to the service center just to sit in an air conditioned room with no response,

                  Is there a way out! I feel that I have been let down by Samsung and would surely not recomment Samsung to anyone in the future. Thanks for the support extended

                  Who will help? My 1.5 ton Air Conditioner is not getting cooler.
                  I have bought samsung air conditioner from spectra et bhubaneswer.my AC has not working properly and ihave complained about that to customer care on dated 01/06/2009 and complained No.[protected]. I have called them several times but there is no response from service people ihave waited from17days to rectify AC.What a worst service providing by you .I have made a mistake that i bought samsung AC.Service such a poor then you should not sell your product in market customers are in trouble what they should do because they are already bought your worst product and there is no way to wait only.
                  I suprised in experincing the customer service of sumsung.I can not beleive such a reputed Company have a bad system like this.we purchased a AC in 5.5.2009 from Bhubaneswar Spectra vision.The Sl no is A277PZLS103064.It was to install in our Bolangir office.We call Sumsung for registration.Immediately a massage in my mobile received that your number is registered a number given.But since so many days no response was there.I forced to call a private person to install it and rs 1500 paid.The AC run for One night.After that there is no cold wing.I done all the things according to the instruction in manualStill there was no cold.Then I came to know that there is a link in Bolangir for the custmer service and I make a phone call.That person given me several date and several time.Then one parts of the AC short down.After a several request the person from Bolangir came and sai that he has to bring the spare parts.I told you can order it just now and we can bring it by hand.Then we receive it by hand.It gain takes three days to replace and make order to the AC.Still it was no cold.There was no compressior functioning.With doubt I replace my stabiliser for three timer.Still the problem continued.
                  Then again I approached the person to send a man.After three days two person came.The checked and told that the Compressor is dead.
                  Again they order fore the Compressor.Still more than a week we do not know when the compressor will be alloted.
                  In the 48degree hot time this was the contribution of sumsung people investing 25thousand by me.
                  I am completely dissa point with the service and now rain have to come down but the AC is not working.
                  Can you take a internal review of your customer Care system in orissa.

                  I have bought a Samsung Fax Machine on 19/09/2008 from Fax Total Service Phool Bagh, Rampura, Delhi India Model No. SF-371P.I called the Samsung costoumer care on Jan & March because the Fax is not working properly, But there is no response from them.

                  Now I called the Samsung costumer Care No[protected]on 18th & 19th Sep)for replace this Fax machine, they give me the no of Mr Aman :27180001. But as ususal there is no response from him.
                  At last they register my complain on 21st Sep. My complain no is [protected]... Now they continuously said that I have to wait for Service Call I dont understand how much time is required for settling a claim for a new product.
                  I want my problem resolved at the earliest.

                  I suprised in experincing the customer service of sumsung.I cannot believe such a reputed Company have a bad system like this.I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Home care shop at Shillong, Meghalaya in the month of August 2009 but afte some few days the washing Machind developed some mechanical problems for which I have lodge formal complaint at the Samsung servicing center at "La Monte, "Malki point, Shillong. The servicing engineer had inspected the washing Machine and told me that the faulty part is supposed to be ordered from Guwahati by till date nothing has been done to solve the problem. I have made up mu mind that, in future I will never buy the samsung products because the company never care their customers. They ( the workers) knows only for fool their customers. If this is not checked on time your precious cusyomers will leave you and you'll be defaced.

                  Now, I don't expect any service from you anymore.

                  I have purchased Color TV last year (29th Oct'09) from Neelkanth electronics, Delhi and facing problem from last 6 months. First problem came in July'09 and I reported the same to your customer care. The engineer came and taken some I.C. part of the TV and get it repaired. At that time the problem was that no display or sound when switched it on the T.V and the complaint No. is [protected].
                  Now again I detect the problem (I think I didn’t get time to notice) on 10th
                  Oct'09 that the TV was taking time almost half an hour to get started I immediately lodged a complaint and on 15th Oct'09 I lodged a complaint and the person came on 22nd Oct'09 and told that there was no problem in the TV. I have again called your customer care and told them in morning or when we start the TV after long time then this problem is more.
                  But everytime they are saying the same thing.
                  When your Engineer came on 7th Nov'09 morning and then he noticed the problem and also done some repairing in the TV. He said that if the problem persists then TV is needed to be taken to the Workshop.
                  And on 8th Nov'09 I noticed the problem that it still persist and tried his phone but all in vain.
                  Next morning I again call your customer care and told all the things and they told us that TV is need to be taken to the service centre and they will arrange the same.
                  Next day your Engineer called me up and said that this is the customer duty get the TV to the service centre otherwise pay the expenses.
                  I want ask you one thing that I had done mistake of buying Samsung TV and within a year the problem comes in the TV and the company is not giving me the service.

                  Now it’s enough, I have called several times to you and still you are not able or do not want to solve my problem, leaving me to take some action or approach consumer court against Samsung electronics.

                  I bought a washing machine on 11/17 from Lowes and the spin cycle is not working. I called Samsung on Friday 1/8 and they gave me a service # and told me that Tech Pro Plus will call me withing 24 hours. I called Tech Pro Plus on Monday and left a msg. I called Samsung customer service on 1/12 and was told that the service company will call me withing 2 to 3 business dates of the request and that they should call me by 1/12. I called Tech Pro Plus again on 1/13 and I had to leave abother msg. I called Samsung again today and was told by Tanya at customer service that I have to wait until Tech Pro call me and there was nothing she could do for me.

                  I am not getting any E mail if some money is credited into my account nor any message alert on my cell phone. Pls look into this matter and esolve my complain
                  As I am not sure on the mail ID to which I need to send my complaint on your window AC product, I am posting my complaint here. If you are not the addressing authority can you pls forward the complaint to the concerned to have my problem addressed immediately.

                  I purchased a Samsung window AC on 04/06/2005, close to about 5 yrs back on the faith and belief that I had purchased a reliable product with good service back up. However on the contrary I have been facing problems with the AC unit right from the second year and there after every year except last year with another problem this year. All these year the problem faced was “no cooling”, post repeated follow ups with your customer care some agency engineers will come and take the unit for servicing and would charge us for gas refilling and transportation. My AC’s compressor was also replaced in the year 2008 in the month of September as I had complained about no cooling effect. The same problem had arisen again this year. I have been complaining to Samsung customer care since last week about the problem that I am facing. I have spoken to many customer care officers(Ms.Selvarani, Ms.Pramila, Mr.Anish, Ms.Selvi, Mr.Kumar &Ms.Uma)who have not been able to help me in this regard. All that I hear from them is that my issue will be escalated n will be attended to as soon as possible. Meanwhile I got a call from the service agency concerned with my residing area saying that they have no stock of compressors and will be able to take my unit only after about a week’s time and also promised me with a standby AC till then. But till date I have not got any response in this regard.
                  My faith in the product and the customer service of Samsung has deterioratedand I will not recommend ANY Samsung product to anyone hereafter.
                  If my problem remains unattended I will takeup the issue with the consumer forum

                  I had lodged a complaint for the non functioning of my air conditioner and the customer care department is really lethargic and does not revert. It needs to be shut down. it has been 7 days since i had lodged the complaint.

                  Its been more then 10 days that me & my wife have been calling Samsung customer care but to the worst of our nightmares no one bothers to resolve the issues despite of Heat waves making it really impossible to live without Airconditioners. My AC is non fucntional for almost a fortnite now but Ahhhhh...

                  All they say is yes sir / Yes madam and do nothing except then keeping a close eye on call monitors.

                  I bought a Samsung 1 Ton AC on 22nd March 2010. Just for the installation it took 10 days. finally it got installed on 1st april. Since then it is non functional. I have launched a complaint on 27th April and must have given atleast 10 calls after that. every time i am told that i will get a call from service center and no one has yet bothered to call.

                  It is the worst service ever i have had.

                  I do not feel very fortunate enough that i got brand new mobile of samsung corby pro, besides model is very sleek and stylish in appearance & aesthetics( may be giving good performance too). i can afford to buy it in january 2010 at 12000/-. latest one must say. it has given good performance till last week. but suddenly in the middle of last week four of the hard keys of mobile become inoperative( camera, unlock key, volume and backspace on quarty key pad) so as a usual practice i make to authorized service centre to know what has gone wrong. but i was very disappointed with the way customers getting handled / treated. i had been to service centre nearby to my plc, i make technician understand the problem about mobile, he suddenly turns on to other case asking other technician to open the mobile, other one opens the mobile ( without knowing the actual problem)asking me what was the problem. this was shocking to me at first place. he then magically turns to conclusion that PCB needs to be replaced you better go to another service centre there you may get it in three days. as here it will take around 15 days. i was not asking him to produce space ship just a board, yes this reaction will come because people got so addicted to mobiles these days, may it be cheaper one, but its true. no one will afford to keep mobile for 15 days. and only stupid one will carry two mobiles at a time. i make to another service centre and second part of the story starts here. technician there also comes to magical conclusion that board needs to be replaced. without any thorough testing of the product. i agree it may be your preliminary guess, but surely conclusion should not be to replace heart of the product. he files the case randomly ticking on the check box that scratches on mobile. i mean i have not given the mobile for scratches as final outcome.he asks me to call after two days, and the day has come, at 6.30 in the evening i called the service centre, operator replies to come early as our working hrs will be over on 7 pm. i request him to pls bare this time as i cannot make up so early, he replies we dnt knw come before 7 pm. i somehow managed to service centre, he was just pulling the shutter down, asking me to come early. there i came to know the board was not replaced only servicing is done. i then ask for the clarification. he said just go through mobile is your problem is over or not? if you have problem in future we are there to serve you. i replied that i cant evrytime come here for servicing let me know what has been done to mbile. he jus replies are you expecting for servicing at your home. in some or other sense this was the case with all customers around there.
                  no cost was incurred as mobile was in warranty period. but certainly i will not afford to replace the board in future after the warranty period. this should not be the case with anyone.

                  I am having samsung E-1160 mobile, accedentally keypad of this mobile set is lost. I have contacted samsung service center in Secunderabad for repair. The service center is located at Chenob Trade Center, Park lane, Secunderabad. The service center is one of the worst service center. Even after two months of complaint they couldn't able to get one key pad for above said mobile. The samsung authorities should look in to this complaint and either improve the service to the customers or else close the service center.

                  Samething is happened for me .Switch of my micro-oven of M/s Samsung make which was purchased on 22nd Jan.'07 had to be replaced in Jan.'09 and again it was damaged.                   i had bought a Samsung LCD TV on 24th November 2008. within two years of purchase it is the second time we have had to change the TV panel. i lodged a complaint (complaint no. [protected]) at the customer care on 8th October 2010. twice the engineer visited but the panel was not changed. both the times i was told that the panel needed to be changed and that would be done within two days. but since then i have made innumerable calls to the customer care without effect. it's been almost a month and i am being told each day that the engineer will replace the panel definitely by tomorrow. each time i call its the same story. i am sick and tired of calling now.

                  i am sorry to say that it was the biggest mistake i had ever done when i bought a Samsung product.
                  We are very disapointed with our expensive silver nano samsung washing machine. The rubber has the worst design and quality and they don't have spare parts in Macedonia. We have number of damaged broken clothes and it costs us a lot. We tryed to contact sumsung to complain, but it seems like they only comunicate with their authomats. He took all details from me and later promised that he will get back to me (mobile) in 5 days (With Changing a mother Board) or and he requested to me that incase he forgot he will get back to me. Changed the mother board but problem is not solve then she take 4 more days for changing Second mother board but again problem not solve. She changed the mother board in my mobile in three time but problem still continue so my query is if you changes mobile mother board in three time then how come my mobile problem is not solve. and how many days to take to solve this problem because almost 25 days past.                   i purchased a Washing Machine one year back from one of the Samsung retailers - i was promised that i can avail 3 free service etc. after going thru the Manul i also understood that the equipment needs to be cleaned / serviced one in six months atleast.
                  i called samsung service desk sometime last year, they promised me someone will get in touch with me soon. after several attempts one one made it, i had to travel later.
                  once again i initited this on 25th Jan and now i colledted all the details inclding service desk number. still i did not have anyone contacted me. after one month i called the service help desk, they propomised that this time someone will make and i was given the contact persons number, they also told me that they will close the old tickets and raise a new one for which i resisted.
                  now it is going to be 2 months and i have no clue what to do, should i go to consumer court?
                  LAST YEAR SAMSUNG CAME WITH A SCHEME WITH THEIR LCD 32" TV MODEL AT A PRICE Rs29, 000.00 WITH FREE DTH (AIRTEL) SET UPS AND A TATA PHOTON PLUS.                   1. I have always fascinated in Samsung products…in fact each and every appliance of mine is a Samsung. I bought a 1.5 ton split for my bed room on 25.09.09 at Ratna fan house, pondy bazaar ( i.e ) just about 1.5 yrs ago. My room size is 10*8.
                  After 2 months cooling effect problem arises . Service engineer came and attended it, likewise every 2 months they will come and attend .So ( 6 *2) 12 month or 1 year of waranty period was passed .
                  One day they came saying that gas to be refilled in compressor and charged RS 441/-
                  ON 26.10.10 RECEIPT NO 1431
                  Finally 1 week before later they said they had to take the unit to their workshop so that they could fix it, check it thoroughly and then return it. Needless to say they took 4days to come .
                  Exactly 30mins later the a/c starts icing up again and yet restart the entire process of daily calls to the Samsung call center which is impossible to get thru to. 2 days later the engineers come and say there is a leak and the gas will have to be refilled. This is exactly why the unit was taken away…..could they or could they not fix the problem and they have also charged RS 2800 / – RECEIPT NO 2479.
                  Starts icing up yet again. We have gone insane calling up your service centre and giving complaints to fix it. Each and every morning and evening this remains our only job since it is so hot and the reason why we spend so much on buying an a/c is so that we can keep cool and work happily.
                  Well till today evening there is no sign or sight of anyone coming and taking the unit back. I am so disappointed with SAMSUNG service and the attitude you have these days to loyal customers.

                  Please help me from this fatigue and metal agony.

THEN I BUY NEW SAMSUNG CELL. NOW IN MONTH OF FEB 2011 I GOT CALL FORM SERVICE CENTER THAT MY CELL IS REPAIRED AND I HAVE TO COLLECT MY REPAIRED CELL AFTER 8 MONTHS.

                  CAN YOU GUYS SAY WHY MY CELL IS IN SERVICE CENTER SINCE LAST 8 MONTHS. WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO REPAIR A SIMPLE CELL. WHEN I GOT CONFORMATIONAL FOR REFUNDING THE PRICE OF CELL WHY THEY AGAIN REPAIR MY CELL WHO WILL PAY CHARGE FOR THIS 8 MONTH FOR SERVICING AND DELIVERING CELL SO LATE.

                  I have registered a complaint regarding my Samsung front load washing machine on Friday 01 July 2011. My complaint no is [protected]. Since then we have been phoning your call center and they have only given assurances that the work will be done. Yesterday Mr Inderjeet the floor supervisor promised and we got a call saying that the complaint would be seen to by 12 noon today but nothing happened. When I phoned today at 12:05hrs I was told that someone would positively attend to my complaint and that I would get a call in one hour. At 13:30 hrs I call and was told that Mr Ilias would call in
                  half an hour regarding the complaint. When I called Mr Ilias at 14:15hrs, he told me that he was in Austin Town Bangalore attending to a complaint that was registered only today. My complaint has been sent to him by sms and not on a work sheet. I would like to know why Samsung has not responded so far and how are complaints of 5th July being attended to on priority. Is this the Customer Care service that Samsung provides? Sorry to say but I am extremely dissappointed with the manner Samsung treats its customers. This shows lack of respect and a can't be bothered attitude for the customers. If this is how customers are going to be treated I will never agair recommend Samsung products or buy them.

We went there for, they told us go to service center which on 26, because of Diwali Day Service center was not opened. we went again on 1 November. Samsung has role that within four days you should go and ask for Replacement certificate for cell. That we don't no as we were unknown of that role.                   I need some explanation from Samsung India Regarding their customer services.

                  I bought a mobile phone from a hop 8 months back which stopped working due to manufacturing defects.When I took it back to the store for warranty claim he was not ready to accept it for repair, rather he directed me to a Samsung Authorized mobile service Center which is at a distance of 30 minutes from my place.

                  I had to wait at this so called service center for 2 hours as there were only three counters and more than 100 people.Eventually when my turn came I submitted my mobile for repair at that store

                  And they gave me one number to which I was supposed to call and learn the status of my mobile.



                  I am trying that number for the past three days and that number is not working.

                  Do they expect me to come all the way to the store just to know the status again?

                  I wasted more than 3 hours just to give my mobile for service.

                  We have our official duties which we cant neglect just because I made the fault of buying a Samsung Mobile.

                  Pathetic service.They are only interested in selling their product.

                  Cant even give proper service even when it is in the warranty period
                  Do they expect us to leave all our official work behind and sit at the center all the time to get our mobile repaired?

                  I bought Samsung 32 inch LCD TV last year.

                  It worked very good for first 13 months, and suddenly picture went off in 14th month.

                  Samsung customer care diagnosed that LCD(screen) has problem, their charges for visiting home are Rs. 660/= and they want me to pay Rs.16000/= for replacement of LCD screen as warranty was 12 months.

                  Be-ware of Samsung.
                  This is with reference to a serious lapse in Samsung customer service & support. The reason I am writing to you is that as a customer I am supremely pained at the kind of response received from Samsung customer support teams and also the way such response will eventually dent the brand & image of your organization.

                  To give you a brief background, I live in Hyderabad and had bought 2 split air-conditioners in March 2012, date of purchase: 23rd March 2012, model number: 183BBFN, pls. see the attached invoice. From the time of purchase, extremely poor service was offered - during delivery, installation, after sales support etc. To get the A/C's installed I had to follow up at least 10 times, the technicians who came to install did not have the technical expertise to do so and struggled a lot. They also did not have the equipment (copper wire etc.) necessary for installation and had to come to my flat few times before finally installing the A/C's (I have paid extra for wires which were not required in the first place, the installation has been done through the bathroom which may not be safe, another hole was made in the wall in spite of 1 being provided by the builders, the electricity connection was been given to the main switch, which means that the stabilizer is ON at all times).

                  Throughout the excruciating process, I had to follow up with the customer support team and each time was given ambiguous responses – every commitment on time and date was never honored. Needless to say that I ended up questioning my wisdom of buying a Samsung product and was thoroughly frustrated (had kept the team informed at all times that I do not live in the flat where the A/C’s were to be installed and needed prior information of at least 1 hour to reach there. However, every time I would get a call from company representative when he would’ve reached the venue and I had to arrange for someone to visit the flat.

                  The real trouble started when one of the A/C’s after installation (still in warranty period), stopped cooling. Surprised at this development, I lodged a complaint (complaint number – [protected] lodged in May 2012) with the call centre. Since the time I lodged this complaint – shockingly poor levels of service / response has been offered. I must have spoken with at least 7 – 8 company representatives including some supervisory level staff at the call centre in Noida and they kept on promising different dates and times for resolving the problem. However, again the same issues came to fore – after repeatedly following up, I would get calls from different people on separate occasions without any prior notice.

                  It is relevant to mention here that never ever did any company representative come at the committed date or time, some of them would actually switch-off their phones to avoid speaking with me. Finally, someone came to check the problem but then again went back saying that there is a gas leak and he will pass on the problem to relevant department for resolution. After agonizing wait and follow up, someone again turned up at the flat without prior information and wanted to take the A/C’s for repair at the service centre. Not sure what the problem was but after supposedly repairing the A/C, the company representative came to the venue unannounced yet again!!! After going through a lot of trouble again, we were informed by him that he has forgotten some spare part which was needed during re-installation and said he will be back in some time – he never returned or called back.

                  Today after multiple calls (5 - 6 times), the same gentleman mentioned that he is not aware of the case and will call back after checking. As expected, my call was never returned and finally he switched off his phone (number: +91 – [protected]).

                  I have been calling the customer care center (toll free number[protected] and still getting similar responses – not to worry, we’ll look into the problem, it will be resolved.
                  This was the last straw which made me write to you. Brand names & image gets build over decades of efforts and dedication and it is really disappointing to see that such a big brand name is treating its customers in such a pathetic manner. I may sound very caustic but I think it is within my right to bring this serious situation to your notice as it may not be an isolated incident.
                  I purchase 02 tone of Air Conditioner one year back. Now some problem came 02 days back i called to customer care and noted the complaint to them and taken the complaint no. as well i.e. [protected]. But no response was their from them. They said we will inform to our nearest dealer and they will rectify in a span of time but no body turned up as of now. Today also i have spoken to customer care (Mr. Dipesh) they said we will give you a call but no response. Look into the matter as soon as possible.
                  SAMSUNG ARE PIONEERS AND MASTERS IN HARASSING A CUSTOMER. I have bought a Laptop from Samsung which was delivered to me by flipkart on 1st November. The piece is defective. After following upw with Samsugn with as amny as 15 mails adn as many as 50 phone calls thier engineer visited me on 7th November 2012 (one week after compalainin) and certified that hard ware is defective and that it has to be repalced. I called up samsung today and after 24 hours of engineers viit tofind out status of complaint and feedabck and i am informed that there is no update and that they cannot say anythign now and they are also not in a position to say as when this would be repalced. SERVCIE AT SAMSUGN IS PATHETIC AND MISERABLE. In fact i send numerous mails to their CEOs office and the resposne is as ba. Even a small shop in neighburhood will give service 1000 times better than Samsung. Samsung is EXTREMELY POOR IN AFTER SALES SERVICE and the product quality is also not reliable.
                  My complaint id is [protected]. Even after a lapse of more than sufficient time my TV has not been attended. Every time when i contact the toll free number I will be
                  informed that today engineer will visit and the problem will be resolved. But so far the problem was not attended.

                  I had registered a complain no. [protected] on Nov 27 for my TV. The turn of event since then tells me that Samsung India is taking its consumers for a ride. They are just delaying giving me a resolution and keep oscillating between refund of my money or repairing the product.

                  1. Engineer came for inspection, asked for service charge in cash and refused to give me receipt, saying it is as per the policy.
                  2. He said mother board needs to be replaced, which will take some time. After 7 days, I was told spares are not available and I need to take depreciated value as compensation.
                  3. They offered me 49% of my product cost to which I protested that why should i shell out additional money from my pocket and buy a new TV just because you do not have spares available.
                  4. When I protested, they again offered me today (Dec 7, 2012) an option to repair.

                  It seems either there is some sort of a collusion on spares front or service centers are simply looking at easy way out. If repair was possible, why did they lie to me and why suddenly after I have put pressure on them, spares seem to have emerged from no where. This an utter malpractice where depreciated value and repair services are used as a bargaining chip by Samsung India team.

                  I have written atleast half a dozen mails to Senior Executives as well as CEOs office. I have also made several phone calls to the customer care. All i got in return was some call backs, asking about the problem every time and everyone saying the same thing "Let me talk to my senior and get back to you".

                  And it seems there is no coordination between the officials talking to me - yesterday (Dec 6, 2012) someone called and told me that i will get 51% of value of my product as per policy but they can increase the compensation as a customer satisfaction gesture. Today I git another call saying I will get only 49% and if that is not acceptable, we will think of repairing your product. This seems to be running in loop with customer suffering for no fault of his.

                  I disappointed with the performance of samsung a/c because it eats more power but the cooling is not enough.
                  When comparing with Bluestar this samsung a/c is not worthy.

                    I purchased Samsung microwave owen Model No: GE83ZL on[protected]. When we got the microwave out of the box, it was unbalanced. After a day, the door lock got broken. The Samsung Engineer did a temporary fix by applying feviquick adhesive instead of replacing it. Soon after, the door lock was broken again on[protected]. On[protected], he said that a replacement needs to be made for the lock and the item was not with them. They said that it will take a week's time to get the item. It has been a week's time now and they have not got back with any feedback. All this time we have suffered without the microwave. Also, when asked about the unbalancing of the microwave, the engineer said, nothing can be done about it even though it is a manufacturing defect, there was no replacement done.
                    I called up the customer care center on[protected], they said that the item is going to take another one week's time to get to the bangalore center. The company service center is confused about there commitment date to the customer and does not give priority to the customer to keep him/her updated.

                      Complaint : I purchased a washing machine (WT-9205, WO885ZCS200450M) from M/s New Berco Electronics( regd.), sector 10. Dwarka, New Delhi[protected] on 22.3.2009 by cash payment. The machine was delivered at my residence at sector-6 Dwarka on 22.3.2009. Service Engineer from Samsung visited my residence on 22.3.2209. On inspection it was found that the machine had a crack at the rear side on it's body and the drain pipe was also missing. It was advised by the service engineer to get the machine replaced from the dealer's end itself. when the Dealer was contacted he assured that the problem is a minor one and would be sorted out shortlly. Till date nothing has happened and we are unable to use the machine inspite of having paid for it. On our last call to the dealer yesterday it was informed to us that the complint has been made with Samsung and it would take 5 to 6 days for replacement of the machine. Kindly help, as we find no fault of our's. Why the consumer is suffering is difficult to understand?

                      I bought one Samsung Washing machine fully automatic in the year 2004. On the first month itself, the machine had inherent manufacturing defect which was noticed by the samsung service machanic. I told him to replace it for new one because to nip the problem in beginning itself is avoid of so many problems. At last, he requested me to replace the whole CENTRAL AXIS with new one that was the problem to alarm thunderstorm noise. After a year gap, it has started giving so many problems which were directly attended by the Samsung service machanic without fail. Recently, they replaced one inner tub, which is made up of plastic, had experienced crack that is impossible further to replace it.
                      Hence, they come to conclusion that 44% of depreciation will be applied on the cost of the Invoice Price and the balance amount will be adjusted with the cost of newly bought-out machine depending upon the model I choose. Why this method of depreciation percentage is applied for in my case. My problem had been started just 5 years before but not now. So, the percentage of 44 does not applicable in my case. Actually, I should be replaced with NEW ONE but not on diminished rate of depreciation method which is not ethical on the part of customer to get full satisfaction of the world renowned SAMSUNG product sir.
                      Please justify my querry and help me to get NEW machine considering the time factor which runs for 2 months. Moreover, my wife is fed up for washing clothes manually because of knee-joint pain problem.

                      I have purchased a Monitor for my DT computor which has failed recently. I handed over the same at the lical service station at Silchar( ASSAM). The service centre infirmed me after three week that they could not repair the same for want of a IC for which they placed demand to the company without any response received from the other end. I tried to talk to the Service Engineer at Guwahati. It was very interesting to note from the leady sitting on the other end of telephone at Guwahati service centre that, she can not provide telephone number of any company authority to listen about my problem, instead, I may contact with the service centre only where I have deposited the defective unit.

                      I want a suitable gentleman like reply & I hope I need not go to any forrum for the redressal.

                        Samsung c170 — no service done when given for and no replacement in warranty period

                        I purchased samsung c170 slim model mobile from Univercell Chennai( Pondy bazaar branch). In 2 days after purchase i saw that the total set gets hung when there is another incoming call (call wait). Set gets restarted automatically even without the pin/password, though pin/password was in activated status. I gave to Universal on march 1st. i was promised service, and replacememnt if the problem persists. But no service was done, but was given dates after dates when i went each time to check for the serviced set. Lter i was said that they will update the software version. The great thing here is " THE MOBILE WAS SAID TO BE GIVEN TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER. BUT THE COMPANY SERVICE CENTER DOES NOT HAVE THE SOFTWARE" . If the company service center doesnot have the software then will the general public mobile sevicing centers have???? I dont understand

                        So just after 3-4 weeks of purchse . But no service/ no replacement.

                        Customer has to risk with such companies addressed as REPUTED company- donnot how these are reputed ones when soo many customers are not satisfied. WE ARE FORCED TO SAY THET ARE REPUTED COMPANIES- !!!

                        Samsung — C170 Samsung Phone not working

                        This complaint is to warn people not to purchase a Samsung Mobile phone as the service is very poor. It normally takes 15 days for your phone to repair. In my case it is 20 days and the company says it will take 10 days more. Service center is very crowded and it took me more than one hour to submit my phone. Work order no. is 7260 dated 30-07-08 at Perfect Care Services (Samsung) Faridabad. Status on 20-08-08 is that it will take 10 days more. For a minor problem - phone not charging. Phone purchased in May'08.

                        We had logged compalint on 06/08/08.Since newly purchased mobile was not working properly, they had assured that they will give new handset on 27/10/08. But we did not receive new handset hence this complaint.

                          I am Sourav Bhattacharya from Hyderabad. I am submitting this complaint after a disappointing experience with Samsung India Ltd. On 3/13/2009 I purchased two biosleep split acs and a Samsung ht z110t home theatre system, serial no c526irpqb00427y from M/s Balaji Electronics in Somajiguda. The home theatre system conked off on 3/19/2009 exactly a week after the purchase date. During this time period it had only been used for 3 times. I registered a complaint with samsung customer service on the very same day and was advised that they would be sending a technician to my place for service of the faulty device the following day. During this time I was told that the problem was a very minor one and it can be repaired just by visiting my place.The technician visited my place as scheduled and inspected the system. Even though I was told that it would be fixed he failed to repair it on visit. He recommended that I send the system to the authorised service center Ratna Electronics for service repair which can only be done the following day. At that time he promised the problem would be fixed in a maximum of 3 days time. So the system was sent the following day to the service center on 3/21/2009 issuing claim no [protected]. I was promised it would be delivered by the following tuesday 3/24/2009 positively. The entire day passed of without any response from them until i called them up to enquire on the status of repair. To my satisfaction I was answered back that the set was in working condition and was under observation for the day. They would be delivering it the following day. So I waited for the whole day without receiving any reponse from them. I called them up again on 3/25/2009 eve and was told that the system again had conked off and was being worked upon. I was astonished at that statement and asked for a promised surer delivery date. The rep told me it would be delivered for sure on friday the 26th with no excuses made. Today is the 27th and i still havent heard from them. When i try calling them up nobody answers the phone. I have also tried calling up samsung customer service no where they just take a complaint and give out complaint no and do nothing. As of now i have no information on the whereabouts or status of the product which i purchased with my hard earned money.
                          I have been a loyal customer for samsung all through my life. I have a samsung washing machine and refrigerator along with two split acs manufactured by samsung. All my life i have used numerous samsung products like colour television, pc monitor, window ac, hard disk drives and cd and dvd writers. But this is a very disappointing experience from my favourite electronics manufacturing co. My questions to samsung management are

                          1. Why do you make promises which you cannot keep? And if thats part of your business, should you not inform a loyal customer if for some reason you are not able to meet your deadline? During the service call u repeatedly ask for contact details for what purpose then if you are not willing to use them in time of need? Why this facade?

                          2. If because of this experience I think twice before buying any samsung products in future will i be unjustified?

                          All people out there please take into consideration these factors before buying any samsung products as they seem to take pride in just selling and not caring afterwards.

                            we got a samsung lcd 32"c550 series tv 2 months back in abudhabi.. v complained in the customer care regarding the fault, they gave us this complaint no ([protected]) dated july 22 and have not yet turned up for repairing it...pls do the needful.

                            SAMSUNG/LCD — Complaint related to Left Side Speaker problem registered in OCt'10 but still no response

                            Dear Sir,
                            I had made a complain at Samsung Call center regarding the speaker problem which arises within 3 month of purchase of LCD. An engineer came after two days to see the problem and after seeing he assured me change of speaker within a week... Since then its been more than 3 month now & I'm waiting for a solution, meanwhile I... contacted few time to its local service center in (Jhansi,Utter Pradesh) and call center but all given commitment & deadlines remain fake commitment and the problem still not resolved.
                            Is this the kind of service SAMSUNG provide to its customers.

                            As per ur instructions given by LCD customer care, I sent the mail at "samsungindia.[protected]@gmail.com" with all details but still no positive response. Meanwhile once again, I called at its call center and got below msg,
                            "Thank you for calling SAMSUNG.Your call has been registered with BP ...No:[protected]. Please quote this no. for any future reference at 30308282 / [protected]"

                              I Had purchased new SAMSUNG GURU 1410. (IMEA NO. [protected]) from samsung Aurhorized Dealer M/s Rediphone-Vadodara.Gujarat. on 24 Jan-2009 evening.

                              A problem occured on 1st Feb '09.I have complained the same to Samsung Super Service Centre at Vadodra. At first they promised me to give the phone, the same evening. However, I did not get my phone in the evening. On enquiring they said that they did not have the necessary software to repair my phone. They gave my phone back after four days.

                              However, the phone again stopped working on 7th March '09 evening. I gave the phone to Samsung service station ( Work order no. WA[protected]) on 9th March (8th march was Sunday).They again promised me to revert back by evening. (same thing 3 time happen, they always promised me but they never give my cell phone)

                              I have not got my mobile till date. They are neither replying to my mail nor are they giving proper reply on phone.I don't know when will I get my phone back.I have already asked them to replace my phone because of such harresment. But they are not agreeing.

                              I am very much troubled because of the phone. I spent my entire savings to buy the phone.I would have no trust on the existing phone even if it gets repaired, no trust even on SAMSUNG. I request you to free me of the harrasment and help me get justice.

                              I have the copy of 1-Purchaed Bill, 2-Warranty Card, 3-Slip from service centre and 4- I am sending that to samsung support mail copy.

                              As necessary documents.Please revert back at milan.[protected]@gmail.com if more documents are required.
                              Please consider my complaint.

                              Please also guide me if they return me the after repairing, should I take It back?

And also the draw back of this instrument is it is having basic media player which cant support continous play when we access the folders directly. we have to load them into play list. and that play list doesnt support to store more songs even though we have 2gb micro sd. simply it doesnt come into use. AND MAIN PROBLEM IS.. IT IS CAUSING EAR PROBLEMS. U CAN FEEL THE IRRITATION AFTER ENJOYING FEW NUMBER OF SONGS. AND I JUST SOLD IT TO 2ND HAND SHOP AFTER TWO DAYS FOR 1000/- LOSS. bcoz i never trust servicing centre. It is waste of time. when problem occurs just sell it. It is the best way that i used to follow.

                                I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Garnet Electronics in Hyderabad and the compressor of the same failed within a couple of years, but since I had misplaced the original invoice and the warranty
                                card, I was told that I will not be eligible for a free replacement.

                                I agreed to the same and asked Samsung to replace the compressor on my cost and also asked them to provide for a new freezer door, as it was broken. The complaint number was '[protected]' and the date was the 7th of
                                December.
                                After more than a month of following up constantly Samsung finally sent a technician from 'Matrix lectronics', who apparently are the service representatives for Samsung and the compressor was replaced, but he did
                                not get the freezer door.
                                While replacing the compressor, the technician failed to flush the system as is the norm and he did not have any thermometer to check if the refrigerator was cooling properly. He collected the entire payment of Rs. 3200/- promising that if there was any problem he would attend to it immediately.
                                As was expected the firdge was not cooling as it is supposed to. I again made a complaint of the same in the first week of february 2009 and ever since than I have been regularly following up with the customer care of
                                Samsung as well as Matrix regarding the defective compressor supplied to me and the freezer door.
                                My complaint number with Sumsung is '[protected]' and my problem has been kept pending for more than 3 months now. Every time I call up Samsung they say that the problem will be resolved within a few hours and someone from Matrix will get in touch with me, but it never happens. When I call Matrix they either do not take my call or promise to send the technician the next day and fail to do so every time.
                                Consequences : As a result everything I keep in the refrigerator gets spoilt and I cannot store fruits and vegetables, therefore I have to go shopping everyday at the cost of losing precious working time. The most
                                disturbing factor is that because of the fridge not working properly my 2 1/2 yr old son has to suffer the most. So many times we could not give the baby milk in the middle of the night as the milk kept in the fridge was
                                spoilt and there was nowhere I could get milk in the middle of the night. This inconvinience is more than any economic or physical damage that Samsung could have inflicted on me.

                                I agree 100 percent to this. I am also suffering the same problem. My Samsung refrigerator's compressor failed within 2 years. I am also going behind and keep on calling the customer care daily. Now its more than one month. So after 3 months also your problem is not solved..I lost my last hope. I am planning to complaint to consumer court. Very bad customer care. We both are working people and not able to prepare food daily in the early morning. I used to preapre and keep in the refrigerator for next day morning and take it to work . Now since its not possible, daily myself and my husband are having from outside. This created financial loss and health problem. Also daily I have to find time after my office hours to go and get some vegetables. Really bad customer service. Samsung please close your centre in India and leave here.
                                I agree with these complaints, since I have also the same problem with my refregerator, morethan
                                one month nobody listening the proble, the service is too POOR. Nobody will never purchase the Samsung products if they have the same service provided by the customers. Pls look into the matter and pls improve your service system, otherwise your products are kept in your show rooms only.

                                On may 1, 2012 I have bought a samsung galaxy y duos mobile phone from 3G mobiles, Kozhikode, mavoor road, Kozhikode, Kerala.But with in two days its SD card failed .I approached the dealer to get some solution.But it was informed me that, nothing can be do from there.It caused some difficulties both mentally and physically to me.The irresponsible attitude of the dealer was well enough to tarnish the reputation of the Sam sung. I Have lost some valuable data as well as some software due to the malfunctioning of the SD card.I never expect such a set back from samsung mobile.Now I was compelled to buy another SD card for Rs.250/- My e mail addres is [protected]@gmail.com.                                   Complaint Regarding Mobile Servicing

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  My self is Swati Saurabh a disappointed customer of Samsung Mobile F270 which was purchased from M/s. Croma, Ishanya Mall, Opp Golf Course, Shastri Nagar, Yarawada Taluka, Haveli, Pune -411006, Phone No[protected], a very prestigious super market of Pune vide Sale No[protected] on 29/10/2008 WITH AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 9700/=.

                                  I was facing call disconnect during talking, mobile gets switched off automatically during outgoing call and Music player was not functioning. The problem was reported personally to M/s. Croma, Pune on 15/2/2009. They refused to look into the problem and and didnot lodged my complaint. In turn, they asked me to take the mobile personally to Samsung Service centre.

                                  Inspite of my busy and hectic schedule and work load with no other option as told by M/s. Croma, Pune, I visited your Authorised Service Centre M/S Sharp Telecom Addressed : office No 15, Shanti Complex, Narpatgiri Chowk, Mangalwar Peeth, Pune -411 011 contact no. [protected]. They promised me to give back my mobile in 2 working days vide their work order no 2758 . When I reached there after 2 working days to collect the mobile they told me that there is some hardware problem in the mobile set and they have sent it to the companies that too without my permission. Later on I was verbally communicated by the service centre that mobile would be available in about 25 to 30 days. The above cell is in warranty period and I have purchased from a very very prestigious Super Market M/s. Croma, Isaniya, Pune. So, I complaint to M/s. Croma, Pune. The Croma representative Mr Harjinder called me and informed that they will take up the matter from the service centre but regret to inform that till to date of writing this complaint I have not yet received any communication either from Croma or from Service centre.

                                  I was not expecting such type of service from Samsung services centre and M/s. Croma. It should be sole responsibilities of M/s. Croma to provide support to their customer. I am very disappointed with your hopeless services.

                                  In view of the above, I may please be provided new mobile as soon as possible falling which they should refund the money without further delay.

                                  Awaiting for your reply as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have Purchased Samsung Mobile F270 in September2009 but the Mobile Battery is not getting Backup and the mobile is not getting memory card Inside.
                                  I have taken mobile in the service centre of Samsung situated in Gwalior on 21st january . The have taken my mobile on the same day and given Complaint Number WA[protected] on 21st January. Since 21st January they have not reparied my mobile and telling me that we will reparir in 10 days . 4 Months has gone and they had not reparied my Mobile.

                                  i am fedup with the support from service centre.i personally feel that i have done crime by purchasing samsung mobile.

                                    I ve got one samsung l700. I got interest on that particular model just because of itz a 3g phone with special applications like integrated shozu and rss reader. Now i found neither of the applications working, even i ve searched through shozu official site, they ve not included this model as to support. Itz just a cheating ...if shozu aplication is not supported in this model, they ve no right to include this aplication. The inbuilt RSS reader is just useless, it unable to search rss from any sites even from google and yahoo. I asked samsung about all this but they even dnt ve idea ...Now i want to exchange my phone with some other model which supports shozu and working rss reader, they deny me to do that. I want to file a conjumer case against samsung with in 10 days if they ve nt given me any proper reply..

                                      I am a computer professional working in IT company in delhi
                                      I purchase a 80GB IDE-Simple Hard drive before 3yrs from Nehru place

                                      - Some times ago, its giving complaints, so i tried to make a complaint according to warranty, to The Service center of Samsung - 602, Vishal bhawan, Nehru place.
                                      - The executive in service center, take that Hard drive and give me a complaint slip and say me to come back after 20days.
                                      - When i come back after 20days, they give me a Hard drive 80GB -SATA (NOT IDE) which is same like my previous hard drive.
                                      - And after that, when i try to check the warranty of that hard drive, there was no information on Samsung Website - its showing that - there is no serial no. exist in our database.
                                      - after that - i complaint this thing and they response me that - there is a fault in their software in the service center.
                                      - after again 20days, i talk with them and they response me that - with in 2-3 days, they will do their responsibility.
                                      - after 7days when i check Hard drive warranty - its showing - expired in Feb 2005
                                      But on the other hand, my old hard drive was in warranty period till Feb 2011

                                      PLease I wants to know the complete procedure to make a complaint about this Issue.
                                      Tell me, what should i do ? and what kind of documents requires about this Issue.

                                      And one thing is that - they didnot give me any JOB DONE CARD from samsung about that changed hard drive, .

                                      I just have following documents

                                      - Complaint no. filled on 30 Jan 2009 with order no.
                                      - Previous hard drive warranty information from samsung India

                                      I shall be thankful for this such kind of help.

                                        DEAR SIR,
                                        I had purchased a Samsung window ac 1.5 ton model number AWT18ZKAXTZ and serial no. A209PZBQ200844E from dealer Shehnai video center, 576, link road, near Preet palace, Ludhiana on 17th march, 2008.
                                        Ever since I have purchased this particular model, I have only been facing problems. Within a month of my installation of the ac (on 09th may, 2008), I had to approach the service centre with performance problems. Initially there was ice deposit on the inside mesh and piping along with no cooling effect (photos attached). Subsequently they changed capillary gas at my residence in Ludhiana, but the problem persisted. So the took the ac to company service station and replaced compressor, capillary gas and capillary set . On delivery of the repaired a.c., we found that ac was making more noise than before and normal working ac. But the delivery technician told that it will go after some usage. so we wrote that over the customer satisfaction sheet for further reference(copy of customer satisfaction sheet attached). Somehow, I managed to pull through the summer season which is very severe in Ludhiana with less cooling and noisy ac.
                                        On completion of the winter season, I decided to start using my ac in the month of March 2009.i asked the service center for free servicing. After a wet service and a dry service the problem of sound from ac persisted. So I called the service center again to look into the problem as the noise was getting more irritating on every consecutive usage. This time I was told that the motor ball bearing of the ac has stopped functioning and hence they require to replace that particular part.
                                        Practically the ac was used only for 4 months of summer and after repeated repairing by company, it has become a refurbished defective ac. In an ac which is hardly a year old, change of all major parts only means that the ac is a defective piece. Due to the change in all its major assembly parts except outer cover, i feel fully justified in asking for the replacement of my ac with a fresh piece of ac. As i have been mentally harassed, i strongly feel justified in saying that i should be given an AC replacement at the earliest.

                                        i bought new samsung ac worth 35000 from paras traders, karnal, haryana on 30 may 2013.and from the very first day it is not cooling.there is some gas issue in it..nd i compalint in samsung many times.they just visit and fill d gas.they r not ablle to find the leakage.the product is defective.i haveuse this ac til now.bcoz of cooling issue..the company is not replacing the product..they said they just fill the gas till its warranty period.its gas leaks immediately after fillinf the gas.plz do something to replace this product..
