I have purchased Samsung star S5233 in July and after one or two days the back cover doesnt fit properly or close. Due to which the set opens often. I have discussed the same thing with my friend and he has the same problem. I feel its the comapnies defect which have been passed on to the customers.

It should be the company's responsibility to alter the defect and satisfy the customers.

    I have purchased Ac of 1.5 ton in 2007. It has failed to work for 3 time in two years. Once it was during warrant period. Once it has failed 10 days back. Service engineeer charegd his fees and changed the spare, but i think its duplicate. Samsung, one of the largest consumer goods company in India runs itd call center till 8.00 pm, its pathetic. Customer who has complaint has to wait for days for sevice while they chage in full. My Ac is not working but I want to take Samsung to court for giving me such a duplicate product. I think these companies like Airtel, samsung are taking people for ride as I am using their service while they frustrate consumers with their service. I recommend that neer buy a Samsunf window AC as I have experienced the product in full.

      Present world is full of compitition and quality. Where every company is try to attract the customers
      in all the possible ways and doing unexpected and unlimited service to the customers. But i am very sorry to say that samsung service centre has failed to do the prompt service.
      I bought a mobile J610 from universal show room on 11.9.2008. on 6.8.2009. The problem of blank
      display started. i went to the service centre at hi tech service centre. at anna nagar. chennai. they gave
      me a job card manually written without any work card number on 7.8.2009. they told to come after a week. i was informed that the parts have not come to the centre. they told to come after four days. I went after four days . They gave me the mobile and told that it was ready. Unfortunately when i checked
      i was surprised to note that the mobile was in the same condition. They are not even taking the pain to see and ckeck the problem. the phone was taken back and told that come after five days. i went on 26. 8.2009. again they told that the phone is not repaired as the spare parts have not reached. The person who is dealing the case is Mr Jagan. today when i contacted the person he switched the mobile.

      Till now i did not receive the mobile.I dont know what to do . I request u to kindly replace the mobile. I am a samsung customer since 2000. I have washing michine. Dvd, tv, mobile 3 no. all samsung make . But this incident has broken my heart and i am forced to lose the confidence from the company.

        Dear Sir,

        We have purchased Printer -SF-371P (Fax/Print/Copy/Scan) product from Kopal Computers vide Bill no. 03976 on dated[protected] and payment made through credit card. After 30-40 days the cartridge is completed. Now, we want to replace the cartridge M-41S, which is not available in the market. We contacted Samsung customer care centre on toll free no.[protected] and they have forwarded the call to their technical department and they suggested us to purchase M43 which is also suitable for your machine. Accordingly, we have purchased the same from south India traders vide bill no 005522 dated[protected] and installed and we are not getting the print properly.

        We have again made a complaint stating that the cartridge is not working, please look into the same. After one/two days their technical person came their and verified and told us M43 is not suitable to this printer. Next day another person called us and told to send scanned copy of cartridge purchase bill, we will refund the same within week. We have forwarded the same as required. We have again contacted on toll free number and informed them to replace the machine or refund the amount of the machines as the cartridge is not available in the market, they have suggested their dealer numbers also to get the M41S. We have contacted their dealers over phone they said the same is not available with them at present also M41S is not available.

        After a week we have contacted the service center people again they had given another mobile no. [protected] (Mr. Vijay) for replacement of cartridge and printer as well. We have contacted Mr. Vijay send their technical person to our office, now his technical person verified and confirmed that this is cartridge problem only; you can talk to mr.vijay again. We have again contacted Mr. Vijay, now he asked us forward the purchase bills and to come along with printer to his office. We had sent our person along with printer to his office. Now, he is saying its only cartridge problem M43 is suitable for this printer; we will replace the same in another 10 days. We have again contacted on toll free number again and asked what is this, we have complained already 15-16 days back and your people again asking for another 10 days it is not proper on your part.

        At present my printer is not working and M41S cartridge is not available in the market. Now, we request you to help us in this matter our fax business is closed from last 20 days.

          I regret to inform you that I purchased a Samsung Colour Television (Model No. CS21A730ELBXXL, S. No. 07813ZAQ705114) from NEXT Retail Shop, Vikas Puri, New Delhi on 21 December 2009. On 31 July 2009, the sound system of the TV stopped functioning. I immediately launched a complaint with the customer care on 31 July 2009 and was issued a complaint number [protected].

          I was informed that someone will visit my residence shortly. One of your engineer visited my house on 01 August and inspected the TV. He informed that the sound kit (PCB) installed in the TV is burnt and have to be replaced. He also informed that this is a technology fault and will be replaced free of cost. He confirmed that he will put this on the log on Monday and the kit will be replaced within 04 working days.

          Since then, there is no feedback or call back from your side. I am constantly following-up my complaint with your customer service helpdesk as per the following detail:

          1. 31 July – first call to lodge the complaint.
          2. 08 August – After waiting for 07 days and no action from your side, I called your helpdesk and was informed that I will get a call back from the service centre. But there was no call back from your side.
          3. 11 August (afternoon) – Again I called and tried to talk to the supervisor but was kept on hold for 10 minutes and then informed that supervisor is busy and will call back on my number within today.
          4. 11 August (evening) – After waiting for almost 6 hours, I called again and was again informed that the supervisor is busy and they will arrange a call back for me. But no luck.
          5. 12 August – Again the same story.
          6. 13 August – Again the same story.
          7. 17 August – I launched a complaint at NEXT Retail Showroom that I don’t want the TV. The TV should be removed from my house and the amount to be refunded. They informed me to wait and launched a complaint at the SAMSUNG service center.
          8. 18 August - I called back the helpdesk and checked about the status and was finally informed that the PCB kit (Faulty kit) is out of stock and they are waiting for the same. I took the number of the service centre manager and called him. He assured me that the TV should be repaired within today.
          9. 24 August - I called back and was against promised to receive a call back but no response.
          10. 25 August - I again called back but same story.
          11. 26 August - I spoke to the supervisor of the service centre and was informed that the TV cannot be replaced.

          After waiting for almost four weeks and making elevan calls, the problem in the tv still persist. This kind of service is not expected from a BRAND NAME SAMSUNG.

          This kind of response is not acceptable. I, as a dissatisfied customer, request the consumer court to listen to my plea and instruct the company to take action on this complaint.

          A response from your side on the above is awaited.

          I live in noida.The vidoe quality is blurred now and the picture is streched to the right side.
          The complete picture is not visible.
          Please provide the number for Technical support for samsung TV where I can call the guy in noida ans ask him, to correct the prolbem

              i purchase my handset[protected] after 3 months i got battery problem. then i go to samsung care center located at nagpur they told me not to use memory card on my hand set for 2 days but after 2 days no differce with the performance of battery after that i go samsung care and give my handset for 1 day. samsung care person told me not problm with battery backup.but i am facing problem of battery backup. and after 6 months later i face many problms on my handset. i goto samsung care 1)problm with memory card has not detect on my phone.2)camera on stand by.3)phones masessage memory full it has inbuilt 500 massages but 230 massage after it shows momory full.for that they taken my hand set for 28 days form 1-7-2009 to[protected].they replece my phones mother board.but i am currenyly faceing problm of massages and battery.for i goto samsung care they told me do what u want. samsung care personl whose name is vijay dubay and engginear anand sahani behaviour is not good. my handset imei numer is [protected] and my phone number is [protected].please help me.

                My name is Thomas Andrew Pereira.I had purchased a Samsung SGH-I450 mobile on[protected] from a local deler with warranty. Latter on[protected] i faced a problum with my mobile.It started displaying "White Display". Only white color was displaying on the screen.
                So on[protected] i went to a near by Samsung service center at given address -MASTERCARE SERVICES, B6, Shroff Appartment, Sodawala Lane, Opp. Axis Bank, Borivali(w), Mumbai-400092.Tel:[protected] /[protected]

                When i went there the representive told me that they need to change the display and it will take 1 week time for the job.Also they gave me a jobshit.
                After one week i called the service center and asked about my mobile, so they said that the display part which is suppose to come from Delhi have not arrived. So they canot repair my mobile.Fro mthat time onwards i have been calling and personally visiting the service center and inquire about my mobile. But they keep on giving me the same answer. I even called samgsung toll free number [protected]. They have registered my complain and also given me one number [protected]. They are also not able to solve my problem.
                I am a Business man and i have to keep contact with my clients. I am facing a major problums because i don't have any other way for the purpose. I am metally tired of calling the service center and i have decided to go to Consumer Forum.

                    I Have purchaged a new samsung L700 mobile Phone at 3, september 2009. and at 17 of sep 2009 it has get heatted up and at 21 of sep 2009 i took this ph. to the noida service centre and they replied me we will change the pcb when it came in our stock and also i took this phone to rohini service centre also they have replied Same. and now it's totally not working.
                    so i am got frustrated so do the needful as soon as possible

                    Un-fortunately the door gasket of my refrigerator-Model- A23FNO is damaged. Company officials at Jammu say the gasket is not available for this model.
                    I bought a samsung LCD on 25 Oct 2009, same day i registered my request for wall mount and i gota complain number(#[protected]) since then i keep calling them and these customer care and managemnt keep telling me that i will forward this concern to escalation department and we will call you in 1 hour, it been every day i call them and every day i listen the same. they have very POOR after sale service and they should bring in to the consumer forum and slap with fine and a big KICK on there .

                    i was asked about bill i said i have to check as its at my native town and i dont remember the exact date. they said fine you can collect your handset after two days, when i visited again aftter three days the set handovered to me in worst condition there were scratches all over, camera stopped functioning. i brought billl also so i told them its under warranty kindly repair it properly . now its 10 days over they are saying we dont have display it will take time.


                    nobody trying to understand its duel sim handset i arranged one CDMA handset to put my official no on, wht about my other prepaid GSM number in which i have balance and validity is getting over.

                    I had registered a complaint for AC service couple of weeks back however I have been receiving complaint confirmation calls but nobody turned up for service yet.

                    This is pathetic service
                    same here I have purchansed an LED TV after 6 months of saving. They assured me that a demo person will come a day before diwali.

                    no one came on the time they promised. 1 whole day wasted for this (pre diwali :( ). Waiting for these people.

                    I have till now called to 6-7 times to the customer care. What a waste I purchased this TV :(

                    Last week i had reported CC(customer care) over a "Black Mark" on my LCD screen.Upon which I recieved a call and post explaining the issue i had a Representative visit my house to inspect/resolve the issue.He suggested me that its a black spot, and won't b able to change the panel unless i have 3 spots on the screen.However when I closely observed the mark, it seemed as if it was a collection of spots to give the shape to the mark as a whole.i again complained the same on Friday evening and was said that i would get a call back, which did not happen till monday.On monday I got a call frm CC and again inquiring about the issue(although i had explained the same several times).Then I got a call from a representative stating that he would visit my house, which never happened.

                    I have most of my household applianceses from Samsung.Thus with the current scenario, it doesn't seem that i would have a good time with your products in the future, as I am facing these issues while my devices are under warranty.hence I can imagine when these will go out of warranty.

                    Samsung — NEED TO CHANGE THE WIRING HIT

                    Hello sir/mam,
                    I am using washing machine (Top Load), before eight months i launch a complaint to change the wiring hit, service person came and removed the wiring hit, till today he did n't come. I have the contact number of that person ([protected]). I can say that, this is the worst service of samsung product. I called that number, more than 50 times he use to say will do it tomarrow, I ask that person to return that wiring hit. I will do privately, but he is not returning that product. I cann't go directly because i am working in outstation. So please take immediate action.
                    Worst service of Samsung.

                    I have registered a complaint No.322817 on 22.09.2012 with Pooja Electronics, New No.93, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Triplicane, Chennai 600005 (Phone No.[protected],[protected] regarding fault (not cooling) in my fridge. The technician visited and changed the timer on 22.09.2012 and charged Rs.2200/- with 6 months warranty. Within a few days, again the problem cropped up and the technician has changed the timer again after repeated phone calls. The Service Centre people were not at all responsible and the answer to the queries were rude.

                    Again, the timer is not working and the complaint was lodged on 17.11.2012. In spite of repeated phone calls, the Service Centre people gave reckless answers and not attending to the complaint yet. The service is VERY WORST, repeat, VERY VERY WORST, repeat VERY VERY VERY WORST.

                    This is the poor state of SAMSUNG customer. The company is giving wide publicity, but the CUSTOMERS are neglected. The customers are treated like DOGS. Why your company is running these kind of Service Centres? You can shut down these kind of Service Centres.

                    The company should have a check on the Service Centres and obtain online feedback from the customers who have registered the complaints. The complaints not attended properly and promptly should be escalated to the higher levels.

                      I bought a samsung washing machine model# VA fully automatic (Top Load). after 3 months the damper spring problem came, called samsung cust service and an engineer sent to ur home no issues he changed the spring internally and broke the front panel. when called up again the cutomer service, they sd will replace it. after 2 weeks a call service engineer sd that he will come for replacement by 8p.m. After making the appointment time as 9 - 12 in the day time. the engineer keeps calling shall we come in the eve. I have made several complaints still of no use. My request to all of the fellow members not to go for SAMSUNG products where the SERVICE is pathetic

                        I purchase mobile on 8.8.2009 and it stopped working on 15.8.2009. I purchase it from The Mobile Store.
                        I think I should get mobile replacement instead of repair as the fault is technical and not manual. Also service once i given for repairing is worst, also I never informed the status. Service center do whatever they want. Customer care service (Toll free no.) is worst. Can u do any one of the following as soon as possible:---
                        Either provide my mobile in working condition or destroy that mobile.

                          I have a SAMSUNG SCH-M569.the 1st time I installed the software it worked amazing for me.
                          but due to some reason I had to FORMAT my computer.
                          after that I have tried so many times to install it and use the software.It always shows one display "NPS ERROR".
                          now what do I do with it??

                            I am a Judicial Magistrate posted in Supaul, Bihar. I have purchased a samsung mobile model no. SGH-J800 in month of April from Raja Telecom shop. 120 Ashiana Har Nivas, Dak Bunglow Road, Patna -1 in Rs.-6900/-.I got 1 year guarantee/warrantee. On 25.07.09 I suddenly found that display screen of my mobile turns white. I send it to patna by my staff. Where my friend has complained in service center in patna on dated 03.08.09 vide work order no. IMHP/03-2. After repairing the said mobile was returned on 14.08.09. After 4 days I received my mobile through my staff. Mobile works one hour properly after that it again turn while facing the same problem. I became irritate to see this. I also found a black miled spot on display screen with a pin size displaying light. I suffered much mental tension. I request you to look in to the matter personally and change the mobile immediately.

                              Hi,
                              THis complaint is in reference to the refrigerator bought in October, 2008 form Samsung.The refrigerator stopped working in July, 2009, when I called up the engineer he told me that the problem is with the Gas of the refrigerator.I told them that its been only 10 months that the gas is leaked, the engineer replied that this is pretty normal that the gas is leaked and we need to refill the gas.I have been using the refrigerators since my childhood and that was the first time that I have heard this kind of incident so please advice me that what can be the solution, though the refrigerator is working fine however I doubt the same will be continued after the expiry of the warranty which is at the mid of October, 2009.

                                Dear Sir/Madam

                                i purchased Samsung M200 on[protected]. After one and half month, i faced problem of rebooting .
                                i submited my handset at H.D.Associate B-104/1, Nirala nager, Lucknow on[protected].
                                I went many times at that centre and they always told me that they have not BOARD .so they sent my handset to DELHI for reapiring. After 1month and 10 days, i got my hand set .but now it has same problem again. In this way i said to him to change my set. they told that it is not possible.please suggest me now what can i do against my set??

                                  I have purchased the above mentioned set i.e. “Samsung Star GT-S5233A” on 19/5/2009.

                                  I have written so many complaints on online to Samsung Company Service Centre and Two letters directly to Company at the following address:-

                                  regarding above problem that I am unable to connect the internet connection by using Bluetooth Modem of "Star GT-S5233A". But company have not taken interest in solving my problem and till date I have not received any reply from the Samsung Company. If there is problem in the set and no solution is there then it should be changed or company should take back and give me my money.

                                  Till date I have not received any reply from Samsung.

                                  I am enclosing herewith the Corrier Receipt and Speed Post Receipt of my complaint to Samsung Company.

                                    I had purchased samsung washing machine model no WA85 HAG in 3 nov 2006. Due to lighting control panel and one other part was burnt. I submit complaint in shillong vide BP [protected]. customer care exect told me that parts are not avialabl;e. than I came on [posting to Wellington intamilnadu herer also lodge a complaint. i recd the the same reply. however one employee from Assian electronic from coimbatore suggested me that your washing machine can be replaced after deciding the depreciation of 40% and it will take more than 15 days. request advise me if it is possible I am also ready to by the new model and pay the defference but depriciion is more. please confirmrnajay

                                      I want to bring the following to your kind notice:-

                                      1. I have purchased the above mentioned set i.e. “Samsung Star GT-S5233A” on 19/5/2009.

                                      2. I have started the procedure to connect the internet on my PC by using my mobile set as modem but unable to connect.

                                      3. I have contacted your online support on phone no. [protected] and 30308282. The person at the support line was also unable to connect and advise me to go to Service Centre at Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur.

                                      4. I have contacted the Service Centre and after taking appointment to come at Service Centre at 2:30pm. Before leaving my place I have again contacted the Service Centre and on the advice to come. On reaching there they told me to come at 5:00pm… A Joke with me in a very Hot day of 47 DC. After so many arguments they were ready to see my problem but the Engineers at the Service Centre were also unable to connect the internet. Then the Manager of the Centre has advised me to go to Lucknow or depositing the set at their centre for updating the software of the mobile set…. Again a joke with me that I will give them my new set without any proper checking which I purchased only few days back. I have spent about three and half hours at Service Centre.

                                      5. When I have contacted the dealer- Unisef Marketing, Shop No.43, Sagar Market, Karachi Khana, Kanpur., from which I have purchased the set he also sent an engineer for providing me the help. On failing he contacted some Trainer for help. The Trainer told him that the software provided with the set is not proper and advice to download the Samsung New PC Studio for Tocco Lite set from www.samsung.co.uk. …Again a Joke to download a huge size programme.

                                      6. I have tried three times and downloaded the Samsung New PC Studio software but the same was corrupted at the time of installing on my PC. Then I contacted your online support for sending me the correct software they have refused my request that Samsung provide only online support and they have forced me to download the software from internet, if I want to solve my problem.

                                      7. Then I have again downloaded a huge size of 110mb in about 12 hours time.

                                      8. I again contacted online support and get a success of connecting the internet on my PC under USB Modem of my Mobile set. Now I requested the same person to help me to connect the internet on my PC under Bluetooth Modem of my Mobile set. They have tried but unable to connect. During the process the set was rebooted so many times.

                                      9. The person at the online support told me that my Bluetooth device attached with my PC is not proper then I have purchased new one. The first one is quite well because before this Samsung Star – GT-S5233A I was using Nokia and Sony Ericssion sets on this Bluetooth device.

                                      10. After purchasing the new Bluetooth device I again contacted online support but again there is a failure and the person at the Service Centre advice me to go to Service Centre at Kanpur. Which I refuse because my first experience was very bad. But on insisting I have taken the time from the Service Centre at Kanpur in between the conversation with the person at online support.

                                      11. After taking time when I reach at 5:00pm on 16/7/2009 at the Service Centre the person to whom I have discussed the problem and taken appointment told me that the problem is still persisting and they cannot help in this regard. Then I told him this thing he can also inform me on telephone at the time of taking appointment. But I have told him that internet is connecting under USB Modem of the mobile set which they do not know and I have practically shown to him that I am getting internet connection under USB Modem of my set and told him that I am facing problem in getting internet connection under Bluetooth Modem of my set and the set was rebooted so many times. Sir I have spent more than FIVE hours at the centre and no one taking interest in solving my problem and they were busy in their other jobs. After giving so much time I ask the Service Engineer now what should I do he told me to come to Service Centre on Saturday i.e. on 18th of July 2009.

                                      12. On 18th when I contacted the Service Station they have told me that they will contact me on receiving the solution.

                                      13. I bring to your kind notice that I get connected on internet by using Bluetooth Modem of my Mobile set under the old Bluetooth device connected with my PC only for one time.

                                      Now after so many complaints from 26/27.05.2009 to 15.7.2009 on internet site of Samsung and going to Service Centre I have reached on the following conclusion and questions:-

                                      That …….

                                      1. I have done a sin to purchase a product of Brand Name called Samsung on 19/5/2009 after seeing the great advertisement on TV. Before this I was using my Nokia set with satisfaction.

                                      2. Will any customer like to deposit his new set at a Service Station or go to Lucknow and will waste atleast one or more days?

                                      3. Should the Company not examine all the features of the model before its launching?

                                      4. If the software provided with the set is not proper and the Customer have also paid some money to the Company for this then why should a customer to go the Cyber Cafe for downloading this. Should it not be provided by the Company?

                                      5. There is no Value of time of customer for Samsung Company.

                                      6. Should Company not take back all the set from the market and also from their Customers who are facing such problem for the reputation of the Company and re-launch the model? Here is an example when Nokia have changed their batteries.

                                      7. I am sorry to say that besides repeated complaints and its reminders and also threat to go to Consumer Forum nothing could be done in above regards, which I never hoped from a reputed company like Samsung and received only a system generated reply/SMS on my e-mail and Mobile.

                                      Now I am writing this letter directly to the Company with the hope to please change this Mobile Set (GT-S5233A) having proper software and hardware from which I am totally fed up.

                                        Sir, this is vikas kumar sharma, resident of MEGHADRIPETA COLONY, KANCHARAPALEM, VISAKHAPATNAM beg to informed u that i ve given my mobile phone long back hardly one month happened and there wasn't any intimation further.i ve given my phone on 24 july 2009 and whenever i ask them about the phone, they make me to roam hear and there.Literally they are making me fool teling that your phone went to bangalore for repair.Again the next day when i visited, there are telling me some new story which is just a negligence towards the customer.They made us lot of harrsament, tell us to come on a particular day just to waste the time of customer.
                                        So, i kindly request u to take some stringent action against it.hoping for a positive reply.eagly waiting for ur reply.
