My Uncle had purchased Samsung Dual D880 handset, before 6 months Now the Display Strip is corrupted. So I took to the Samsung Authorised Service center Opp. Canara Collage Mangalore . At first I got the answer saying the strip stock will be reaching mangalore within 2 days . Now It has been nearly a month passed still reciving the same answer from the service center. Service center has failed to arraange a simple strip of running model...

    DEAR SIR/ MADAM,
    I brought a samsung mobile(S8003) IMER No-[protected] on 27/07/2009 from Big Bazer, Ameerpet, HYDERABAD, AP-500016.
    On that day i came to cuttack, orissa, and i found some manufacturing defect (adapter not working and spot on display) on my mobile.
    I show my mobile in CHANNEL-4, SERVICE CENTER, CUTTACK-01, ORISSA on dated 01/08/2009.
    After seeing the mobile, they told me the mobile is having manufacturing defect, and this mobile set needs to be changed completly.they kept the mobile for two days to issue the DOA.
    After two day (03/08/2009) they returned the mobile set, and told me if they will issue DOA here
    Then it will be a problem, so collect the DOA from hyderabad service center .
    I am sending all the documents in the Attchament please go through it. And also let me know what
    i have to do now.please revert the mail asap.

      i bough samsung microwave oven on 2002 it was used in my house very rare monthly once is too much now it is fail to start with manual time setting .auto start ok (auto timing for coffee 3 minutes) i made complained on 05.12.2008. service engineer came on 14.12.2008 and received Rs 112 including service tax
      he does damage the feather touch panel and he advice me take this oven to SANVEE CUSTOMER CARE no 10, Kasthuri bai gandhi nagar, Viyasarpadi, Chennai.39. I gave my oven to the above service care, they said please wait spare not available and also said in indian agreement law we are not allow to stock any spares after three years so please wait ... iam asking every ten days by phone, they answered please wait...they won't any call to me till this date(3.8.09) finaly they said june 2009 we have no spares so please take back your oven. I ask them please give your answer with writing, they said NO till this date they don't bother about me. sir India is poor country I am the monthly salary employee and I will not accept use and throw policy please help me

        Frequent gas refilling required

        I bought a samsung refrigirator an year ago exactly and for the second time we are calling the samsung customer care persons to come and refill the gas.
        Just after 6 months from the date of purchase, a person had come and refilled the gas.
        Today the same issue has again cropped up. And the customer care person says that since the warranty period is done, we need to pay for the gas filling.
        And also no one from Samsung...

        I purchased a Samsung Mobile dated on 12/01/2009.Due to some technical problem I have to submit my mobile to Samsung Service Center C/O

        Durga Electronics Services,
        M-3 Ground Floor, Old DLF Colony,
        Sec-14, Gurgaon. Ph :[protected].

        on 20/06/2009.Till date, I didn't got any response regarding my mobile. They didn't provide any sort of satisfactory answer to me nor the company also. One an half month pass-out, they just do the mentally harassment.

        Sir, it's my humble request to please take a strong step, so that no such problem raise in near future.

        I send the reference number ( provided by Samsung Customer Care )[protected] as well as the attached receipt which I got from the service center as a proof of my statement.

        Samsung--SCH-F679 — Complaint Against Service Station

        Respected Sir,

        Sir I m a user of smsung mobile.I have been facing a problem in my mobile.The Problem Is that it is not switching on.So i gave it in Samsung Service Station to repair it on 20/10/08 in Patna and i got a response that it will be repaired by 25th of that month.But when i called up your service station on 25th then i got the information that it had not been repaired till now call after 5 days.Then i called after 5 days then he told me another 5 days.Then on 15th of november i again go to your service station and then they told me to submit the papers of mobile.Just imagine after 1 month aprox.Then i have submited the papers of mobile and then they told me that i will get my mobile on 25th. Then i called up your Service station on 25th then again they told me that call after 10 days.Now i want to know that what is this..??? This is only the samsung company which requires 1 months to repair a mobile and that also not yet repaired.You all just cheat customers and nothing else.I can file a case against your company for fooling people.I just want to know whether my cell will repaire or not..??

        I Vijay Kumar, had bought a new CDMA Samsung Mobile - MAX in August end, but after two months I found some serious fault in the product, though the mobile was in warranty period, I submitted the same to the Samsung Service Center - Beecham's Vision located at 31, MUnicipal Market, Connaught place, New Delhi-110001, now it is almost going to complete two months, I have yet not received my mobile, even after the enought follow up with the dealer and the company itself.

        I bought a new SAMSUNG mobile model SGH-J700i three months back. Unfortunately its ‘display’ was broken accidentally about
        one and half month back. I went to your Authorized Service Centre named Super Communications run by Mr. Jaideep Mehta in my town, Moga – 142001, Punjab, India. I submitted my mobile to him to get it repaired.

        Now more than a month has passed. The mobile is still with him. I visit him almost every day. Every time he says that he has talked to the Service Engineer in Delhi, but they are not sending the required ‘display’. I am visiting him again and again and he always makes a phone call in my presence to your ‘concerned’ people and your people promise to send the required ‘part’ next day but I am still making rounds of his shop.

        It is the first time in my life that I have bought any SAMSUNG product. I have a very bad experience. I hope you will cooperate and help me.

        SAMSUNG F679 — Display not working

        We had purchased 8 nos of samsung CDMA mobile that is SCH- F679 but out of them six mobile display is not working & local dealer is not helping is not working in this matter.
        My mobile IMEI no is --OF13C34C MAR2008
        I too have a similar complaint.
        In Rourkela, Orissa, India the attitude of the Authorized Service Center M/s Premier N Premier towards my case has not been of customer satisfaction. After inspecting my J210 mobile (complaint claim no. provided to me by the Service Center is WA [protected] dtd.02.9.09) they said the circuit was burnt due to overcharge and hence the set was not working. They wanted me to pay for the repairs although I went to them during the warranty period.

        I argued that the adapter used for charging was ok and hence overcharge damage is illogical. I discussed with Samsung helpline[protected] who eventually took my complaint on 04.9.09 vide complaint no.[protected] but advised me to take up with the company.

        My one year warranty expires today i.e. on 05.9.09 as I had purchased the set on 06.09.08 from Bhubaneswar.

        I would request the Samsung authorities to look into my mobile set complaint and contact me at my email address. I hope Samsung will live up to its reputation.
        I had puchased new mobile samsung beet m-3510 on 5th aug. 2009. I have complaint regarding the head phone. head phone is not working properly, since i have purchase the mobile phone. The sarvice center manager is also not help me they alwayas say that it is not aveilable at present. kindely do somthing.

        Samsung mobile J700i — Non receipt

        I am Dr Tapas Kumar Kundu, who ordered a Samsung moIbile phone [ Code no- J700i] on 31.8.2009.] I talked with the customer care person[ continually requesting to get this offer ] who assured me that I will get this product by three weeks. More than one month has passed yet I have not received the product and surprisingly no customer care persons are picking the phone now.I have paid the bill by my credit card which has deducted the amount [total Rs-5498.00] on the next morning that is on 1.9.09. I donot know what to do. India today group suppose to be a prestigious group and when they are playing this type of fraud game with customer then whom to trust?

        I PURCHASED OMNIA I900 FROM MUSTAFA CENTER, SINGAPORE.
        I GOT PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE RELATING TO LOUDSPEAKER AND EARPIECE. IN BRIEF I COULDN’T HEAR OTHER PERSON DURING CALL BUT OTHER CAN HEAR ME.
        OTHER THAN THIS I COULD EVEN NOT HEAR ANY SONG PLAYED, RING TONE, WARNING TONES, ETC.

        I TOOK MY PHONE TO LUDHIANA MOBILE SERVICE CENTER (MOBILE CLINIC, NEAR SINGAR CINEMA)ON 6TH OF OCTOBER, 2009 BUT I WAS TOLD THAT IT’S LOUDSPEAKER IS DAMAGED AND LOUDSPEAKER MADE IN INDIA IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SINGAPORE MANUFACTURED MOBILE.

        WHEN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE I WAS GIVEN REFERENCE NO.-[protected], BUT NO SOLUTION. I WAS TOLD THAT CONCERNED PERSON WILL CALL YOU BUT AFTER LONG WAIT I MYSELF CALLED 30308282. SO I WAS GIVEN MOBILE NUMBER OF HEAD OF PUNJAB SERVICE CENTERS, BUT NO SOLUTION.
        WHEN I CALLED HIM FOR SOLUTION HE TOLD HE WILL HELP, I ALSO CALLED MANAGER OF MOBILE CLINIC, LUDHIANA, SHE SAID SHE WILL TALK TO SENIOR.WANT TO KNOW ONE THING CAN’T A REPUTED INTERNATIONAL BRAND "SAMSUNG" HELP HIS CUSTOMER TO REPAIR MOBILE. I UNDERSTAND THAT DIFFERENT HAVE DIFFERENT CODING BUT CAN’T "SAMSUNG" ARRANGE A SMALL PART FOR HIS CUSTOMER.
        I SPENT 1039 SINGAPORE DOLLOR (APPROX 34000 RUPPEE) FOR A MOBILE TO SUFFER INCONVENIENCE.

        AND NOW IT IS ALMOST A MONTH AND I HAVE NO RESPONSE.

        I have recd a message from Idea that Dear customer Your Handset has invalid IMEI as per DoT directive IMEI handset wont work from 30 Nov09 across all networks.

        As many time even thousands times I sent complains but no attempt to listen and solve, I found Samsung mobile company totally deaf and blind and I found myself exploited and cheated from it. Your company is making big noises of advertisement and other flattering policy to sell mobile phones. I purchased a Samsung Mobile-model SCH W339, duo sim, just one year ago from JS Communication, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Since then I am facing same kind of problem-lock and not opening problem in the set. I lost money, physical torture and time in the name of its maintenance but quite unable till now. There are two problems mainly:
        1) Most of the time it displays ‘phone locked contact service centers’ and when I unlock it from service centers it works maximum of 2/3 days and again locks automatically,
        2) Sometimes it can’t open when it starts it displays as ‘Samsung’ after appears ‘TATA’ and it repeats for the whole time until I do not pick off the battery.
        Without you give options to make it functional it, is better to declare failure the production of mobiles. Customers are shouting for operating the mobile and facing same problem with pain and trouble you do not response nor provide solution. I think Samsung mobile company is laughing at customer’s pain and troubles. Is this its established business? If this company is live not dead can you provide its solution and response as quickly as possible? I am tired of complaining, it is about to throw that coward set to rubbish dish, If you can help me email me once.

For me what I should do to operate it again and if I unlock again will the problem repeat again and again.

        My mobiles set ‘Samsung’ Duo model SCH W339 which I bought from Nehru place in Nov. 20, 2008 is not working, there is problem of lock and not opening. I showed this to various service centers but they do something and it works maximum of 3 days then it stops to work. Last time in Nov 18, 2009, I brought it to ‘Climate Control’ service center, Muzzafarpur, Bihar in which there was a problem of lock and the problem was settled by Mr Jawala ji resolved it but worked only for 3 days. After 3 days it couldn’t open and just displays Samsung and gives sound and repeats the same thing but never opens. I am using one TATA indicom CDMA rim in slot 1 and Airtel GSM sim in the second slot. First day it worked without disturbance but the second day it needed battery charge so I switch off it and charged it and when charge became full I switch on but there began problem. It starts to open displays ‘TATA’ and disappears itself and it repeats continuously until the battery works. This problem is not new, such happened in the past many times. I am tired off the phone diagnosis and its treatment. What can I do? I have spent lots of money time and mental torture for a long time. I think to buy Samsung mobile is a curse; it is torture and waste of wealth, time and mental disorder. Plz reply me what do you suggest bring it again which will work only for 2/3 days again. Hoping your quick responses. Its warranty period passed away from Nov 20.

        The above are numbers you send me after I complained you about the unlock and not opening problem in my samsung duo SCH W339 mobile which I bought from Delhi, Nehru place, JS Communication in Nov. 20, 2008. But you wrote; to repot for not satisfaction or for new product-it is impossible to send message because it is not allowed access to fill the form-serial no, address, phone no etc can't be filled and in such situation how can I report you?
        My problem is mobile lock and not opening (switch on), you simply replied me saying welcome to Samsung with a number of transaction every time. Your word of welcome and transaction do not help me solve the problem. Until you develop software and order the service centers how my problem be solved. This is a big question why this mobile produced and came in market which is of no use more than a toy mobile. Tell me clearly will it unlock permanently and there will be no problem in opening if I bring it to service center? I am tired of bringing and meeting the technicians. Money, time and mental torturer is of no value in front of this coward mobile. I think it was bad day I went Samsung store and think to buy Samsung mobile. Inform me can you help me or you are helpless. Please do not send word of sympathy mere.

        Thanks for your response.
        I was roaming for a long time since a year and no response actually. During this period what I didn't do, I lost lots of money, time and mental torture. Last time (Nov. 17, 2009) I went to 'Electro Lab' a Samsung Mobile Service Center in Muzaffarpur, Bihar and the case was dealt by Mr Jwala Ji. He did something and charged one hundred and for that instant it worked. I came back Bairganiya, Sitamadhi and used one CDMA Rim of Tata indicom in the first slot and GSM Airtel Sim in the second slot, it worked for the first day and the next day I needed to recharge the mobile. I switched off it recharged it after it was full I switched on but it never opened. It displays only 'Samsung' and gives opening sound and comes tata and goes off and repeats the same thing until the battery works but never opens. Such happened in the past also.
        The main problem is phone lock, it locks repeatedly and for this one year period I hardly used this mobile maximum of 2 months. I looked various service centers, visited different places and spent money for the same problem but totally failure. I am tired and hopeless and forget to believe that this mobile will come in use again. You are the first to respond me. I do not believe whether the men of Samsung mobile service center in Muzaffarpur will listen and help me to solve the problem permanently and the mobile will really begin to work. I have purchased in Nov.20, 2008 and one year warranty period is passed away and the people may misbehave without listening it properly. Anyway I am bringing it to the same place if they do not care and take seriously who will be the authorized and top level person to call by phone. Kindly provide the highest person's name and ph no with whom I want to talk once. Also inform me where is Samsung Mobile's head office in India and who is the chief of this company in India. If all these means became failure and the problem not solved permanently I will be compelled to throw the coward mobile in dust bin and go for legal treatment.

        SAMSUNG MOBILE, SCH-F 309 — KEYPAD

        My mobiles keypad is not working properly. I visisted to customer care at kalyan two times, but nothing. they told me water entered in it. But how?????
        There are rusting in this mobile's keypad at many places which is visible also at outside the phone in some areas. It is impossible that rusting occures in a newly continuious using phone.
        Please suggest me what to do??????

        Samsung — Misbehaving attitude of the Software Engineer

        Dear Sir,

        This is to bring to your kind notice that I visited the Service Plus, 14 - Basement, Central Market, Ashok Vihar, Delhi - 110 052 (Near Hanuman Mandir) to get my Samsung Mobile Model No. 569 on 26.12.2009. The Work Order No. was 069, in warranty, charging problem. My case was handled by Mr. Amit, Software Engineer. But, to my utter shock and dissatisfaction, Mr Amit talked in a very rude and unexpected manner. His behaviour was very rough. Before, I reached the Centre I had a conversation over phone with Mr. Amit and he told me that he would try to rectify the problem but, when I reached the place Mr. Amit was not in a mind to understand that I was in urgent need of the mobile and needed to get the phone repaired immediately. He very rudely answered me that I should get the problem sorted out in any other place. I hope, appropriate action would be taken against Mr. Amit for misbehaving with a customer.

        samsungmobile — repeated breakdown of handset

        I have bought a samsung mobile (GT-B5310) 7months back, and within these few months i faced serious problem in my handset for nearly about 3-4 times. Both the touchscreen and the qwerty keypad stops working and the mobile is of no use any longer. I gave it to the authorized service centre for repairing, but the most problamatic part of it is that they take a massive 1month time or more to repair it, but still the handset faces the same problem once again after a few days later on i bring it back from the service centre. The same process continued twice and now I am completely fed up with the handset and left any hope of fixing it back. I want a severe action to be taken against both the company and it's service centre as it really pains to spent a huge amount of Rs. 11,000/- and getting nothing in return.

        Samsung India — Broken display by service engineer

        I had procured samsung wave (GT-S8500)from Thane. After 5 days i found a white spot at display, service engineer Miss Sandhya at thane Mangalmurti center asked to inspection for the same. They inspected it for 2 Hours & whils returning i found scrach at display. When i shown them they said that we will replace it free of cost. But right now we dont have fresh display. As it will come to is will replace. After 2 months continuous follow up they suddenly told me that we dont replace it. I complained against them to Kurla service center then they gave me a quote of 5500/_ for the same. The issue is still pending, meanwhile i called samsung customer care more than 50 times, made a lot of mails to their website but they are still zero.
        Please guide me for the resolution.

        I have problem of mobile charging model is samsung GT-S5603 from 15/08/2011,when i charge my phone it will seen that like he is charge also symbol of charging is full charged but when i removed charging plug & any one call take or handle total battery backup down this problem i told to samsung customer care representative nashik he told replace battery charging connector i was agree and replace it in 400Rs.& he said 1 year warranty for connector(20/08/2011) but when i use the phone after 2 day's same problem's occurred phone was not charge properly.this problem i told after 22 day's because i worked in marketing field always out of station.customer care representative say replace battery then check phone was charge or not charge neither replace mother board.also he said 1representative no warranty for connector,2 representative one month warranty available but u r late.i.e. like experience are given to me.i was totally fail for this problem phone is not repaired & 400Rs.loss.

            I bought a 1.5 ton split AC from your dealers Kings Electricals in Panvel approximatelt fourteen months ago. They installed the unit, which was never tested by the installation crew, since there was ;oad shedding. They did not return the next day or any day after that. When I tried to put the AC on after two days. It would not work. In fact the compressor became cold and full of ice, whereas the blower was throwing hot air. My complaints fell on deaf years. Calling on the dealers personally brought about an inspection. This was after one month or more. They informed me that the compressor did not work and so that was replaced. So was the remote control which too was not in order. The AC worked after that. My visits to this location (Farm House 16 km from Panvel) are infrequent and collectively the AC has worked for about 250 hours. Since the last month it has stopped cooling and my complaints to "kings" has brought me nothing but grief. I have been calling your Gurgaon/Delhi number. After getting through, I made a complaint and was given a No. [protected]. This was on the 19th July. So far no one has bothered to see the machine. Again contacting Kings, I was given your "local" persons contact. MR Gajanan at [protected]. He refused to come on the phone and I spoke to a giggling girl who promised to call me back in fifteen minutes. That was 12 hours ago. Gajanan has no time. I got through to your Delhi no after hanging on for one hour. I spoke to one "Nayan" and was given the same complaint no. as mentioned earlier. Nayan promised that the local man would call me to fix a time within half an hour. That was six hours ago.
            WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO? I AM A SENIOR SENIOR CITIZEN AND GETTING A RAW DEAL FROM SAMSUNG WHO ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT CLIENTS.

              Execute TkFileExplorer_2.2.exe

              Scroll down Port window: You should get just one COMxx option. Choose it and press OK.

                  I had given my samsung handycam- model VP- DC 175 WI/XTL, Sl. no. AC516VKP70017R for repair as it had some fault in booting the system and some DVDs couldnot be finalized in the system. It was given at Tejas Services, Samsung services centre, #509/2, BK street, Devraj Mohalla, Mysore-570024, PHONE[protected], on 25/3/09. It was given along with its accessories battery(no. 07070706H) and adopter. The handycam was sent to Bangalore and the complaint was addressed and it cameback after a month. However when it was returned the battery was misplaced. The head of the service centre Mr. Amarish promised that he will find and return it. However even after 1 month he couldnot trace it. After prolonged pestering he promised he will reimburse the money if I buy the battery from outside market. Unfortunately being in a authorised Samsung sales centre he could buy a spare battery. I bought from a nearby electronic shop and produced the bill to him. However the amount was exhorbitant compared to the company cost. (Rs.650v/s 1800) Hence he refused to reimburse, and he said he will get it from the company. even after 6 months he has not even bother to call me and tell me what is the position.I herewith enclose the costomer copy of complaint voucher which the service centre is supposed to take back when the product is delivered in a satisfactory condition.
                  I greatly regret the callous attittude of the authorised service centre and i want it to be adressed immediately. For me buying a another battery for rs. 600 is not the problem but the problem to be addressed and customer should be given respect.

                    I am adoctor by profession.purchased samsung split A.c machine in June 2005 AT CHANDRA Traders, Velachery .chennai, 42.Next day after installation i.e exactly after 3 hrs o[censored]sage by night 10 pm water started pouring from the machine while the machine was working.after repeated complaints company people came after 1 day . they could not rectify the faulthence removed the machine

                    they installed a new machine by july 2005.Proper regular serving was done .On 7th December 2006 a chill winter day by around 4 PM while all o[censored]s are away at work my elder daughter who was sleeping in the room suddenly woke due to the heat saw the whole A.c machine ( in Door unit) on fire came running out alerting everybody
                    By the time the fire service people came they were able to save my elderly auntsbut couldnot save many of my documets & our dresses .we were on middle the street if not for my friends.
                    samsung people came the next day, saw the damage & told us that they want to sent the burnt machine for examination.In our confused state of mind we allowed them to take the machine.

                    After 3 days they said they will pay Rs. 35, 000 for repainting works & a new machine.we were more preoccupied in renewing process & getting back our documentshence didnot consider about this
                    After 1 or 2 months they paid for the repair work of the house & took the expense bill.

                    They gave one A.C machine in somewhere in JAN 2008 with old out door unit straight from the godown. I refused to take the unit so another outdoor unit was given. this was also an old one werename of that customer was written.after my refusal some senior person came . He inspected the units took them back.He provided a new indoor unit new model & a new old model outdoor unit.when i asked he said both are combatible. in this process we lost some months of time .

                    Finally I accepted what they gave 7 when asked for the warranty card etc. they said they will give the documents but so far not given.Meanwhile because of my profession icould not concentrateon thi problem as whenever i called the company personeach time i have to spend
                    minimum of 45 min starting the story from the begining.Also the contact person either changes the phonenumber or left the job.

                    at last I could get them installed the machine in December 2008.By May i called for the first service as but they put a condition that i should the service charge and didnot accept my explanation that this was a first service after inatallation.That time my husband's friend who was working in Income tax dept sustained burns & carbon monoxide poisoning while sleeping due to split A.c machine problem including her 18 months old child . Same time my A.C machine thermostat was not working.Even if you set the temperature at 20 *C the temerature will not go down below 24*C & outdoor unit stops.Again restarts after 25*C .
                    Immediately i called for the servicing in june 2009. After repeated calls they came Alfa Refrigeration company on 20th june 2009 & asked to pay an advance of RS 400/

                    we paid it .Nobody came for nearly 1 week . I made literally 20 phone calls everyday to the customer care service.After 2 days the servicing people came . they said that dust accumalted in both units & took away After 5 days returned the units & collected the rest RS. 850.i.e by 2 / 7 / 2009


                    since 28 / 7 /2009 within a span 3 weeks again same problem recurred. The machine outdoor unit automatically switches off at 24*C as before.today again the complaint was lodged .
                    Two servicing persons came by evening & one person went out & checked the outdoor unit.he said the dust has accumalated in the indoor unit & needs servicing.also he said they will charge for the service.
                    when i asked him how it is possible that so must dust will accumalate within a span of 3 weekshe didnot give a proper reply & asked me to call the superiors.

                    when i switched on the A.C By 9 pm today water startes to pour out after 15 minutes from the A.C machine.I am sure the person who went the unit must have done something so the condensed water flows back.Rightnow i donot know what to do, Whom to contact in samsung who is respinsible .
                    This A.c. makes me sleepless with nightmares.


                    KIndly guide me what next step i should take

                      I am writing this mail with absolutely no hope of getting any responce from the company.

                      At the out set I must admit that I am a biggest fool in the entire world to have chosen SAMSUNG split A/c for my house when the other better products of more reliable Companies were available.

                      I placed an order with M/s Aalap Electronics, Charkop on Sunday 19th July2009. The dealer assured me that the A/c will be despatched to my residence on monday 20th July and will be fitted the same day. He demanded Rs. 25, 500/- which was promptly paid to him in cash. I had taken leave from office to ensure that the house is open when the A/c is delivered. No body turned up on that day. I only received assurances from Mr. Wagle that the person has lkeft with the A/c and will be fitted by the evening.The next day also he did not deliver the a/c. he delivered the a/c only after 4th day i.e on 23rd July after persistant follow up. After falling to his feet (as I had paid the amount for the same)he finally fitted the same on Saturday i.e on 7th day. He did not give any bill nor warranty card but the user's manual. Since he did not give me the bill I have a serious doubt that he is a bogus Dealer supplying duplicate A/c machines.

                      The A/c worked for total 3 hours in 2 days after installation.It stopped giving the cooling effect. the next dat the complaint was registered with the service centre under Complaint no[protected]. Mr. Suresh promptly registered the complaint and assured that the emgineer will come to attend the complaint by evening. As per the your Company' s policy, no body turned up. The customer care centre was again contacted the next day.This time Mr.Aman, who said the engineer will set the machine right by evening. Again no body turned up. In the evening I talked to Swapna who as per your company policy politely re registered the complaint again and finally a person turned up. He checked the machine and diagnosed that said the PCB has died. It took one full day for him to get the PCB form your service centre in Mahim which id 7 KM away from my residence in Mumbai. The next day he fitted the PCB and found that the GAS has leaked. He today morning came again to my residence left the machine on and went to get the GAS. Till evening he did not come.Is it that you should fill the GAS every 4 hours of working ? If that is so why not fill CNG or LPG in place once for all?

                      When I enquired with your service centre at Mahim over phone, by doubt about the dealer was confirmed. the person over there said that theA/c has not been fitted by the authorised representative. I am extremely sorry to purchase the so called SAMSUNG A/c.Tomorrow at 12.00 noon I have organised the funeral of the A/c for its premature death.I request all the Company officials in India & Abroad to attend the same. The guest of Honour will be off course non other than Mr. Wagle of Aalap Electronics who has successfully sold the duplicate A/c.


                      I have now taken an oath not to purchase any SAMSUNG product in life and will never recommend the same to anybody


                      This mail is not with an intention for you to depute a person for repairs/ replacement but for my satisfaction. I know for sure that there will any cognisence taken to this mail.Because SAMSUNG has rhino's skin.

                        I had bought one Samsung Mobile Model SGH-J700 on 27.08.08 which suddently stopped while talking within 10 days of purchase. I had given the set for servicing to their servicing centre M/s. Shree Balaji Cellulars, 281/C. N.S.C.Bose Road, Kolkata-700047. After about 21 days they have returned me the set but the complaint of being being swithced off suddently remained as it is. I had to submit the hand set to them for at least 8-9 times but the problem could not resolved and ultimately M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., replaced the set with SGH-L700 at a payment of Rs. 2200.00 on 03.04.2009. This set was also became DEAD on 23.06.2009, within 2 and half month. I again rushed to the same service centre and deposited the phone but till date I have neither received the repired set nor the replacement. As per service centre persons advice I had contacted Mr. Rahman of M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., on 01.06.2009 ( and since then contineously ollowing up) who initially assured me the give me the set back and later told that they will replace me the set again but did not mention any time period. Finally today I had visited their service centre for giving a complaint in writing but their service centre persons had refused to accept the letter. I have therefore posted the letter by Registered A/D. to them with a copy to Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata office. I have requested them to return me the money since now I am sick and tired of the services of Samsung.

                          i am being duped by samsung company they are not even responding to my numerous complaints and e mails leave apart repair or replacing it .The record of complaints should be available in company itself I am complaing since february 09 for replacement /repair of my defectivr printer scx--4200 but it seems company officials are simply waiting for guarantee period of one year to expire which happens in a few days from now in august--09 my new printer stopped printing only after 120 prints ---i want to know whether each cartridge of samsung gives only 120 prints instead of 3000 prints i wish to dispose off my printer if samsung printers give only 120 prints ----giving it a cost of printing of around RS 20/- per page instead of normalf Rs---1/- per page' i wish to know whether this is a mechanicak time being fault or a permanant fault /The officials of samsung are not even ready to reply to my querry/problem let alone repairing or replacing my printer Ii am in delemia whether i should get my printer repaired from market which is in guarantee period or dispose it off and purchase new printer of other company which gives much higher prints around 3000 i instead of 120 prints by samsung printer

                            I have purchased SGHI450 mobile phone IMEI no. 359081/01/256208/5 from a dealer in Rajkot( Gujarat)on 14/11/08. Recently i faced the problem with the keypad of the phone . i gave it to the customer care herein rajkot. Both times it failed again on the next day as they did the same thing both times by mistake. I am Being told to replace the LCD and the manager told that it will come in 5 days but it is not in stock since last 19 days and it will take another week.                               Have logged a complaint to Samsung Service Centre ( +[protected] on 22nd july 2009 - complaint no. - [protected] ; after 7 followups with samsung service centre this is till pending . Every time the attendant promises to send service personnel that very day ; No amount of reminders seems to be working .                                 Hi,

                                I had a very bad & bitter experience from Samsung product & services.

                                I have recently purchased a Samsung ultraslim colour TV (model no.- 21B860) on 16th june-2009 from Aakash Samsung Plaza, Laxmi nagar, New Delhi.

                                Within few days there are permanent colour patches on screen and curve / blend in picture from right & lest side.

                                I have registered complaint on samsung toll free no. (complaint no.- [protected]). Samsung engineers visited twice but they are not able to rectify this problem & still I am facing same problem.

                                Now the worst part is that I am daily making calls to samsung toll free no.'s[protected] / [protected]) but nobody is visiting to my place to rectify this problem.

                                I am literally fedup making calls to samsung toll free no's

                                I can't expect such pathetic services from Samsung and expect better services from such big brand name.

                                So it's my humble request to you as you are not able to rectify problem of your own product so pls change my defective TV with a new TV.

                                  I bought samsung mobile S3310. As such its good one in that price range with 8gb memory card support. I put 256MB mc which was with me. I find the mobile is not responding sometimes while disconnecting the call. even after pressing the hang on button, still the line was connected and eats aways some more buks. I tried the pc studio to access my files. But is not working . when i download from samsung website, i got the soft ware but whenever i try to open, an NPS error comes and program terminates on its own. Samsung, being an international brand, should resolve such small issues.I can approach the service center of samsung, but its sucking to approach any service center with new product in hand, , , we must be prepared to leave our product with them for any updation or repair...anyone pl guide...the best way to resolve this issue...thanks in advance

                                  buddy the pictures and videos can be seen with 320 *240 or 170*144 display.just practice a bit ...its a great phone ..with superb display and basic features and v elegant display ...u can ask for more at this range.its sound quality is better then any nokia mobile at this range ...yes u cant install third party softs and games from PC but can install directly on mobile. one more thing u cant install themes on this cell.But u can create ur own themes(need bit of practice)which is best feature.u can set display according to ur choice and what feel good to ur eyes.Also u can extend memory upto 8 GB ...i am using 4 Gb card and its working great.no hanging problem.this is what i have for now about this 3310 set.i hope this would help to u people.but at last i can say this will not disappoint u at all.                                   All you need to do is go to settings -> phone settings -> PC connections -> select mass storage and save... Now when you connect the phone to your pc via the data cable, all the necessary installations o[censored]sb drivers and such things will complete automatically. You dont need to install any softwares manually. All the installation will occur instantly after you connect (setting of mass storage is very important). The Next Time you connect your mobile to your PC, the memory card on your phone will just act like a pen drive... ( I dot use any softwares like samsung pc studio or anything)

                                  I, (Balwant Singh Ghugtyal), resident of House no. 219, Paschimabad, JNU, New Delhi-110067 purchased a Samsung mobile model no. GT S3310 (IMEI No. [protected]) from Hotspot mobile store, Munirka, Bill no. 5599 dated 06th May, 2010. Unfortunately, since the date of purchase, I am experiencing some problem in the Settings – Display and Light settings - dialing display – Font type. In font type, only two options are working properly i.e., Normal 1 & 2. By selecting the other options in Font type, the font size, font color and Background color options in Dialling display becomes inactivated (cursor is not selecting downstream options).
                                  In order to rectify the same, I have already visited the Hotspot and confirmed from there they have the same problem in other same mobile sets also probably due to the defect in software/program. They advised me to write a complaint to Samsung customer service directly in written. So, keeping in view your customer satisfaction motto, please let me know whose falt is this, your's ? software's ? or mine ? that i purchased this phone from samsang, instead of buying cell phone from nokia, spice, sony etc. I am expecting a permanent solution to my and others also who has purchased the same phone.

                                  samsung s3310 is nt at al a gud one.Mainly when you transfer files through bluetooth it wnt have access to the memory card and instead its saved in the phone memory which is very poor.So every time you have to move the items to card memory.Regarding messages also there is a great deal of problem the inbox always get filled with sms and every time you have to delete the messages.It is such a stupid mobile to buy, i would rather suggest to buy Nokia, which is a far better one compared to samsung.So please go for Nokia instead of this stupid Samsung.

                                  The problems i m facing with this r nt the newer ones. these r:
                                  1. pc suit is nt available. And downloaded one is nt detecting the phone.
                                  2. data taken via bluetooth cannot be saved in memory card directly.
                                  3. found a problem of stmp srver on configuring email account.
                                  4. Its sms memory is less than it shows...i.e phone shows memory full before total msgs i cn save in it.
                                  5. it works little slow, frm my experiance.

                                  Hello sir i am facing the problem of installing the java games in my new S3310 mobile please tell me is there any procedure to run the java games in it.
                                  Samsung S3310 is one of the worst mobiles, in the dozen mobiles i have used in last 10 years.

                                  When the call is getting disconnected, the phone hangs. To restart, we have to remove the batter and restart again. its so much stress in life, and hurts...

                                  Samsung Service center not interested in fixed.

                                  From now, i wouldn't buy Samsung brand any more in life.

                                  This is Amod Jha From rohini Delhi, I have purchased this handset on[protected] From Hot Spot of Sec.2, After 2 month it was work less and auto on off. problem was bering faced. Once it was submitted to samsung care on[protected] at T & L Communication, Kanti Nagar, New Delhi, and received back after 3 month and again found same problem.

                                  I wan to complain Against this either this mobile should be replaced or Should be repaired properly. I have not used it as i have invested RS.12800 on it .

                                  it is still in Warranty Period.

                                  or just suggest me that what Should i do with this Handset

                                  I purchased a Samsung 3310i mobile 6 month back from Sagar Communication (Orai).
                                  Now we are connecting that mobile from our PC for internet uses, it is not connecting. After that we have logged a complaints to Samsung service center, he told me that submit your device to nearest Samsung service center. We follow same & submit our mobile to service center. After 15 days problem was still same. He did not rectify the problem.
                                  That is the fraud case because when we have purchased it is clearly mention in its brochure that you can connect this mobile from PC.

                                    Ref. my E-mail’s dated 27.07.2009 and 28.07.2009.

                                    As you are well aware, I have taken cell of model S 3500 (Amir Khan fame), after taking this mobile I am getting lot of problems as referred in my previous E-mails. As per your advised, I have given it at Samsung Service Centre from where I received a Job Sheet (without number). As I think, every authorized Service Centre’s Job Sheet has a serial number but Job Sheet of your center has no number. Why?

                                    It is very surprised that after handed over the handset to your Service Center, nobody contact to me till morning. I had called up today morning and the answer I got was my Set is OK. What the HELL is this. Am I mad or have a habit to visit your Service Centre for spent my valuable time with your executives. Why your Executives had not checked the Set in my presence after my repeated requests? This is the panic situation of mine, who wasted my valuable TIME than my spent money and my energy. I sincerely requesting you kindly look in to this and expedite matter, thinking You In My Position and arrange a new mobile handset for my S3500 mobile.

                                    I have logged a compliant through your Customer Care (Request No. [protected]) and send e-mails to you regarding the non-performance of my Set and I quite surprised that I have not received any response from you other than your e-mails from your Customer Satisfaction Team with remarks that “thank you for your patience and we will contact you soon”. What is my ……. PATIENCE and what is your………SOON? Is it a DAY or a YEAR? Always, I contact to you, either on your Customer Care or your Service Centre. Actually, your money is not spent on this Set, and you are not facing any problem after purchasing this Set. I am facing, therefore, I contact you again and again.

                                    Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act. I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to purchase of this set. If no Serious Action is taken from any one I want my complete Money back, and I would prefer taking some other Brand.

                                    Samsung Mobile — bad performance

                                    My name is Sgt Rakesh Singh Of Indian Air Force presently in Jammu , I have purchased a basic phone from Jammu (black, the only one colour) for Rs 2300/-, now what i have experienced is that that phone lack in receiving consistency, voice receives in peace meal, which hinders the conversation, is the a feature of the cheap phone or is it a signal to go for a costly phone or this the problem with my phone only.

                                    One more thing which i wanted to register is that whenever i open the flap to see callers name it get connect in auto, mean there is no chance to avoid a caller after seeing, again is it a problem or a feature,

                                      This is regarding my complaint to the customer care division of Samsung electronics
                                      Complaint No:[protected]
                                      Made on - 10th July 09
                                      Washing Machine Model:
                                      Visited on:18th July 09
                                      Technician : Mr Ramesh [protected] of Prem Electronics, Kukatpally.
                                      According to the customer care they have dispatched the part that needs replacement, according to Mr Ramesh it has not yet come...this has been the story from the 20th of July.
                                      Today, I spoke to one Mr Shah, a senior at the customer care, he told me that Prem Electronics is closed down and are no longer the service center for Samsung. Then who is Mr Ramesh claiming to be? When will my washing Machine get its Drain Pump?
                                      I hope I can find a solution to this problem via this forum. I have been calling the customer care a minimum of twice a day and they put me on hold n hold and each call lasts a minimum of 20 minutes. Will they ever understand how much the washing machine is costing me??
                                      I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Ahmedabad branch. they have promised a demo visit wthn 48 hrs bt after 4 times follow up till date, no one has visited my place.
