Apropos our following facsimile & Regd. A.D. we confirm the following;
On 28, 29 & 30.07.2009 Mr. Tanwer from M/s Boscos tried its level best but Complaint remains unattended.
On 30.07.2009 Mr. Karan Sobti called that a senior engineer will visit so one gentleman with Mr. Tanwer from M/s Boscos visited at 4.00 PM.
When he wanted to leave without any solution we intervened & reply was given that he will discuss with in his company.
On 30.07.2009 we received a message via SMS mobile # [protected] stating;

Sir, our technical trainer and engg will reach ur place before 2
Unquote:
The gentlemen as per SMS visited but the problem remained unsolved.
The high headed trainer dares to tell my wife that “KEEP A PHOTOCOPY OF THE BILL” & wanted to go away.
May we ask?
1. Are we asking some thing extra ordinary from SAMSUNG?
2. How your trainer uses such words to keep a copy of the bill?
3. This proves beyond any doubt that the Model in question introduced by you in Sep. 2008 is HAVING DESIGN DEFECTS. IF NOT then
4. We shall like to see a single machine working without problem.

Seeing all this we felt like to inform you before placing the facts in Distt. Forum, Janakpuri under the Consumer Protection Act 1986.
This proves beyond any doubt that your company is not pushing substandard products but also poor service provider.
C. Air Conditioners
Apart from above we purchased two (2) air conditioners vide invoice # 0022494 dtd. 28.06.2009
(Next Retail Vikaspuri, New Delhi)
Thank god that we purchased only two from your company out of five (5)
We had to struggle for more than 20 days to get the defective grill attended.
May we know?
1. Is this the S. Korean standards?
2. Is there no body in the company to think for the customer?
3. Is your area service manager in hand in glove with your franchisee M/s. Boscos?
4. Is he so irresponsible guy?
5. Have we committed a crime in going for your product?
We await your response regarding quality of products and poorest after sale service.

Samsung--SCH-F679 — Complaint Against Service Station
Respected Sir,Sir I m a user of smsung mobile.I have been facing a problem in my mobile.The Problem Is that it is not switching on.So i gave it in Samsung Service Station to repair it on 20/10/08 in Patna and i got a response that it will be repaired by 25th of that month.But when i called up your service station on 25th then i got the information that it had not been repaired till now call after 5 days.Then i called after 5 days then he told me another 5 days.Then on 15th of november i again go to your service station and then they told me to submit the papers of mobile.Just imagine after 1 month aprox.Then i have submited the papers of mobile and then they told me that i will get my mobile on 25th. Then i called up your Service station on 25th then again they told me that call after 10 days.Now i want to know that what is this..??? This is only the samsung company which requires 1 months to repair a mobile and that also not yet repaired.You all just cheat customers and nothing else.I can file a case against your company for fooling people.I just want to know whether my cell will repaire or not..??
