I purchased a samsung mobilr phone model E250 from Ankur electronics, Chembur, Mumbai, on a genuine purchase bill .On 12/07/2009 the mobile phone, all of a sudden became dead .The very next day i took it to Vashi Services, Sec-2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, which is a authorised samsung service centre .On the preliminary check they reported a display failure and no other reason for mobile disfunction.The service centre then sent the mobile for further check and told to collect after a week, but they returned it after 16 days, on 29/07/2009 and with a reason of water logging. Despite the mobile being in the warranty period the service centre has said that it will be repaired out of warranty, i.e. on charges.

Samsung Mobile S5233 — Mobile phone replacement
I purchased S5233 on[protected]. Since last 4-5 months it is not working. It was repaired by the company engineer 3-4 times but in vain. Now the set is with the Samsung engineer : M/S Himtech electronics PC chambers. Jodha Niwas Shimla, Phone 2800222 for replacement but till date not replaced. Please help
