I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone online, from official Sam sung site

Where I paid 40,200 INR instead of 39,000 INR in a local Croma store.Which is okay ,as i was aware of the price at the time of purchase.
Sam sung arranges to deliver the phone through Fedex

Now Fedex tells me that i need to pay them 2,422 INR to get the phone ,as the invoice says the receiver will bear the Bill taxes and Duty.
When contacted to Samsung customer care Mr.Radheshyam in his mail says
Dear Customer.
On any purchase made on estore, you don't need to incur any additional cost to get your product delivered at your doorstep.
I request you to kindly check with the courier and ask for the detail of these charges.
We don't charge any amount for delivery or anything else apart from payment made on estore.

When Contacted the Fedex Courier service customer care they say
Hi,
In the attached invoice the Sam sung has marked the bill duty and taxes to a recipient and hence there was OCtroi charges levied on phone because it is costing more than 5K.
So send this invoice to the Sam sung and ask them why they have charged Bill duty & taxes to be paid by us? Its mentioned in the invoice [6 - b].

In case I had to pay this extra cost,Sam sung needs to notify me at the time of purchase before billing me , not as a surprise at the time of delivery.
And in case Sam sung says I don't have to pay any extra cost,as stated in the email,then Fedex is trying to take money from me for no reason
So its either Sam sung India or Fedex India who is trying to take money from me.making the cost of the phone 42,622 INR
Please guide and help me
