My Samsung Refrigerator is not cooling from the last few weeks. When we increase power defrost a sound is coming from within the freezer. Please do the needful. Contact: [protected]
yesterday( may 11, 2009) at around noon time, we had called the service centre on thier toll free number regarding no cooling by the fridge. we were told that the charges will be Rs 300 and 10.36 % tax. the mechanic wil come before 2030 hrs or will call. however, there was neither a call nor the visit by the mechanic. till this afternoon ( around 1630 hrs) there is no communicAtion from the comapnay. what kind of service is this? is there any way the company can be penalised? consumers are taken for a ride by these reputed companies.

We purchased a new refrigerator as 19.03.2014, vide cash memo no 3843 of vidya electronics, main nazafgarh road, near dal mill, opp metro piller no 681, uttam nagar, new Delhi, brand samsung, RT 39FDAGAPI/TL, S. No 55314DBD900015.

Above refrigerator is not cooling, so we lost lot of money, daily need kitchen item and got lot of tension to follow up the complaints each and every day and hours.

We have lodge complaint no. [protected] as on 11.05.2014, after that every day we have given call at their service centre, but the problem is as it is, even visit by their engineer.

      Samsung Cell Phone — Cell phone not charging

      I bought a SamsungCell model SGH-C-170 after using for a year, it got a problem of not charging properly. This continued for a period of 2-3 months and it suddenly stopped charging, with the result I cannot use the cell phone. Duribng this period its Headphone stopped working and the Charger also gone dead.

      Upon contacting the Authoirised Serrvice Centre of Samgsung at Indore, afater necessary inspection by the technical person, an estimate was given to me for Rs.700/ for getting the instrument repaired. It was further confirmed that the instrument is being sent to Mumbai and if the repairing cost is more than 00/-, they will inform the approximate estimate for repairs and once the party confirms, they will proceed further to carry out the repairs.

      In my case, i placed the wor order where the estimate was Rs.700/-. It was lodged on 22, 09.08. I was told to contact them after a month. I contacated them on 23.10.08 when I was told that it has not yet come from their office in Mumbai. Thereafter every 3 days I repeatedly contacated them and I was told that the courier has come on Saturday the 1st November and I can take dellivery of the same on 3rd Nov.; Upon that I contacated them today the 4th November when I was startled tosee that the instrument has not been repaired and they showed an estimate of 2300/- which is more than the cost of a new instrument of that make and model.

      It is surprising that for one month what they have been doing and I have my own doubts that they must have removed the improtant working parts of this cell phone and have returned a dubba ( empty phone). Besdies its cover was in broken condition.

      The behaviour of the person at athe Customer care centre was rude as if the consumer had gone to his place for begging. He during the period f one month never said that the estimate is over and wanted written confirmation and now he wants a confirmation. Why should a person spent money far in excess of the actual cost, otherwise he may be an ecentric.

        when i go for upgrade my s2 to android 2.3 to 4 they upgrade it, after 1 hour when i receive a call the phone gone dead.before upgrade i ask them is there any problem after upgrade?they said it is their own risk ,but after dead they said it is your risk and the mother board will change.i said ok i will repair,when i gave my original bill and when i went to care after six days they opened my set and said this is water damage.what is this?the first day they said dead after four days is it gone to water damage?how is it possible.these days my set was there.i think they changed my board .resolve my problem and i want my set at on condition.other wise i will case in consumer in the name of samsung and give it a forgery case to media.

          My LCD TV which is just 20 months old started giving inverted image. On 13 Sep, I made first complaint at call center at 1100hrs. I was told, service center person will come and make visit by 2000hrs the same evening. Then again I called up on 14 Sep. I was told that some will visit by 1430 hrs. Since then I have been calling Samsung call center and speaking to supervisor who only rattle out same story like parrots with NO ACTION. Even today i.e. 17 Sept, I spoke to a supervisor named Vivek who like a good call center person only has promised to forward my complaint to service center.
          The services of Samsung appear to be worst than GOVERNMENT OFFICES.
          I will strongly recommend to every person I know NOT to buy Samsung products.
          I have only wasted man hours calling and waiting for service person from Samsung at home.

            With great excitement and expectations I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy ACE Plus mobile hand set on 28/8/12 (with model No GT-7500 & IMEI No. 352569/05/084462/8) from the dealer, M/s Mobily, Statue, Trivandrum. I purchased this model after seeking opinions from my friends & colleagues.

            Unfortunately the very next day itself I noticed that the handset was automatically switched to silent mode during incoming call alert, also the set was getting switched off automatically while attending phone call even though the battery is fully charged. The handset was getting overheat even during idle mode.

            I contacted the customer Care of Samsung via the toll free number[protected] and booked a complaint (No.[protected]). They provided me the contact address of Authorized Service centre of Samsung at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam which is nearer to my residence. I produced the handset before them, and they confirmed that handset had some hardware problem in the circuit. The service centre had also registered a complaint (No. [protected]).

            I also approached the dealer from where I purchased the unit and demanded to replace the set. They informed that replacement is permitted only if the complaint is registered within 4 days from the date of purchase. I explained them that I was not briefed about this policy of company regarding replacement (4 days) is not mentioned any where in the warranty card.

            As the complaint detected was the problem with hardware and circuit it is not anything caused by misuse of handset by myself

Today while shopping in Sunday Market (Station Road) Bhayander West, due to heavy rush and traffic my mobile was stolen/picked by someone from my shirt pocket.                 i bought one galaxy tab2 p3100 and was instructed to log on to the official website to get free bluetooth set that the company has been advertising. i did the same and got reference no.55E-16044. it said i would get bluetooth set within weeks. after two weeks i got a mail saying my claim has been rejected, without any explanation. i mailed back twice inquiring the reason but there was no reply. this negligence cannot be tolerated. do something or i m moving to the consumer court soon.

                    I bought Samsung Galaxy fit GT-S5670 an year ago with android version 2.3.4.I was assured that it was upgradable to higher versions.With ICS rolling out for other phones, Samsung has stopped the update for my phone to 2.3.6.Why is it so?...We are in dire need o[censored]pdates..Why the heck are you stopping at 2.3.6.If it was your idea, you could have denoted in phone specifications.I would have bought some other upgradable phone at this same rate.....Do reply or comment.

                      Samsung tv are totally unreliable tv to buy. I had purchased an LCD around 3-4 years back which was one of the most advanced LCD tv. It screen has totally damaged and show picture in negative. When you contact samsung they say it would cost approx 24000. After lot of persuation they say in winning tone that it would cost not less than 17000. You don't have any option. I think they want to make a major money in repair as they prefer to give inferior product so that the customer get stuck and have to pay another[protected] in next 3-4 years. I had bought another LCD from phillips which is even older but is running very fine. But samsung which was the one of the most modern version is not able to stay longer. I have heard that lot of samsung tvs are not correct as per indian electricity conditions. When I tried to tell the samsung guy rs 17000 is very big amount for a tv which is just 3-4 years old he told with a confident beaming voice " sir you have nothing to bother, see the other guy who bought an led just last year and his display started getting problems and see his bill he has already paid 18000 just after one year so it is not a big thing if you need to pay after 3-4 years." Then he showed me a repair bill of around 18000 of some other guy who bought an led just approx a year back. Poor fellow! tv is supposed to be a long partner in an india houselhold but samsung does not believe it. They are ok if their tv somehow run for more than 1 years and are happy to give you an efficient service with every visit of a samsung guy at rs 675 a visit of an electrician visiting you and telling that you will need to pay 17000 for a display screen! when I told the guy that I am not satisified with such costly solution then he told that he will get back. After that I got some calls from their call center whether my issue is resolved and I mentioned that not it is not yet and I need reasonable option. They told they will get back and now even the call center has stopped calling.

                        nd is cell ko mai 1 week hi chala paya,. then isme problems start hone lagi... service centre visit kiya to pehle software k liye kai service centre me pareshan hona pada fir kanpur k service centre me Software kiya gya then bola gya k apki problms resolve ho jayegi.. jabki pehle jo problm thi wo DATA MODE active hone par screen lock kar di agar to network chale (drop) jate the.....
                        Software hone k baad or kai sari problem badh gyi jaise ki battary not store on charging,, Hanging, Switch of karne k bad automaticly on hona,No Network covrage etc....
                        then service centre se btaya gya k apke cell ka boad change hoga tab sari prblms resolve ho jayegi to maine Samsung help line me call ki or Replacement ki request ki nd service centre k manager se bhi baat ki 2no ne bola k mobile replace nhi ho payega but apki problem solve kar di jayegi... maine firse 1 week k liye mobile service centre me submit kar diya...
                        call karke repair status pta karne k baad jab mai 1 week k baad service centre gya jo mera new cell without any scratch or without pysicaly damage tha.. wahi mobile mujhe service centre se danage mila or cosmatics me scratches mile to maine cell ko collect nhi kiya help line number par call ki or firse bat ki to response ye mila k mera cell repair karke diya jayega jo screen damage thi wo change karke di jayegi but jo scrachis agaye uska wo kuch nhi kar sakte...
                        but Sir i want replacement or Refund my ammount bcoz i have faced lots of problem so now i cant accept that my mobile..
                        i have lost my 23000 rupees.. :-( ;-(

                              Hi

                              My name is Amit and I am the victim of Samsung’s pathetic after sales service. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy R mobile on 12 January 2012. Mobile was wonderful I loved it. It worked perfectly for 5 months after that it started giving me Auto Shut down issue sometimes. I did factory reset and it started working for some days. Problem again occurred next month and this time it was much bigger. Mobile Auto Shut Down and was not starting even after trying for 10times.
                              I have taken the Mobile to the Nearest Samsung Service Centre located at Pimpri-Pune (Pooja Mobile Service) first on 04.08.2012 as device was in warranty for the next 6 more months. They took my mobile for 2 days and return back saying issue is resolved (I don’t know what they did and have not provided the Job list) but the same day I faced the same Auto Shut Down issue and I return the mobile to same Service centre again on 08.08.2012. This time no show from service centre for almost 10 days after I called them on 18.08.2012, service centre asked me to come and collect the device. This time according to them they have changed the mother board (Not sure if they really changed something no job list provided again).
                              Once I bring the mobile back at home again in night I faced the same Shut Down issue and was not starting after giving so many tries. This time I noticed a patter when I removed the SIM ant start the mobile It works ok but once I put the SIM back it doesn’t start.
                              I have taken the Mobile again to the Pooja Mobile Service Centre on 20.08.2012. This time I have Shown the Issue to the guys over there How the mobile is not starting and they agreed that Problem is there and they have taken my mobile back for the Replacement on 20.08.2012 Tracking no -[protected].
                              It’s been now 25 days I have submitted the mobile to service centre they have not updated the replacement status. For almost 45 days My mobile is not with me. I called the service centre on 15.09.2012 this time they said Mobile replacement has been rejected but couldn’t tell me the reason.

                              Request you to please help me to get the Replacement soon before the warranty period expires.

                              the samsung mobile service centre and concern people in the centre are truly waste, none of them is good, my mobile S5233 wifi star as given on last year august month to hosur samsung service centre in tamilnadu, still now not even a single steps taken, so such type of centre and such employed persons are not required.i need the money of my mobile else retrive the given mobile.how the response will come, let see i am waiting.

                                I have purchased a Samsung Mobile GT-B5722 model during June 2010 from Madurai East Weli street Samsung show-room at a cost of Rs.8,500/- But from the date of purchase the mobile gives lot of problems, particularly hanging problems. The phone was service two times from the authorised service centre within the warranty period. But thereafter, the authorised service centre in Madurai informed that they could not able to service the phone and simply advised me to purchase a new phone.

                                The present status of the phone:: The Phone display Samsung Mobile GT-B5722 and not proceed further.

                                Hence, I request you to be informed whether the phone could be serviced, if so where shall I contact in Madurai.

                                Samsung Mobile — hanging probelom

                                Ibrought a samsung mobile from a mobile shop jabalpur with one year warenty .model no. is samsung SGH-j600 . purchasing date was 15/05/08 .With in the year i faced so many probelom in mobile set . i also got repaired my mobile by samsung mobile servce center three times . and they are not able to remove the falts completly. now the date of warenty is being over soon .after that i will be helpless .i also went to the consumer court but the dealing clerck is demanding one thousend Rs. to file the case . pls help me .

                                3 automaticly swich off during the call.

                                  On September 5, 2012, I submitted my Samsung handset (model : GT SA 360)at the samsung mobile service centre in Kochi. ( Excel electronics, Samsung Exclusive Mobile Service Centre, Shop No. E 78, 3rd Floor, Penta Menaka, shanmugham road, Marine Drive, Kochi - 682031, Ph No.[protected]. The touch was not working and needed warranty repair. The customer personnel after keeping me waiting for over one and half hours, informed me to return on 8th September to collect the repaired handset. On arrival on 8th for my handset, i was informed after waiting for over 45 min that the touch was only ordered and that it will arrive soon and will be returned by 10th.

                                  It was on 11th that i went again and for one more time I was met with disappointment. They told that even though the touch panel had arrived it can be delivered to me repaired by 12th. On 12th September, 2012, I was again disappointed with their poor customer service and inefficiency. They have again assured to return the handset on the coming 17th September, 2012. All along I kept telling them to give me only a Sure date on which they will be able to return the handset duly repaired and all along they kept me shuttling just to inform that the handset is not ready.

                                  It is a real disappointment that all the customers I came into during my arrival were all disappointed in a similar or other way( like returning the handset without any repair). this is a highly pathetic situation which has to be resolved immediately. They have to bear in mind that the time is precious and is one which cannot be regained once lost!!

                                  Hoping that some action will be mediated into this. I would also like to know what I should do if they are unable to return my handset on 17th also.

                                    On 11-Aug-2012 I bought a Samsung Tab 2 P3100 with IMEI number- [protected]/01. I tried getting the promo offer of free bluetooth headset by registering on their website. The site said the offer is not available on the given IMEI number without giving any further reason for it. I received two emails from [protected]@samsungpromo.in following my online registration trials, asking for IMEI number, date of purchase, Name & scanned copy of the bill to avail the offer. I sent the same promptly. However, they replied back asking me to send "correct format of scanned copy" of bill. I re-sent the PDF document I provided earlier. Afterwards I have not heard anything from them yet and it is over a month now.

                                    All help on this will be appreciated.

" mail dated 12th March 2013. when i send them the reminder mail on 03rd April 2013, they given answer of my reminder mail on 07th April " Sorry for the inconvenience but your claim is already approved and it is already under process so please wait for sometime for the delivery.". Till today ( 22nd June 2013 i am not getting my gift and
                                    I have not heard anything from them yet and it is over 2 months now.

                                      Hi,

                                      I purchased Samsung Galaxy SII ( GT - I9100) from Spice Hotspot, Kormangala, Bangalore on August 18,2012. On Day 2 after purchase (August 20,2012) , i noticed a pink streak coming on screen while operating Camera. As i was unaware of the severity of the problem, it went unnoticed and also it didn't appear for next few days. From week 2 (August 27 onwards) , my camera started giving problems, phone used to get hanged once or twice a day after opening camera.

                                      From week 3 ( August 3,2012), that single pink streak transformed into thousand of similar pink streaks along with camera giving an error "Unknown Error by CallBack". I called customer care and they advised me to reset the phone and camera settings. I tried but nothing happened.
                                      I browsed through Internet and came to know that it is a frequent problem coming in Samsung Handsets now a days.

                                      Last week (August 8,2012) , i went to Samsung Authorized service center in Kormangala, Bangalore and they told me that it's a hardware fault and camera needs to be replaced. I asked them for handset replacement (as i am facing this problem from Day 2, though not on a very severe note, but they told that i should have brought the mobile on Day 2, then they could have replaced).

                                      Now i have few questions from Samsung.

                                      1) How can you expect a customer to know everything about the problem from Day 2? The problem showed its signs from Day 2, but i was unaware that it would lead to such a big one.

                                      2) What is the process you are following to ensure Quality of product? I am not the first one facing this problem.

                                      3) Will the customer be satisfied , if he/she faces problems during first month of purchase?

                                      I request you to please look into this and give me a Handset Replacement as i don't want the camera to be replaced in such a short span of purchase.

                                        on 07/09/2012 that the said order has been dispatched to my home address at Jammmu through Aramex Courier and I will receive the same within 3 to 4 days, which is still awaited. Calling at your Help Line in this regard I was given to understand that the order has not been dispatched so for.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and dispatch my ordered product at your earliest.
