EVERY TIME I WANT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT REF NO [protected] DATED 27 OCT 2012, I AM BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD BE GET A CALL BACK FROM COMPANY WITHIN TWO HOURS. THE SAME "TWO HOURS" HAS NOT COME YET.
I NOTICED FAULT IN THE LED MONITOR (LS22B150NS/XL) THE VERY SAME DAY OF PURCHASE. I DOUBT, SAMSUNG IS NOT RESPONSIVE.

    I wish to inform you that I have purchased Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and as per the scheme along with my set 3G net facilities should be given to me by reliance. In this regard I have written so many emails to reliance and samsung as well. But still they have not taken any effots in solving my problem. I am attaching my frist email to you as follows. kindly do some thing for me so that my complaint can be solved.

    1. Dear Sir

    It is very unfortunate to write this mail to you. I wish to inform you that I have
    purchased Samsung GALAXY y DUOS lite GT-S5302 mobile phone from Croma Greater Noida on October
    28, 2012. At the time of purchase my aforesaid product was checked by inserting my two SIM
    cards (one of Vodafone and other one of BSNL). But when I returned to my place and looked the
    box of my product, then I came to know about Reliance 3G offer for 6 month absolutely free. I
    again went to croma and asked to the sales executive about this offer. As per his advice I
    went to Reliance customer care Greater Noida and purchased one prepaid SIM card (connection
    no. [protected]) by paying Rs 100/. As per your offer I should have got this absolutely free. I
    inserted that Reliance SIM in to my galaxy set and tried to avail Relaince 3G facilities as
    per the offer provided by Samsung and Relaince. In this regard so many times I also called
    Samsung and Relaince customer care but I have not received any satisfactory reply.

    In the light of aforesaid reasons kindly look into the matter sothat I may able to avail
    Reliance 3G facility as per your offer on Samsung Galaxy mobile phone. The details of my
    Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and prepaid reliance SIM are as under.

        Few months back i bought Samsung S2 black colored which is in warranty . But after few days o[censored]se i found out a problem relating with my WiFi so i gave my phone at Samsung service center which is at borivali(w) and they gave me phone after 2-3 days saying that they changed the motherboard and the problem was solved but the same problem was encountered with in the week. so i gave 2nd time but that problem was not solved and the phone was returned saying the problem was solved. so i gave them back my phone 3rd time and this time they said this is some kind of software problem and will be corrected within a day and asked me to collect next day , but when i called them they said it will take 2 days , then i called after 2 days they gave the same explanation and asked me to collect after 2 day and this thing just continued for 15 days after that when i got my phone back i encountered few new problems in my phone this time my Bluetooth was not working and my phone ram which used to show 833 was showing 688 and mobile signal problem and when i asked then they told me that this might be due to upgrade version and i told them that this version i.e 4.0.3 was there from the time i purchased my cell phone no new update has come so far they were like not knowing what to do so they asked some senior person who told that other phone mother board was installed on my phone so they asked me to collect after 3-4 day . I called them on 4 day they said that the technician has installed the new motherboard so by they told me that they will call me on the 5 day they called and asked me to collect the phone so went there at 6 pm they gave me the phone and asked to check that the problem was solved or not so i saw for a while and noticed that this another new problem was there in my phone that my 2 sensor key (back and option key) were not working and showed them they said company might have send us wrong mother board so the keys are not working and told me that by thursday (08/11/2012) my phone will be provided to me.

        Now even if they make my phone proper i wont be satisfied with it because that phone is been opened for 5 times or may be 6 times and i saw few personal photos of some person which was captured at his home from my cell phone were there when they asked me to check whether my phone was working properly or not and few new small scratches on the phone edge that was found . So if possible kindly help me getting my phone replaced.

        I am tired of going there at Samsung service center,i have almost gone ten time over there.

        I have attached three job sheet and could not attached 1st one as i have lost it and my phone bill and the job sheet are made in name of Monu jain he is my brother.

          I have got a samsung phone Omnia W, the only purpose of buying an expensive phone was to get a good camera but the camera is pathetic. I submitted the phone in service center, lost all my data still the camera is not working fine. I want a refund because when I have spend for a new phone why should I accept a defected handset..........I do not have time to visit service center again and again...........hoping for a speedy resolution.....

            recently i purchased new samsung 3d LED TV ( UA32ES6200R ) on 1st nov 12 , dealer told me that being festival season i would get the offer which is available by courier after installation , next day i read in leading newspaper (The Tribune) that 3d package including Bluray 3d player along with movies is free with this model (i.e purchased between 27th Oct to 18th Nov)
            but to my surprise when i tried to get this confirmation from samsung customer support team no body was able to tell about this offer then i sent mail on their web support page & spoke to tech support team leader Me Piyuesh he was also not aware about this offer & he confirmed that they would send appropriate reply to the query that i had put on web support withing 24 hrs
            but till now there is no revert on this
            tech team says it would be confirmed by customer support , customer support says that it will be confirmed by other team and s on........

            pls help

              Dear sir/mam
              we have use the Samsung smart phone model no GT S5610 on purchase date 15.06.2012.
              I am facing the problems of the list
              1.display blank problem
              2.key pad problem
              3. Network problem

              Than we visited service center after 3 time they changed the
              display after that handset give me key pad problem and network problem.

              I again submitted handset to services Now they informed me handset is liquid damage it is not cover in warranty.
              But I never use my new handset therefore it is impossible that handset caught by liquid damage.



              Please help me out, I requested Samsung CEO also. they are doing nothing.

              Please provide me your contact number???

              Please provide me proper guidances.

              I am waiting for your reply?

                Freinds i have purchased a NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY HANDSET ON[protected] FOR RS 37,500/- AFTER USING IT FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS IT DEVELOPED SOME TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEMS THEN I SHOWED IT IN LAJPAT NAGAR SERVICE CENTRE WHERE THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY STATING THE SET IS WATER LOGGED WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE THEN I GAVE IT IN NEHRU PLACE CENTRE WHERE THEY SAID IT IS BROKEN THEN I PROTESTED THEN THEY SAID IT IS CRACKED ,UPON FURTHER PROTESTS THEY CHANGED IT TO HAIR LINE CRACK WHERE AS TRUTH IS IT WAS HARDLY A MINOR SCRATCH.THEN I REQUESTED MANAGER PRASHANT KUMAR SINHA , HE PROMISED ME TO SPEAK TO HIS BOSS AND REPAIT THE SET UNDER WARRANTY BUT NO RESPONSE SINCE 10 DAYS THEN I COMPLAINED TO SAMSUNG CEO'S OFFICE WHERE THEY CALLED UP AND PROMISED ACTION WITH IN 8HOURS BUT ITS BEEN 72 HOURS BUT NO ACTION THESE PEOPLE ARE SHAMELESS CHEATS , I[censored] GO WITH A MOBILE FOR REPAIR THEY WILL INSPECT IT AS THOUGH UR A CRIMINAL WHO HAD SCREWED THEIR GRAND FATHERS PHONE AND CAME TO THEM , TRUST ME SAMSUNG PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS AND FRAUDSTERS OF 1ST GRADE SAMSUNG IS SUCH A BLOODY COMPANY DYING TO HARDSELL ITS PRODUCTS AND TRYING TO SCREW PEOPLES MONEY,AND THE CEO UHHH IS SUCH A CRAP I AM MYSELF A CEO OF A US MNC THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM CEO SAMSUNGS OFFICE , I CAN CHALLENGE IF I SHOW MY MOBILE IN 10 DIFFERENT SERVICE CENTRES OF SAMSUNG THEY WILL GIVE 10 DIFFERENT LAME REASONS FOR NOT REPAIRING IT UNDER WARRANTY

                    I purchased a Samsung handset in Oct,2012 -.The model is SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE.
                    After one week,a problem occured in it that its camera lens had dust from inside part of the lens.I went to the Samsung Service Centre to get it repaired.They Just cleaned the lens But again after 3-4 days the same problem occured. Now i do not have any idea what should i do..

                        I have purchsed SAMSUNG Plasma 43D490 from ezone on 16 oct 12 within 2 months 4 horizontal lines start diplaying on the screen. I have purchsed the display model as it was not in stock. Please let me know what is the replacement clause or can I get the replacement of the product as I used only for 2 months and it was display product.

                          Yes I m also getting same problem.
                          1) I have 15days before purchased the sumsung galaxy ace s6802 of rs. 11, 900 but this battery backup is very very poor
                          2) Internet is also not working with DOCOMO SIM.
                          3) SIM1 slot is also not display sim.

                            I have purchased samsung TV with Model number ua32EH5006M. i have raised case to samsung customer care and the case number is [protected] .

                            I keep on calling them and ask them to send engineer to install/fix the TV at my home. i raised case on 26th Oct,2012 and the resolution time they told is 24 hours. later they told me that they resolve on 29th. on 29th they said they do resolve on 31st october.

                            So many deadlines they given i keep on calling them and request them to solve my issue immediately. the service from samsung is very frustrating and really horrible. i spent more than 10 hours to talking with samsung customer care to get TV installed. so far nothing happend.I have wasted my time of 10 hours talking to samsung customer care. i also miss the entertainment because of the TV is not getting installed. I purchase TV with cost about 35,000. but no installation happen. i want to take action against samsung not to provide right service to customer

                                I have purchased a Sony Erriscon Ray 8i in Ebay during the month of July. Ebay had a promotion called Monsoon gifts. I have mannualy redemed the gift. It was told to me that the gift will be delivered in 45days but as on date i have not received the gift. I am following up wiht them every week. This is happned to many of my colleauges.

                                  I am Nitin Lonare ([protected]) purchase Samsung Duos S6102, its continuously battery backup problem, I had given these mobile to Samsung gallery they had replace that battery with new one's but not yet rectify that fault. after 15 day's I had given my mobile to Bhopal Samsung gallery they suggested me that motherboard defective but unable to replace it because I had prevesiously that set given it to Nagpur. It's very disgusting who they served the facilities? if I purchase my mobile from Bhopal & it's create problem in Nagpur & when I came back to Bhopal I file complaint in Samsung customer care but refuse to rectify that fault already my mobile in warranty period it's purchase on dated 08/07/2012 from Lotus, MP Nagar, Bhopal

                                    Hi,

                                    I bought i Samsung Galaxy R in the month of Feb 2012.
                                    Phone stopped charging since past two days.
                                    When i went to Samsung service center in Dombivli they did not check the phone and said its not working since there is a water in the socket where charger is connected even though there was no water on it.

                                    When i asked them to show me the water and prove that it was because of water they simply refused to do so and asked me to go to another service center.

                                    Please suggest what can i do in such case since i know that there is no water in the phone and i take care of the phone since its expensive.

                                    Thanks in advance and help would be appreciated.

                                      MY SAMSUNG T.V LED- UA46D5000PMXXS WHICH MY WIFE PURCHASED ONLY LAST YEAR HAS FLASHES AND LIGHT EMITTING FROM THE SCREEN , THE SAMSUNG SERVICE MAN SAID THAT THE SCREEN NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND WILL COST RS 40000/- . TO REPLACE .
                                      IT IS A SHAME THAT I HAVE TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD THAT YOU NOW SELL SUB-STANDARD PRODUCTS AT EXPENSIVE PRICES ESPECIALLY AS I ALWAYS FAVORED SAMSUNG PRODUCTS EARLIER , I NOW HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AS I CANNOT AFFORD THIS AS WE ARE ONLY A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND THE TRAUMA WE ARE UNDERGOING IS TO MUCH.
                                      KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER URGENTLY.

                                        I am writing to inform you that the display panel we purchased from your company not working properly.Sometimes it's gone to sleep mode, after three or four minutes it works normally.
