i was given my handset on 24/09/2012 on Samsung service cell solution # 43, service road, domulur layout, Bangalore-71, for Bluetooth problem and camera working but take time . I gone there 3 times that they called me hand set is ready when i gone they and i check its was same problem i ask them. they are telling i want to check once more . every time they are doing like that only. but still i will not received any phone call from they side. when i will call they will tell when it is ready we will called you. but still i m not getting any call today is 18/10/2012 pl z make me as early as possible revived my hand set.

    My name is suri , by profession I am a Sr. Software Engineer and working for reputed MNC. I have been visiting bangkok several times because of my company sites. I bought a Samsung LED this year from bangkok and sent it to my home , India ( Jammu). Now parents called me a month back and told me that they were facing a Problem with LED screen and it suddenly stops working. My father has tried to call and visit samsung service centre in our city with warranty card but they were refused to repair , and asked for an original bill. I misplaced the bill somewhere now after a long one month search I got the bill and fax it to my parents . Again service centre people want bill to be stamped by the shop in bangkok where I actually bought it. what rubbish they want me to go to bangkok to make the orginal bill stamped with warrany ;( I really cant understand ..I do have warrant card , I do have bill ..we have an actual product which is causing an issue ...but nothing positive is being done.
    we understood that as soon as one registers the product online, the international warranty is valid.

    I am big fan from samsung..from Galaxy 10.1 note to LED's , I always prefer and advise samsung products to buy . But this incident makes me upset as my parents were not getting any service from samsung in our country.

    Kindly help us to make it rectify , I still believe samsung is a leading name in the market now a days and will not make their customers felt hopeless.

    This is Jitendra Singh from Samsung India. I would like to tell you that we have inspected the unit and subsequently we found that panel is defective which needs to be replaced. As you have purchased the unit from Thailand so warranty can not be considered by Samsung India and repair can be done only on chargeable basis however we request you to kindly share the international warranty card (please make sure that Indian flag should be there along with the dealer stamp) and invoice so that we can cross check with the Samsung Thailand.

      SAMSUNG REPAIR-CENTER UNDER REPAIR

      1. Ref:[protected], Manisha @ [protected], 15/10/12 - 11.00A.
      2.On instruction of Manisha I visited service-center at 142/64, Habibulah Rd., T.nagar chennai-17, T.N India-600017., at 02.15P.
      3. I was prevented from taking token by Front-office exec.[Vaidhehi], spent time up-to 2.50pm without being called. Suddenly token number was displayed on LCD and called for. Then only I noticed people who came after 02.00P were sitting without tokens and those who came before 2.00p were having HAND-WRITTEN tokens given by this lady and were being called on display.
      4. On inquiry this lady exec. was arrogantly silent and scuffle ensued between people without tokens and staff. I moved out unwilling to lower my dignity.
      5. Thanks for humiliation meted to me. Continue and increase to all customers, you will grow ....
      6. Time and energy was criminally wasted today as no useful purpose served by this visit to your service center.
      7. Further at 03.00P I called to [protected] to seek intervention but the lady who attended on me MINDLESSLY asked me either to wait on the road for half-an-hour or revisit after 24hr. The Most ABSURD customer-care I have ever seen.
      8. Normally Samsung mobiles were said to be susceptible for repair(fault) now to add "the repair-center itself is under REPAIR". Staff were also seen less.
      9. What a disarray confusion and chaos, it is highly unlike the other service-centers were token and security will correctly ensure proper Que.

      SAMSUNG/MOBILE — not getting service

      On 31.10.09 i have given my mobile on your serive centre due to battery problem.
      The charge is getting drain very quickly,they told me to come on 02.11.09.It is only a software problem.
      I went on that day they told me to come on 06.11.09.
      Today i went they told me to come after 5 days.
      Then i asked what they were doing these days?They were not able to answer me.
      Your people even cannot make a software change in 6 days.
      this is pathetic about samsung service,i use many products of samsung,but now onwards i will tell all my frnds and relatives not to purchase your product.

      This is not expected from samsung.......
      the service people even have no record on the computer when they were typing my name.

      i am really disapointed.
      i am sending the bill of my mobile.
      i am also sending the copy of your work sheet,please study it carefully.

      1. I am only been repeatedly shunt to the "repair store under repair" with no purpose served
      2. The store manager Mr.Surender whom I met on the customer care exec. Mr.Kulvider singh's request is Waste as the Surender has nothing in stock to offer me remedy.
      3. Just woe continuing without respite, which I think samsung is doing in attempt to have revenge on me.

      UNDER-REPAIR STORE

      1.Nice Job in response. Kuvider singh called on me today 20/10/12 at 04.42P from [protected] and informed me that a solution has been found by Mr.R.Surendar - manager, Technocare, Chennai-17.
      2. But on the the visit today at 06.30P was only told Nothing to offer now and to call on Monday.
      3. Today in-spite of heaVy rain and water logging I went to the store under-repair to get only NOTHING.
      4. Please have a HEART and don't make a existing customer like me to suffer by shunting your under-repair STORE several times with no use.
      1. Instead of buying your 540Rs. hands free I bought Nokia wh-205 for Rs.349/- working well with samsung gtc3200 hanset
      still complaint is unresolved.
      samsung is useless no response.

            i was purchase a mobile phone 16/9/12 after two day my mobile camera is not working that,s why i am going to be service center and member is format my mobile and he was saying if your mobile is not working we have change after two day he is again create the problem again i am gong to be a service center then he is saying your sim card is not well after that we change a sim then again create the problem and then again i am going to be services center so he was change my mobile camera but still is not proper working i am so frosted my mob and seller was told me he do not change my mobile we are so many times visit in services center my mobile is complete is one month 16/10/12 and so many problem so kindly request you to please help me i so disturb in this mobile and again service center people is saying he is change a mother board again i don't want to change any stuntmen my mobile.

              i have bought my galaxy s3 for 39500. The day i started using the phone i started facing lots of problem. first of all i want to tell you samsung customer point sucks to the core. its a useless service center which is good for nothing. i started facing network problem, camera problem, the phone gets hang,very slow phone,battery life is very very bad andthe heating problem. i gave my phone to santacruz service centre. i dont know they kept my phone for 2 days and they gave y back saying your phone is working properly. i was completly shocked. i though may be because of some virus. they formatted my phone and they gave me back. the time i stepped out of service centre it was all with same problem. i couldnt resist but i dint had any other option. i was helpless. whenever i use to be at home at had talk over window for better network. after 10 days i went to boriwali service centre with the same problem. they kept my phone for6 days and couldnt solve my problm. when i told them i want a new phone they were like we dont have any policy where we change phone. hatsoff SAMSUNG.

              Samsung — Samsung Mobile Phone Good for Nothing

              Hi,

              I purchased samsung mobile phone onb 27th July which means it is < 2 months old and i have not used this phone for more than 15 days because rest of tyhe time the phone was in the service centre for the repairs.

              At first time the touch screen stopped working and the service guys told that it is some issue with the touch IC and that would be replaced kept the phone with them for week after that got the phone in a working condition and that condition remained like that for 10 days and again the same issue started.Went back to the service centre and they kept the cell phone with them for 7 days and after that they said that the phone is not in a working condition and they will send the phone for refund or replacement.Now it is abt 20 days the cell is with the service guys and no one would even bother to call me to update me abt the status of the cell phone.I have to call every single person to confirm abt the status.
              Would request everybody to boycott samsung phones at least if not anything else.The customer service is absolutely no better then sh.......

                My name is Harshad C., from Nagpur, Maharashtra.
                I have bought the Samsung LED TV from Bangkok, Thailand on Nov 01 2011.
                The Samsung LED TV started to heat up at the Middle-left part & a white Horizontal line appeared, making the whole screen look blurred in the month of September 2012.
                An Engineer visited after registering a complaint on Samsung Customer Support on 04 September 2012. After few days, he called up & said that they don't provide Warranty on products from Thailand & that I need to pay Rs.45,000/- to get the LED TV repaired.
                I was totally astonished, as the Samsung Pvt. Ltd. provides the International Warranty on all its products. Then why is Samsung India refusing to get the LED TV repaired under Warranty?

                Please Help to get this Warranty Issue resolved asap.

                  Samsung — Non functioning of refrigerator

                  The model no. 26HCLB purchased on 7/5/11 has been a source of misery from day 1.The frost free function,malfunctions. I am sick and tired of constant complaints and it so called redressals.The service station no. mentioned on your site does not exist. One does not expect such callous attitude from a multinational like you.

                  Samsung Refrigerator — Samsung Refrigerator is not cooling (Gas Refill)

                  My Sumsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty.I have compleind many times in service center but they have not give any response.
                  A person come to my house and repaired my refrigeroter two and three times. but after two day left it started problem again.

                    I am having too much problem with touch screen its kepad area touch not working I can not dial a number and all function situated at left side not working.Really touch is off very bad quality as I have taken all care during operation and handling there shouldn't be any problem with it for a company like samsung.
                    Now it seems that we should think twice before purchasing mobile from samsung...depressed....

                      I am a customer from Darjeeling District _West Bengal_. I had recently given my Galaxy Pop GT-S557AINU to a service centre [protected]. My problem with the phone was that i was unable to hear from the receiver of the phone. But the ring-tone was coming ok. And every function in the phone was okey. I then took it to this service centre, where one of the customer executive told me that it was a minor problem and it would only take about 500-700 indian Rupees. I then left it hoping that it would be resolved. It was on 09.10.12 that i had given my phone for service. But after around two days back i was called by a customer care official telling me that the problem was not of the mic and was with the LCD and the charge will be around 1700 Indian Rupees. I was shocked to hear about it. The LCD was okey when i gave it to the customer care officials and now they were telling me that the LCD had to be replaced. I had no idea what was going on.
                      I was doubting that weather i had given the phone to a Samsung Service Station. I am heavily dishearten with this kind of job that Samsung is providing. Until now i had no problem with Samsung but when i had i never expected such trauma.
                      I want my cell phone back as early as possible and i am ready to pay at least 1700/- but i want my handset as early as possible. Kindly look into this matter seriously, and reply me back.

                        I purchase Handset from Saket New Delhi -62 in Month Nov 2010. Above mentioned product IMEI No 359800/03/48/73/3 .

                        After one and half year when I try to charge my hand set text message appear connecting to PC on screen.

                        Then show handset in Samsung customer care , They repair but after 3 month same problem i face with my handset.

                        In pune customer care not given good service to customer. pl advice me what can i do for this

                          I PURCHASED A HAND SET " SAMSUNG CHAMP DUOS DELUX" MOBILE FROM 'GOLDEN MOBILES' SHOP AT GOKAVARAM BUS STAND, RAJAHMUNDRY ON 18/09/2012.

                          ACTUALLY I ASKED FOR A COMPATIBLE MOBILE TO BE USED AS A MODEM FOR MY LAPTOP AS WELL AS TO ACCESS INTERNET ON MOBILE . THE DEALER SAID THAT SAMSUNG CHAMP DUOS DELUX IS THE BEST FOR MY REQUIREMENT.

                          AFTER TAKING THE PIECE, I FOUND TO MY DISMAY THE USER UNFRIENDLY FEATURES AND INEFFECTIVE AND INADEQUATE GUIDANCE / SERVICE FROM THE DEALER AS WELL AS THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AT RAJAHMUNDRY.

                          IT IS JUST A TORTURE AND THE SALES MAN IN THE SHOP LATER ADMITTED THAT THIS CHAMP IS TROUBLE SOME AND FEATURES ARE NOT USER FRIENDLY.

                          NOT ONLY THE TIME BUT ALSO SO MUCH MONEY IS BEING WASTED. WHEN AIRTEL PEOPLE ACTIVATE SERVICE, THE DEALER 'GOLDEN MOBILES' HAPPILY CRIED IT IS CONNECTED, IT IS CONNECTED AND SOON THE HEFTY CHARGES DEBITED FROM OTHER BSNL SIM RATHER THAN FROM THE AIRTEL.

                          SUCH IS THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DEALER. THE SERVICE WORKSHOP OF SAMSUNG AT RAJAHMUNDRY IS WORST OF IT'S KIND.

                          And the customer support service of SAMSUNG from NEW DELHI is also disgusting. More so one executive by name Shradha appears to be anti customer without any flair for service.

                          ANY HELP FROM ANY QUARTER TO MITIGATE MY PROBLEM ?

                              We had bought the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos Mobile (GT-S6802HKAINU) IN Pune. The very next day we had noticed the phone doesn't ring intermittently and we had reported this to the samsung dealer from where we had bought the cell. The dealer suggested us to charge it completely and try it again for a day or two. We followed his suggestion but nothing much changed and he had directed us on 12th october to visit Samsung support centre near Ramwadi Chowk Pune (Near Kalyani Nagar - [protected]/[protected]/[protected])
                              We were shocked when the support centre told us that nothing can be done and they have to repair it and give it back to us. Imagine spending 12,500 on a cellphone and then facing issues with it the next day and the company tells you to get it repaired. If i have to use a repaired handset, i would have spent 4000 rupess and would have bought a used handset. We need a set replacement and need Samsung to take back the faulty set and replace it with a new one. I must say Samsung Sucks. Also, we met 3 other customers like us who had similar issue with Samsung cell phone. No wonder why people have stopped buying a cellphone that cost more than 7000 rupees.

                              This is is the first time we have dared to opt for a Samsung cellphone instead of a Nokia. I have used various Nokia handsets in last 9 years and never had a single issue. We have tried reaching out to Mr Rajiv Ganju as well but his name mentioned in the Samsung outlet is not more than a marketing gimmick.

                                this phone is not working properly two month and i gone in sum sung care but not correct my problem .
                                my problem is that my phone have not continue network in every 5 minute and no incoming receiving voice .my phone is not working .
                                so i am in very problem...

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am Prashant Sharma resident of delhi. I have most of the product at home are from samsung including phones, refrigerator, washing machine, tv's , printer etc. my concern is that i am having samsung ph ( S-8530), IMEI : 358888/04/105095/2 . I went to service center today as i am facing hanging and slow processing problem on my phone. I believe it must be because of software up gradation from previous version to new version as suggest by samsung India. In service station I was told that there is liquid damage on phone battery and there was no other part is damaged because of the liquid hence it shows battery discharges itself. further they told me that samsung dont replace battery on warranty period. this is a universal fact that sometime battery discharges itself after some duration. so i want you to solve my this problem promptly as my warranty period is going to expire on 28th oct 2012.

                                  waiting for you immediate action on this otherwise I will loose faith from samsung.

                                    This is regarding complain samsung service center complain # [protected]

                                    I, Mr. S. Pathak, had bought the Samsung 1.5 ton window AC 2 years ago, Model # AW183WB. After 1.5 years of purchase, the AC was giving cooling problem and was sent to the service center “Mondal Appliances Service” (exclusive Samsung service centre) for repairing and after repairing the following parts we were charged Rs2639. Within 4 months we faced the same problem again, so this time the service engineer said there is a problem with aluminium condenser pipe and needs to be replaced with copper pipe and they charged Rs 3800 for the same and delivered the AC at home but within 20mins the AC stopped working and did not start back again.
                                    This time the service engineer just took the PCB for checking. Sir, there was no problem regarding the PCB earlier but when calling up the service center they said there is a problem with PCB and it needs to be replaced and they would inform us once the parts arrive from Delhi but there was no communication for 2 weeks from their side, So I had to take follow-ups everyday, later on arrival of the new PCB part we were told to pay additional Rs 1700 for it. I told them I am not going to pay the charges as this damage of PCB has not happened at my residence but in their workshop and there is no way I am responsible for paying this money. I called up several times to the support call center but they have always told that the supervisor would give me a call but it never happened.
                                    After following up for 3-4 days I had a teleconference discussion with one of your call center supervisor and the service center manager Mr. Mondal and told everything regarding what has happened with my AC. The customer care supervisor supported the service center manager and told me that I have no proof that the damage has happened in their workshop so it’s better to pay the money. Not only this, the transport person who delivered the AC has damaged the fiber outer cover while fixing it but we didn’t complain regarding it, if this is how our product is handled infront o[censored]s then on what basis are they charging us for paying the amount which we are not liable to pay. In case the damage would have been due to my mistake I would not hesitate on paying the later amount where I have already invested approximately Rs 7000 on it.
                                    Is this the way Samsung works for their customer? In case your service center wants to make money by damaging the working parts and then asks money for repairing or replacement of the product then what is the difference between a local service center and Samsung service center. I am really frustrated with the way your service center is dealing with me for past 2 months .In future I need to think 100 times before buying a Samsung product or fair to say I will not buy any Samsung product after this horrible experience.

                                      I have been a Samsung customer for long, My Plasma, refrigerator, Micro Oven, Air conditioner and my GSM mobile are of Samsung brand.

                                      I am severely stressed by the fact that I am following up with Samsung since two months for want of Battery for my Mobile Omnia Pro B7320, Battery version should be AB823450CU 1480 mAh

                                      I checked every major store and authorized service centers in Hyderabad, I was told that the device is not in production and hence the battery is not available. I do not want to let go perfectly working mobile device just for non availability of battery. Kindly request you to provide access to the above said battery.

                                      Hello, Even i own a Samsung GT-B7320 mobile phone from past 1.5 yrs. Now that the battery life is almost gone, I visited the Samsung service center and was informed that there is no stock of the following in the country. They took a request but stated they are not sure about the delivery as the handset is not manufactured and so the battery. Upon questioning about my next move, they suggested to get it exchanged for a new phone !!!
                                      If this is case with all mobile phones after an year or year and half, are we (customers) supposed to go for new phones every year or year and a half?
                                      Shouldnt there be a law which should govern these companies in manufacturing handsets with some common batteries?

                                      I failed to get one in Mumbai where am based. Later at native place in Trichur managed to get their to source through Kochi office. Thankful to them. But now even that is depleted and thinking time to scrap, a really good phone

                                      Same here.. I have been using this phone for almost 3.6 years now... am loving this phone and I still prefer this over Samsung SII for its sleek and sterdy design... Very tough model.. Dunno how many times I have caused damage to this phone and it works absolutely fine... Now the issue is its battery... I have been chasing almost 4 Service Center in Bangalore for the last 7-8 months to get a battery and the answer is same as mentioned above.. I dont want to scrap this perfectly working phone just because they have stopped manufacturing this model.Battery and Body casing is not available anywhere...

                                      Request your help in this regard.

                                        i bought lcd tv of samsung @ 16500/- 4yrs back. present its not working bcoz of one board not working. this was concluded by company service executive. he also said shocking news ie company not supplying lcd tvs and parts of lcd tvs. so once i'l sent to company, what they take decision we follows.
                                        so finally i have to through this lcd tv into dust bin.
