    Dear Sir,

    I have recently purchase Samsung Omnia w. I have totransfer my contact tothis phone from my laptopbut from today morning no executive from smasung customer care is helping out for the same.I have chat with Mr, Vipul at around 10:15 in the morning,than Mr.....at around 15:30then Mr.Chander at around 18:30, mr.Chander told me he arrange call back & same will be done within 1/2 hr.but I received no call from them.Then I called up again now its 2200 hrs but I haven'tgot any resolotion for the same.

    I Know its a small complaint but I think I have done mistake to buy this product of Samsung...

      Hi,

      My refrigerator's compressor not working since 2-3 months. The customer care team in Faridabad are replacing the compressor every time, now it's 6th time when the compressor not working within 2-3 months. Samsung claim that refrigerator is stabilizer free but as per customer support team we have purchased the new stabilizer, but the problem still same. The customer support team are not able to find the root cause, he just wasting my time. I'm really frustrated to get the support from Samsung support team.

        I purchased a samsung galaxy note phone (GT N 7000) from HI Life solutions Delhi on[protected].Samsung has to delivered a sennheiser headphone to me by courier. But more than one month has passed but I have not yet received the headphone.My phone IMEI No.is 359548/04/793958/7
        Now they says phone is returned by courier due to wrong address.when I cotact Bluedart Courier they told Samsung has neither written my correct address nor my telephone number which can help in locating addressee.
        I have written three letters and sent several e-mails to samsung but no action and I am Still waiting for the head phone.I have also lodged complaints with their customer help line but no action.Is it a poor admin. or missmanagement or no coordination amongst Samsung staff ?
        Now I hope they will take a quick action

          I bought a new Samsung single door refrigerator one year back from Mohali(Punjab). Just after a month I observed there is some cooling problem and my refrigerator does not cool sufficient enough. Then Engineer came to my home and did some verification. Finally they took my refrigerator to the workshop and they said they have changed the GAS now refrigerator should work fine. Now I am again facing the same cooling problem. I logged a complained regarding. The Engineers are coming to my home but they are unable to fix this problem. Every time they assured they will fix it but unable to do so. I am suffering a lot in this scorching heat season. It looks like sold me a default refrigerator and I really want to replace it now. Please help.

            Camera is not working. Whenever you want to click a image you will get a message in camera option that "camera failed".And also the cellphone get heat while charging. When. I went to service center they told me that you have purchase it on 13/02/2011 and your warranty period is over.I was shocked. As I have bought on 13/02/2012. On the date 13/02/2011 this model of samsung GT-S5360was not released in the Indian market at all.What will I do...?

                Dear sir/mam,
                I bought a samsung 22 inch LCD on oct 2011 from Gupta Elecronics, Manimajra(Chandigarh). During purchasing he(Gupta) told me that you can install your LCD in wall as free for first time within one year. After that I contact to samsund cust care on 21 Jun 2012 at [protected] no. and tell him to my request as given Ref no. is - [protected]. After one Chanding Cust care contact me and told that This installation will not be free. I told him plz check with Dealer(Gupta) and come back. Again after 10 mints he contact and told same story. I also Contacted to Mr. Amitji([protected]) and told him all story. Now nobody reply.
                Samsung is very reputed company.
                I can't leave.
                Plz do needful help.

                  I have purchased the new SAMSUNG Galaxy S advance - I9070 handset on 3rd June ,2012. I don’t know what kind of quality assurance has been used in manufacturing of this handset but it’s really pathetic to have been associated with Samsung. Below is tragic tale of which I have been victim.

                  From the very first day itself, I have been facing Network problem due to which my phone losses its network signals occasionally and I am unable to receive or dial any calls during that interval. After repeatedly facing this issue for 2 days, I reported the issue to the Samsung Authorized Dealer on 05.06.2012, from whom I purchased the phone and the Samsung Sales representatives present there told me that the issue is with my Airtel SimCard and I should get a new Airtel SimCard of 64k for my phone to resolve the issue. Next day I purchased a new Airtel SimCard of 64k for my phone but still the problem didn’t got resolved.

                  I monitored my phone for next 2 days but my phone kept losing the network signals occasionally. So then I went to the Samsung Service Center located in Sector-18, Chandigarh and reported the issue to them on 8.06.2012. They diagnosed the phone and told me that the issue has been resolved(updated software -All the data on my phone was deleted). They returned the phone to me on 12.06.2012.

                  Next few days I again monitored my phone but it still loses the network signals occasionally. When the phone is unlocked the signals are restored. During these days when I used internet on my phone through Wi-Fi, then I found another major issue, that the Wi-Fi is also not working most of times. The phone displays the Wi-Fi network signals and is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network but the internet doesn’t works most of the times. I also tried restarting the Wi-Fi Network, Phone as well as Wi-Fi on my phone but it didn’t help. Then after some time it starts working on its own. I have been repeatedly getting both these issues.

                  So on (18.06.2012), I again went to the Samsung Service Center located in Sector-18, Chd and reported the issues to them. They have again kept my phone for rediagnosing the issues. They also suggested me that I should change my service provider from Airtel to any other Service provider which means that the SAMSUNG phones don’t work with AIRTEL SimCard. If this is the case then this information should have been shared while selling the phone so that the customer is aware that this phone won’t work with Airtel SimCard.

                  They are still diagnosing the issue as on(22.06.12) and have not returned the phone till now.

                  The after sales service of your team is very negligent. I had been misleaded from the day 1 by your service team on changing of the SIM cards(64k/32k). Those people won’t disclose any information which is beneficial for customer and in turn behave as if the things are quite simple.

                  I had spent more than 21000 bucks keeping in mind the brand value of SAMSUNG but I was not aware that in return I will get defective handset and poor Service from Samsung which is causing mental agony and pain to me right from the DAY 1.

                  I really feel cheated and very much disappointed with the Quality of Samsung I9070 phone. I don’t know what kind of image SAMSUNG is putting up in a market full of competitors.

                  I'm facing the same problem as faced by Mr. Singh.

                  I bought my phone about 2 weeks back from Croma, Juhu and from the very next day, I'm facing the issue of phone losing network connectivity.

                  Phone loses network occasionally ( it happens atleast 2-3 times a day) and I'm unable to make/receive calls or send SMS. The network gets restored after 5-10 mins.

                  I was using a galaxy ace before this and i upgraded to galaxy s advance.

                  Also, I'm on Vodafone network and my Sim card was working fine with my Galaxy Ace & also it worked fine with a Galaxy Note.

                  The quality control of Samsung has gone really downhill with a 23000/- phone causing problem with the very basic thing it should do, retain network!!
                  The same problem is being faced by me. Samsung had replaced the hand set with new one but still problem us exisiting. Now Samsung Care, Ambala Cantt is understanding the issue but Samsung HO is not will to replace the set again. What is the worth for spending 23000 rs if company is not willing to support?

I had given my phone to service centre for 2 times, firts time they said software problem and update the software. And second time they said that mother board problem and change the same. After one day againg i faced the same problem. For 23K i have used for only 2 days. I was fedup with service of SAMSUNG.

                  I have got samsung galaxy s advance & have been using the same since a month. The major issue with the fone (which almost all must have awared by now) is losing mobile network connectivity which is any fone's primary task. I am facing the same problem since day 1. Samsung isnot providing any update on the issue which samsung must have realised by now. If at all there is any softeware level or hardware level issue, some update must be circulated by the company, or else samsung will lose customers & will end up switching to different band. Any customer can wait too long as far as this issue with the fone is concerned. I missed many important calls due to this.

                  Samsung should tell me now how long should i wait??? Will samsung provide me replacement against the defective piece considering defective hardware as was ensured to mu colleague (who was vicitm just i do for the fone) by samsung care service center. Initially, they weren't ready, when problem wasn't resolved even after replacement of the motherboard of teh fone, samsung got ready for provideing refund..

                  Samsung sholuld take the cases from many other such customers like me who are facing the issue. This is very nice fone considering price etc but due to this issue, it's useless. I like samsung brand but I will have switch to different brand if samsung dont do needful at the earlist as the issue is such, i cant wait tool long.

                  I also bought a Samsung Galaxy S advanced from Flipkart and had the same issue. I reported a complaint and they exchanged my phone. But, this problem is again there on the new handset also. Is this model defective? What is the solution? Just after disconnecting any call, the network drops for approx 20 seconds. I tried samsung for the first time, highly disappoint the the services. These guys have ignired the primary function of the phone ! That is calling and good network reception ! HUH ! I am hating samsung !
                  I was also facing the same problem in my Samusung Galaxy S Advance, then i did googling & got this solution. It actually resolved the problem. I[censored] are facing network problem switch to only gsm mode instead of wcdma/gsm auto

                  I have bought my Samsung Galaxy S Advance i9070 at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu a month ago

                  After two weeks the same network problem started with my mobile. I don't no when would this mobile gets connected or disconnected properly with the network (Vodafone). Then I tried changing the mobile phone options (3 options from the settings and with the networks) but I am facing the same problem. I am totally disappointed and fed up after paying an amount of Rs 20000 and getting a mobile with a problem with a basic function (network connectivity) which even a mobile of worth Rs 2000 does not have

                  Samsung has to pull back this particular model from the customers who have purchased or find a solution for this problem

                  Shame on you Samsung !!! stop all your useless adds and concentrate on the customers first

                  Surely I believe people (I made a mistake of not researching before buying this mobile) who are going to buy any Samsung mobiles shall read this and take a right Decision

                  Dear Sir,

                  I just bought New Samsung Galaxy S Advance on 26th September, 2012 from Sikar, Rajasthan and I had an Network issue from the day one. The network signal vanishes after some time and then I need to restart the handset to get the signal again. At first i thought it might be due to fault in my sim card but after getting same problem for a week. On 3rd October, 2012 .I went to Customer care center, they updated my version and told me that your problem is fixed but the same evening i had the problem again on my device. Again i went to Customer care on 7 October, 2012. They again updated my device and send me back saying that we have checked and verified that there is no problem now. But to the surprise the problem was still there. Now, after going to Samsung Care today i.e. 9th October, 2012 . They took my phone and told me that they will replace the Motherboard of the device and will return it after a week or so.
                  Sir, the main issue is that i feel there is no point of spending Rs 20, 000 for a Phone which you need to be repaired within a week of buying. The Charm of getting new phone is completely lost and i feel really cheated and disappointed by this product . Please issue me a refund or replace my handset.

                  Samsung — Samsung s advance

                  I've bought a samsung s advance on Jan 2nd 2013.Within a week,the sound output in the left headphone became zero.I've got it attented in the service centre but the issue is not resolved.Im regretting buying the mobile.Please dont sell such defective pieces.

                  Same problem. It is sad that even after so many complaints a company like Samsung has taken no steps to rectify an error in the most basic functionality of a phone. Screw you Samsung. I wish I had hit upon these forums earlier, but I was naive enough to believe that such things can not happen under the huge brand name of Samsung. I googled 'Galaxy S Advance review'. I should have googles 'Galaxy S Advance problems' before buying a phone.
                  PS: I had a Nokia 5130 before this! Its performance was better. Samsung you are bring down the meaning of 'Smartphone' to a record low!

                    Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I bought a samsung GALAXY Note GT-N7000 mobile on 29/05/2012 from Arrow Telecom, Shop No. 739/2, Link Road, Main Market, Faridabad Old, Bill No 9976,(TIN No. [protected]), IMEI No. [protected]. The dealer told me that I would be getting a free gift offer with in a week's time but till date I haven't yet received any gift. On asking the dealer again, he replied that the gift comes by lottery system and now the offer no more exist's. SIR I am extremely disappointed by this irresponsible/cheating behaviour of the dealer as I have been told by another dealer that there is no lottery system in FREE GIFT OFFER and every one buying this particular mobile would get the gift. He also told that my dealer should have made arrangements so that I should have received the gift at my home address by now. SIR I think that the dealer had cheated and befooled me and that the dealer has kept my gift. It is thereby requested that an early action in this matter is requested so that the customer's trust in your company is maintained and I may receive my gift at my address i.e. GURMEET SINGH CHABBRA, 294 sector 31 faridabad Haryana 121003.                       I bought a split Air conditioner ,model no.ASI18FJ,from Gaylord Emporium,19-B,Rajpur Road,Dehradun.on 22 April 2008. They are Exclusive Samsung showroom.On 27/04/2009 the first complaint about this Ac was dealt with.I paid rs.1576/-for the repairs as the warranty period was over ,ie.22/04/2009.A second complaint was filed with the Samsung customer care for the same fault on 24/06/2011 but had to be withdrawn on 13/07/2011 as I was leaving Dehradun for some work.On 26/09/2011 the complaint was re-registeredwith Samsung customer care.On 13/10/2011 the repairs were carried put,apart replaced and I paid rs.2321/-As dehradun is cool from Oct.to April ,the Ac was not used.I came to dehradun on 17/05/2012 and found the Ac giving me the same problem.I again contacted Samsung customer care and registered my complaint on 18/05/2012.On 22/05/2012 the engineer from the authorised service center removed the Ac and took it to the workshop saying a part has to changed.They kept the Ac with them till 15/06/2012 and then returned it without repairs.I talked to Mr.Mukherjee ,Samsung representative in dehradun,but so far there has been no progress.Due to the negligence of these people we have to spend the peak summer without an Ac.I would like strong action be taken against such poor service where the customer suffers even after paying them so much.Also I'd like to know if I can take them to consumer court.What will the procedure be and if you can provide me with phone nos.                         I have purchased a samsung make refrigerator Model-RA19FDLB from your registered dealer Sharma Electronics, jamalpur,Bihar on 21st March 2012. There is cooling problem in the refrigerator since the very first week of its purchase. Initially after repeated complaint to local customer care office, Bhalapur, Bihar, service engineer visted the complaint and repair the refrigerator and said oil has trapped inside its capillary. But after one week agint cooling is stopped completely inside the refrigerator. Complaint has been registerd on your local customer care office, Bhagalpur as well as Delhi customer care on 30th June 2012. But the customer care response was very irresponsible. After repeated calling to customer care office & service centre, your service engineer has visted the complaint and said that problem is inside the refrigerator and it can''t be repaired. so I have sent the refrigerator to the Dealer. But dealer and as well as local customer care centre ,Bhagalpur is not ready to replace it.
                        Refrigerator is defective, so it must be replaced.

                            I bought Galaxy Note on 1st June 2012. There was a offer that i will get Sennheiser Headphones free with it till 2nd June 2012. I bought this phone from Mobile Store. They registered IMEI number of my GalaxyNote on 1st June2012 and said that i will receive headphones in 15 days directly from Samsung. Now its more than 15 days, I called customer care many times but no one picks up the call. I emailed them as well but no response from Samsung.

                                  31.10.10. Now my mobile have a on/off switch problem ,due to this issue
                                  i gave my mobile to your authorized service center in madurai for servicing purpose..At first they said it was a minor problem & we will rectify the same in 2 days.After 2 days I call to the service center and ask about my mobile and they replied it was a mother board problem and its takes more coast to repair it.

                                  Your mobile product resale value is very low of cost. I get information about the resale value of your mobile product is too low. So that kindly look in to this matter.Kindly take return back my mobile phone in second hand and give a resale amount.

                                    This Samsung refrigerator is a horror show, everything that gets into it is full of fungus in no time , as it just does not cool. Despite my repeated complaints (3 in the last one month) , so called engineers ( who don't even have the knowledge of a primary school pass out) , who just come, fiddle with the refrigerator, make tall bills and always promise that it will start cooling in 1 hour. That one hour never comes, as it never cools.
                                    To add fuel to fire , when you call their customer service number , they are just taught one sentence " I apologise for your inconvenience" , I think they should keep the slogan of their company as apologise, as who so ever buys Samsung products , will be only given a bundle of apologies , while that product stays with you.
                                    I started buying Samsung products in 1996, when Samsung had just made an entry into India, the quality of products has gone down tremendously , and their customer service and after sales service is non existent, anyone who buys Samsung products , should do so at his own risk, as the products will just not do what they are supposed to do, for example, refrigerator will heat, mictowave would cool, ac's would act as hot air fans and Televisions would be just used as a showpiece.
                                    Not only this refrigerator experience, but all products of Samsung are bad and there should be a legal action against this company.
                                    I expect someone from Samsung to contact me immediately, as the customer service cell only apologises, it does not act.

And see my complain no then come with me and see refrigenrator Compresor not work.Compresor under warranty period 5years (refrigenrator 1 year).but he say you are pay transpotaion Charge ,Gas Filling charge,Filter & service charge and all charges are taxable extra.

                                        I was browsing through "Samsung Apps" in my Samsung GT-C3312 Mobile for downloadable games.

                                        As I was browsing through the site "http://202.87.41.147/samsung/...", I came across two games - "AlienMassacre" and "Cars2_GM". I clicked on the games on after another, to check out, if they can be downloaded.

                                        Shortly thereafter, I got two (2) SMSes stating that I have been charged Rs. 100 (i.e. Rs. 50 and Rs. 50) for downloading the stated games.

                                        But, in reality, NO DOWNLOAD HAD TAKEN PLACE. I had thoroughly checked my mobile for any downloaded files but, did not find any. Also, there was no "DOWNLOAD CONFIRMATION DIALOG BOX" displayed by the mentioned site.

                                        Please note that, I am an Airtel subscriber and incident took place on 16-June-2012.
