[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — fridge not working

DEAR SIR,
I HAD BOUGHT A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR ALMOST 3 YRS. BACK FROM A LOCAL DEALER.AND I started facing problemsFROM 1 MONTH with the product as its cooling capacity weakened and soon becomeDISFUNCTIONAL. We saw ice-cream melting and flowing out of the freezer, vegetables drying up and milk souring.
WE ARE FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY.
WHEN WE TOLD THE ELECTRICIAN TO REPAIR OUR FRIDGE HE SAYS THAT THE FRIDGE SYSTEM IS ICED.HE OPENED OUR FRIDGE BUT HAS NOT CAME TILL YET TO REPAIR IT.
EITHER U REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK AND REPAIR OUR FRIDGE.MY ADDRESS IS DURGA FLOUR MILLS,LOWER BAZAR,SOLAN(H.P.)
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INFORM ME SOON.

I made a compalint No BP NO: [protected] on 12/06/2010 but till i am not received any feedback form your side so i request you to please send your man as early as possible

Fridge was bought in 2008 July Cooling was improper since the 1st day our fridge was chked during warranty many times but each time some excuse was given and the problem persistd Now this year in winters ice is being formed on all eatables and vegetables whereas in summers there is always a cooling problem....

my fridge is not working since 20th July 2013.Reapeated complaint to service centre and helpdesk not yielding any result. Since then 3 times gas have been filled. Service centre says that it is beyond repair. Service centre has given the option for refund which we have agreed but till date no progress is made. Please help.
