i had purchased a samsung nano mobile, model no.- (GT-S3370) about 11 months ago. my mobile has a touch screen but few days back it suddenly stopped working. its touch pad had stopped working. now i took it to the samsung service centre where they told me that its motherboard has to be changed. instead of repairing it they are telling me to pay 3000 Rs. inspite of having under warranty.
i also showed them the original bill but they are constantly forcing me to pay bugs for it.
plz help me..........

    I'm Rajendra Prasad G lost my cellphone Samsung S8300 Ultra Touch phone (Serial No of Handset;[protected]) Noble Black Top Handy on 2nd August 2011 in Tata Indica Cab on my way to home from Maratha Halli to Hebbal Junction between I got down near Manyata tech park.Please Help me in recovering my handset at the earliest .Thanks

    Did you note the taxi number? If yes, try contacting them.

    I see you have the handset serial number, so you must have the IMEI number too; report in the nearby police station and then contact authorities to block that IMEI number so that nobody can use that handset again.

      I HAD PURCHASED B7722 IN OCTOBER, 2010. BUT AFTER 3 MONTHS MY PHONE STARTED SHOWING VARIOUS PROBLEMS LIKE HANGING, AUTO SWITCH OFF & ON, SOFT KEY PAD NOT WORKING. I HAVE BEEN TO THEIR SERVICE CENTERS ALMOST FIVE TIMES. BUT NO RESULT IS COMING OUT. I ASKED THE SERVICE CENTRE TO PAY MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY TOLD THAT IT CAN NOT BE DONE. IF SAMSUNG WILL NOT LOOK INTO THIS MATTER I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE THE SHELTER OF LAW.

      I received a call from Samsung Office, Gurgaon. They promised me my complain will be treated on priority basis. Lets see what happens.

      My handset is still with the service centre from 05th July.
      I deposited the handset will full box as per the advice of the Samsung service centre and I was told that the amount will be refunded to me. Till date one month has already passed but no refund. Even I have not been communicated the exact date by when I can get my refund. This is really irritating.

      Samsung B7722 — Worst customer service

      I bought Samusung b7722 one month before now it is not working., Worst service in Customer care centre. Stupid services

        i lodged a complaint at samsung customer care on 2nd august regarding ineffective cooling of my ac and requested them to send somebody between 9am to 1 pm.Next day an engineer visited at around 2 pm and told me to buy coil cleaning chemical from outside and he will visit next day.i again requested him to ensure to visit between 9-1..Next day i called him and he told me that he will visit at 12.Then when again i called him at 12 he told me that he willcome at 3pm.Then at 3 pm he told me he will visit at 5 pm.Even a call to the supervisor( Mr Kamal) was met with same rude behaviuor and gross indifference to customer.genuine problems.Eventually nobody turned up.

        Samsung — Poor after-sales service

        Hi,

        I am having this Samsung microwave, Cenventional model. For the last few days, it has not been functioning. I made a complaint on their toll-free #30308282 in morning.. They said that on the same day my complaint will be taken care of in the evening. I called them around 6.30 pm and the guy told me before 8 pm the company guy will come and repair the microwave. But nobody turned up. When I called them the day after in the evening at 7.30, I came to know from them that they called me at my cell no. several times and there was no answer and they were not able to find the address. The fact is I have not received a single call from them and they were just making false exuses.
        I totally agree with you. Samsung has a totally irresponsible setup, as far as after sales service and parts replacement is concerned. It's high time the consumers took them to task, since the Government doesn't seem to be doing anything. Probably, they too are on Samsung's payroll.

        I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator (model no. RT25ZVss1/XTL) on 26.10.2008. On 19.1.2011, the cooling process suddenly stopped and I had lodged a complaint on 20.01.2011 to their helpline complaint no.([protected]). The very next they sent a service guy from their authorised service centre, Mondal Appliances Service located at 87/10, Akshoy Kumar Mukherjee Rd, kol-90. He charged a fees of Rs.276 saying this as his service charge and that on 25th Jan'10 he would come again and change the required component.

        But on repeatedly following up with their service centre and helpline subsequently on 25.01.2011 no one turned to mend my refrigerator which is causing inconvinience in my daily household chores.

        Such type of service is very unexpected from a brand like this who brags of high level of customer satisfaction. Please take up this matter and resolve at the earliest.
        Please guys, Don't ever go with Samsung produts as their after sales service is very very poor. I would say its very pathetic. Since I have registered my complaint on 6th Feb/2011 for my TV not working and followed up twice no service engineer has been sent to my home till date.

        My family has decided not to buy any samsung products in future.

        Last year we had purchased samsung products, i.e, LCD , Double door refrigerator & A.C
        My LCD's speaker broke down twice in the warranty period itself and the customer service people have done only temperory repairs and managed to make it work till warranty ended...Just after the warranty ended, we faced the same problem and now every time to we have to pay the service charges....
        Even the AC is not giving the desired cooling....n the customer service people are least bothered to entertain our complains

          I have purchased a 29" Samsung flatron T.V. in the year 2005 and in the case of accident on my house of the date.27.07.2011 is t.v has suddenly blast and burn to my house all of furniture, computer, Home theater, other etc items are completely damage after tommarrow. I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Center On Toll Free No.[protected] My Comlaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 28 of July 2011 but i Didn't Rec and resposnce against this complaint.
          I call more than 05 Times daily call after they send their technician no response again.
          Please kindly support and action to company claim amount refund.

            Dears,

            I bought samsung Mobile(Wave 533) from haryana in Dec2010 and I am living in Pune.
            After 5 months from June onwards mobile start giving problems sometime it hangs,charging stops in between though charging sign always blink even it is not plugged to charger.
            After showing to samsung Support they told me Motherboard needs to be replaced and took my mobile.Turnaround time is 7 days but after inquiring they gave me mobile after 15 days and then also it was not working when i asked about issue noone respond properly.
            Later on again i go back to there store and rechecked mobile at that time they told battery is gone(it is dried up) needs to be replaced,in this whole episode battery 6 months warranty gone.
            Then i sent mail samsung India support , there was always a reply to do something but nothing had done so far.

            Now what is the guarantee that this changed motherboard will last and it is not replaced piece of some other handset.

              I purchased Samsung Galaxy S on date 19/03/2011 from Croma, kormangala, Bangalore store.
              After 15-20 days one day when i used handsfree comes with cellphone, they were not functioning well. As from that i was unable to pick up any incoming call, also other caller was not able to hear my voice.
              When i went to croma store with this information, they forwarded me to Samsung service center. In Samsung service center they diagnosed my phone and said that it is a issue with 3.5 mm Jack, so they have to look and it will take 2-3 hours. but they took one day for that and said that they cant fix it as they have to change the complete motherboard as this socket is mounted on that.
              I told them that it's just 15-20 days before i have purchased this complete new handset with of 22K rs. and you are taking about to change the complete motherboard of this handset. Can't you provide me a complete new set. So they said that they can't do this, if i want to replace motherboard then left cell phone for 1 day or else you can go. It was really frustrating for me. But i managed and submitted my phone to them. They took 3 days for this to repair.
              Now the issue is resolved. But My handset is regularly getting Hang, even though none of the application is installed on my cell phone. this issue is not for 1-2 times.. From the days of repairing I am facing this issue... I am not in Bangalore as i have shifted to Mumbai, Please help me in this case. As for me it's creating a worst experience with Samsung Company.I have started thinking that I made a mistake to purchase a Samsung cellphone. Any fast response will be highly appreciated.

                Hello all,


                I bought a Samsung Mobile phone (Model No.-Galaxy-551) in 6 Feb'11. After 1month the upper touch was not working & after some time phone get off & on automatically without pushing power button. I visited Samsung care Benagawar Road, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur in June month but after 15 days I didn’t received any exact resolution as deficiency in mother-board so they told me it will take more time to resolve this & suggest me for Delhi. I visited Samsung Care Kalkaji, opp. Paras Cinema, New Delhi-110019… on 30th July, and executive deposit my Cell Phone without checking at same time & just infirmed me my engineer will call you in Tuesday.


                At the time of submitting executive showing me one screw of cell phone get missing & in cell phone back get some scratches & I show him there is no single scratch at cell phone it is laminated..

                After a long rest (on 3rd August) I called up by your executive where the executive informed me that you cell got moisture & 1 IC got damage & will have to pay approx 6000Rs.. But what actually my cell phone concern is,
                1-uper touch was not working. (From beginning)
                2-Cell phone get off & one automatically.
                3-Battry back up is worst after just 4month…


                Why the same thing was not informed at Kanpur Samsung Care, why the Mobile Phone’s issue didn’t check at the time of submit at service center?

                I just communicate over phone with Ambresh Chaudhry Mobile no. [protected] (Service Center Manager), the person just said straight forward to me that the moister in your cell phone & it can be come any time, so it may be came after deposit my phone to the executive, may be it hands get wet at that time so the phone get moister..


                Customer care executives are just doing their job as like government org. not as customer satisfactory terms.

                Why in every 2nd cell phone get out of warranty due to moister? I think this seems to avoid cell phone warranty to increase service center revenue, Please try to give guidance to your service center executive to delivered perfect resolution at first place to reduce customer walking & increase satisfaction…

                I need effective result for same please…

                I received a call from your end on 6th & your executive offer me for 50% discount on chargeable amount, which is approximate Rs.6000…

                Also one thing let me know, this model has been ban in market due to some issue with it why…?

                  I had purchased Samsung Microwave oven ( model no: C 103FL ) on 19.08.2006. Suddenly problems started in the control panel last month. Display in the panel was found to be irratic and erroneous. Complaint was lodged on 23rd July'2011 with complaint no. [protected]. Service Engineer / Technician attended the Microwave oven on the same day and detected that the pad inside the power control panel was bad and required to be changed. He also clarified the fact that the spare is out of stock and company has not been supplying it for this particular model for last several months. He assured that he would intimate the company regarding this issue. After one week, I received a call from Samsung service centre, Kurla indicating that the spare part is not available and company has stopped manufacturing the same.

                  It is obviously against the business ethics for a company of international repute like Samsung. Their duty is not over by simply selling their product. Samsung is equally responsible to see servicing of their product also which is very important aspect. This particular Microwave oven has not even completed 5 years. So Samsung can not deny its responsibility to set right its own product. This attitude of simply saying that the spare is out of stock is not the gentle man attitude. My submission is that please repair the microwave oven without any further delay, failing which it amounts to something like throwing the product in the Arabian sea. Tell me how many people in India can afford to do so. Please be pro-active in repairing it or otherwise replace it by a new machine. Matter may please be treated as most urgent.

                    Subject: In activeness of your service center regarding purchase of a Micro-oven Model No. Samsung CE-1041DFB/XTL.CONV.MWO from M/S Great Eastern Appliences Pvt.Ltd. under Cash Memo No. [protected] on dated: 21.12.2010.

                    The above make and brand Micro-oven was parched by me as per above details even I was advised by my other friends that the Micro-oven of the above brand is of no work and they don’t care for provide any service by their center. Now I am facing the trouble and found that my friend opinions are correct.

                    In this connection I contacted your service center phone no.[protected]. They were kind enough attend our complain BP NO. [protected] of dated 22.07.11. that sir, on the complain and some technician contact attend the complain and get our signature in their prescribed form issued by M/S Great Eastern before attending the complain after signature the form only they touch the micro-oven and after opening the power board operation switch they found it is defective and said as he got no ready spare parts he will replace the same on the next day. As they did not turnover we remind them on 25.07.11 about the matter.

                    They replied the spare parts is not available with them but they will arrange and replace it within another two days time even failed to provide the spare parts. When we told them if they fail to attend the complain we will be proceed to informed the company.

                    Some one on 28.07.11 intimate by calling us on phone that the parts have been collected by them and they will replace the same immediately. As they did not care to attend even 03.08.2011. Today your customer care (no [protected] ) tell me available spare part is not a right spare part, so their past information is wrong ,still today they can not arrange switch power bard Model no. Samsung CE-1041DFB/XTL.CONV.MWO.

                    Hence it will highly appreciated if you kindly look with the matter immediately such that I am not to believe that the Micro oven above of Samsung made is practically of no use.

                      I HAD PURCHASED ONE SAMSUNG C3222 DUAL SIM MOBILE PHONE FROM "THE WORLD MOBILE" LUDHIANA.THE BILL NO. IS 2025 DATED[protected]. SOON AFTER PURCHASE THE SET GOES FAULTY AND SHOWED CHARGING STATE WHILE NO CHARGER WAS PLOGGED IN AND SOON THE BATTERY WAS FULLY DISCHARGED. I CONTACTED LOCAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY REPAIRED IT AFTER TWO DAYS. AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME THE SAME PROBLEM REAPPERED AND AGAIN THE CARE CENTRE REPAIRED AFTER MORE THAN 7 DAYS. NOW AGAIN IT HAS GOT FAULTY AND SHOWING AUTO CHARGING PROBLEM.THIS IS BASICALLY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND COMPANY IS SIMPLY HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS BY NOT REPLACING THE SET. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE THE MOST HORRIBLE ONE!!!!!!!!!! IS THERE SOMEONE LISTENING.

                        my samsung mobile handset ,model no.wave-2(8530),IMEI/ESN NO.-355082/04/251857/8,bought from kukreja teleplanet,new delhi.My complaint is that i have given my set for lcd replacement to the lakshya which is authorised service partner of samsung handsets,whose contact no.[protected],address-230,2 nd floor,shuk lal market,near madhuban chowk ,pitampura,new delhi-110034.The centre have been misleading for the delivery of my hand set by date to date and i am suffering from the problem.,since last[protected].

                        i had given my id for replacement to the service centre 1 week ago, now they are saying it will take 1 month for the whole procedure .And i am having problem in communicating no one gives correct information about the mobile status, plz. do needful as soon as possible, i am suffering too much, i would like to add one thing for samsung mobiles that word of mouth advertisement is important for the company and now tell how would i say to my knowns for buying samsung mobile and it will lose ur customer at least some what?so, plz. do something, it makes impact on company branding.

                          Absolutely ridiculous services. pathetic i don't have anything more to say about the service part on the washing machine from samsung. My second complaint in the last 2 months. you get a call saying that the service engineer would be visiting you and also you receive a sms showing the date but not the time. They only confirm the timing on the telephone and nobody shows up but expect you to leave all your work and reach your home and wait for them without any luck. If you complain you only hear them saying sorry for the inconvience. I would only request the readers to think twice before you buy the samsung washing machines as the machines are good but the services absolutely pathetic.

                          Washing Machine — Door not closing

The manual says only about camera settings in normal mode. However I am not able to find any keys or option to activate front camera. Let me know how to activate front camera in Samung B7722 model.                             samsung mobile b7722 — mobile keep restarting

                            Dear Sirs,

                            I have bought Samsung B 7722 mobile handset in the month of October 2010 .Now I have a problem with the handset. Every now and then it restarts and then switches off on its own . Moreover it gets heated up because of this problem

                              This is Hiren Pandya and I am software engineer working in Mumbai.

                              2 month back I bought new samsung cellphone (Wave-II S8530).
                              And few days back it start hanging. So went to service station and they told me there is O.S. problem.

                              So, we'll reinstall new version but there is a problem with your mobile connector and we are not able to conntect with it.So, we have to replace it and for that you will be charged.

                              So, I took my laptop there at service station and tried to connect the handset.
                              I am able to connect it with laptop and even with their application software Kies from which I am able to transfer files and data visa-versa.
                              Also, I have all the option like internet connection, modem etc.

                              It means, the connector is working fine. I showed them this connectivity then he has connected handset with his device but he's not able to connect.

                              So, I asked me to pay for connector but he's not making me understand that why it happens.
                              I also called to customer care for the same. And as per him the service center guy is right, i am not.

                              Moreover, I have proof in written that there is a problem in connector.

                              My question is that If we are buying products blindly, we trust them and their service, why they are behaving with their valueable customer.

                              If the guy don't know that why cellphone is connected with my PC and not their PC, he has to ask to company but he's blaiming me that the device connector has problem.

                              And It sounds like fraud and cheating.
                              So, please do the needful.

                                  myself harish,i'm using samsung gt b5310 corby pro since i've purchased it(10th june 2010),but since past one month i'm facing a problem regarding phone memory,
                                  company says its 128mb,
                                  i've saved 250 contacts,
                                  photos not exceeding 2mb,
                                  sounds not exceeding 7mb,
                                  game worth400kb,
                                  but still phone memory status shows only 93mb available,previously it used to show 99mb but now gradually declining,
                                  what should be done to sort out this problem?

                                    i useing samsung galaxy pop gt-s5570. i have faceing some problem in this handsets. first is poor battery life. second is no adobe flash player software and some android software is incompatibility device in this mobile phone

                                    Samsung — poor battery life

                                    On 6th jan 2011 i purchase a Samsung Galaxy 3 Android Handset.
                                    this phone has so called long lasting battery.
                                    but surprisingly my phone battery last only for 24 hrs after each full charge.
                                    Local dealers and service center person not responding to my request to look in to this matter.
                                    there is some foul play in battery or faulty battery .
                                    please do some thing to help me

                                    I have bought samsung mobile galaxy pop cdma on 27th aug 2011, the problem which i am facing are as follows
                                    1) Low battey life, the maximum talk time is one hour ( Company is claiming 300 mins )
                                    2) The phone gets switch off/on on its own
                                    3) echo in hands free kit

                                    Pls look into this matter asap as the phone is only 5 dats old

                                      I purchesed Samsung Mobile ( Chat3222) which price is 3800.00 from Agrawal Shop, main road, Manendragarh on 11 July2011. My complain is now Samsung Mobile announce Mansoon Gift offer if any person purchase Samsung Moblie he will get gift from company and they published this news in neswpapers like Dainik Bhaskar, Nav Bharat etc. I asked with the shopkeeper for gift of Mansoon offer he refused me for Mansoon gift, he told me that he couldn't provide that gift. I have a bill with Tin no. , my bill no. is 9003 dated 11/07.11. Kindly take necessary action agains the shopkeeper.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have bought a 40 inch Samsung LCD in 2009 Oct, and in early 2011, just after few months after one-year warranty, my TV started showing white screen. I called up customer care, the representative visited and the only solution he had was to get the Panel worth Rs 22K changed. I read on the internet and suggested him to check the TCON card. On this, he agreed and came back after few days and insisted following up, with a TCON card and it did not work. The only solution now was panel change. But my screen was fine I could see the menu, and browse, how can panel go bad. Finally I forgot about this and after few months came across a technician who claimed to have fixed LCDs. He opened my LCD, did a PCB cleaning and Wow my LCD is in perfect working condition, no card changes no panel changes.

                                        Had it been one off case I can overlook but similar thing happened with one of our relative. Again Samsung wanted panel change but actually the power card was bad and they got it replaced and TV is just fine.

                                        My question is why is Samsung not fair with its customers?

                                        I demand an explination why was panel change required when alternatives were possible.

                                        Plus customer is so helpless after investing in expensive LCD worth Rs 50K that Samsung is taking them for a ride.



                                        I did write them the above mail and got a very disheartening response stating just few words that thanks for your feedback. But I deserve a better action.

                                        Please help me get some justifiable action on this.
