my order no[protected] was sent defective.for replacement it was sent it back to home shop -18 after concerning with customer care on 28 july within next day when received.after doing so many complains no.[protected] there was no correct response given by customer care people that when i would get my product.pls take action immediately either sent back good product or refund money.

    MY SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL NO: S 3310i.IN THIS MOBILE CAMERA WAS NOT WORKING AND SOME TIME MOBILE WAS HANKING.I GIVEN AT WARRANTY SERVICE CENTER.THEN THEY ARE 2 TIMES CHANGED MY MOBILE BOARD BUT THESE MOBILE HAD SAME PROBLEM AND AGAIN I GIVEN AT SERVICE CENTER. BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPOND FOR ME SO I WILL VERY VERY HURTING PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

      Dear Sir,
      i purchased the mobile on 15.04.2011 and it is in warranty period,the problem with my mobile that it stops responding(hangs) and whenever i use photo gallery, and when it is switched on the screen flickers on top. iI went to authorised service centre of Sagar district where i was told that it is a software problem and will be repaired in 24 hrs. when i went to collect the mobile, screen was flickering and i was told it is screen problem and screen will be changed from place of purchase. Hanging problem is also not resolved. The mobile IMEI no. is 356330/04/050616/5 and it is purchased from Korba(C.G) where as I am presently in Bilaspur (G.G) .
      Please get the problem resolved.

        Dear Sir,
        I Mr. Perugopanapalli Naga Srinivas , Address :MIGH-92, A.P.Housing Board Colony Resident Of Ongole Town of Praksam District of Andhra Pradesh. I was purchased a samsung mobile model no: GT-E2152 on[protected]and within in week days handset got compliant and submitted handset for service of ONGOLE TOWN samsung service center. The service center people said need to change the mobile inside board and they kept for more than one month and repaired and returned mobile again week days time got the same compliant and submitted mobile at Ongole town samsung service center on[protected]. so far there is no response and taking very arrogantly in service center boys and proclaiming that do whatever you can do we are not bother about any thing. Today i was registered a compliant of samsung costumer care website and requested to replace a new piece ,due to frequently coming repairs about that particular model ,it was very inconvenient of my works , so I pary to your kind end , please do the needfull action in this regard and do justice for me.

          i have just brought samsung wave 5333 last month and now it has problem
          the songs, when i play them, sometimes its like play then nxet song then nxt one.any song wont play at all even the samsung ringtones are not playing at that time
          there is no problem in the memory card and the phone's software has been reset ed once by the samsung helper.
          its really bad when we spend money and the thing comes out to be faulty

          Dear sir,

          I have purchased Samsung Mobile S3500 in the month of april.After 1 month my handset was dead and i went to Samsung service centre at Nehru Enclave New Delhi.They gave me my handset in 10 days .Again in the month of july I have same problem again and its almost a month i have not recieved my handset.

          samsung mobile s3500 — mobile dead

          i have purchased a samsung mobile s3500 model in july 2009 vide cm no ccm 19648 dt 23/07/2009 from ganpati mobiles ,sri ram towers lucknow.Their was set hanging problem right from the beginning.The mobile was got repaired from service centre at sriram towers around april 2010.the problem occured again after 2-3 months and by the time set was out of warranty.again in march 2011 the set was totally dead.when contacted at hd associates nirala nagar lucknow they told that set has been tampered and two parts namely pba and fpcb will have to be changed.the set was never repaired at any local outlet and was always taken to a authorised service centre and its estimate was around 2500/-rupees,.you are requested to look into the matter and get my set repaired free of cost.

          I have bought a samsung galaxy s duos 2 on 24 december 2013.Suddently on yesterday night the back camera stop working.Today 6 January I have gone to the samsung service center saltlake and they inform me its a hardware problem.we will repair it but I need a replacement because it is a 10 days old phone only.i am a middle cast women.i bought this phone at 10200 rupees which is a huge money for me.My question is it is a manufacturing defect.so its the company's fault.So why would I take a defective phone? The customer care executive tell me that if it is within 7 days we will replace it but it is 10 so we will not replace it we will just repare it.It is not in samsung policy.So what can I do now?Company launch a defective phone in the market and now they force their customer to take this defective phone.I know I will get proper justice from my government.
          Please do the needfull because its realy bad when we spent money and the thing comes out to be faulty with a manufacturing defect and company not want to replace it.

          I bought Samsung galaxy note III Neo on[protected] for Rs.33900/-
          *since then i am facing the following problems:-*

          *1.Display heating very very frequently which is very risky*

          *2.Charging problems since cell brought*

          -A lot many time(7-8 times) i have contact my nearby service center, but
          they are not coordinating well, within 2 months they had change the
          following parts
          1.Motherboard
          2.Display
          3.Battery
          4.Battery convertor

          Every time i get back the cell it again gives me the same issues, it again
          starts getting heated by using cell for 15-20 minutes
          My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the
          product related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the
          product.
          How can so reputed company provide such pieces which requires major
          replacements of parts within a short span of time
          I expect that my problem should get resolved as early as possible
          either i should get refund or replacement as i dont want to take risk which

          Its just been 2 years 5 months that I bought Samsung Galaxy S advance. I faced so many problems. Phone is very slow, used to hang a lot, few months ago Sim Tray was not working and I have changed it in samsung care by paying around 1100/- and now suddenly My phone's touch screen not working and samsung care people are saying may be it will not be repaired and I have to change it which will cost 7000/-
          Its not possible for middle class people like us to spend so much in a phone of Rs.15000/-.
          I would request you to plz replace my phone free of cost.

            I WANT A JUSTIFICATION FROM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, & I WANT TO KNOW WANT KIND OF SERVICE DO THEY GIVE. 2 DAYS BACK I WROTE MY PROBLEM OVER HERE, & THE CASE IS STILL PENDING, WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR THE REPLACEMENT THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL REPAIR YOUR PHONE FROM ALL THE PROBLEMS, WHY WOULD I TAKE THAT PHONE, BECAUSE NOW YOU ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL REPAIR IT. WHAT THE SERVICE CENTER WAS DOING PREVIOUSLY WITH MY PHONE. WHEN THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM IN 2-3 TIMES. HOW COULD THEY SAY THAT WE WILL DO IT THIS TIME. THEY ARE SAYING FOR THE REPAIR BECAUSE NOW THE CUSTOMER IS FRUSTRATED WITH THERE SERVICE. THE ONLY THING THAT I KNOW IS I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF MY SAMSUNG STAR NEXT. AND THEY HAVE TO REPLACE IT.

              Dear Sir,

              I am Major Anupam Sharma and serving in Indian Army. My BP no is [protected]. I had purchased a 26 "" LCD tv from Samsung Plaza, Jabalpur(M.P) in Aug 2008 for around Rs 28,000/-. It had some starting problem and then screen was coming blank in November 2010 while i had shifted to Mhow, Indore(M.P). I registered a complaint and the Service Engr repaired my TV but it remained faulty. The Service Engr asked for Rs 1100/- as service charge which was clarified by me as Rs 400/- from your Customer Care. Thereby again i lodged a complaint with you with BP no given as above. Later i was informed by Service Engr that my power panel has gone faulty which shall cost me Rs 13000/-. Now plz help me out as already the cost of same model has gone down so how could the cost of its spare be so costly. Kindly help me out with some solution as right now m posted in Arunachal Pradesh and my TV is lying as ajunk in my home at Solan(H.P). Kindly give some solution of its repair .               Samsung 26' LCD TV — LCD TV has problem

              Hi,

              I have a complaint regarding my SAMSUNG 26 inches LCD TV.
              I am getting some vertical lines on the left side of the screen and hence i have made a complain to the SAMSUNG customer care.
              Next day an engineer came to check the LCD and he told me that there is some problem with the panel and it needs to be replaced.
              I got his contact no when i called to customer care office the next day and they i had a talk with the engineer regarding the problem and he told me that part is not available and it will take 6-7 days to repair the LCD.
              Then i again called suctomer care on 9th of Nov and ask them to escalate this matter.but they didnt escalate it and i again got a call from service center that this will be done before 15th of Nov.
              Its 15th today and still not even got a call from anyone so called the customer care and asked them to escalate.
              My concern is that if the part is not available then do i need to wait till its available.
              its 15 days and still my problem is not yet solved.
              Please help me regarding the same....

              Well Sir,

              The Samsung is again breaking my trust. The Service Engr who came promised of rectification of fault, took money and now not showing his face. Neither he is picking up calls nor your customer care at Chandigarh helping us. It was prominently told to your Service Engr that fault in the TV of going blank starts after using TV for a day or two. The problem still persists and no interest is shown from your side.

              Waiting for some help from top management if it is there in Samsung...

                Dear Sir,

                I purchased a Samsung 27 inches LED TV (UA27D500) on 13 June, 2011 form M.G. EZONE ( SAMSUNG PLAZA) YUSUF SARAI NEW DELHI (BP no. [protected])

                On June 22, 201, I called up Dealer and Customer Care as my LED TV have one but big problem for me. Problem is view angle. Display function is more blackish just like TFT monitor... I spend good amount on latest technology but what I got the blackish view…The customer care gave me the BP no. [protected] and told me that someone from the technical department would get in touch with me for a visit appointment. One service engineer came I talked to him about this problem and he analysed it and confirmed the display problem and said he was not authorized to take the decision and would send some senior person. Then I got call from a mobile no. [protected] and the person online said that he was a senior engineer and would come to check the problem. He came and said this problem comes in small LED TV from 22” to 27” but not in 32” above LED or LCD TV… I told him that other TVs don’t have this problem and I asked him to come along to dealer showroom. In Samsung dealer’s showroom he also noticed that other TVs did not have this problem. Then the Samsung dealer asked him to replace the TV or refund the money as the customer is not satisfied. Then the service engineer took all the documents from me and he and the dealer assured that I would be refunded within 10-15 days. After 15 days I called up Customer Care but no action had taken place. Customer Care person said we would get back to you soon… It doesn't end here.

                Then I went to Samsung dealer again. He called some Samsung person named Rabi contact no. [protected]… he said that he would not be able to refund the money but would replace my 27” LED with 27” LED. But what I have noticed is that all 27”LED Tvs have the same problem. Some senior technical resource from Samsung Mr. Negi said to me and Mr. Rabi for the cost cutting of 27” LED we have reduced the view angle… After this I asked Mr. Rabi to replace my LED with 32” LED which does not have view angle problem. I asked him that I am ready to pay the extra amount of 32” to Dealer or Samsung but there is no response from over 30 days….

                And this actually means that customer care is actually customer harassment, wherein the customer has to skip his work or any other important engagement that he may have, just to wait for the Samsung technician. This is just not good enough.

                  i am papia chhetri from siliguri.i have purchsed new samsung c222 mobile on 1st of july from bidit enterprise at hakimpara in siliguri...after purchesing the mobile i getting problem of battry charing ,,,,,,,,,,,,,i got problem that my handset is automattically chrging without using charger after that i visited the shop from i bought the mobile ,they told me to go the samsung service centre at hillcart road........they told me that it is chrging problem and they gave me time of 1 week...........after passing the 1 week i visited there they told me to give them some more times,,,,,,,after some times again i visited there again they told me they are not getting parts so wait for some times ,,,,they also told me that if my mobile repair they will make me call but after 2 weeks when i didnt get any call i again visit there but i still got they didnt repair my mobile ........and i didnt get any fair response from them so i went the shop,,,,,,,,,,the shopkeeper told me to submit all the paper of purchesing ,next day i submited all and night i got a sms from the samsung that 'your product has been serviced" so i went the shop and i told them ,,,,,,,,they gave me time for getting information but till now i didnt get back my mobile.........i m getting harresment from several times for the poor customer service,,,,,,,,,and iresponsible of shop keeper and samsung service center, i am nt satisfied with the service of samsung at all...............

                    i purchase a samsung glaxy pro and from the time of purchase see the problem in my ph.that the data cable attach but not transfer the data from phone and computer.i visit many time at samsung service center but they do not give me a proper solution.they make a deo for new ph.but when i exchange my phone and take new glaxy pro 7510. i saw same problem in another phone pls give me a proper solution what is the procedure to connect the ph with computer.some people say anoride 2.2 is not working when the data cable attach with computer.pls give me solution it is a loos for uy company because when i go to service center they give me a new ph... thanks

                      I GAVE MY CELL PHONE FOR REPAIR 1.5 MONTHS BACK IN SERVICE CENTER. AND THEY HAVE DONE LOTS OF EXPERIMENT WITH THE PHONE. & CREATED LOTS OF PROBLEM WITH THE SAME PREVIOUSLY IT WAS JUST NOT TURNING ON. BUT NOW THERE IS A PROBLEM LIKE MEMORY CARD IN ,TOUCH PROBLEM, SOUND & VOICE PROBLEM, CAMERA FAILED, BATTERY PROBLEM ETC, WHICH I HAVE DETECTED & THERE COULD BE MANY OTHER PROBLEMS WHICH ARE UNDETECTABLE . SO I NEED A REPLACEMENT OF THE CELL PHONE BECAUSE AFTER ALL SUCH PROBLEM , I CAN NOT TRUST THAT , MY PHONE WILL WORK FOR LONG TIME.
                      I have already spoke to 5 executives in a day from your department, my complaint no. is [protected]. You can have a look in your records, the whole story, which i have conveyed to 5 people in a day. they all said to me that higher authorities will tell you about this. i hope now you are among the higher authorities. I mean i have a paid a lot just for the repair of mere cell phone. I took many leaves from my office to collect my cell phone, I paid a lot in my conveyance & every time there was the delay in the service, I am paying for my phone recharge to talk with you people again & again & most important i am wasting my time in all such things. I want to ask you who will reimburse me, with all such problems that i have faced till now.

                        I have samsung Duos mobile which i purchased on 15 aug 2010.from that time its memory card slot hav problem when ever insert memory card ph does not get started or if started it gets restarted again n again the i give it to service center (jamshedpur)on 1st of June 2011 they give it back to me on 15 June memory slot prob gets solved but now my both sim does not response at the same time again I give my cell to service center on 20 June 2011 they return me on 5 July but again it creat problem now automatically mobile get restarted if i talk more then 10 min or i send 4-5 messages it get restarted so i give it to service center on 11 july till 8 aug they dont respose me .I m totally flustered from it plzzzzz solve my problem or replace the set .

                          Dear Sir,

                          i am very sorry to inform you of miss managment and misshandling of yours service center officials and staff.
                          i have purchased your product samsung mobile model monte GT S5620 Black/orange vide IMEINO No. [protected] from sood communications main bazar palampur HP bill no.6253 dated 15/5/2011.

                          but after using 15 days my mobile phone is off. automatically. so i immidate approch sood communications main bazar palampur, distt. kangra HP. regarding the product. the owner of the shop told me if you want quick service then you approch directly to our nearest service center which is situated at Baijnath distict kangra Himachal Pradesh.

                          i go same day to your service center at baijnath, the official of same service center told me after checking my set. that the mother board of the set is not working properly so we will send this set to chandigarh. and they told me that you will get this set from our service center after ten to 12 days. after i hand over my set to your official i come back.

                          after 20 to 25 days i have call from your service center that your set has been repaired. i went 7 august 2011 to Baijnath at yours service center. the set was delivred to me by yours some official when i go through set i see the touch screen pannel is broken and my memory card also not in set i have complaint this to your service center staff but they refused and say that their no card in your set and even their no job sheet of your mobile under repair in our center.
                          i told them mr. i was your coustmer and it is your moral resposibility that any one visit in your service center you have to guide them to make job sheet card. this is my first experinace how could i know that the job sheet is essential.

                          after broken pannel and without memory card i could not recived my set from center. but i have taken job sheet card this time. so it is my humbble reguest that please provide me a new phone aur my complete phone within 10 to 15 day otherwise i will go to court of low.

                          Samsung Mobile — regarding mishandling of mobile repairing

                          I Aditya Singh purchased a Mobile Set Model Samsung E-840 i silver from reliance digital retail ltd., S-218, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon dt 11.5.2008.

                          Since i have bought this handset i have faced problem from the begining, as per showroom they told me that there is a network problem in the set. i told them to plz change my set bcoz this is a major problem in set, but they told me, we will return ur set after repairing, so i handed over the set on 21.7.08 to the showroom and they transfered my set for repair to samsung service centre located at SCO-35, Sec-31, Huda Main Market, Gurgaon, Haryana, I received my set after a month i.e.18.8.2008 in a bad condition.

                          the set had several scratch marks on screen, my brand new battery changed during the servicing time, as per the bill, Serial No. of battery has been changed, so i am attaching my servicing bill & purchasing bill with this email.

                          After these story I received my set, it is yet facing problem like, i hear the voice but another person can'nt hear my voice.

                          again i discussed with reliance people and ur customer care also, they asked me to handover my handset to them again for repairing.

                          i think the set still has a problem, plz change my handset.

                          i request you that please look into the matter seriously and do the needful ASAP, otherwise i am fadeup with the service provided by the samsung.

                            1.i am unable to send group messages
                            although i created callergroups in my samsung chat 335
                            i is saying ERROR SENDING MESSAGE
                            i recently consulted samsung care they just updated the phones software for somedays it worked properly after somedays the problem was again repeated again i consulted to samsung care they said just that they are help less

                            2.i downloaded the facebook application saperately and when iam opening it the mobile was just restarteing
                            now what to do with that they again said the same word

                            3.i am unable to see the high resolution images which are transferred from my pc

                            i hope you will solve the problems with this handset
                            same problem but no solution for this mobile from services center or any where . .. ...
                            i fell that i waste my money because i buy this money. .. ...
                            no software for this mobile and even nothing work properly . .. ...
                            if you find any solution for this mobile then guide me . .. ...

                              I purchase the Samsung Galaxy S II I 9100 on 08.06.2011 bill no [protected], Serial No R2FB50481 4V ([protected]) the very next day when im using the mobile the instrument was very heat sudenly 18.07.2011 the mobile phone dead i went Samsung service centre 1-7-298,303 Shop No 1/ B,I Secunderabad 500003 contact center[protected]) the mobile instrument taken after 15 days from service center as on now ie 08.08.2011 the speaker is not working and the IME change due to some reasons and the auto rotation also not working i contact Mr Shiva Engineer he told that the part was not received till date when the part rd i will inform u but i am unhappy this present insturment so kindly replace the new instrument the same.

                                01 month ago i give my camera PL120 for repair in okhala
                                service centre (delhi) complain work order no. is M11G2013.
                                this camera i bought on dated 15th may from faridabad
                                and allready in the warranty period.
                                but this camera after 01 months
                                not repair by the service centre they reply only that the part not available.

                                  When the draining starts the machine starts leaking near the joining of the outlet pipe;And again while spining and drying wenever there is a requirement for letting off water the leakage starts; Earlier also complaint was lodged few months back Your service engineer came and inspected and told he would sent someone for repair and vanished for ever; your service centre is unwilling tolisten to our problem;We request to sent the mechanic after 5pm our mobile [protected].

                                    I recently purchased a LCD TV from Thailand with Bill and warranty card of it(not international warranty card, which I never knew comes for TV also, though I knew for Laptop and Camera).

                                    I purchased this on 22nd March 2011 from Bangkok and found that TV went off in July 2011, just in 3 months. I called on Samsung Engineers (ColorTrek Services) and they asked for documents which I produced. Engineer said they will get the part from Korea and it will take 15 days to come.

                                    Apart from this I was in constant touch with Samsung Guys also as they said you need international warranty which I said I dont have and I recontacted the dealer in Thailand to enquire, but as expected he denied to give it.

                                    I raised this question also to Samsung Guys, that dealers do not pay attention to warranty cards and shouldnt it be responsibility of the dealer also to give it, as in most cases, customer give the money and come back and then after hours, the Product is delivered by dealer at customer's home with all the cards etc.

                                    The same thing happened with me in case of my Refrigerator from Mumbai Dealer also, it sent me Fridge without stamping it and inside box I had warranty card etc. Though Bill is something customer takes from dealer , which I also took.

                                    I sent them various mails regarding this and Samsung guys never responded back on this, though due to my helplessness I need to call them again and again and one day I come to know accidently that warranty is not there for it (though I was waiting for 15 days to get the part from Korea).

                                    After this I mailed them that charge me for my mistake and make it working but still no response and I think this time also I need to follow up. Such a pathetic coordination between the third party support services (ColorTrek here) and the Samsung guys and of course I am suffering.

                                    Just attaching the mails I sent them. Which will show how active they are. If they would have been clear on their front (like I need to pay myself), I might not have to suffer without TV for long.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Our Samsung Double Door Refrigerator Model Silver Nano was not working properly. Though the Freezer (Upper) Portion was all fine there was no cooling in lower portion. Upon calling Just Dial an official from M/s Cool Way, Shop No. 286, LIC Colony, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad called us and came next day. After inspecting the unit he changed one fan and thermostate and charged Rs1800/=. We were told to start the refrigerator after 1 day. Next one week it worked fine but then again same problem arose. Upon calling the official at Cool Way another technician came. Changed the fan and one more part, charged 800/-.
                                      After 15 days same problem came and it's almost 6 months but the company is not traceable!

                                      Though after making several complaints was refrigerator was repaired, it has again stopped working for last one month and there is no response to my complaints.

                                      The surprising this is that when we connect the cord to main only Bulb woks - no sound, no cooling no body heating up, still electricity meter runs as if refrigerator is working at the fullest!

                                      double door fridge — fridge is not working

                                      I am having the exact same problem with my Samsung Silver Nano too. I just called someone from Justdial list, they asked for Rs2100/- for parts and Rs350/- for service charge. The guy on phone says, they've been doing this, so no need to check the fridge physically they know what is the problem with these symptoms. They will replace timer, heater(I guess its the thermostat he is taking about) and one more component I can't remember. I am not sure if I go for it or not, after seeing your posts, I guess you still having problems even after replacing all the parts.

                                      So, I was able to fix my problem (temporarily this time, will fix it permanently soon). I've called couple of repair men and got simple answer from them that, they will come and replace timer and some other parts, they are aware of this problem. I was not satisfied with that answer, before even checking my fridge and giving me proper information what could go wrong, and what type of fix they are going to apply. They are just telling me over the phone to replace couple of parts and that would cost me around Rs2, 300/-
                                      So as any other consumer who doesn't want to get ripped off from these unknown repairs, and who wants to save themselves from these mysterious repair men. I've watched couple of youtube videos, and found out that this problem that I have, occurs 99% of the cases because of the timer problem (this doesn't mean timer went fault), when the timer stops at some point, from that point, your fridge stops defrosting the freezer compartment and due to that, the air vent's (cool air flows from freezer to refrigerator area through these vents) will be blocked with ice. So the cool air is not flowing into the refrigerator from the freezer, that's why your freezer seems working perfect but the refrigerator area won't cool down. What I did was, I opened up the freezer and refrigerator back panels and immediately found out that I too have this defrosting issue, the air flow channels/vents were completed blocked with frozen ICE. So all I had to do is, take my fridge out into the balcony and pour some hot water through those channels/vents, it cleared all the ice and the vents are not clear. While I was at it, I spent few more mins cleaning the fridge. Then other instruction I got from youtube was to reset the timer manually so it may start working again. So I did reset a knob that I saw on the back panel of the refrigerator, but it turned out to be the temperature setting knob not the timer I was looking for. I realized this after putting everything back together. So I decided let it run for few more months, and when I run into this same problem again, I will open up the back panels again then I will look for timer.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        I purchsed a Samsung LCD 32 inch TV (code LA32B450) on 27.01.2010 from Vijay Sales, Borivili, Mumbai against invoice no. 06-BR01-10SIAOUF 118.

                                        The TV had a problem in the sound box after 10 months in service and when we contacted the authorised agent, Abhinav Enterprises, Goregaon (WEST), Mumbai, they sent their representative to check in the 1st week of Jan 2011. At that time, the warranty which was available for 1 year by the mnaufacturer just was one week away from expiry.

                                        Since my wife was only present at home during the visit of the representative, she was told that nothing to worry and it was just due to loose connection of wires which will solve the issue and keep it under observation. If in future something happens they will take care.

                                        In this process, the representative ensured that the warranty period gets over. When we again contacted, as the problem persisted, same agent (Abhinav Enterprise) sent another representative on 9/6/2011 who claimed that there is a problem with the sound box and the same needs to be replaced. However, since the warranty period is over we need to pay for it !!!!! He replaced the same and charged Rs. 1079 through invoice no. A.E.[protected] dated 9/6/2011 and assured that the problem will be solved.

                                        However, the problem persisted even with the replaced new speakers!! We again contacted back the service centre (Abhibav ZEnterprises) and they said there is no stock available for the second replacement and as soon as they get it they will replace.

                                        The same compliant got registered in their records on 20.7.2011. Now, today, on 6.8.2011, same representative Mr.Ashok came with the second replacement sound box and mentioned that since one month is over after the earlier speaker was replaced (on paid basis) the warranty is again over and we need to pay the differential amount for the new speaker replacement as the speaker price is more (in 2 months time !!) and he again replaced the same charging Rs.276/ vide invoice no. A.E.[protected] dated 6/8/2011.

                                        I have also spoken to Samsung India customer care in Noida and spoke to one of the customer care executive Mr.Mohit who listened to my entire complaint and then mentioned that he has forwarded my compliant to the concerned department and they will get in touch with me!! When I mentioned to Mr.Mohit why do I again have to pay for the second replacement speaker as brought by Samsung agent for no fault of mine and made Mr.Mohit speak over phone to Mr.Ashok (the representative from Abhishek Enterprises, Samsung Exclusive Service Centre), they in between spoke and then Mr.Ashok asked me to talk to Service agent in-charge Mr. Biswajit.

                                        When immediately I rang up Mr.Biswajit through my phone he did not pick up. Then when Mr.Ashok called up from his mobile, mr.Biswajit came on line and had to speak to me. However, to my utter surprise, he was very reluctant and categorical in saying that since one month is over after the speaker was replaced the warranty period is over and hence again I need to pay the differential of Rs.276/- (just within 2 months).

                                        I had to make the payment to replace the sound box for the second time. However, I am disgusted with this unfair and unprofessional approach and no faith left that even this second replacement will solve my problem and again if one month is over, I need to again replace the sound box at my own cost as the service agent of Samsung will say warranty is over and Samsung India anyway is no where in picture as they will say we will forward your quary to concerned department and they have no control on their service agent even when they claim exclusive Samsung service centre.

                                        Under this situation, I would like to take your help to address this issue with Samsung India and get my payments made for replacement of speakers (Rs.1079 on 9/6/2011 and Rs.274 on 6/8/2011). Moreover, if the problem of speaker still persists even with this second replacement of speakers, Samsung India must replace the T.V and pay the invoice amount back to me with the interest.

                                        I request you to take this up at the right earnest and help me out.
