I, K.S.Subramanyam, would like to state that I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator bearing Model No. R 323 - RR2015SSBBL/TL on 01.09.2012 from Reliance Fresh Ltd., Abhi Towers, Near Minarva Hotel, Renigunta Road, Tirupati 517501. In the month of February, 2013, I did notice a small crack at the lowest part of the rack base. day to day the crack started increasing. I approached the Reliance Mart authorities and appraised about the crack in the Refrigerator. The management of Reliance Mart have informed that I have to contact the Samsung Customer Care Centre for compliance. Then I lodged a complaint to Service Centre on 27.06.2013 and they have given the No. [protected]. On the next day a representative from Samsung Service Centre, Tirupati has attended my house, inspected the condition of the refrigerator and went away. Again on 29.06.2013 the service Engineer has also inspected the condition and went without attending on the request. Having purchased the produce investing a sum of Rs. 13,600.00, the product has given crack and I am afraid, in future it may further elongate pushing to useless position. SAMSUNG/MOBILE — Still awaiting for my mobile
Hi,I purchased a samsung mobile last year in December which went completely dead on 25/09/09. I went to service station on the same day in noida sector 27. After inspecting the phone they told me that they don't have the required part therefore I had to leave the phone I can collect the same by 05/10/09 whereas when I called them on 05/10/09 they told me that they still haven't received the required part therefore it would take another week...and since then I have been calling every week that every week they give me the same reason...I again called today and again today they had the same explanation to give and now they have told me that I can call on 05/11/09 to check the status. It has been over 30 days now and it been very frustrating...Please look into this matter as now my patience is getting over. The details are as follows
