[Resolved]  Samsung — Service centre not giving me satisfaction

Dear Sir,
My Samsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty was repaired by samsung service center person on 24 May 2012 and after three days it started giving me same problem.I have given Rs. 2000/-, these fellows cheating me sir, kindly refer my problems

Complained is Not Cooling (Gas refill)

I call them they are not giving response answer. They have given bill & one year guarantee, but they are not attending my phone call.

Samsung Mobile — No response to part replacement requests

I had purchased a Samsung Corby s3653,last november (09).In 6 months the touch screen has become unresponsive.I raised a complaint on the Samsung website for their authorised service station numbers.From the 30th of June 2010,I have been calling the service centers asking them for replacing the touchscreen,but I keep getting a response that the company has not sent them touchscreens for the last 2 months and they are not sure when they will get it next.Calls to the Samsung call center are never answered.On calling the Goregaon west call center,I was rudely told that I can complain to whomsoever I want.

I am from Nagpur and have now run out of patience think going to consumer court is the best option for speedy action and also there i can claim losses which i have suffered due to the delay in repair i had purchased a Sam sung 3410 in Jan 2010 & 12 days back facing a dumb problem i can hear but others cant hear me i went to the authorized repair shop & he says that part is not available when part will come bring it & till now i am on hang facing lots of difficulty the Cell was purchased from posh & pomp Sadar Nagpur my bill no is 20825 dt 21 Jan 10 my business suffers V badly due to the dumb & phone also hangs for more then 10 minutes when the when i touch the Conversation button the last on Friday he says 3 or 4 days for for the part my cell no is [protected] my adress is Trevor Francis D G Francis Garage Mohan nagar Nagpur [protected]@yahoo.com Wat should i do now

IS [protected].WE CALLED THEM BACK TODAY i.e 14/082010.AFTER THAT YOUR ENGINEER CALLED ME AT 14:20 AND HE TOLD THAT HE WILL TAKE HIS SERVICE CHARGE RS 275 JUST FOR VISITING ONCE AT OUR PLACE AND HE ANSWERED RUDELY.HE IS FROM YOUR SERVICE FRANCHISE TRS SERVICES VADODARA AND YOUR'S ENGINEER'S NAME IS HARISH PARWANI.AND WE AGAIN CALLED YOUR SERVICE CENTER AT ABOUT 14:30 AND WAS REPLIED BY MS ANURADHA SHE DID NOT TALKED PROPERLY AND WE TOLD HER WE WANT TO TALK TO THERE MANAGER, SHE TOLD THAT HE IS BUSY AND WILL CALL YOU LATER.HE DID'NT CALL US BACK .YOU TELL YOUR SAMSUNG IS REPUTED AND GOOD.BUT AS SOON AS YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORKING AND WE HAVE TO DUMP YOUR PRODUCT IN GARBAGE AND YOUR SERVICE CENTERS ARE MAKING US FOOL.TILL NOW I HAVE BOUGHT 3 PRODUCTS OF YOUR COMPANY.FIRST I BOUGHT REFRIGEROTARS AND THEN A MICROWAVE OVEN AND THEN 3 MOBILE PHONES.AND AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD ALL THINGS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.YOU HAVE NO WORK EXPECT TO MAKE FOOL BY PROMOTING YOUR PRODUCTS.HE ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCTS AND AFTER SALE SERVICES.WE ARE GIVING ADVICE TO ALL WHO ARE VIEWING THIS THAT NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.IT WOULD BE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.

I have purchased Samsung Split AC three years before, five month before there was a breakdown in compressure which has been changed by your agency after two months of our regular complaints and till date my problem is not been solved out completely. There is a problem in cooling .
my phone samsung guru 559 cdma phone have no long battery but company warranty for 6 hours talking.

Samsung Mobile — not satisfied with service center services

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a samsung mobile on 12-June-2010,model no. SCH B-519.
From the day of purchase it has been send to service center thrice.
People there are agreeing that this model has some problem from company's side and they have apart from mine has repaired several other same model too.
Each time they promise to change the mother board but after making me visit several time,give back my cell only by changing its software.
They also said that the company is not giving them the mother board for changing.
Last time also the third time I have submitted the phone to the on 9-Aug-2010,and from that day my phone is still with them and they are not giving any prover response.
I request you to please help me out coming out from this disaster of life.
In wait of favorable action.

hello sir, i am Dr. yogesh kumar jain, bhagat singh nagar, gwalior (m.p.) i purchased a samsung metro 3310 mobile set on 08/02/2010 from goyka services and marketing, gwalior. sir, on 21/08/2010, my mobile was out of order. when i went to the said shop, he referred me to samsung service centre at shri ram colony, gwalior(vimal electronics). when i reached there, they saw my set and told me to come after 2days. sir, after two days when i asked them on phone about the same, they told me that due to rakshabandhan, all the employees are not coming at agency. they again told me to come after two days. yesterday on 30/08;/10 i again asked on phone about my mobile, they told me that yes your mobile has been repaired, come and collect the same. sir, i was very much disappointed to reach there. when i reached the service center, the receptionist asked my name and pull my mobile from my folded complaint slip. it was not repaired even it was not touched. she told me sir just wait i make it repaired. when i told her if it was not repaired then why you called me to collect the repaired mobile then she told me to wait for some time, after half an hour she told me that it is not repaired come after 25 days. sir, i am also literate i want to know does a samsung set take one month to get repaired. sir, i am very sorry so say that your services are very poor.now you are requested to take necessary action to make my mobile repaired otherwise i will take legal action against your company. i hope you consider my request at your earliest. with regards.

Samsung/ Mobile Phone — Lack of Proper response in Service Centre and After market service

I have purchased a Phone - Model no. SGH X 700, in Oct 2006...The Battery of this phone is not rechargeable/dead and we have sought for a replacement for the same or Repair, since I needed to access the files saved on the phone...

Firstly the Main Service Centres have tel no. which are never responded to[protected]/66595199/[protected]/88757614/66595192,3 etc...Secondly they have blankly said that
they do not have a replacement and to check in the grey market, as the Phone has been stopped manufacturing....I sought to have them check on whether the Battery would be available anywhere else or even ordered for which I was willing to wait. They said that there are 2000 pending such complaints and they could not do anything about it since the model has been stopped

Point is what is Samsung's accountability in cases such as these..Just because the phone production has stopped , are consumers supposed to throw away the phones incase of any issues ???? What kind of a customer service or after market service do they offer, to ensure that the satisfaction is maintained.
How can we access data/files saved in the phone with the fault ????? I was a Samsung loyalist all along, but sorry to say that compared to Nokia - Samsung's Service is Zilch !!!

Samsung India — Not giving service after sales

I made a complaint for reparing of my washing machine thru samsung customer care on 26-Aug-2010 vide complaint no. [protected]. From 26-Aug-2010 till today (2-Sep-2010) I am following up with customer care regarding redressal of complaint, I was told by customer care every day that today an engineer will visit your place & redress the complaint but TILL TODAY i AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CALL OR NOT VISITED BY ANY ENGINEER.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SINCE 26-AUG-2010, I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY PRODUCT & ALSO GONE THRU MENTAL DISTURBANCE.

Samsung — Pathetic Service and Mental grief

I am from Rishikesh ( Dehradun) and have called at centralized Delhi help line no. on 1.Sep.10 regarding the demonstration of my product at my place .
I got the reply from the executive that you have to call the local service center and he given me local no[protected]. Which was not working.

Then next day i have called Noida service help line no. I was attended by Mr. Sunny and he assures me that soon you will get the call from Dehradun service center and somebody will come to your place. But at the end of the day no call and no body came.

Date 4.Sep.10 I again call Noida help line no. and I was attended by Mr. Tarun. He has given me the information that by mistake your complain was landed some where other place( Its Just and Excuse) so he again forward my complain .
And I was again assured that on the same day somebody will call you.

Toady is 7.Sep.2010. I was chasing your service team just for a small demo. They spoiled my whole week. Calling to service center would cost me again and again in terms of Value and time .

But I believe Samsung has the culture like this. So this was the worst experience I have with any electronics company.

Since I am from the same trade I can not tolerate things like this with me.
I have to give my product back to my dealer because of Samsung.

Samsung — service station sucks

i m using mobile handsets pixon m8800.i have given it to your service station twice but d owner of that station is so arrogant.they don't even receive the phone when i called.1st time i gave ma mobile and without checking they have change ma software and because of that my all number get deleted. then also i didn't said anything but after i took back my mobile wit in 3 hour it stuck again n stooped working.i went back and told that guy to see it properly n now he is asking for more 6 days.my business is suffering because of all this and that guy is not even answering properly.i really pissed of with samsang now.i'll never use this company's any product again.i m going to change my phone from samsung to nokia.

samsung L700 — not providing service

company is not providing proper service, Once warranty period is over....
I had buy a handset L700 14 month ago and it is dead now when i visited to there service center they are treating rudley and not reparing the handset, saying that there is a software error it cant reperable.
so what about my money which i paid for handset to the comapny; just for software error....
I HAVE A TV (FLATEN) THIS IS FAULTY. I HAVE COMPLAINT TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM BUT ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN COME BEFORE 15TH SEP. AND HE CAN NOT RECTIFY THE TV AND HE TOLD YOU HAVE TO SEND YR TV IN WORKSHOP BUT HE DID NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM SO I REQUEST HIM TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM AT MY HOUSE BUT HE DENIED.
