I have purchased Samsung - Mobile D780 (Dual sim) 3 months ago, and it was restarting all the time when i get a second call from the same sim or the other sim. So i took to Chennai - Anna Nagar Service Center and gave for service, they told it will take 10 working days to change the mother board which has to be done in bangalore service center, but they returned back only after 20 days, when i went to collect the mobile i noticed the IMEI numbers was all Zeros[protected], so i gave back and told them to write the IMEI number, they told it will take 5 working days, when i went to collect on the 7th day, there was only 1 IMEI number written on it and the second one was again all zeros. I gave back the mobile and the service engineer told it will be done in 1 day. After 2 days he called me and told there is some software problem and it will take 5 more days, I dont know what kind of service they are doing on a newly installed mother board. Pathetic service and irresponsible service engineers. Useless Franchisees they have taken for servicing mobile phones. Its already been a month now my mobile is with them. so I am covered only 11 months of warranty, i dont know when i am going to receive my mobile phone in a working condition. This is my first and worst experience with Samsung Mobile phone. Some one please send me the phone number for Samsung service head, i want to talk to him regarding this issue.

    Sirs, I have purchased Samsung TV model cs21t13mv3xxtl -colour TV with Sr.No.0732ZAQ400503 from M/s MXM Shopee, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh on[protected]. The Demo personnel came to my home and they opened service menu and made certain settings. After that the option for decreasing or increasing the Whoofer is not visible in the menu so as to operate as desired. On the same day we informed to them. But they have not turned up to rectify the same. I made complaint two times through Toll Free number regarding this problem. Last complaint I made to them through Toll Free with Complaint No.[protected] on[protected]. On 3-7-2009 I personally went to the Call Centre here and told the complaint. The receptionist told me they would send the Personnel next day itself. But till today nobody has turned up. I want to extent more purchase from Samsung LCD but disappointed about the poor service .

    Sirs, I have purchased Samsung Colour TV -CS21T13MVEXXTL COLOUR TV from M/s xxxxx Shopee, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. The Personnel for demonstration came to our house after three days of purchase and operated Service Menu and made certain settings and said to us do not operate the Service Menu. While operating they turned off the option of Whooper so as to adjust it`s frequency as desired. This has been brought to their notice so many times. Complaint has been given two times. Last complaint has been given on[protected]. Yet nobody turned up.

      I HAVE GIVEN THIS HANDSET FOR REPAIR IN THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE (CAPITAL ENTERPRISES (P) LTD. 12 J L NEHRU ROAD KOLKATA PH NO [protected]) ON THE 1ST OF JUNE 2009 AND STILL THEY SAY THAT IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE CDMA NETWORK IS ALWAYS NOT THERE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM GIVING THIS FOR REPAIR. I HAD RECIEVED THE PHONE AFTER REPAIRING IN THE LAST WEEK OF MAY AND HAD TO SUBMIT IT AGAIN. NOW I AM FED UP WITH THIS PHONE AND REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

        Complaint No [protected] dated 12/06/2009 wrt cooling not being done properly. The complaint was attended promptly. An engineer came & changed 2 parts namely: DA 45 140035 & DA 47 101508 and billed us for Rs 864/-. It started cooling slightly but we realised the cooling was not proper. We contacted with the Engineer who visited us but it was advised to change the position / location etc. further stated that it was very hot and temperature hovering above 40 degrees and Samsung referigerature does not give effective cooling as the referigerature side walls are less insulated. I was shocked and registered the complaint again on 28/06/2009. It was again attended promptly and the engineer suggested to get GAS refilled and gave the estimate of Rs 850 - 900 approx. The next day the person who came for refilling the Gas gave the estimate of Rs[protected] and on stating that the engineer had told the estimate to be between Rs 850 to 900, he made a call and then on checking the referigerature told that the Gas does not need to be changed as there was no leakage of GAS. Therafter he suggested some other part requires to be changed but after inspection by some Senior Engineer who shall be visiting next day. Since 29/06/2009 no response is from the company despite calls to the service center on 02/07/2009 & 04/07/2009. They have slept over the service required by us. Even our request that at least inform us telephonically whether the complaint shall be attended or not? OR to inform us for the reasons for delay. There has been simply no response. The service provided is totally UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL IT APPEARS THAT SERVICE IS THERE ONLY TO MINT SOME EASY MONEY.

        Can something be done to get the servicce.

          i purchased a mobile from HotSpot varansi on 24th June 2009. its a samsung GT-S5233A (Samsung star). its a complete touch sceen phone. on the evenimg of 26 june 09, its touch screen stopped working. i gave it to samsung service center on 28th June who said that their net is not working since last week so they cant do any thing then i presented the set to another service center which is MDR service center, F-108, 1st floor Arcade, 23 M.G. Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad 211003, MOb .[protected]. they refused to admit the set and said "key jab part aayega to hum aap ko call karenge aap aa key badalwa leejiyega". After 4 days i visited the center but the said the same as they told earlier.
          Today till 6th July 2009 i did not received any call from them so i went to the said service center around 5:00 P.M..
          They said that " sir aabhi tak company sey koi part nahi mila hai hum logo ne aapki request laga rakhi hai jaaise hi aayega aapko inform kar denge".
          My request code to the company for the said part (Touch Screen) is[protected].
          Sir agar 4 din purane set me aaise service mujhe deenge to what should i expect in future.. PLease look into the matter.
          Once again an early action is needed.

            Hi,

            I am from Chennai and I bought one Samsung 2 ton rating split airconditioner, just 15 months ago-on Jan2008.It worked well for 4 months from the date of installation, then did not cool.When complained to compnay Toll free call center, they arranged for repairing after 3 days. The service people-they are not from Samsung, but they are outsourced by Samsung to carry out the repairs and services-said that they have to check the cooling coil and dismantled the airconditoned cooling unit and came back after 7 days, saying that the problem solved and re-installed the unit.

            Then again in 6 months from re-installation date the cooling effect not good, so we again went through same routine, calling Samsung call center, they in turn sent their service agent and same service agent came again to inspect the unit. This time also the cooling coil is the problem, so they said they will replace the coolong coil.Since the airconditioner carries a 12 month warranty, they did it free of cost. We have to shout at them for this repeated problem, etc, etc.They promised that the problem is solved permanently. But alas, the unit now is not working again, same cooling problem, but now NO WARRANTY and we are afraid how much we have to spend for the repair now.That is their story.

            Will somebody help me with some solution for this and can we sue Samsung in Consumer Rights commission?

                I have two amsung window a/cs.One is in warranty.I called for service in April, 09 and I was told servce charges shall have to be paid.No body turned-up for warranty service.I got the service done privately and paid for it.
                I lodged a complaint in June, 09 which was not attended and on enquiry, I was told it had been cancelledby the BP.I asked samsung, Who is this BP who can cancel my complaint without providing any service, was not answered by samung official. A complaint was made again this week after waiting for almost 10 days of lodging my complaint..One person came did not service the AC and misled by saying we provide service at the end of the season.He asked my wife to call in SEP.09

                I was shocked to fin this response as m AC will not be in warranty in Sep, 09.Therefore, I complained again to samsung about this deficiency in service and misleading answer of their technician.Their office promised to send but every day we wait and waste our time but nobody turns up.

                  I made a complaint on the 22nd of June on the toll free number from Chennai..BP No. [protected].An engineer visited and said gas needed to be refilled and it will be done by Saturday ie 27th June.I have made repeated calls to the Samsung Call centre and also the service agent and I have not received service as yet. It is 2 weeks... And as for the call centre, when I want the complaint escalated and ask to speak to the supervisor I am told either the supervisor is not available or the supervisor will call me back. Nobody calls. It is frustrating to talk to the call centre. Why is it one is not able to get responsible replies from them?

                    I baught a SAMSUNG window A.C in the month of April, 2007 fromm NATIONAL ELECTRONICS, SAKCHI, JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND.
                    On 22/06/09 i logged a complain in the call certre[protected] of SAMSUNG regarding the uneffective cooling of my A.C.The compressor gets off just after running for 10 minutes.On 23rd two engineers arrived at my home and they found that the compressor is defective.Though they were hasitating to declare that the compressor needs to be replaced, finally they told me contact the owner of the service centre at [protected].
                    Despite calling several times, at this number the person has not yet taken any initiative for replacing the compressor.Every time he says that the spare compressor is not available.
                    I repored this matter to the call centre 5 times afterwards.everytime they say that someone will contact me on the next day, but no one has contacted me yet.
                    This is the level of service and response by SAMSUNG.Even for the equipment within warranty period they make the customer to suffer a lot.Pls. take necessary action against them.

                      I unfortunately have purchased a Samsung split AC 1.5T 18FNB, which is not working properly. I lodged my first complaint in the month of May 2009. 'Complaint No.[protected]'. After repeated reminders on customercare helpline, engineer visited and reported that the compressor was not working. Compressor was replaced in the month of June but the AC did not show any satisfactory cooling. We lodged fresh complaints in the month of june, and most recently on 26th june, 09, but to no avail. I and my husband have been calling customercare helpline about four to five times almost daily. Every time we call, we are told, that there will be a call back and engineer will visit. We have neither received any calls nor any visit from Samsung so far.
                      I have not been able to use the AC for the whole summer season, and I am highly disappointed in the after sales service of this company. My experience with samsung has been the worst I have ever had. I will think a thousand times before ever buying any Samsung product again.

                        Samsung Raaga — Weak signals/Non reception in Gurgaon, Haryana

                        I had bought the above phone about a year back. But most of the time the caller does not get any response or I can't access the caller inside a room. This is a problem I am facing with your mobile ([protected]) instrument only, though my previous instrument Huwei ([protected]).

                        What should I do? Will you replace it with another model/instrument or how should I get my problem solved?

                          My complaint number [protected] dated 29th june, 2009.An engineer turns up on Monday assuring rectification.Then on wednesday, informs that the fridge wil b taken 2 d workshop on thursday under workshop complaint no.VCS07/15.
                          Nobody has turned up til 8pm on thursday and no one at ur workshop could confirm when the fridge wil b taken there and needful repairs wil b completed.
                          It is very disgusting and not expected from a reputed brand Samsung..It seems there is no after sales service and customers are not attended swiftly.
                          Please instruct ur concerned officials to take care of the complaint immediately without fail.

                            samsung has released this great looking phone but with very impotent software.

                            1. we cant play any mp4 video files converted using any of the softwares
                            2. cant step forward music, no one click buttton to play music. has to go with hell lot of steps.
                            3. camera not upto mark (not 1.3 Megs standard atleast)
                            4. cant minimise music player. i[censored] play music, do nothing.
                            5. cant open even moderately large images taken from digital camera.
                            6. unable to play any video til now.

                            samsung must release a patch for the software for this phone as similar feature packed LG 6600 costs just 4600 Rs. and comes with 512 MB card too. this phone has no card in-box.
                            why so much premium for this less. ???

                            Samsung MPower 309 CDMA — MP4 files does not play

                            MP4 files does not play as stated in the Manual. Only the recordings made via camera opens in the MP4 mode... Samsung should release a patch for this quickly.

                            more complaints.. very low battery life.. frequent disruptions of signal.. while the signal bar shows full strength, calls suddenly drop off or no voice clarity.. two other guys (may be more, i know only two who has the same service provider) at office have nokia cdma phones with same service providers & their cell phones are better by miles..
                            when went to check with samsung service, they say its the phone service provider's mistake & signals may be weak. when contacted service provider, they say phone is faulty. i agree with the service provider though, since other two guys have better signals or call clarity..
                            went to samsung service, reloaded software but no use..
                            no profiles so if i have to mute the phone, have to go through bunch of steps..
                            looks great but useless software.. can go on & on with the low end features but ...
                            GSM phones of the same company has better software though.

                            Just I have purchase samsung f309 cdma mobile. Good looking phone but you cannot do anything. Only this phone is use for incoming/outgoing call. This simple feature is provided by any low medium phone starts from Rs.750/-. Please don't buy this phone. 15 days passed, but i am not playing any video files, mpf files, two much steps for any function to use. I fedup with this phone. Now i am using only calling purpose. I am first time user of Samsung Mobile. Go to hell Samsung. In future, I never buy any samsung mobile phone.
                            Hey i am using the MPOWER-309 for last 6 months. I reloaded the software, through a service centre.
                            It's working fine, the audio and video clarity are supreb. It's worth for the price compared to nokia CDMA.
                            It's a good product yaar. I'm felling good with the battery back up also. I felt as the only complaint in this mobile is not supporting jar files.
                            Yes I too purchased sch f309 all the above comments made are true. we cant even transfer files using blue tooth although following lot of steps it only accepts filed. cant play any any video files such 3gp and other files. useless phone with much cost . weaker network signal call drops evenly.

                            Samsung 309 frustrates me a lot with it's text message legth capability. The problem is I cannot write long SMS more than 160 chars. Default length doesn't increases when default text message's length of 160 chars is reached. Ideally test message length should automatically gets increased or ask for some confirmation(as in samsung hero or other low cost phones) for typing the 2nd part of the message. But nothing of that sort happens with this box. Very annoying because sometimes, I have to talk to my girl friend thru text messages :(

                            Whatever other folks have written are also true... We request samsung to come out with some software patch to fix all this. I also approached samsung center with the nature of the complaint but nothing happened.

                            Can anyone assign a particular mp3 ringtone to a particular contact list? When assigning a ringtone for a contact am able to see only the preloaded ringtones in terms of Basic melodies and bells but am not able to see the Mp3 files which can be assigned. When asked to the customer care and service stations, the answers differ with one saying that it supports and the other saying that the handset doesn't support the function. If you are able to set the mp3 ringtone from memory card for a particular contact then i must upgrade the software.

                            more complaints.. very low battery life.. frequent disruptions of signal.. while the signal bar shows full strength, calls suddenly drop off or no voice clarity.. two other guys (may be more, i know only two who has the same service provider) at office have nokia cdma phones with same service providers & their cell phones are better by miles..
                            when went to check with samsung service, they say its the phone service provider's mistake & signals may be weak. when contacted service provider, they say phone is faulty. i agree with the service provider though, since other two guys have better signals or call clarity..

                            Please replace this mobile phone or Update this software.It is a very bad mobile phone.

                            Useless mobile, we can get this kind of simple features in low cost mobile.

                            few day back i purchased samsung SCH F309 and i found that it does not support gif formate. i m also unable to save vedios in my video folder in themes category.
                            i agree with all complaint but we can play video files by 3gp converter.
                            we can play MP3 but cant minimize sound is ok we can easily play MP3 files by up key and ok.

                            I'm not Indian, but I'd like to give a little review of this phone:
                            1. Battery life is very satisfactory. My phone can play mp3s for a long time and the battery life is still good. In a regular use, it can last up to 4 days.
                            2. At first, I couldn't even send any sms. After I upgraded the software (in Samsung service center), it's all good. Bluetooh is also working fine, I can exchange files with my other Samsung phone (Beat), Nokia, and Sony Ericsson.
                            3. To play mp3 files, you can use UP shortcut from 4 pad navigation. LEFT is shortcut for inbox, DOWN is for radio, and RIGHT is for calendar.
                            4. No video player, no mms (ugh), and definitely it does not support Java app, only BREW apps. But BREW apps aren't popular. Scrolling up and down in the browser is slow. It takes ages to scroll in a long page.

                            I have purchased SCH - F309 from E-Zone, 6, C. R. Avenue, Kolkata - 72 as per cash bill no. T6/3118 dtd. 21/06/2010. Recently I got problem in mobile handset that some noisy sound is coming from speaker. So, in this case I deposited same set to ur service centre at Capital Enterprise (P) Ltd, underground Esplande Metro Railway Station, 12, J. L. Nehru Road, Kolkata - 13 as per work order no. CE/09/23/017 dtd. 23/9/2010 at 15.30pm. As per ur service centre engineer speaker is not available. If this small parts is not available in ur service centre, then I have done mistakes for purchasing the same. Today, 5/10/2010 ur service engineer told that my set will be delivered on Friday 8/10/2010. I m very much shocked to hear this.
                            Plz look into this matter at ur end.

                              I bought a refrigerator from Samsung authorised dealer JANUS ELECTRONICE, Ghaziabad on 07/05/2006.
                              After date of purchase fridge did not work properly or any problem are stands after service. After that if I complaint on customer care the executive tell that company's Engineer comes in 2-3 days after and comes after many time I call in customer care.

                              The Engineer rectifies the problems temporarily. For rectifying he charge some amount for service & he did not give any bills against the payment.

                                My Name is Satish Dubey had visited the Samsung Service centre on 15-June-2009 at Ghatkopar West off LBS marg for issue with my mobile (model J700) as it has no net work & their was Bluetooth problem too. I had been to same service in the month of May for same reason at that time they have taken 7 days and given the handset back to me stating that everything is ok. By going home I checked that time Bluetooth problem has been solved but their was no network though I have inserted proper sim card, the very next i had gone to my native place because of which I was unable to report the same to service centre. On 15th June, 2009 I personally visited the Samsung service centre inform the same that my handset is still not having any network; I am unable to make & receive calls. The service centre person had promised that I will get my handset in proper condition within 7 days and he had given me the Job sheet with Work Order No.[protected], again I had called on 20-june-2009 at 1.00 pm to know the status as it was 7th day he promised to return the handset, their was no proper reply from the phone officer she was lady she asked me to wait she will reply within one hour i said ok and their was no reply from service centre. Again i called at 3.00 pm still she was not sure and she was asking me to hold the line for 2 minutes i was on line for 6 minutes but after that she had disconnected the call. As my college is near to this service centre at 3.45pm I personally visited their and shouted at them still their was no reply for the status of my handset. I begged that please inform me the status at least so that I can go instead of wasting time their. After 30 minutes their senior person had spoken with me saying that your handset is not yet received from company and he assured me that I will get my handset on 23-jun-2009 i.e., Tuesday, On 23rd I received a call stating that my handset will take some more time then same day I visited the service centre that time the same person is informing me that my handset will take 10-15 days more and when I argued about 7 days tat then he was ready to give another handset for usage and he had given me a cell phone with model No. Samsung B100 with charger and battery. But the Issue with that handset (B100) is that when we put the handset on charging that time it will display that charging is going on actually it is not charging and i was unable to use the handset and again I visited on 28-jun-2009 for B100 which he had given me for usage I shouted at him politely at that time he said that your battery is completely discharged because of which you are facing this problem and he had given me the another battery and I accepted the same. Again I am facing the same problem that B100 model is not getting charged, my handset was not in use but still I have to pay rental for service provider & This Samsung people are also not going to extend the warranty period also then who is gong to compensate all this. Again & again I don’t have money & time to travel all the way to service centre.

                                  I have taken a gsm conection No [protected] on 2nd jun 09 & it was activated also but after 3 days it is deactivated. I cotact with cutomer care they asked me for resubmission of ID PROOF . Isubmitted the ID & Address proof on 21 jun 09 . my conection is not activated till date even I loged a complaint on 24 jun 0n No[protected] dtd 24 jun 09. This time it is told that within 2 days it will be solved again on 27 jun 09 CONTACT WITH cutomer care & it is again told wait for 2 days.

                                  Now you your self deside the performance of your cutomer care & reliance net work I can say it is poor.

                                    I am one of Samsung CTV 43 projection customers purchased on March 17, 2004 for Rs.98, 879/-Since we bought the TV at least once in a year the system gives problem and Samsung service person report’s its switch board failure and replaced the same.This similar problem kept occurring almost every year and enquired they said “Don’t worry sir it’s under warranty and we will take care during post warranty.After a brief stay in abroad on return switched ON the TV it didn’t function and Samsung customer service engineer analyzed the problem and informed two faults a) Switch board failure b) RAY Gun defect both has to be replaced and it will cost Rs.14, 000/- with one month warranty. Their response was that it is a failure model and even that the Samsung had stopped manufacturing the components and have to procure based on availability and warranty for the same will be 1 month. The best option Samsung service people suggested us repair it and sell at price it fetch. When checked for exchange offer with the dealers and Samsung showroom they say it’s difficult to sell and it will fetch less than Rs.10, 000 in working condition and under present state you will get only Rs.2000/-.I have already spoken to Samsung customer care call centre #:[protected]ref no:[protected] they were just prepared for basic queries and follow-up happened on the same day one of your junior service technician called with just fixed reply nothing can be done on the components warranty its just for 1 month. I would like to address this issue to Samsung high level management about image of the Samsung brand India. Based on the brand value we just bought the Projection for Rs.1 Lakh without comparison and feedback from the market. The company supposes to consider us as loyal customer who was instrument and reference for their new product in the market. The employees of Samsung themselves says its failure model and no point in repairing the same. I am still ready to spend Rs.14, 000/- and my only concern is the warranty for the system is only for one month. I wonder Samsung like companies produce components with life span for a month if not the service warranty should be much more reasonable period. I would kindly request to look into the concern and provide satisfactory solution.

                                      i bought a Samsung flat color tv set on november 2008.till today four parts of tv set is already changed.But the color dispatch problem is still continue.even i wrote a complain to the Samsung india pvt. ltd. through mail and an application through the service center, still i am not find any sartisfactory service.when i called to the service center the just tell me that call me after one day or two day we will give u the information. the product of the company is totaly 3rd class. so stay away from purchasing the product of the company.

                                        Samsung mobile phone sgh-x820 went out of order 3rd times within 20 months
                                        Now repair cost estimated to be Rs 7000/ + service charges almost 50% of the set cost is repairs.
                                        One word anwers "LIQUID COLLECTION "
                                        NOT ACCEPTABLE FINDINGS ...
