Recalrifing : They are not delivering the replacement . Thus they are forcing us with refund option. No complaint against any individual but there is a fault in the system itself. We should get a replacement.

Sir,
I had purchased a Samsung LED TV on[protected]
From Anand Electricals, Karali.Jn., Kollam, Kerala.
Model: 32EH4003R
This new TV is not working from[protected]
I went to the shop on the very next day and made the complaint
He did not take any action
Then I made a complaint by SMS on[protected].
Complaint Register No: [protected].
Next day a service person named Mr. Ajayan, came from service center
Kavanad, Kollam, Kerala and examined my TV and
He told some parts have to be changed and he will come back with
The parts within four days till date he has not contacted me
I try to contact him several times but he did not attend my call.
Then I call so many occasions to the customer care they all promise
To take action and call back me . But no one contacted me yet.
And no action taken till date.
I have never expected this kind of negligent behavior from a big firm like Samsung.
Now you are compelling me to take legal action to repair my new brand TV.
I hope you will take immediate action to repair my TV. I have no other TV to watch.
