[Resolved]  Samsung Washing Machine — washing machine not working

I had regsieterd a compliant in the companys website vide BP [protected] and call No. [protected] on 28-10-08. The techician visited and stated that a part was required.He came again on 30-10-08 with a wrong part. Thereafter there has been no response.

In addition, the company is showing repair complete in their website. On registering a new complaint on 04-11-08, no response. Also, website is showing call cancelled.

Request assistance please

We have submitted the complaint of our two washing machines. Appointment of samsung service technicion was in last week( 5 Feb 2010). Still nobody has attended the problem.
We have registered our complaint through sansung custer care servises and have complaint number also.

i was purchased a washing machine of samsung .Now it is not working properly.i made a complaint on 29.3.10 for the same but there is no response from samsung company.

my washing machine is not working property. so please send engg. to solve the propblem
