I have in my possession at my residence, 3 Samsung 1.5 ton Window Air conditioners. I called Samsung Customer Care Service on August 25th requesting for my 2 Air Conditioners to be serviced (Water washed). Your Department arranged for an engineer by the name of Ramesh from Vijay Ganesh Engineering, No. 2/14, 6th Street, Jai Nagar , Arumbakkam, Chennai - 106.He took care of the water washing of two of the Air Conditioners, one of which had to be installed in the window, which he said, he could not do, but somebody else in the Agency would attend to it I paid for two of the AC service and have receipts for the same. I waited for some days and I contacted Samsung Service Center again, after which they sent a man from Alfa Refrigeration Co., Plot No. 13/11, Brindavan Nagar, 5th Cross street, Valasarawakkam, Chennai - 87. The name of the engineer was Prakash and his mobile number is [protected]. This was taken care of and payment was made on September 1st, 2009. Upon testing the AC, the engineer informed us that the AC was not serviced properly and water had gone into the motor, hence a loud noise was coming from the AC. he informed us that Ramesh, Engineer of Vijay Ganesh Engineering, had not serviced the Air Conditioner properly and the water was in the motor, hence this problem.
I have called Samsung many times regarding this problem since it is your people who have destroyed my Air Conditioner, you have got to rectify it at your expense. There is total irresponsibility on the part of your service people in Chennai. I request that you kindly sort the situation out so that our confidence in the Samsung Company will not be destroyed. I will appreciate immediate action from you regarding this matter.

26-12-10 First time goes to samsung service center (chennai-Annanagar branch), They told me your battery is weak.. after that am buying new battery, within 2 days same problem..
29-12-10 second time goes samsung service center, they told ur battery is weak, u have to change.. am shouting them.. after they taken mobile for 3 days observation (they take 5 days), finally they give & says its working good condition..
same place, same time in 5 minutes mobile get SWITCH OFF.. finally they accept, yaa ur mobile mother board is weak, surrendered mobile for more than 15 days..
24-12-10 after they changed new motherboard.. works good just 2 days only.. again goes to service center, same same same they told battery weak...
2 day once they giving 1 battery for checkup.. (4 battery for 4 times within 1 week).. lot of ways am trying to complaint, BUT its no use..
after my shouting they accept to give " REFUND" of the mobile value.. (center incharge mr.mohan [protected], & mr.karthik [protected])
i relaxed, but problem till never end..
30-1-11 mobile surrendorred for RE FUND...(25 working days for cheque delivery)
15-2-11 am called service center for cheque, they told ur mobile is booked for "REPLACE" only, not refund... again am goes to service center, after only they give a form for "refund"...
(15-2-11 to 15-3-11) one month completed..
23.3.11 today also am called & BEGGED that service center, they told wait for another 1 week...
from the date of 15-2-11 till today they taken "37 days"
i was called[protected] for complaint, they give so-called head of the department number mr.Karthik[protected] daily am calling this number, the bugger never attaent my call.
