There is a serious issue with the Sony Bravia LCDs. The LCD does not actually support the formats it claims to support. I recently bought a Bravia 32" EX400 LCD, which claims to support mpeg1 and mpeg2 movie formats through USB slot. However, when you try playing any standard video in this format, the picture is rendered in small size (in the center of screen, nearly 1/4th the size of the screen. However, when the same video file is played in any other LCD like LG or Samsung, it plays perfectly in full screen size. Having consulted the sony support, after escalating the issue nearly 3+ times, the executive actually came to check and then confirms that you actually need a video of picture size 1920x1200 pixels, the standard videos that we get in CD, DVD or through internet won't show in full LCD screen. Having come to know of this issue, i took up the matter with Sony and Croma, to return the LCD and instead give me a LG LCD, however, they just don't care to respond (despite such a blatantly critical issue). The only alternative left is to register a case against the company in consumer court.

I would strongly suggest that people should not go for SONY, just because of it's BRAND name. Not only do they develop faulty and dumb (outdated and silly) products but also have horrible service in India.

Well the problem is there are no free video converters available that can convert the standard videos to 1920x1200 pixels size. Sony support was not able to provide any such free converter.

And if this is the issue with the LCD, why isn't it clearly mentioned when selling the LCD? Like why is it not clearly mentioned on the LCD itself, in the USB feature sticker? The customers are being deceived by not disclosing this critical issue!

Please note that i was not able to see any visible difference in picture quality when viewing the standard video on LG or Samsung, hence the perception you are mentioning is not really something that a common man would notice. It's a major GAP from the common usage of the LCD for viewing movies, which renders the LCD useless. I would surely like to get a complete refund on this LCD and would instead prefer buying some other brand that "really" supports the standard video formats.
the complaint stated is absolutely correct, i myself bought an EX 300 from dubai last year, i picked it over a samsung full hd series 5, because i considered SONY as a bigger brand, but it seems sony does not realize that the actual user can not go through a process of conversion and then viewing the same video . they should CLEARLY MENTION, on the box . the samsung that i DID NOT, pick and my friend picked, was cheaper than sony and my friend picked the same, this tv plays AVI, DIV X, MPEG 1, 2 AND I THINK ALL FORMATS . i feel cheated by SONY . even chinese LCD TV ARE GIVING this feature, then why the best of the best is depriving its loyal customers with such features . its a Shame . people are getting smarter and picking up brands like SAMSUNG over sony, at least they get their money's worth . sony's got to pull up their socks ...maybe upgrade the software or so .
Hi i am also facing the same issue. I bought EX300 by the brand name of SONY. When i tryed to paly videos through External Hard Disk(Flash Drive) its not able to recoginize the drive. I tried the same drive to plug in to Samsung and it show the drive and play all formates of videos. The normal user dont know the diff of picture resolution etc.. he will see the features its has (SONY don't paly all formates). He thought if it has USB then it would play all vidoes which SONY won't do. If any body wan't to buy LCD don't go for SONY as brand name. Go for Samsung or LG. I think there is not much diff for the SONY and other brands. Other brands are comming cheaper that SONY and they have many features comaparing with SONY.
Pls let me know how to over come the issue(play all formates of videos with full screen). because we are not getting free converts.

i don't think anyone replies on these posts ...one of the sony admin did reply and he has not yet come up with the solution .. SONY is loosing its own brand image and value ...i still don't believe that they are ACTUALLY lacking behind smaller brands like LG AND SAMSUNG ..its a shame .
Hi friends, this is really disappointing for us the customer to be cheated and not getting the worth of our hard earn money . I have been using Sony's brand for the last 6 years from sony music systems to sony zappin .Now i have taken a firm decision " NOT TO TRUST SONY "anymore .
ALL FORMATS VIDEOS R NOT SUPPORTTED IN SONY IT VERY DIFFCULT TO PLAY THE VIDEOS
ITS ONLY SUPPORTS TO PLAY THE VIDEOS MPGE1 AND MPGE 2 this format only supports
BUT it takes more mb
to convert
I am also facing same problem with 32" EX400 LCD which i purchased in abu dhabi, there is no alternative way to play full screen video using USB with any video format.

Totally cheated by SONY, i recommend you not to purchase any SONY TV.

    I had bought a Sony Ericsson Touch Screen phone for INR 23,450/- on bill on 05/07/2010 from Jumbo Electronics, Noida. Jumbo is the authorised resseller for Sony Ericsson. The touch screen stopped functioning on 22nd January'2011. Same day I deposited the phone to Sony Ericsson authorised repair center in Noida i.e Neeru Enterprises.

    After one month of followup I was told that the my phone has been send to Sony ericsson service center and I was told to follow up with them directly. Since then I have called Sony Ericsson service center almost 40-50 times and have only got false commitments. They have niether repaired the phone nor are they ready to replace and they have continuously told me that replacing the phone is not in the policy and its been more almost 3 months of continouos follow up without any response. The phone is still in warranty but they are not supporting it.

    They have now started talking rudely and even bang the phone and give false dates. I am really in pain and donot understand where to go and what to do. My hard earned money is stuck with them and on top of it the harrasment has been beyond tolerance.

    I feel feel completely cheated and had to litteraly beg them to return my phone, they also suggested that after 4 months that I can collect my phone without repairs on giving a application that I am taking it on my own responsibility.

    It has been most embarising and worst experience in my life. Firstly I was cheated with poor quality phone and when I am getting it repaired even after 4 months they have not done anything.

    Please help........

      Complaint about the Sony Ericsson service center
      I want to complain about the Sony Ericsson service center located at TIRUPURI gave them my new mobileJ105i which was having some problem (at 05March2011).

          i have purchased a mobile set model no. W760 from hot spot showroom (laxmi nagar, delhi) vide invoice no. 10512217 dtd, 21/02/2009. On 19/12/2010 i have given this mobile for repair with a problem of non-working of back switch and hanging of phone at vaishnavi services (an authorized service centre of sony ericsson at Laxmi Nagar Delhi). The lady sitting at the above service center assured me to repair the phone in half hour. But after an hour time, when I reached at service center she asked me to come after two days.

          After a week time when I reached at service center to collect my phone, they delivered me the handset, which i saw and got stunned as the hand set body was cracked and the light of keypad was not working. when I complaint for the same to the lady asked me to return the handset for further repair.
          From that day onwards nightmare of torture started as I have made several calls to the service centre but got in vain as the reply from service center was not satisfactory.
          Then I talked to owner of the service center Mr. Arun Kumar on his mobile no. [protected] to resolve my problem and deliver my handset after getting it repaired. He assured me that the problem with be resolved with in a weeks time. but that also not worked and the situation remains same. On 14-04.2011 again i have gone to the service center and asked about the status of my hand set, on that she misbehaved with me and my wife and told me to talk to the owner of the service center. From that day onwards i am calling to the owner of the service center which either goes engaged or not reachable.
          i request that pl resolve my problem and hand over my handset to me as it is lying in the service center since five months.
          I also request to the Sony Ericsson Company to please look into the matter. I also request them to take necessary action against of Vaishnavi Services.

            I have purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia X 10 Mini E10i model (IMEI [protected]) from Poorvika Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. vide invoice number 17615 dated 12.03.11. Within a day I notice the problem of "Backup of the battery" which is not even lasting for 0.5 day and handed over the mobile phone back to Poorvika by 15.03.11 and got that serviced by Poorvika. Soon after 15days, now I am facing the problem of "phone speaker not working" and Poorvika check this with the service center and informed the speaker has to be replaced.

            I strongly feel this is a production faulty piece and require a replacement for this mobile. Please check this case and provide the replacement.

            sony ericsson mobile E10i — not working properly

            Dear Sir

            I had purchase a mobile model no E 10i gold from Shivam comunication, Maninagar, Ahmedabad on 5 nov 10 and form the begining day the mobile not working properly. And the bettry discharge within 4 to 5 hours. after that i had give the mobile in your service station. They are update the softwere appx. 4 -5 times and after that also the problem was not solve. After they are send my phone to main service station and after 15 - 20 days they give me the mobile with change teh board of it. But after two month the mobile hendset again uccer a problem and only the vibration was on and all other activity like disply and all are failed including the mobile was not shut down also. After that, two or three days they tel me that your phone is now ok. When i received my phone and they are download the application and during that the mobile again switch off and not working properly and not start again.

            So i want to ask you that what is going with the quality of your company? In this four month ia have use my phone hardly two month and two month the phone was going to your dealer or your service station.

            So please give me satisfactory reply and changed my phone with immediate effect otherwise i want to go to consumer protection council.

            Give me reply as early as possible. Because there are so many data loss i have with your earlier phone.

                Dear sir,
                I just bought a new mobile (Sony ericsson cedar j108i) rs 5600 / - two months before (01. 02. 2011) only. But, i have a problem with that mobile on march 18. It isn't powering on. I just went on to the sony ericsson service center and gave it to them to service my mobile. They just figured the problem out and said that it is a motherboard problem and asked me to wait for 15 days to rectify the problem. Now it's getting 30+ days. But, i cannot able to get my mobile back. They are asking me to wait for some more time, they just keep saying that they don't have the parts for that mobile. Now, they are not ready to respond my call. Now, i ask you guys please help me out from this. I have all the documents (Warranty card, bill, service center receipt) i need some suggestions. Please give some ideas. What can i do now?

                Sony Ericsson — delay in service of mobile

                I bought G 900 last september and in July the touch screen of the phone start giving me problem.I submitted my phone at one of your service centre.After that I even lodged the complain (compaint no.[protected]. Every time I got the commitment about a particular date.Every time I was told that I'ld get the mobile on that date and they will intimate me.But when I call them back, a new date been given to me everytime.It has been over a month already and still I have not got any call from your concerned department.Mr.Surender and Virender in your technical department always commited me for the next date.They always told me that they are arranging for the parts. It seems that they are waiting for another G900 mobile and they will the exchange the parts.

                Sony Ericsson CEDAR — Delay in delivering Mobile back to me from service

                  i had given my handset for some updates in sony ericsson service center as the retailor asked to do so it was having some hanging problems within 6days from the purchasing date. i gave my handset in service center and then they damaged its motherboard n i told me that it ll be changed in a month. i asked them to return my handset as the retailor promised me to change the handset if any problem arises within 2 weeks. but they didnt gave my handset as they knew very well that its their fault. i thought its ok if it works properly after changing the motherboard.
                  but it was not the end after repiring also it still hangs , its body is also loose.., not giving a gud sound quality, ear phone is also not gud. etc.
                  so i m having so much problems after spending so much money.
                  the retailer now refused to change my handset as he is fraud one.
                  i m going to file a case against both retailer n the company for this harassmant whoch i m facing due to them. kindly help me for this.

                  u5i — mobile phone not working

                  A complaint was lodged with sony ericsson service center on 14th of may for a mobile purchased on 28th april, they returned the mobile saying it was working fine by 3 days that was on 17th again the problem was not recified so the mobile was again given to the service center on 24th of may wherein they gave me the same complaint number since the problem was within the same month in the meanwhile i spoke to the consumer care of sony ericsson they gave me a ticket number 87429826 and after which i called the service center on 27th may wherein another complaint number was given 87440637 and even the service center gave a receipt dated 27th may and till date they are not telling me when i am going to get the mobile.

                  That was the first part

                  the second part was when i spoke to the consumer care on 27th the second time to replace the mobile they agreed i even had a discussion if i could get a replacement of a higher version mobile i would pay the difference amount if i opted for xperia 10 but the call center is denying anything about this conversation they are the most untrustworthy people from a reputed company.

                  my main request is that the mobile company should replace the mobile phone without any second thought as i have been harassed by them without even giving my mobile phone that the above conversation (second part) had never taken place. please make sure that the justice is done in the above case
                  i want the replacement with a new mobile.
                  MOBILE HANGING. Respected sir, I am facing so many problems regarding my sony ericson u5i vivaz mobile.its nearly 11 months from the date of purchase, i had claimed to service center once for motherboard and twice for touch screen.On 15th oct, 2011, my warrenty date will going to expire.Now, iam facing a problem about mobile hanging.if this problem continues after my warrenty period, im unable to spend money for the either motherboard or touch screen problem.what should i do now?all the warrenty receipts from service center are there at me.my friend told me to file a case in consumer court.so that they can solve ur problem regarding.sir, plz give a suggestion and help me that how to respond this.

                    I have purchased a sony xperia X10 mini from your Jaipur dealer (S S Phones, M I Raod, Jaipur)

                    Due to handset operation problem, I was checked my phone at Your Jaipur Service centre,
                    Add – Jaipur R T Outsourcing, Ist Floor, Riteeka Tower, Jaipur.
                    Work order ref no. – SE[protected]

                    Your service centre deposited my phone for repairing purpose on Mar 9, 2011 2:51PM.

                    But till date I have not received back my handset.

                    I have personally visited your service centre three times, but always same answer “boss we are not having part, you will wait sometime”
                    Today, I also called at your helpline no. that person also told minimum 7 days required, because part are not available in India for my handset.

                    It’s a surprising situation for me, a best mobile co not repaired my handset in a Month?
                    Either my mistake in choose the Sony Er or your after sale service is not part of your business.

                    Can anyone help me?

                    I am mobileless man because of only and only Sony……..

                    Please help help help and help……..

                      I have a mobile of sony ericsson E15i xperia x8 . which IMEI no. is -[protected] . which is purchased by me from spice hotspot in the month of October 2010 .
                      I m totally fed up with this mobile or your services . firstly problem came with this mobile is for charging in December last week . I show this problem to your service
                      Centre in January first week placed in central arcade , gurgaon . they told me that the charger of mobile do not work & we replace it . so that time I have no option
                      So for the mean time I suffered a lot because I have to charge mobile by communicate with my laptop . I have got new charger from the sonyericsson corporate office
                      Placed in gurgaon after almost 3 weeks . but after one month again charging problem comes with the mobile . then again I show to service centre named universal telecom,gurgaon.
                      This time they said battery do not working & also may be mother board have to be repaired . so they take mobile with battery for repair or service work & ask me for atleast 21 days for this job.
                      After this straightly I goes to corporate office of sonyericsson & ask is this a joke with me??????

                      personally i feel very poor services provided by sonyericsson & even their service centre tecnical service person are not eligible for any serviceor repair work

                            I purchased Sony LCD Bravia 32" on 15th March 2009. On 11th of March suddenly the picure went off so as voice. technician reported MOTHERBOARD BURNT which cost 8000/- We are working coup and watch TV hardly after return from work at 9 that also if worth watching programme. In two years time a brand like Sony motherboard is dead. after chaning the motherboards on 9th April there is no picutre..today the technician says it is screen problem....how do you like this??? Let me tell you that my previous LG TV was far better..even afater using for 4 years we never spent single paisa for any maintenance..WHY ONE SHOULD GO FOR SONY????????

                              I am an unfortunate and a poor user of Sony Ericsson Mobile phone who is
                              being harassed by your service center in Bangalore, India.

                              I will request you to please help me.

                              "I have purchased one SOny Ericsson W395 on 5th September 2010 from Univercell for a Rs 5500/-(Five Thousand Five Hundred only).

                              All my friends were insisting that I should go for a NOKIA if I am spending that much but still I trusted Sony and invested in that. But after the painful experience, I think they were right. Even they have
                              the right to teaseme and they do.

                              My handset started giving few problems like loosing network, Low Battery Backup, Memory Problem very often and display also used to go blank.

                              I deposited the handset in your service center several time from date of purchase i.e. every month I deposited for repairing and now I deposited in M/s Service Point, No. 652, 1st Floor, 11th Main, Jayanagar, Bangalore- on 18th March2011 vide work order no SP311ST111424

                              I want replace the same product with another one if its not possible to repairing because now I am in Warranty Period after the warranty will expired then I am not able to spend for repairing. I am left with no option and choice except to speak to higher authorities like you and update you regarding the FRADULENT PRACTICES being followed by your service centers.

                              I will request you to immediately look into the matter and I will like you to help me.

                                Below are the mails send to sony regarding the part which my cell requires to operate,none of them actually replied or call back for confirmation,as my cell is in warranty period its almost 3 months i have not received my cell part,when called at service center /call center then just say part is not available and would take one more week.they are not even willing to replace the cell if they dont have the part.my cell warrant is been wasted lying in the service center.can any one get me a solution to get my cell back.its very bad to find that reputed company are not respecting the costumer but making fool of them.

                                Its almost 49 days since i have given my cell for repair ,i haven't received any communication from Sony regarding whether my cell would be repaired on from your side ,its me who has to call up every time to service center and call center to ask whats the status .its so disappointing when people working at help desk talk rubbish just to avoid talking to customer,this again is very surprising that people working for you are not helping you gain customer but trying to help you lose them.One of you person working at help desk named meenakshi has got no sense to talk to people.first when contacted told that my cell phone part would take time to delivery as of my phone is in warranty they would give me additional 1 month warranty on that part ,when my cell part gets replaced.to my surprise when i called her after 15 days she not only denied the fact that she gave a commitment but also gave reason that the part would be available after 29 march 2011(i.e more 20 days) as they order it in bulk quantity.i don't get the reason that you people would keep phone complaints unattended , unresolved unless you have a bulk order to your assessment.so what do you expect from customer before buying Sony phone that he should ask the retailer or you that do you have parts available so in future if his phone gets damaged it can be repaired soon.you guys in customer service really don't give a to make it your priority to attend to customer need ,but wait for your comfort to come .
                                your representative meenakshi not only hung up when asked to give any senior person number to talk , but disconnected it when called up again, such arrogant people are definitely helping you gain customer respect.

                                If this mail is read by any responsible person and not by call center employee's i would request him/her to please sort out the issue and help me get my cell back ,
                                i would be more than happy to sell the phone once i receive it as i won't like to face this situation again in my future relating to product of sony ericsson.

                                This i s regarding the vivaz phone which i had bought in october 2010.being in warranty i took it to the nearest sony Ericsson service center at kaizer telecom,wher in i was told that it had its touch pad problem and would be replaced in a span of a week time.to my suprize when i contacted them they said they have't received the part yet and would take more days.
                                they even didn't have any policy to give a substitute phone for use till that period,they told told to contact service number and register a complaint on doing which the problem would be resolved as fast as possible said by the service agent.
                                its very disappointing to find that such a reputed company can't even help its customer in its described time period .i had been using sony phones for over 5 years now but never expected to be handled this way.

                                  i bought a VPCYB15AG laptop on 24th mar. On 5th of April it crashed, i did sent a mail to Sony and i just got a reply regarding the service centers location. nobody even bother to call me. the complaint no was 7228717. however that time i followed the recovery steps and it got OK. today again in the morning when i switch on the laptop i didn't start. i called up the customer care, they simple said we cant assit you, you have to visit the service center. i visited the service center in bhilai as per stated in your mail, amazingly they don't deal with laptop. so i have to all the way 60 kms to raipur. and when i gave my laptop to service center (Star Service) they simply said they have lot of work they will look into it on Monday.
                                  my problem is i have to leave for mumbai on 12th morning, and i have presentations to be given. all i want to know is firstly why Sony is making such kind of sub standard things, and secondly why customers are fooled around once they have problem in the system.

                                    i purchased a sony vaio netbook from tech terminal 2, sect 20, chandigarh on 16th feb 2011...wen i started using d laptop at home the same day, i realised that keyboard was not functional...i took it back to the dealer and he stated there must be some problem with the windows..he reinstalled the windows and gave me the laptop back next day..after 1week, i realised that everytime i used to switch it on , it would go the vaio rescue mode first..after 3-4 days, it stopped functioning, dint switch on either...i again went to the dealer, who assured me thaat it was a problem of windows getting corrupted with virus and again reinstalled the windows and returned me the set next day...
                                    third time again the laptop crashed in 1week, stating operating system not found on screen..this time i went to the service centre and was astonished to know that my laptop is not the same set as i purchased since the serial numbers dint match..the service centre dint accept the service coupon...problem in the hard disc was found...when the dealer was informed of this exchange in set during windows reinstallation with a defective piece, he refused to accept the responsibility...now i am left with a huge mental torture o[censored]sing a defective exchanged laptop, which might again crash anytime, with dealer not helping me out...

                                    Kindly look into the matter and help me out...

                                    Yes, I even got the vivo net book.Which is not good at all.The problem occurred very soon.I brought my netbook in March 2011.And so far my laptop got problem very often and now this is the 3rd time i am giving it for service center.Guys the colors looks beautiful but do not buy blindly like me.If you wish to buy.Just go for Apple laptop. which is very good and fast to use.
                                    I end up saying guys dun buy any sony product.That is not good at all.The dealer promise me of exchanging laptop in case if there is some problem with the netbook within 1 month. When took for servicing they were not ready to help out.I brought it form CROMA center in brigate.(Bangalore) Spending HUGE money is waste if you buy product which is worse.Think before you go ahead.

                                      my name is satish chandran ([protected]) working in kaya limited. recently purchased a sony ericsson x10i phone from the mobile store in frazer town in bangalore. within the 2 days of purchase i faced a quite issues with phone like ear volume was less, got hanged everytime, homescreen get jamed and most importently the battery hardly remains for 4 hrs, even if you dont use the phone the battery was going down. i was really dissapointed and went to the store and asked for a new set but they refused it and put me in phone with there sales officer mr. shiv , i spoke to him and made him understand that there lots of issue with phone but he spoke to me very badly, insulted me and also told you do what ever you want to ...

                                      then i went all the way from my home which is k.r.puram to cunnigham road where they have the srvice centre which was really hopeless....

                                      they told me this just an s/w issue we will rectify and give you, they did something with phone and promised it will not happen again but just after 3 days it started agian then again i went to them told them its the same then they took the set and told me we will check and give it to you in 2 days but no one turned up after 2 days i myself called but noone responed ...

                                      after a week i called them and told that when are you going to give my phone they said its still getting rectified i shouted at them saying you guys told me it will take 2 days now wats the problem then they just asked me to come and pick up the set i went again but the give me the phone saying they need the receipt i told i have already spoken to your person and told him i have submitted the reciept some where and he just asked me to get the ref no which i have but they dint give me..... again i went home and got the reciept got my phone but beleive me its the same .... i feel totally cheated by sony ericsson ... spent 24600 rs for no reason and spent almost 3000 rs for just givng it service centre ,,, IS ANY ONE THERE TO HELP ..                                       On 7th of march 2011 I came to your outlet to buy the product NOKIA N8 but store person asked me to buy sony ericsson x10 as the store person told that it is better then nokia n8, it has got 12hr battery back up and never hangs as it’s a android phone etc and the nokia n8 is having some hanging problem and even the store manager mr. syed said the same and after the conversation I made my mind to buy sony ericsson x10.I paid the total amount of Rs.23700/- by debit card on the same day.

                                      But after 2 days i.e on 09th march 2011, I faced some problem with the cell like
                                      - touch screen was not working
                                      - phone got hanged
                                      - battery consumptions was very poor (hardly remains for 4hrs )

                                      Therefore I went to the store saying that there is some issue with phone and I need a new peace as this phone is not as per the standard as you claimed, and also it has been just 2 days from the date of purchase. Mr syed and his team refused and said it got some software problem and I need to go to the service centre as we cant do anything. And they put me in phone with mr shiv (sales officer) and I told him again that there is some problem with the phone I need to replace but he spoke to me very rudely, insulted me and said, you do what ever you want to but I will not replace. Which made me feel very insulted?
                                      Finally came to know that they were just trying to push the sony ericsson x10 to me as they have to achieve there store target. Felt they were more into selling than customer satisfaction.

                                      I was really disappointed, cheated by them finally I need to go by my own to service centre in cunnighum road and I told them the problem but they said it’s a software problem we will install and give it to you then you will not face the same problem but I told him that software is nothing to do with the poor battery so please check the battery but he said these phones battery is less only, but the Sony Ericsson claim its 12hrs and my phone hardly stay for 4 hrs and even if I don’t use the charge goes down but he was not ready to listen and he did something with phone and assured there wont be any problem .

                                      I totally lost the faith on phone and every time I use I feel it’s a defected peace which they have rectified and given me.

                                      The phone was fine for 3 days but after that again it started giving me the same problem but I was not in a position to take off from my office then finally some how on 23rd march 2011, I took off, went to the service centre saying I am facing the same problem so please do something, they collected the phone and said some issue is with phone will rectify and give you after 2 days I told them I stay very far I cant come every time you call me, but no one helped me I deposited my phone to them and they promise me that within 2 days the will be rectified.

                                      I was waiting for there call but no one called I have to call my self but no one responded, I was still calling for 3 days but still no one answered, at last on Monday 28 march I called them, said that my phone is with you and still I dint get reply the person told me there is some problem we have to check, I told them its already a week and you said 2 days it will be fine but still you say you dint work on it, after he spoke to someone he told me to come and collect the phone but I asked him that just now you told me you need to check again then how come you are asking me to come but he said it is fine sir you can come and collect.

                                      Now I got my phone but still not satisfied, I feel that as if it’s a second hand phone as they have repaired and given that also not sure whether they have done it or not . I can’t keep going to centre asking to repair again and again. I stay really far and got office too and no one respond to it properly


                                      I have all the documents which has been given by your respective service centre saying that the phone has got some problems


                                      On the above mentioned matter I am filling a case in the consumer court against Sony Ericsson for manufacturing defected mobile, The mobile store for not helping and selling defected products even after telling the phone has problem by the customer, The service centre for not responding and asking me to come again and again but still the phone had problem and most important MR.SHIV {sales officer} for taking to me very badly and insulting me


                                      Therefore expecting a good response from your side

                                        I have given my cell phone:u10i(Aino) to HarKrishan services, District Centre, Janak Puri for display and slide problem on 10 March,2011. They have such a poor after sale service that they are not able to arrange some parts to rectify the problem. Today, its more than 25 days since my cell phone is with them but the status of the handset is same: "waiting for the part". I had even registered my complaint: 89935654ri on Sony Ericsson's complaint deptt on phone, but they also speaks the same language.

                                        I think Sony Ericsson has lost all the good image they had initially. My 2 friends are also facing similar issues with service centres of Sony Ericsson.

                                        I strongly discourage purchase of Sony Ericsson's handsets because they have very very poor after sale services.

                                        Oh God!! Why the hell I bought Sony Ericsson phone. Last year, In December, I faced the similar problem wherein I gave my phone to HarKrishan service center as this center is the only center close to my residence. These illiterate guys told me that they will fix the problem within 15 days.Undesirably, I ought to give my phone to these people as I had no other option. I repeatedly requested them for a standby phone, but they denied stating that their policy doesn't allow for the same. Still I was content with the thing. I was indignant only when they started saying the same rubbish answer that (After 15 Days) that "Sorry! It will take another 15 days as we are waiting for the parts". What a company... They didn't fixed the problem even after 2 and a half month.

                                        Guys... Never go for Sony Ericsson handsets. Undoubtedly, they look good, but you will definitely gonna suffer afterwards..
