[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

This is B. Senthil Kumar working in St. Peters Engineering college.
This is regarding the poor customer services at VIMAS INTEK, Anna nagar, Chennai 600040 The authorized Sony erricsion service centre.

i would wish to bring you notice that, i had handed over my mobile w830i, IEMI no:[protected] to this service centre on 7th August 2008 and till date no proper response from service centre.
The problem with handset is with Fm and is not working properly. As informed by the service incharge that the IC USB is faulty and he commited to make ready of that with in a week time.
After a week and repeated communication with him in tele as well as in presence.
I always used to receive the answer is your phone is under progress rectification work.
Again excuses. But this type of service no one in this world will accept.

Pls kindly look in to this and resolve at the most earliest.

My phone Sony Ericsson W810i has poor sound quality...its speaker n headset volumes r extremely low compared 2 other phones of d same model..i took my phone 2 a sony ericsson authorised service centre but for no use...they updated d software but still the volume is terribly low...i'm not at all happy with d way my phone is currently treating me n i have lost all my good impression about sony ericsson...i bought this phone on 12th january, 2008 from Big Bazaar, Trivandrum, Kerala, India 4 Rs9400 IME-[protected]...its still in d warranty period...so i would like 2 get my phone replaced..be kind enough 2 listen 2 my pathetic situation...hoping 4 d best..Arjun.J.Hari, Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

Sony Ericsson — Poor Service of Phone

I am very sorry and disheartened to write this letter to u, but v no options.I know nothing will happen after this mail too.I v purchesed one mobile K 550 i model with invoice no-1151 dtd-21 march 2008 from S.K.Traders Shastri Nagar block no-1, House no- 101, Kadma Jamshedpur Jharkhand.There are fault comes in my phone of 1) Keys are not working2)Receiver is not working due to this i mnot able listen to any thing.But using headphone i can listen on 2 august 2008.I have given my phone to servive center CARE POINT, First floor, 9 bagan Area, New Kalimati Road Sakchi.I v recd CASE ID N8BJM:[protected], AND AFTER THIS RECD THE PHONE GETTING REPAIRED ON 22/9/08 .After this i am surprised to see the SONY ERRICSON'S SERVICE OF THE PRODUCT.The phone is not able to work for a minute.The moment i operate it hang and i v to remove battery to get my phone off. And again i v given it to service center on 25 sep 09 thru CASE ID N8BJM:[protected].AGAIN THIS WILL TAKE ANOTHER ONE MONTH GET MY PHONE BACK FROM REPAIR.AND I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER IT WILL WORK OR NOT.I am totally dissappointed by the service of and surprissed how sony erricson is claiming so tall for their product.I will never suggest in my business community (industrial trading)to purchase any of SONY make product. I am authorised stockist Of L&T, BECHEM lubricants etc indusrial products and very good india level contacts and will spread this horrible experiance to all and make them aware of this pathetic situtation of SONY make items.I hope u will do some thing to get my phone get repaired and get it back. at 28th september i open the site www.airtelguru.param.mobi and it will pove to be a cheating site . they tell that any download no cash to be paid without any 30ps/20kb.when a game, mp3, animations are download my 38rupees gone .after it no problem was ever untill this october12th my 58rupees gone.i am asking to the coustomer care executive, he tell me that no:of servers are open so every day my 10rupees are going . so kindly, please help me immeadiatly . yours sincerly

I purchased a sony ericson mobile W580i In Oct2007 but after 2 months I had faced problem.It had a disturbence in talking person and due loosing battery it shows insert sim card.I visited the sony ericson service centre July2008.On aug2008 i went to receive the phone and found that the same problem persisted.and some other problem arised like the button is not perform properly .The service centre(Bhajanpura, Wazirabad road, Delhi) told me that it is due to my sim card.Then i asked them to prove it by insert a other sim card.They forced to give back the handset .but the other customer also supported me.after inserting a other sim card, it did not work properly and after some days I again visited Service station(Bhajanpura Wazirabad Road, Delhi.They Told me that your send the head office in Okhla And I Received my phone after two month but problem is already same and same problem my phone is not completely arranged and some button did not work properly and power and volume button is not in my phone .I request you to please take action quickly and solve my problem

Sony Ericsson / W550i — my W550i phone has been hanged and not working

My mobile is not getting start after I got it connect with my computer via data cable its scrren is bright and nothing else. If we take out the battery only then it could get off. For starting it again we need to press the main on button but after getting start it get again bright screen continuously. May be due to some charging but we think it will get off completely after discharging the battery completely.

I have sony erricson mobil since 2006 mode is k750i
This mobil not working. Its problem is voice not going out side to any other mobil.
Iam in davangere is there service centre in davangere.

Sony Ericsson K750i — Bad service

I have given my sonyerricsson k750i mobile(under warranty) for service to a service center...and the service center guys found that the mother board is not wrking ...so they said that they would get it replaced for me ...but its been nearly 2 months and i havent got the prblm fixed by them ...i'm still waiting for my mobile phone ...i dont think sonyerricsson has a good customer service ...it sucks

I have purchased sony ericsson W910i mobile Jan 2008 price-19, 700.00 and after 10days, i have been faced so many problem with this mobile.so i went to sony service station and i asked replacement of mobile.they side no we can provide only repair service, not an replacement.after some of my complaint with sony world, i got solution from sony world.

why i purchased sony w910i, bcoz behind that brand name of sony.but now i feel bad.

After replacement also, i facing same problem.but i don't want to go in sony service station, i know that solution will be a repair.iam expecting problem should not come in software related and quality of mobile.so please make action on that complaint.

Sony Television Remote W101 — New remote not avaiable

My sony television remote W101 is not working properly from last 1 week. I took the remote to their service center TEKNOPLAZA, CD96, Sector-I, Saltlake, Kolkata - 91. They told me that my remote need to be replaced. So I asked them to give new remote. But they are not able to give me because that was not in their stock. So they asked me to call after 2-3 days. And when I called them after 3 days, they are telling me that it will take long time because they can't ask for few pieces, they need to give bulk order to sony. So I have to wait until the remote comes. So When I asked how many days - the reply is we will call you when we got. They are not ready to tell me how much time. Is it because the product is less costly - only Rs.280 - that's why? Is it a example of after sales service from Sony ? What a pain !!! I never expect this from a reputed company like Sony. Just before i purchased sony erission from a outlet at Malleswaram shop name is WHOLE CELL.That person is purely proffessionaly talking...I hoped that I got a good brand cell.But that shop owner play with me along with warreny card...it not only bad reputation of SONY but also lack of custmer satisfation.He told me u go to service station ...why i should go to service station ??He try to convinced me in different example.Any way if this kind of thing will be continue then SONY compny will be affect only.please it is my request you ...give 100% custmer satisfaction

I purchased Spice mobile (Spice Model No. D-88--IMEI- [protected]. Purchased on[protected]Invoice no 8532 from M/s Sangeetha ). It started showing problems. I went to M/s Sangeetha. They sent us to workshop of mobile. Since then it has stopped working 4 times. Last time they kept it for nearly 45 days. Now the problems are still there.

They have refused to change the handset. They are not replying to the E mails. They kept it for 45 days so that guarantee period expires on 12-10-08.
