I am ABHISHEK Malik from Rohtak City, Haryana (India-91). with an adrres of the 828/14 guru nanak pura, rohtak-124001.
i have a handset of Sony Ericsson F305 with an IMEi no of [protected] with black color look.
My handset purchasing is 12, Jan 2009. i recently submitted my handset at Swastik Systems ( Shop No-07
Bapu Aasharam Market, Chotu Ram Chowk, zrohtak-124001.
almost more then 1month has been gone and i am still waiting for my handset for he conformation to be repaired.
i am not getting why you guys are taking so much tme to repair my handset.
my job sheet complaint numbers is SE309SSM10536 and the problem related with the handset is Swtich On/Off
with no display no correction in slow down process.
I am your regular customer and m dually dissatisfied with your services.i recently submitted my Sony Ericsson Xperia
handset for new Body skin setup. that is still under progress n you know more than 2 months has been done.i already
submitted my handset for a mutual software problem many times.I think Sony Ericsson just believe in selling products.
you guys are so irresponsible for your services and customer support.
you guys already delivered me a bloody brusty handset with a lot of problems pre-installed. i want a box banded handset with
an warrenty neither m gonno complaint about your service in consumer court. if i cn't tolrate your
brusty factor of customership.Its not my fault that i purchased your bloody handset and i will collect your evidence against your
irreregular sevices.I am not getting any support from the customer service centre in rohtak. each and every time when i visit the
service centre theytold me to have patience about the services. i paid 8200/- for my new handset and i want a new handset at any cost.its getting
enough for me to tolrate your serices.........


I got a call from Mr. Deepak Kak (RTEServices) regarding my Sony Ericsson F305 on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at sharp 5:42 (GMT New Delhi, India). He told
me that Sony Ericsson will surely change my pre-defected handset Module with a new Box Packed Sony Ericsson
F305 I told him about my problem for my handset. I recently register and submitt my handset for a Display and Emergent
switch ON/OFF problem.I wrote an e-mail regarding the bad and non-responsible customer support of Sony Ericsson to Mr.
Deepak (RTEServices)..
Mr. Deepak Kak (RTEServices) have been told me the actual aspect about their Customer Support. He commit me to deliver a Box
Packed Sony Ericsson F305 as i have been mentioned in my previous E-mail. But now again the question is about your fake
commitments. The certified Service Centre at Rohtak City (Swastik Systems) is not delivering me any Box Packed. The Service
prefessional doesn't have any information regarding your fake commitment.They told me clearly that they are not gonno deliver
any Box packed Sony Ericsson F305.

What a miss-Syncronization you guys have in your own team.
Interesting is that, even the developers dn't know what they had been embeded in their Mobile Device.
The Award winning Technical Support and CSE is playing Blame game with their customers.
You guys just believe in selling mobile device instead of maintainning the CSE and Better Service facilites.
Now the Senior Personnals Starts proning the fake commitments.

Your support is just like a freek, a bunch of crooks. Mr. Deepak said something but Service Centre doesn't maintain
type o[censored]pdated info about my Box Packed Sony Ericsson F305. I already submitt my handset and i am not gonno
collect that piece of junk from there anywhere.
Whatever a legel terms and conditions said, in terms of Application. I done that, i send an application E-mail, Got fake feedback
and your roll-on statements. I just want all my JobeSheets history from that Service Centre at rohtak including all my service details,
parts found defected, Service Crieteria, and Specially how many times you guyz have been changed and reparied that handset from
the vary first day of my purchasing that bloody mobile Device.
That service presonnal Staff doesn't providing me any feedback according to your statements. hopefully you CSE will provide me the Service
Detail history of my Sony Ericsson F305. Now i don't think so anybody could help me in your Entire Organisation Sony Ericsson.
So i think Mr. Deepak, its much better to seek some legal aspect for my Money, Time, Resources and intention that i paid for your non-sense CSE and servicing facilities instead of requesting to your Company.
I try to contact many professionals in Sony Ericsson (RTEServices) but thry are ignoring my issue and just chilling out.
I think Sony Ericsson likely to be inquired by a Consumer Forum Board rather than inquiring a Customer.
Here i am having a list of all the Award wining blogs of Sony Ericsson Service support, Check them out and sort out my issues.

1. Phone could be used as a modem.
2. Worsty PC-Connectivity

and specially the BAD CSE and FEEDBACK to all the customers.

sony ericsson f305 handset — service issue

I GAVE MY CELL PHONE TO THE LOCAL SONY ERICSSON SERVICE CENTRE LUCKNOW, HAVIND PROBLEM IN IT AS :- HANGING, SLIDER & HANDSET KEYS LIGHT NOT DERE. I SUBMITTED MY HANDSET ON[protected], AND TODAY IS[protected], 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT STILL I HAV'NT RECIEVED MY SET, AFTER SENDING REGULAR MAILS TO THE COMPANY ALSO, NO SOLUTION GOT TO US TILL DATE.

Sony Ericsson — abt my handset

I was purchasedd a sony ericsson handset f305 on 29th april2009 from faridabad.but handset is not working propley from next day.On day 30 th i went the shop where i purchase it.The shopkeeper say that its only software problem.actual problem is in no network problem.for the same problem i have been already submit my handset in sony ericsson service centre in three times.they are always upgrade software and give me aftre four of five days. when i receve my handset i found same problem and next day i sumbitted again..i am facing so many problem from there.they are not giving a proper response.i called so many in the sony ericsson help line.[protected].and my help line complaint id no is[protected].i have so many complaint id.but when i make a call they are not giving a proper time or response.when i make a call in service centre they are using this word(apbi mam apka handset yahi par hamhera pass padha hai.hamhe abhi tak company se koi response nahi mila hai.agar ap le jana chahte tho ese hi le jao)now i am toatlly helhpless.i want yr help.or make sure you wil be also help me.suman pandey (my contact no is [protected], [protected]

Sony Ericsson F305 — Frequent dousing mode

I too have a problem. It doesn't recieve calls if left unused for some time say 4 to 5 hours. This problem persist mostly In the mornings becuase the phone is not used at nights. Service centere Kizer electronics reloaded the software but still the problem persist. Now they say I need to leave the phone for 10 to 15 days to send it to the company. How will I manage without phone in this period. Wrote to company but no resposnse from them.

Sony Ericsson F305 — very poor service

Hi Sir
My name is Chaman kishor I'm using Soney ericsson f-305. It's only two months to purchaged that handset and i'm having lots of problem on that set. After that I submited that set on Soney ericsson service centere at Laxmi Nagar on 4-sep.-2009. with work out no. SE309VSV11837.
They gave me five days to collect that handset but when I talked to Inderjeet Singh there who sit at front desk he continusily gave me more and more days to come for collecting that set. It's now 14-sep.-2009 and they'r saying me to wait more ten to fifteen days. This is my first time expericence when I purchaged Soney ericsson set and its very bad experience of mine.
I just want to see your attention on this.
I hope you'll take personal interest to look in to this matter.

My Sony Ericsson F305 is suffering from the same problem.
Incoming caller gets message that the phone is off, even my phone is on and has full network.
I got my phone's software change. Problem still persisted. The sevice center in ahmedabad then sent the phone to delhi for further check. I got it back after 20 days with its main board changed. Still the problem persists. I think this is a major problem. Sony should take this phone out of the market and give refund to all those facing this problem!
Its must be changed.with another model...!!!.as per user opiniion...as he used the model for 11 months...!!!
i agree with Abhishek Malik...Sony Ericsson service s are very painfull...so i advice you to go to consumer forum and claim for an harrasment amount of ruppees 6lakhs...better punishmen for Rajesh Sahni
according to my talk with Abhishek Malik over telephonic conversation...Sony Ericsson Head must need to resign from his profile...even he dnt know how to talk with customers...!!

Batrry pack up is not good...
I had submitted a My phone, model no. f305 sony ericsson Care center at Gariahat on 4/09/09.. The phone was under warranty at the time of submission to that service center. The problem with the handset was that the LCD display was getting 'frozen' or stuck and the display was not refreshed.

Its totally wastage of MONEY...

this is sudhir from Sonipat. i am also having f305 which is like a junk piece. i submitted it to service centre many times but the phne looks very old like a junk.

whenever u decide for a conference tell me the brief about that. i will join your community.
i had a telephonic conversation with Abhishek malik means the way they used to scroolll over their services is the best notification against them.


Ask the SOny Ericsson to provide you a replacement as per ur choice neither dnt leave them alone.
Sony Erisson provided a replacemnt to abhishek with c510 but that's also used...what is this man.

means they have the packing machines to pack the materials in back office. i recenlty got a D.P.A from lucknow service centre.. it meant they sell my used unit..

F305 mobile phone — poor performance

since purchase i have faced the poormost phone i have ever bought.I bought it as a gift for my wife on 8.5.09 but from the next day become defective for hanging & screen scramble problems.From the shop - 'planet m' mall road kanpur where i have got it, is now closed. Phone is still at sony repair tcentre,swaroop nagar,kanpur thr' planet m rep whjm i could find hardly. no one is listening. phone is fourth time submitted for repair. what is the policy of planet m or sony erricsson I donot know but I am suffering.My gift has become a curse for me.i hardly could use the phone for 15 days in last six months. i purchased it for 8000 rs and present cost also down to 6200 rs so no resale option is for me.as per service centre once they changed the internal system.I request company should replace the set with some better otherwise i wnt to complain at consumer forum.

I had asked to change the body of the handset. they have changed it but it is duplicate as it broke within week. i had once again taken to the care centre but they are unwilling to do it. they have charged me 1200 for the same. i request u to ask the care centre to either change once again the body or return my money back

THE VERY NEXT DAY ON 29TH -7-2010 I WAITED FOR THE CALL..BUT I DID NOT RECIEVED ANY CALL FROM SERVICE CENTRE..SO I WENT ANOTHER DAY ..THEY SAID -- WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE WILL MAKE YOUR HANDSET..BUT AFTER FEW MORE DAYS WHEN I VISITED AGAIN THEY TOLD ME SIR ITS NOT READY....UP TO NOW I HAVE VISITED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE MORE THAN 4 TIMES (TILL[protected]..THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST..AND TODAY WHEN I ASKED FOR MY COMPLAINT NUMBER AND ORIGINAL RECIEVING OF MY HANDSET THEY MADE ME WAIT MORE THAN 1 HOUR...SO WHEN I GOT THE RECIEVING THEY ASKED ME FOR MY SIGNATURE....ALONG WITH MY SIGNATURE I HAVE MENTIONED THE DAY AND DATE ON WHICH I GAVE MY HANDEST TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE....NOW IM WAITING FOR MY HANDSET MORE THAN 75 DAYS AND VISITED MORE THAN 4 TIMES.

NOW IM IN GREAT MENTAL TENSION AND HARRASMENT ...I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY NOW I HOPE YOUR SERVICE CENTRE WILL STOP MISGUIDING YOUR PERMANENT CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP PURCHASING AND USING YOUR SEVERAL OTHER PRODUCTS..

I have a problem with my hand set f305when i open the flap it show me only white screenafter showing the white sreen there is no other way to stop it, there i have shutdown the phne illegally that is open the battery then restart it again.

Black and while vertical lined coming in the display in three years. Sony has given defective television . bad quality product.

    Dear Sir/Ma'm,
    With due humiliation i am trying to register a complaint against the Sony Ericsson Mobile,India for sloppy service and neglect of consumer rights.
    I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Mobile W595 on 03/01/2009 from Essar Telecom Retail Ltd.,Kamlanagar worth Rs.14,059.It was the latest model from Sony Ericsson at that time.
    My mobile handset was under one year warranty.It was erratic from the beginning.After about 2 months o[censored]se,some of its buttons became nonfunctional and it started to hang.I contacted the Sony Ericsson Customer Care which guided me with the address and the location of the nearest service center.It was RT Outsourcing Ltd,Roshanara Road,Kamla Nagar.I searched for the service center for approximately 2 days frantically but since there was no board/sign on the shabbily constructed service center,i had great problems even tracing it.The Service Center people at Roshanara Road couldn't repair it and they took my mobile to send it over to the main service center at Okhla.I received back my mobile after around 10 days.It was repaired.But i had to stay without a mobile during that period.
    Now,in September on 20th,my mobile display went totally blank,There was no display at all.
    I approached the same service center on 24th September and they again deposited my mobile saying that it needed to be sent over to Okhla again.They said that it might take 5 working days to get repaired.
    It is 29th October today(more than 40 days) and i haven't received my mobile handset yet.I have ben calling the Service center at Roshanara Road so many times and they gave me the Sony Ericsson helpline number.I have called the Sony Ericsson Customer support so many times.I have even lodged a complaint regarding the same at their customer support,but they never reverted back to me,nor have i received my handset till now.
    Sir/Ma'm,i am a medical professional by occupation and you must understand how important it is for me to have my handset with me as i am on call several days in a week.I have been in embarrassing situations like this on several occasions just because i didn't have my handset with me.The Company charges so exorbitantly for their so called trustworthy handsets but they are always erratic and neither does the company provide the customer with an alternate handset for the time-being,at least till the duration the handset has gone for repair.
    I need to bring this into your kind notice,so that i may be redressed of my woes.

    Sony Ericsson Mobile India — Service

    I have bought a Sony Xperia mini pro (IMEI No. [protected]) in this year March month. After 3 month I have got problem in mobile. I have submitted my mobile in Sony Ericsson Service center in Agra; Mobile AMC services_CP. My work order no SE312PMA10423 in Aug 27 2012. But still I have not received my mobile. Whenever I called then told the same thing that parts pending for my mobile. I am very upset with the service of this type organization.

    Please do the needful action.

        I have been using SE-P1i since last 2years. Recently i Shifted on Idea connection (prepaid) and it was too working fine. But from last 4-5 days, i have been receiving "Channel 50" on my cell phone's screen around 300-400 times in a day n they get stored in my Inbox. I am really fed up of these messages. I have already launched complaints 3 times to customer care but its of no use. The Message shows various schemes under the Idea Cellular along with the location of the tower signals my phone is catching. I mean that every time the phone changes the tower, it sends a message to me. This happens around 300-4-- times in a day. I am really fed up of these messages. I have already registered for DND services around one month ago. Please help anybody. Thanx in advance.

        Dear friends.
        I m using Sony Ericsson P1i, as i told earlier.. So after trying a lot everywhere. i stated trying to deactivate this in my cellphone only. I went to the sms settings in my mobile phone and from there i deactivated the "Area Information" service. and believe me, since then, i m not getting any single such type of message. And tell you what, i am feeling proud that i succeeded in making it possible without help of those [censored]s sitting at the Idea customer care centers. Those dont know anything.
        So if you succeed in making this happen by my method or by any other way, plz reply me... I am waiting for ur reply.

        Thank you very much Dr. Khan. I have a Vodafone connection on my P1i. I used to get the problem regularly whenever I went out of Kolkata. I got an Airtel connection today and after switching on the phone I started continuously getting the messages. I tried your suggestion and it helped.

        It appears that the Channel 50 in an in built service.
        I am also facing same problem on my Sony P990i, when inpune I have taken the coroporate conection.Thanks a lot for your wel proven hepl which save a lot time and energy.

        I am also receiving at least two msgs in a minute fm Channel 50 since last Nov"09 and even registering my complain with Idea, I had to put my phone off for three months but with no result. My request to Channel 50, please stop this nonsense.

          Dear Sir,

          i am using sony w910i from last 1 year its very nice handset i am so impressed with its all feature like its clearly of picture but most important thing is its batter backup ,its amazing i hope no other hand set could do it ,i have some problem in it the problem is i could not connect my phone to PC when i connect it its not showing charging , for that i have submitted my phone to bhubaneswar(SAHID NAGAR) service center they keep it in observation for 10 days still they could solve the problem, they damaged it more they broken my handset body and its not charging with my charger for their irresponsible service please do some thing, i submitted my mobile to (BAPUJI NAGAR)other sony ericsson service center but they are also unable to repair it. tell me how could i use it again its in dead condition please do needful help .

            I had purchase Sony Ericsson K790i from Hot spot telephone shoppee at sadashiv peth , Pune on Dated: 24.oct.08 .from December I'm starts facing problem with my handset.Sometimes it's keypads stop working or sometime joystick & sometime Both were not Working.I had visited Service Centre Tilak road, Pune several times.On last visit they took One Month to repair the set & they said that they had replace the Motherboard of the set.Now again I'm facing the same of problem. i gave them again , now also they are taking nearly one and half month. I'm very tired from of situation.sir, it is warranty period . till now they have took 3 months of my warranty period
            So,Please arrange to replace my handset otherwise I'll go for other Option(Consumer Court),If my problem is not resolved as earlier.

              I purchased sony vaio laptop in month of April,09.but to my dismay it develop fault in display panel and lineing started to appear.
              I gave laptop for repair and service centre took 6 days to repair it.

              But cursing my decision to buy sony vaio, again it develop problem and now it started making sound.i have mailed them that i need someone senior to talk but no response from there side.

              After spending 50000 i have got mental harassment.i repent day when i choose sony vaio instead of some other brand.

                  Purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile Model W350 from Sony's Authorised Shop. at Jabalpur. Mobile Stopped working after 15Days. We have given the Mobile to Sony Service Centre IT Solution at Jabalpur on Sept 14 2009 wide their workorder No. SE309IT110314. Tday is Oct 23 2009 & still Service Centre or Sony People are not giving proper response.
                  As the Mobile I've purchase has manufacturing defect & it should be replaced or I should get my money back.
                  I Want to sue this company in Consumer Forum - so that people who are buying Sony Products should be aware of the poor quality of services & products of Sony.
                  So please let me know the method.

                    with a lot of disappointment and anguish, with reference to current
                    complaint no: SE [protected] On 12 Oct 2009 At S.P. Connecting,SESS Shiv pooja,opp Turning Point, Ghoddod road Surat, Gujarat.I had purchased a Sony Ericsson K850i in
                    March'08 Which had cost me a whopping amount of
                    Rs.19200/-. However I have been constantly facing problems with it since
                    Apr'09, first there was a problem with display and
                    it was repaired (Cost:1000/-) at Authorized service station in Surat P9 Services Limited.
                    Thereafter I again faced a problem just one month later where I had to change the Keypad (cost:1200/-) at same service center And again one month later to this
                    the display had to be changed and since then the mobile has stopped
                    working, I had lodged a complaint in Aug, Complaint
                    no. SES-246 at True Value service Limited, Surat. The mobile was sent to
                    Bangalore for repair however now I have been told
                    that the mobile cannot be repaired. And Second time SP Connecting Also told me your mob was not repairable. This kind of reply is highly disturbing
                    especially when it comes from such a reputed organization, I have always
                    contacted authorized dealers and in spite of this I'm having to face this kind
                    of problem, What am I supposed to do now with a hopeless cell phone which cost
                    me Rs 19200/-. Kindly suggest, Your kind reply is highly awaited

                    sony ericsson/k850i — cell repairing

                    sir,
                    I am verry sorry to write here that my cell is under repairing since 04.12.08 at siliguri sony errison cell service centre due to it's key pad problem.According to their advise it's case has to be changed with cost otherwise there is no alternative sollution and I am agreed with this condition yet it has purchased on 06.09.2008. Till now they cnn't deliver the cell due to non availability of new case & I am suffering problem for that.

                      I had purchased Sony Er mobile ( Model K790i) from Pune( Maharashtra ) in the Year 2007 and where I still reside. This phone has recent problem related to the key pad as I initially thought.

                      I took this to the service centre dated Oct 6,2009 located at Tilak road, Pune( RT Outsourcing Services) and the diagnosis was done and it was related Jog dial/jog stick and key pad not working as mentioned in the work order . The work order no is SE309RT313103

                      I hope the problem should get the solved within week considering the time of spares availability and so on so forth.

                      Till today the spares are not available with centre and not sure when they will be available. The spares also consist of the foil below the key pad, which had the problem
                      Of the availability as I was told when I called up the lady at the centre.

                      The expectation of the Sony brand are very high as far serviceability is concerned. I am stuck up for almost fortnight now.

                      Kindly guide us for the above problem or the necessary steps I should take further.

                        Sony Ericsson mobile W350 — Always set become dead

                        I have purchased Sony Ericcsion w-350 set from Mobile store "MAMTA STORES" Ranchi Vide Cashmemo No. 778 dated 01.07.2008, After purchase of set within a week it became dead and mobile stores requested to collect after a week . I did it accordingly and got the set after a week time. Thereafter again set become dead in 1st week of Sept'2008 and rushed to the mobile stores who advised to talk with Sony Ericcsion man who had been deployed by co. He advised to leave the set and the same will be sent to Service Centre . I got the set back after 20 visits in October end means almost after 2 months . Again the set become dead in 3rd week of Nov'2008 and personally given to authorised Service centre with the help of Mr. Marut who is Sales incharge of Sony ereccsion at ranchi ang got back the st agter a month on 24th Dec.2008. Now the set has again dead on 3rd January 2009 which i am going to hand over the Telcom World, Authorised Service Centre at Ranchi, Jharkhand . but now i become sure that this set has inbuilt problem since beginning and the same may be changed without further delay as out of the 6 months the set was under repair for more than 3 months.
                        Undersingned is Senior Manager (Materials Manager ) of Steel Authority Of India Limited and dealing with procurement of Materials at Ranchi Office and the set has been provided by the Company for discharging Official duty which I can;t perform. In view of recurring problem I would earnestly request you to look into personally and do the needful. I would further like to mention that being the Vice President Of Association of Steel Executive Fraternity I had reccomended several Members for Sony Ereccsion Set but unfortunately I am being harrassed and spent lot many time money and physical& mental torture / harrasment, Some times ifelt better to losdge the complain in Consumer Forum Court but again i thought to request once to highest authority of M/S/ Sony Erriccsion to change the set allow me to get rid of such recurring trouble.                         I bought a sony erricsson mobile recently on 10th January 2009 at Viveks Madurai in my native place. Hardly two days I have used it. It was getting off by itself, and also stuck while conversing, I contacted the service centre at Trivandrum as I m working here. They registered the complaint 18th January 2009 saying that they will re format and give but later they said the board has gone it will take time to replace as it is not available either in Trivandrum or in Chennai, no date has been given for the delivery simply saying it will be done - when requested the address and phone number they said it is top secret and it will not be given. I request to kindly do the needfuli mmediately.

                          I would like to share with you chronology of events as follows:

                          1) Defect in DVD drive was discovered and reported to SONY SERVICE CENTRE at Kasturiba Nagar, Chennai on 09th Oct 2009. At this point of time, barring DVD drive Laptop was functioning properly. Laptop was attended by SONY service engineer for technical check-ups. After checkups I was told to use VAIO RECOVERY TOOL to format the hard disk. Service Engineer said the problem with DVD can be resolved by using VAIO RECOVERY CENTER.

                          2) Later after coming back to home, a new problem surfaced when I was trying to switch on the Laptop. The laptop was automatically switched off every time it was switched on. SONY SERVICE engineer has probably mishandled the Laptop during cleaning and check-ups. I informed SONY that the Laptop invoice date is 09th Oct 2008 and that the product was under Warranty the day problem was reported to SONY. Since the initial problem was discovered and reported at SONY SERVICE CENTER on 09th Oct 2009, I was assured by SONY that the Laptop will be repaired under Warranty subject to verification of Invoice Copy. Laptop was handed over to SONY SERVICE CENTER for diagnosis on 15th Oct 2009.

                          3) On 16th Oct 2009, a copy of original invoice was hand delivered to SONY SERVICE CENTER at Kasturiba Nagar, Adyar, Chennai. As of date I have neither been updated regarding services rendered towards repair of the Laptop, nor have I been given any confirmation by SONY that the repairs will be done under Warranty and free of cost to the Customer. My conversation with SONY CUSTOMER CARE a couple of times was futile as customer care didn’t have answers to my queries. Time and again I was asked to wait for feedback from SONY. Customer Care never keep any of innumerable promises of calling me to update the status. My Laptop is still under Custody of SONY.

                          4) On 20th Oct 2009, after waiting long for any kind of response from SONY I called SONY Customer Care to know the status of my Job. Then after long wait i was informed our phone that the Job has been cancelled without stating any reasons whatsoever.

                          It seems that SONY has molafide intentions to exploit the situation in their favor thereby compromising on service quality and customer satisfaction.

                          Please advice on the above. Rejection of my Warranty claim by SONY is not justifiable. Warranty cost is built in the shelf price of the product and consumer cannot be denied rights thereunder.

                            I want to highlight the problem of mis management of customer care in SONY corp.
                            I lodged a complaint with them four months back but till date no one has visited to fix the problem.
                            Everytime i call up Service center they will keep on transferring the call from one desk to another.

                            I have bought sony LCD TV on 29/10/2008. on 10/12/2010 onwards there is no audio in the TV. I complained to the sony service centre. My complaint Registration No: 6575183 . My model No: KLV -32s400 A Sl.No: 1211451 . The service person came to my home and examined the TV and finally he said the whole audio board should replace to solve this problem. This cost of Rs.6, 950/- . The product last only 26 months only, and it shows the poor quality of Sony products. I request the service team kindly arrange the replace the exact spares of the audio to restore my LCD TV at an early date.

                                I have given my Sony ericsson G 900 mobile to service centre at chandigarh as its touch screen was not working and i was unable to receive any call & its battery back up was also low.(Its just 5 months old set & its duly covered under warranty)
                                I had submitted my set on 25.09.2009 and i was given complaint id no.SE309RTC14011 n i was told that touch screen will be replaced within 7-10 days.

                                I had visited service centre 4 times & every time they say its not repaired/they dont have parts & it will take another week. This is going on for 4 weeks.

                                When i asked them about any higher official to talk to, they gave me mob nos. of Ms Payal & Mr. Virender Mishra. And with all the professional respect that Sony Ericsson has, those two official dont bother to accept calls.

                                I had even logged my complaint to their call centre no.[protected], but they also keep on saying that its not repaired yet.

                                And now i want a new hand set from Sony ericsson as my hand set is still under warranty, so please provide me any e mail id of sony ericsson services to log my complaint or please forward it to them.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  My Mobile Phone was out of order and I have given for repairing to your service center in Jamshedpur (Care point – 1st floor, 9 Bagan Area, New Kalimati Road, Near Hotel Sagar, Sakchi Jamshedpur-831001) on 13/07/2009 with Rs.300/- advance. It was assured by Care Point that it would be repair and handed over to me within 15 days from above mentioned date, but they fail to hand over me the same even after 2 months showing unavailability of spare parts. I asked them to show the repairing job no. they also could not provide the same. Finding no alternative, I had complained the matter to the customer care department on 20th August 2009. After that I got the Job/work order No. as mentioned in the beginning of the letter. From the Customer care department it was promised to hand over the Mobile set, after repairing, within 15 days time. But with deep regret I would like to inform that even after so many correspondences the set has not been repaired and handed over to me till date, showing the same reason of non availability of spare parts. Again I contacted to your customer care department and surprisingly, I came to know 2 different stories.
                                  . Mr. Virender Kumar of customer care department of Delhi office told me that he has got the information that the set has been repaired and handed over to the customer. When I stated him the fact that set has been not be repaired, he asked me to tell the local service center at Jamshedpur to contact with him immediately. I arranged the local service center to talk with Mr. Virender Kumar. During their conversion I got the second story that Mr. Ranjan Das Senior Manager of your Kolkata office ordered the local service center to drop matter as the case is quite old.
                                  Now, please tell me why the customer will be harassed for the last 3 months in such a manner without any clear cut information / valid reason. Take necessary action to repair my set at the earliest otherwise I will be forced to go the Consumer Court for proper justice. All previous correspondence are attached below here with for your ready reference.

                                  SONY ERICSSON MOBILE W710I — BAD PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                  The first telephone number worked for abt 3 months and had a problem. I replaced the SIM three times and observed the problem was with the handset. The PCB was replaced and I got a new number for my son. Again after about 4 months the incoming stopped and first thing I fought with Airtel guys and got a new SIM for the same number. The incoming stops but if an outgoing call is made with the same SIM and as is condition the incoming gets activated for about 2-3 hours. I tried the SIM in another handsets and it works absolutely fine. Again upon the request of Mobile tech representative Shilpa I collected the handset and observed. The incoming stopped and in the faulty condition I took the phone to them and showed it. They simply removed the SIM and said they would do the needful. Now they are saying it is under observation. The phone would work for sure with another SIM but for an unknown period of time. past two days the SIM is in my Motorola handset and working fine. My arguement is that out of the Ten months for about Four months the phone has not worked properly and all the time response form SONY company is to perform some or the other test on the phone. Mobile technology centre personnel are aware of the fact that there is a problem with the handset but are either scared to admit or SONY as a company does not want to take the responsibility of solving the problems of the haraased customers. I want Cashback or Complete replacement with a new different model handset with full ONE year warranty. This is a compromise although am not interested to use SONY handset any more.
                                  I know the problem may be typical but it can always happen and the company has to agree and do the needful.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am an employee of a reputed company in Kolkata, and currently going throuh a deep frustation because of the service center people. Last month due to some reason my mobile display was not working but rest of the things were working fine, so I gave it to Babli center to repair it. They said they will call me after 2 days with the charges applied for the change but they didnt.So I called them after 4 days and they said the charge will be Rs2300, I asked why they said for the change of LCD and s/w upgrade.I paid every thing but when i received the set I found the set is discharged so I asked for a charger then I found that the set is not charging.Then they said your battery has gone so buy a new battery(Rs1300) and returned the old one.On the enginner comments I bought the battery from that shop itself but still my set was not working, now they are saying there are some other problem in that and unnecessary they are charging money.
                                        I am not the only customer but lot of people are frustated from that service center. They are just making customers fool and earning money.As a working guy today I spent 4 hours and what I got, just a dissapointment once again.
                                        Can you please help us out in this regard, so that no one else will suffer in future.
