I had bought a sony erricson f305 phone which soon developed problems with its screen. I gave it to repair workshop of sony ericsson at lajpat nagar , new delhi.

The phone has been submitted on 22/8/2009 and since then i havnt got ma phone back. They claim that parts required to repair are short. how can that be ? That sony ericsson ..the company to who makes the phone is short of its parts?

I can't connect & synchronise my sony ericsson w205 with PC suite due to it only showing file transfer option not PHONE MODE.
please give me valuable suggestion to connect to PC suite.

I took the same to the SONY INDORE service center where they gave me a very high repairing cost of Rs. 12276 inclusive of all taxes for just repairing a LCD Screen.
