Dear Sir,
I am a regular user of sony ericsson phone but I am very much annoyed with customer services support. I deposited my phone with authorized service center of Sony Ericsson at

IT SOLUTION, Opp TVS Show room and sony center,
MADAN MAHAL, WRIGHT TOWN
Jabalpur (MP), India

on 05 Nov. 2009 But This men always tells me that parts are awaited. It is almost 20 days since I deposited my phone. The work order No is SE309IT110582 DTD 12 Nov. 2009. Please help me out if you can.

    Subject- Defectiveness of my mobile

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile (Model no-F-305, IMEI No-[protected]) on dated-22/2/09 for Rs.8300/- from Sun Teleservices, K-18, Lajpat Nagar, part-II, n.d-110024, Tel no[protected], 41724720, After 3 month of purchasing it started giving trouble to me like hanging , low battery backup ,speaker problem , then after I consulted to Sony Ericsson customer care from where I got guidance that I should go to customer Service Centre and hand over to service centre I went to service centre Techno care , E-17, ground floor, central market, Lajpat Nagar, part-II, Tel no[protected],[protected], I lodged my complain on dated 3/6/09 from them I got complain id no- SE [protected], same day service centre representative shorted out my handset problem and given to me ,after spending a few day I felt that my handset trapped in same problem and this time a new problem was screen display was added away I was in trouble due to this handset there was no way only to consult with customer care representative from there customer care representative once again advised to me go same place it means Techno care I submitted my handset on 4th August,2009 with complain id SE-309TEC 13259 . On 18th August it means after 14 days I got my handset but problem was not shorted out even I made a humble request to service centre kindly replace my handset but they strongly denied. I through it could be general fault. That is why I went there two times but I got nothing from there. I am still unsatisfied with those services. It is not only with my handset the person who is carrying the same model no I.e-f-305 phone also facing the problem of same features Day by day the new problem are added in my handset like it I press any button of my mobile phone then contact option comes out on my mobile screen . it means it is not working like other normal mobile phones. After facing the long period of trouble in my phone ultimately I submit to it at service centre on Techno care , E-17, ground floor, central market, Lajpat Nagar, part-II, because its me nearest service centre on dated 15/09/209 after talking with customer care representative. This time my work order no is SE309TEC15482 and Sony Ericsson customer care complains id no is 85115865. Again now-a-day I am facing problem i.e phone is not charging, hanging, network and working very slow. I am very disappointed with the service of my handset and service centre. I must want replacement of my phone or pay back my money.

      Hi, I am bought Sony Ericsson G900 mobile on 07 Nov 2008. I am usually customer of Nokia but looking at the feature of Sony Ericsson I got attracted and bought this G900 at the cost of Rs 20,000.When a person buys such a costly cell its always an expectation that it will beworkable with mentioned features. My expectation with the cell phone is to get the mentioned featured workable at least under warranty period. The day I bought the cell it was a big trouble for me till now, 7 to 8 time its been repaired. The majority of the time job sheet been created under Sony Ericsson Kalyan branch with poor service The Receptionist looks to be illiterate . Number of time I need to travel to Thane Sony Ericsson service center.Now in 11 Months of experience the cell was under repair center for 3 to 4 months this shows I not enjoyed the experience at all and its one of the worst experience I am having. I bought new Nokia cell so that once G900 go under repair I can use this. You can understand what impression running under my mind for G900 serviceafter spending 20K.

      The Status is that the cell phone is again with non-workable status at RT Outsourcing Vikhroli (Mumbai) with“Hanging Problem and No display”. Now looking at the cell it seems the Display (screen) is getting changed. It’s hard for me to use cellc osting 20k having each part being repaired. It seems the problem exists with cell phone. The majority parts of the Cell phone is been replaced (Touch screen, Mother board, Displayscreen) and I think with such condition it’s not possible for me to accept the repaired cell phone further.
      Now i got call from them to collect cell. I asked them for get it replace by RT Outsourcing and even sony ericsson service center they are not doing it. what i do they are not ready to do that.
      I not accepted the cell yet can anyone please tell me wht i do.

      I also buy Sony Ericsson on 01.12.2009. & the same go into Dead Mode on 21.12.2009.

      When I visited Sony Ericsson Service Centre, they asked me to deposited the Mob Set & they take 2 week to return my Set after replacing Mother Board.

      For 2 weeks i was disconnectd from all . Whenever I contacted their Call Centre/ Service Centre. Every time I was asked to contact after 3-4 Days.

      I feel Sony Ericsson is moving to its worst phase in terms of Quality & Customer Care.

      i too have faced too many problems with the G900 set, is their any way by which we all who are having problem with the set come together and the company for a complete replacement of the handset.
      or any other solution plz. advice...
      do we have an insurance for mobile also.

        I had given you two sets of Sony Music systems for repair on 25/08/2009 to M/s Club Electronics, authorized service centre for SONY, which were handed over to me on 27/08/2009 saying that these have been repaired and functioning perfectly, and was charged Rs.7000/- for repairs.

        On installing the system at my home the system again started giving problem so I called sony's office the same day i.e 27/08/2009 around 4 PM and spoke to Mr. Dinesh ( Enigneer who repiared ) and was told that he would visit and check the same at the site.

        After a week when nobody came I called again and got the same answer and the person gave me a complaint number I/12/05. The other system also started giving problems.

        But again the same response when I called again, again I was given a complaint number K/14/03.

        Since there was no response from their end I visited their service centre at south extension on 14/11/2009 along with both the sets which were kept there and another Job Information numbers were given.

        I recieved a call from them that I would have to pay Rs.3000/- for repair of one set.

        I wish to inform you that you that these people are using spurious or sub-standard parts for repairs that is why the set gets damaged the same day. This is their modus of working so that the poor customers come back to them and they keep on charging them again and again.

        SONY DVD — SPURIOUS DVD

        I PURCHASED A SONY DVD PLAYER ON 4.10.08 FROM " DEY TRADERS, 57 A B ROAD, RATHTALA, K L SHOW MARKET(1st floor), FINGAPARA, KANKINARA, 24PGS(N), PIN 743126". BUT SINCE I BOUGHT THE DVD IT WAS GIVING TROUBLE INSPITE OF MY SEVERAL REQUESTS AND REMINDERS THE "DEY TRADERS" DID NOT BOTHER TO RECTIFY IT. THEN I PERSONALLY WENT TO THE SONY SERVICE CENTRE AT BARASAT AND TO MY UTTR SHPCK CAME TO KNOW THAT THE DVD IS NOT AN ORIGINAL ONE, IT IS SPURIOUS.
        I SHALL BE GREATFUL IF YOU KINDLY TAKE STRONGLY ACTION AGAINST THE "DEY TRADERS" AND FORCE HIM TO REPLACE THE DVD.
        I have sony DVP - NS530 DVD player Which is not working. Its show can not play ERROR. Please help me

        SONY DVD RW, DVD/CD ROM, it works for 6 - 7 months correctly with no issues, maximum of 10 months, then is stats the problems. I have got writing problems, i always use sony disks to write Datas. When we go the dealer shops to ask about the services of sony, they will say sony servicing are too bad, if you got the problem within the warrenty period then they will look. Otherwise they wont!!! My SONY DVD RW, DVD/CD ROM is only 18 months old. Now onwards i suggest to every one, not to buy SONY DVD RW, DVD/CD ROM. They only got a good brand names, the other things are really bad. Buy some other burnner. If you ask to the dealers also, they will say Sony DVD RW, DVD/CD ROM is good, but buy other other DVD RW, DVD/CD ROM thats good for you. What is this means?

          sir,
          this is to inform that i have purchased a f305 handset which i am nor satisfied with. 0.1 mb of phone memory automatically reduces in 2 or 3 days. also there is a problem regarding the presets of music player changes as soon as song is changed. the o and x keys are losing their colour. i have already reported my problem to e-17 sony ericsson service centre. they updated the software but nothing happened.

            Sir,

            Iam a great member of your Sony family for the last 5 years.I request you to visit my residence once to prove this point.I don’t use any other brand than the spell bounding term SONY.I use Sony tv,handycam,home theatere,digital camera for a long time but all these products are trouble free.But it was my ill fate that inspired by these performances I brought a SONY(550i) cell phone on 04.12.2008.After the very first month only the performance was not as per SONY standards.So long it was functioning I did not have time to rectify minor defects.But off late since 23/10/09 I am really disappointed.Till date I have given my set for repair at Babli Media-Gariahat but it is not working.First I was told the Software was upgraded(vide work order SE309BMG10963) but it only worked for 4 days.Again the same problem occurred and I gave it to your service centre(work order SE309BMG10983) AND THIS TIME I WAS TOLD THE Mother Board was changed all the way from Chennai but not to any effect.Again I was forced to send the set at your service centre on 13.11.09(work order SE309BMG11174).

            I request you to see that this set is replaced at the earliest as they are unable to repair the same but are harassing me time and again.

            Sir I brought new xperia e dual handset on 27 mar 2013 after few days I started facing hang problem call auto cut unresponsive touch screen no voice during call so I visited the service centre they just reinstall the same old software despite new was showing on there site again it started hanging now I am very much fed up from your service kindly replace my set ASAP
            sir, i bought sony experia m on 28.10.13..with in 3 days i have faced heavy heating problem with in 5 mins from operating, burning smell came near headset port. so i handed over my phone to sony authorised service centre, coimbatore( cross cut road) for replacement immediately...

            as of now 12 days crossed, still i have not received my replacement. job sheet has been created same day itself.

            what is the real status now.i need my replacement immediately, since i dont have altrenate mobile.pls do the needfull.

              I am now in Dubai. on sept 21 me buy a sony ericson mobile model G705.shop name is Royal status,behind astoria hotel dubai. After 10 it has no display and not working then i went to that shop and asked what is the complaint then the technician said its software was gone and he repaired that.the same problem repeated 4 times and now i buy a new mobile for my use. the shop owner said sony ericsson have only warranty he will not replace that with new one what i will do.

                Last year I purchased Sony Ericsson G900i Touchscreen mobile woth Rs. 21200.
                In last month on 08 Nov 2009 gave my mobile for servicing in Mumbai. Till date i have not received any update from Servive Center.
                For same I logged complaint with Case ID 85671892 on 5 Nov 2009 and They gave me assurance that they will revert me within 48 hrs. Till date i have not received any update for my request.
                I called on Toll free number for asking update as well as for not received any update for last Case ID 85671892, but i don't received any positive response from them.
                I am suffering second time with service delivery of Sony Ericsson for same issue. That time i gave my handset twice for servicing & wasted my two visits to Service Center.

                Now I want to take some serious action against them.
                Can anybody assist me ?

                I've sony ericson w700i. 3 months ago it was not taking cgarges. I've went to the MANIKTALA, KOLKATA SERVICE CENTER. Thye have took the set and comment me they'll check it and then they'll replly. I've called them 3-4 times, but they did'nt replied. After 1&1/2 months they replied that it have mother board problem. I've to changed it & the coast is arround Rs.4000. I took the set and came back. Few days ago my friend opened the set in front of me. I was surprised that (1)The LCD has changed., (2) The CAMERA & (3) The Upper speaker has also changed. THEY HAVE STOLEN ALL THE PARTS. My friend told me the problem was in charging IC & still it is not working. I came to know that THE SERVICE CENTER doing that kind of work with other customers also. Pls. take some action & say how can i get back my mobile's original parts.

                  i hereby to inform you that , i bought a sony ericsson on 20.2.2009 for 8000 rs , still one year is not over and i gave the mobile for service 3 times still i didnt get the problem solved . i think i bought the mobile for giving to service only i am very much wrecked on buying this mobile for so much cost . i am not in a position to use the mobile for any emergency . and also i lost my patience for giving service again and again. after the warranty what i can do with the mobile , i dont know what to do now with this . i think i can give your mobile back to the company . and i wil take the cost as my punishment. my EMI no is [protected]. please do the needful
                  i had bought sony ericsson g502 2years ago. Within 7days it start hanging, auto restarting, and auto format. I submitted it to service centre many times but the problem was never solved. I have lost my rs. 7500 by purchasing this phone. I also asked service centre to replace my phone but they always ignored. At last bought another phone keeping it aside. Since then i have purchased many phones they all were good but i have never purchased sony ericsson phone. It is complete waste. I request company to replace
                  company should be responsible for such a disaster phone. And should replace our phone for a new one. Sony ericsson really sucks.

                    sony ericsson w550i — Charging more money for changing display

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am Shasiraj from Bangalore, India.
                    I have purchased Sony Ericsson W550i on Oct'2006. Last week my mobile had been wet by rain so Display have gone. So I have approched Sony Ericssion authourised dealer named OVEZ COMMUNICATION, Richmond Circle, Bangalore. They have charged me 2030Rs to change the display. Wheathere to change a display it will take so much money. Inspite of that they also not served properly.

                    I request you to cancel they authorised dealership. Because they were lacking in customer satisfactory.

                      I own a sony ericsson HPM-85 headset purchased on[protected] from CELLULAR WORLD TRIVANDRUM,which has warranty coverage of 1 year.By[protected] one side of the headset seized to work.I approached the SYNERGY SERVICES-A DIVISION OF PROMPT SERVICES(SONY ERICSSON CERTIFIED SERVICE CENTRE, PATTOM, TRIVANDRUM) and submitted the required documents to replace/repair my headset on[protected].The work order is

                      SES09 SYS10599

                      The customer executive told us to wait for 3 weeks to replace/repair the headset. I have been contacting the center on the following dates:

                      26/03/2009
                      12/04/2009
                      28/05/2009

                      for obtaining my replaced/repaired product.But they have telephonic-ally replied me that they will contact me back when the shipment/courier arrives.Till date(11/11/2009) i have not received any calls from the centre,when i approached them on 11/11/2009, they accused us at being late to receive the headset and .The headset was returned to us WITHOUT ANY REPAIR/REPLACE from SYNERGY SERVICES, PATTOM, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA. I suspect that they have used the product without informing us that it has arrived, and i have been forced to accept the OLD HEADSET ITSELF in an UNSEALED CONTAINER and have been deprived of my rights to warranty AT THIS DATE.


                      The MANAGER treated me very badly with unpolite words and ushered words of abuse towards me when i demanded that my headset is not repaired/replaced and that it should be done,the manager said that they are not responsible for the condition of the headset. Since i don't have any proof for the telephonic conversations, i am treated as if it was my neglect to collect the headset. The manager denied us to obtain details about the REPAIR DATE of the product.Since SONY ERICSSON has specifically included in the WARRANTY CONDITIONS that

                      "IF SONY ERICSSON REPAIRS OR REPLACES THE PRODUCT, THE REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCT SHALL BE WARRANTED FOR THE REMAINING TIME OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD OR FOR NINETY(90) DAYS FROM DATE OF REPAIR WHICHEVER IS LONGER."

                      When I pointed out this clause in the SONY ERICSSON WARRANTY CONDITIONS, the manager replied that the clause is not applicable to his centre (SYNERGY Services a.k.a. PROMPT Services,Pattom), clearly defying TERMS & CONDITIONS of SONY ERICSSON. I EXPECT SONY ERICSSON TO TAKE INITIATIVE AGAINST THIS FRAUDULENT APPROACH FROM AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES AND THAT I WILL GET MY HEADSET REPAIRED/REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE.

                      i entirely agree to this incident, i am an eye witness to such incidents, where the customer was ill treated in the same way. i hope the authorities will take notice and make a prompt action against these frauds

                        I am from ranchi and my sony ericsson K550i is in warranty period . i had some problems regarding insert sim about 2 months ago . I went to your sevice centre situated at MAIN ROAD , RANCHI . They solved the problem but the repairment created problems like it is turned off now n then with a lots of hanging and white screen display. The battery also is not working properly.I went to the service centre many times but they return the phone wiyh the problem unsolved . please cooperate
                        The right navigation key and right button is not working. And the batteryis getting discharged very soon since a few days. also it 's also having problem in capturing range.

                          I had bought the set on 14.08.2009.Immediatly the set erased data on memory chip three times.I went to the service station and updated the software three times but the problem remains the same.Then the concerned service station requested the company officials to change the set but they didnt accept and changed its PCB.But afterwards the phone didnt get signal.And i took the phone to the service station.They tried to sought out the problem but didnt get any result and now I want to replace the set because from the very beinning i bought, it didnt work properly
                          i had bought the set from Jyoti Cmmuniction Ptiala on 14.08.2009.Immediatly the set erased data on memory chip three times.I went to the service station and updated the software three times but the problem remains the same.Then the concerned service station requested the company officials to change the set but they didnt accept and changed its PCB.But afterwards the phone didnt get signal.And i took the phone to the service station.They tried to sought out the problem.

                          I didnt get any result and now I want to replace the set because from the very beinning i bought, it didnt work properly

                            I am IITM student. 20 months back I have purchased K810i mobile phone. a month before i feel the hand set heated up when ever i'm charging the phone. one day that battery was broken while charging (due to heat). i gave to authorized service center they have taken 15 days for finding the problem and they returned my mobile. The reason they are telling mother board have problem due to short circuit in the board thats need 70% of mobile cost to rectify!!!. now that useless mobile with me... I have planned to send my mobile as 'GIFT' to Sony India.. (for showing the product Beauty). i never suggests any one to buy Sony Ericsson mobile!!! and far better to buy China mobile (to save the cost)

                            Sony ericsson k810i is not a good choice, is because this phone easy to get hot when u in a call. Other than this, this phone automatic off or restart phone. It's battery also very fast finish in 1 day tat battery is give with the box when buy the phone. So conlusion is this phone not a good choice. TQ.
                            key pad is not working fine i buy the phone in jan after 3 month my key pad total gone .

                            2.my phone jack sometime not work & camera switch some time not working.

                            dear sir/madam

                            I have brought new spiro mobile of sony ericsion on 9 oct 2010.

                            from pune.

                            sorry to say i cannot use the mobile more than 2-3 hours due to battery problem.

                            Battery shows full , when we use for 2-3 hours suddenly battery drops to low and get switch off.

                            Hardly 2-3 call my wife is attending but then also battery gets low.

                            if i use the mobile it will not last more than half hours.

                            please send us the replace battery or just check what is the exact problem.

                              I have purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile K-530i on 28.10.08. On 1.10.09, I hv display problem and I submitted the phone with their Service Center in Rohini (Near M2K) vide WO/SE309RDC10977 dated 6.10.09. Today is 9.11.09, I have not received my Mobile back and nor any satisfactory reply from thier Service Centre. I have made several calls on [protected], every time they are giving same reply, "we have sent your mobile to chennai and you will get call back from our office within 24 hrs. but reget, one month has passed, I have not received any reply from them. Pls. advise

                                  I had bought a sony erricson f305 phone which soon developed problems with its screen. I gave it to repair workshop of sony ericsson at lajpat nagar , new delhi.

                                  The phone has been submitted on 22/8/2009 and since then i havnt got ma phone back. They claim that parts required to repair are short. how can that be ? That sony ericsson ..the company to who makes the phone is short of its parts?

                                    i had purchase a mobile set(sony ericsson W580i) dated:-12/07/2008 from:-life style, shop no:-7, subham market complex, ram mandir squre, bhubaneswar, phone no:[protected], mob:-[protected].tin no:-[protected].after two months the hand set had some problem it was sorted out by sony ericsson customer service centre dated-20/09/2008 (case id:-20B[protected] again after four months the hand set had some problem it was sorted out once again by sony ericsson customer service centre dated:-18/03/2009(case id:-SEO[protected]) after second service i asked the customer service officer to change my hand set & issue a new hand set on its place, but they denied.& told that the problem will not occur again .Again after warrenty period on dated :-07/10/2009(case no:-SE309RBH11343) and charges for it was Rs. 306/-.After repair on the same day in the evening the hand set dead & not function, again i asked the customer service officer to change my hand set & issue a new hand set on its place, but once again they denied & told that i will be charged for what ever expenses occurs.

                                    From date of purchase I m facing lot of trouble like network problem, memory problem, Handset hanging problem, etc. I have rectified above mention issue 3 to 5 times at near by service station. It get rectified those issue an again in period of 1 or 2 month I receive those problem. Now since guarantee / warranty period got over, service center are charging me around Rs.2000/-.
                                    I m facing lots of trouble and I do not have any extra handset. Therefore I request you to do needful thing as soon as possible.

                                      w 205 is not working ok with pc/ data cable as only file transfer mode. With so many complaints around it is surprising what Sony Ericcson is doing puting this type of half cooked product is just like pressing self destruct button.                                       SE w205 is a waste and worst phone I have ever seen in Sony Ericsson product range..
                                      sir with so many complaints regarding no sync with the pc suite, why is it that SE is not even concerned about it!!! and no replies at all!!!
                                      i somewhere saw a solution to connect internet through w205...
                                      that guy answered it as SE representative!!!

                                      but that was of no use...he was mentioning to follow the steps:
                                      settings>connectivity>USB
                                      then to enable the pc mode to be visible!!!

                                      but as i aproached the the USB screen...
                                      the USB option was disabled...and gets only enabled only when the phone is connected to the computer directly using a wire!!!
                                      and when connected...and selected USB...it automatically goes into file transfer mode!!!

                                      then how am i supposed to use the pc mode to use internet on laptop through w205!!!

                                      i've always used SE products and and always admired them...and never found any chance or possibility of poor service...but with this product...i've started to think otherwise...

                                      the product is a big disappointment!!!
                                      and with so many complaints...still no response/action from SE!!!

                                      HI,
                                      i bought sony w205 phone and after some month the phone died on me, not turning on.
                                      i went to the service center to get it repaired , they checked it and sent it to repair in pune .
                                      after 1 month my phone came from there and i went to collect it .
                                      And what they said is the phone cannot be repaired and they also cannot provide a new phone or refund to me.
                                      The phone is still under warranty , i left the phone there only and don't see any help to get this issue fixed.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have purchase Sony Ericsson W705 on 23-Oct-09 from Mobile Store in Rajkot, &

                                        on 4-Nov-09 my call register was empty so i tried to open the Phone contact even dat was empty & phone was shutdown so tried to restart the phone but only the key pad was light up without display on the screen.

                                        So i took the phone to my nearest authorised& certified Sony ericsson service center KAIZER Telecom-Navi Mumbai were i was been told that the mother Board is Faulty after trying to reload/upgrade the software.

                                        I even went to Near by Mobile Store & asked them to replace my Phone by New one they agreed to do so once they received the DOA from SonyEricsson.

                                        I am extremly diapointed & annoyed by this issue that the New High end phone fron Sonyericsson is getting fault winthin period of 12 days.

                                        I insist to replace this phone instead of repairing.

                                        Sony Ericsson Mobile — repairing of new sony ericsson mobile w705

                                        only 4 month old mobile got mother board problem.given to authorised service centre,ranchi vide workorder no.SE09RTJ10816 on 9.9.09.no further response from centre.

                                        Sony Ericsson w705 — did not get mobile in one month

                                        sir i have given my handset for repairs to service centre of sony ericsson in lucknow sonic infotech centre and that was in warranty also, i have given my handset to them on 06th may 2011 and now its is near to a month they didnot provide me the same even they a talkig in a very rude manner,on 29th may 2011 they asked me to provide me the set i have given them 2 more days to solve the matter properly and i reached there on 31st may 2011 actually i work in bank of baroda and i dont take any leave because i am in cash branch and i have to take care of public then also according to them i reached there to get my handset first they said that they unfortunately have lost the battery of my handset and then they said that you dont have provided the backcover of the handset after looking to all these carelessness i have lodged the complaint to there service centre but still there are no serious efforts to recover my handset so i request you to please look into the matter and help me to recover my set with ease because it is creating mental tension to me
