New Mobile Not Working Service Pending for 45 Days

Purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile Model W350 from Sony's Authorised Shop. at Jabalpur. Mobile Stopped working after 15Days. We have given the Mobile to Sony Service Centre IT Solution at Jabalpur on Sept 14 2009 wide their workorder No. SE309IT110314. Tday is Oct 23 2009 & still Service Centre or Sony People are not giving proper response.
As the Mobile I've purchase has manufacturing defect & it should be replaced...

Spares availability

I had purchased Sony Er mobile ( Model K790i) from Pune( Maharashtra ) in the Year 2007 and where I still reside. This phone has recent problem related to the key pad as I initially thought.

Defective DVD drive under Warranty

I would like to share with you chronology of events as follows:

1) Defect in DVD drive was discovered and reported to SONY SERVICE CENTRE at Kasturiba Nagar, Chennai on 09th Oct 2009. At this point of time, barring DVD drive Laptop was functioning properly. LCD Bravia..

I want to highlight the problem of mis management of customer care in SONY corp.
I lodged a complaint with them four months back but till date no one has visited to fix the problem.
Everytime i call up Service center they will keep on transferring the call from one desk to another.

Can some one look into this issue.

I have given my Sony ericsson G 900 mobile to service centre at chandigarh as its touch screen was not working and i was unable to receive any call & its battery back up was also low.(Its just 5 months old set & its duly covered under warranty)

Defective set

I had purchased the subject LCD TV from M/s Behl Associates Dehradun (Unit Sl. No.6802697) on 07.09.2007. Handset could not retrieved.

I have Sony Ericsson G900 phone. It is under warranty. About a month ago, it started showing some problems like: 1] Hanging, 2] auto switch off, 3] problem with touchscreen.
