I am ABHISHEK Malik from Rohtak City, Haryana (India-91). with an adrres of the 828/14 guru nanak pura, rohtak-124001.
i have a handset of Sony Ericsson F305 with an IMEi no of [protected] with black color look.
My handset purchasing is 12, Jan 2009. i recently submitted my handset at Swastik Systems ( Shop No-07
Bapu Aasharam Market, Chotu Ram Chowk, zrohtak-124001.
almost more then 1month has been gone and i am still waiting for my handset for he conformation to be repaired.
i am not getting why you guys are taking so much tme to repair my handset.
my job sheet complaint numbers is SE309SSM10536 and the problem related with the handset is Swtich On/Off
with no display no correction in slow down process.
I am your regular customer and m dually dissatisfied with your services.i recently submitted my Sony Ericsson Xperia
handset for new Body skin setup. that is still under progress n you know more than 2 months has been done.i already
submitted my handset for a mutual software problem many times.I think Sony Ericsson just believe in selling products.
you guys are so irresponsible for your services and customer support.
you guys already delivered me a bloody brusty handset with a lot of problems pre-installed. i want a box banded handset with
an warrenty neither m gonno complaint about your service in consumer court. if i cn't tolrate your
brusty factor of customership.Its not my fault that i purchased your bloody handset and i will collect your evidence against your
irreregular sevices.I am not getting any support from the customer service centre in rohtak. each and every time when i visit the
service centre theytold me to have patience about the services. i paid 8200/- for my new handset and i want a new handset at any cost.its getting
enough for me to tolrate your serices.........


I got a call from Mr. Deepak Kak (RTEServices) regarding my Sony Ericsson F305 on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at sharp 5:42 (GMT New Delhi, India). He told
me that Sony Ericsson will surely change my pre-defected handset Module with a new Box Packed Sony Ericsson
F305 I told him about my problem for my handset. I recently register and submitt my handset for a Display and Emergent
switch ON/OFF problem.I wrote an e-mail regarding the bad and non-responsible customer support of Sony Ericsson to Mr.
Deepak (RTEServices)..
Mr. Deepak Kak (RTEServices) have been told me the actual aspect about their Customer Support. He commit me to deliver a Box
Packed Sony Ericsson F305 as i have been mentioned in my previous E-mail. But now again the question is about your fake
commitments. The certified Service Centre at Rohtak City (Swastik Systems) is not delivering me any Box Packed. The Service
prefessional doesn't have any information regarding your fake commitment.They told me clearly that they are not gonno deliver
any Box packed Sony Ericsson F305.

What a miss-Syncronization you guys have in your own team.
Interesting is that, even the developers dn't know what they had been embeded in their Mobile Device.
The Award winning Technical Support and CSE is playing Blame game with their customers.
You guys just believe in selling mobile device instead of maintainning the CSE and Better Service facilites.
Now the Senior Personnals Starts proning the fake commitments.

Your support is just like a freek, a bunch of crooks. Mr. Deepak said something but Service Centre doesn't maintain
type o[censored]pdated info about my Box Packed Sony Ericsson F305. I already submitt my handset and i am not gonno
collect that piece of junk from there anywhere.
Whatever a legel terms and conditions said, in terms of Application. I done that, i send an application E-mail, Got fake feedback
and your roll-on statements. I just want all my JobeSheets history from that Service Centre at rohtak including all my service details,
parts found defected, Service Crieteria, and Specially how many times you guyz have been changed and reparied that handset from
the vary first day of my purchasing that bloody mobile Device.
That service presonnal Staff doesn't providing me any feedback according to your statements. hopefully you CSE will provide me the Service
Detail history of my Sony Ericsson F305. Now i don't think so anybody could help me in your Entire Organisation Sony Ericsson.
So i think Mr. Deepak, its much better to seek some legal aspect for my Money, Time, Resources and intention that i paid for your non-sense CSE and servicing facilities instead of requesting to your Company.
I try to contact many professionals in Sony Ericsson (RTEServices) but thry are ignoring my issue and just chilling out.
I think Sony Ericsson likely to be inquired by a Consumer Forum Board rather than inquiring a Customer.

just go and consult with your technical experts about all the details that u have been mentioned in Sony Ericsson F305 Website as:
1. Phone could be used as a modem.
2. Worsty PC-Connectivity
3. hangdown from a vary first day
4. Music Player problems
5. memory enhancement problems.

and specially the BAD CSE and FEEDBACK to all the customers.

I GAVE MY CELL PHONE TO THE LOCAL SONY ERICSSON SERVICE CENTRE LUCKNOW, HAVIND PROBLEM IN IT AS :- HANGING, SLIDER & HANDSET KEYS LIGHT NOT DERE. I SUBMITTED MY HANDSET ON[protected], AND TODAY IS[protected], 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT STILL I HAV'NT RECIEVED MY SET, AFTER SENDING REGULAR MAILS TO THE COMPANY ALSO, NO SOLUTION GOT TO US TILL DATE.

Sony Ericsson — abt my handset

I was purchasedd a sony ericsson handset f305 on 29th april2009 from faridabad.but handset is not working propley from next day.On day 30 th i went the shop where i purchase it.The shopkeeper say that its only software problem.actual problem is in no network problem.for the same problem i have been already submit my handset in sony ericsson service centre in three times.they are always upgrade software and give me aftre four of five days. when i receve my handset i found same problem and next day i sumbitted again..i am facing so many problem from there.they are not giving a proper response.i called so many in the sony ericsson help line.[protected].and my help line complaint id no is[protected].i have so many complaint id.but when i make a call they are not giving a proper time or response.when i make a call in service centre they are using this word(apbi mam apka handset yahi par hamhera pass padha hai.hamhe abhi tak company se koi response nahi mila hai.agar ap le jana chahte tho ese hi le jao)now i am toatlly helhpless.i want yr help.or make sure you wil be also help me.suman pandey (my contact no is [protected], [protected]

Sony Ericsson F305 — Frequent dousing mode

I too have a problem. It doesn't recieve calls if left unused for some time say 4 to 5 hours. This problem persist mostly In the mornings becuase the phone is not used at nights. Service centere Kizer electronics reloaded the software but still the problem persist. Now they say I need to leave the phone for 10 to 15 days to send it to the company. How will I manage without phone in this period. Wrote to company but no resposnse from them.

Sony Ericsson F305 — very poor service

Hi Sir
My name is Chaman kishor I'm using Soney ericsson f-305. It's only two months to purchaged that handset and i'm having lots of problem on that set. After that I submited that set on Soney ericsson service centere at Laxmi Nagar on 4-sep.-2009. with work out no. SE309VSV11837.
They gave me five days to collect that handset but when I talked to Inderjeet Singh there who sit at front desk he continusily gave me more and more days to come for collecting that set. It's now 14-sep.-2009 and they'r saying me to wait more ten to fifteen days. This is my first time expericence when I purchaged Soney ericsson set and its very bad experience of mine.
I just want to see your attention on this.
I hope you'll take personal interest to look in to this matter.

My Sony Ericsson F305 is suffering from the same problem.
Incoming caller gets message that the phone is off, even my phone is on and has full network.
I got my phone's software change. Problem still persisted. The sevice center in ahmedabad then sent the phone to delhi for further check. I got it back after 20 days with its main board changed. Still the problem persists. I think this is a major problem. Sony should take this phone out of the market and give refund to all those facing this problem!
Its must be changed.with another model...!!!.as per user opiniion...as he used the model for 11 months...!!!
i agree with Abhishek Malik...Sony Ericsson service s are very painfull...so i advice you to go to consumer forum and claim for an harrasment amount of ruppees 6lakhs...better punishmen for Rajesh Sahni
according to my talk with Abhishek Malik over telephonic conversation...Sony Ericsson Head must need to resign from his profile...even he dnt know how to talk with customers...!!

Sony Ericsson Customer Support is mainly responsible for their loose in indian market. I am working in Sony Ericsson so i kow better. What kind of persons they are. I request Abhishek to keep continue in your fight with those guys.
