Six months back i brought this mobile (G503-Sony Ericsson).In between these period,i complainted three times in an authorised sony ericsson service Center about its poor body quality (its getting shade)and anothrer is getting resetted in between calls. But upto now they didnt provide any proper response to change its body. The company offer 1 year warrenty condition. During this period also they didnt provide correct response.pls...

This is my third email with regard to the same issue stated below and i still haven't got a clear solution to what has happened with the camera. I hope somebody is reading these emails, on the other way round too i am not getting connected to any of these telephone numbers from this morning Ph: 64569934/35/41155171. The phones are ringing but nobody to answer the same.

I bought Sony Ericsson w705 in March 2009 for 16,200 Rs. In nine months it troubled me for 3 times, Each time I have to visit the service center and wait for many days without my phone, I spent the money to utilize the phone not to be harassed. now its under warranty so they are not charging anything but it consumes my precious time, petrol, I am harassed and I really want either to change my phone with any other phone of sony or to exchange...

I purchased Sony Ericsson w30i in june 2009 and its flap broke up in august. i contacted nearest service center in Indore for the same but they couldnt arrange for it as they say that its not available with the company.

I had purchased a digital camera of sony make on[protected] from authorized sales outlet of Sony i.e. Parikh Sales , City Center, Dhanbad. First of all they do not given me bill when asked only challan issued. Now camera is not functioning. when contacted i have been informed that battery is not functioning and battery does not cover any warranty. If a battery fully damaged withing 3 months company sould liable or not...

I brought SONY VAIO laptop VGN-CS25GN/B from ezone, bangalore in May '2009. Initially every thing was smooth... after 5 months issues started: first with the LCD. A thin blue/ green/ pink [I don't exactly remember the color] horizontal line started appearing at the bottom of the screen..

took it to service station, they replaced the LCD and gave it back after 10 days...

after 2-3...

since yesterday my cell is promting this message "Ciphering not provided by operator. insecure transmission", and due to which contact names have changed to some encoded names and i'm not able to view my contact list also, hence i'm not able to contact any one in my contact list. i get this message when ever i receive or dial a call. pls help. its causing a major problem....
