I am ABHISHEK Malik from Rohtak City, Haryana (India-91). with an adrres of the 828/14 guru nanak pura, rohtak-124001.
i have a handset of Sony Ericsson F305 with an IMEi no of [protected] with black color look.
My handset purchasing is 12, Jan 2009. i recently submitted my handset at Swastik Systems ( Shop No-07
Bapu Aasharam Market, Chotu Ram Chowk, zrohtak-124001.
almost more then 1month has been gone and i am still waiting for my handset for he conformation to be repaired.
i am not getting why you guys are taking so much tme to repair my handset.
my job sheet complaint numbers is SE309SSM10536 and the problem related with the handset is Swtich On/Off
with no display no correction in slow down process.
I am your regular customer and m dually dissatisfied with your services.i recently submitted my Sony Ericsson Xperia
handset for new Body skin setup. that is still under progress n you know more than 2 months has been done.i already
submitted my handset for a mutual software problem many times.I think Sony Ericsson just believe in selling products.
you guys are so irresponsible for your services and customer support.
you guys already delivered me a bloody brusty handset with a lot of problems pre-installed. i want a box banded handset with
an warrenty neither m gonno complaint about your service in consumer court. if i cn't tolrate your
brusty factor of customership.Its not my fault that i purchased your bloody handset and i will collect your evidence against your
irreregular sevices.I am not getting any support from the customer service centre in rohtak. each and every time when i visit the
service centre theytold me to have patience about the services. i paid 8200/- for my new handset and i want a new handset at any cost.its getting
enough for me to tolrate your serices.........


I got a call from Mr. Deepak Kak (RTEServices) regarding my Sony Ericsson F305 on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at sharp 5:42 (GMT New Delhi, India). He told
me that Sony Ericsson will surely change my pre-defected handset Module with a new Box Packed Sony Ericsson
F305 I told him about my problem for my handset. I recently register and submitt my handset for a Display and Emergent
switch ON/OFF problem.I wrote an e-mail regarding the bad and non-responsible customer support of Sony Ericsson to Mr.
Deepak (RTEServices)..
Mr. Deepak Kak (RTEServices) have been told me the actual aspect about their Customer Support. He commit me to deliver a Box
Packed Sony Ericsson F305 as i have been mentioned in my previous E-mail. But now again the question is about your fake
commitments. The certified Service Centre at Rohtak City (Swastik Systems) is not delivering me any Box Packed. The Service
prefessional doesn't have any information regarding your fake commitment.They told me clearly that they are not gonno deliver
any Box packed Sony Ericsson F305.

What a miss-Syncronization you guys have in your own team.
Interesting is that, even the developers dn't know what they had been embeded in their Mobile Device.
The Award winning Technical Support and CSE is playing Blame game with their customers.
You guys just believe in selling mobile device instead of maintainning the CSE and Better Service facilites.
Now the Senior Personnals Starts proning the fake commitments.

Your support is just like a freek, a bunch of crooks. Mr. Deepak said something but Service Centre doesn't maintain
type o[censored]pdated info about my Box Packed Sony Ericsson F305. I already submitt my handset and i am not gonno
collect that piece of junk from there anywhere.
Whatever a legel terms and conditions said, in terms of Application. I done that, i send an application E-mail, Got fake feedback
and your roll-on statements. I just want all my JobeSheets history from that Service Centre at rohtak including all my service details,
parts found defected, Service Crieteria, and Specially how many times you guyz have been changed and reparied that handset from
the vary first day of my purchasing that bloody mobile Device.
That service presonnal Staff doesn't providing me any feedback according to your statements. hopefully you CSE will provide me the Service
Detail history of my Sony Ericsson F305. Now i don't think so anybody could help me in your Entire Organisation Sony Ericsson.
So i think Mr. Deepak, its much better to seek some legal aspect for my Money, Time, Resources and intention that i paid for your non-sense CSE and servicing facilities instead of requesting to your Company.
I try to contact many professionals in Sony Ericsson (RTEServices) but thry are ignoring my issue and just chilling out.
I think Sony Ericsson likely to be inquired by a Consumer Forum Board rather than inquiring a Customer.

just go and consult with your technical experts about all the details that u have been mentioned in Sony Ericsson F305 Website as:
1. Phone could be used as a modem.
2. Worsty PC-Connectivity
3. hangdown from a vary first day
4. Music Player problems
5. memory enhancement problems.

and specially the BAD CSE and FEEDBACK to all the customers.

i had a telephonic conversation with Abhishek malik means the way they used to scroolll over their services is the best notification against them.


Ask the SOny Ericsson to provide you a replacement as per ur choice neither dnt leave them alone.
Sony Erisson provided a replacemnt to abhishek with c510 but that's also used...what is this man.

means they have the packing machines to pack the materials in back office. i recenlty got a D.P.A from lucknow service centre.. it meant they sell my used unit..

m shilpi from delhi i purchased my handset f305 from delhi dated on jul 19, 2009 i purchsed it 4 internet purpose i m havng aircel sim in vch surfing is free but its not working in my sonyericsson handset ...i realy purchased for internet piurpose i dnt kno why u an ur all CCE provide wrong infn to cutomer ...




we r havng no extra money to purchsed dis type of dump handset...
Imam charu sethi from new delhi. As per the comment problem posted here, i found that sony ericsson need some correction in their management...better if they changed their Service head for better performance. That bussy is gone from his head.

Sony Ericsson convert my W580i in a junk. just after 5 processings at service centre thay guys repair it such a way that it become a useless.

Sony Ericsson is just selling their products, the time has been gone, when they guys were fsmous for services, noe they all are bunch of crooks.
i am also a victim of Sony Ericsson F305. They rerpaired my k770i foystick and my display went off...so better to say byee byee to sony Ericsson..switch to nokia.
ALL HANDSETS ARE BAD QUALITY...The Nokia N95 is a highly capable mobile handset that offers the user high quality ... This phone has many good points, as cmpare to sony handset ...
becz its not havng good feature...

F305 mobile phone — poor performance

since purchase i have faced the poormost phone i have ever bought.I bought it as a gift for my wife on 8.5.09 but from the next day become defective for hanging & screen scramble problems.From the shop - 'planet m' mall road kanpur where i have got it, is now closed. Phone is still at sony repair tcentre,swaroop nagar,kanpur thr' planet m rep whjm i could find hardly. no one is listening. phone is fourth time submitted for repair. what is the policy of planet m or sony erricsson I donot know but I am suffering.My gift has become a curse for me.i hardly could use the phone for 15 days in last six months. i purchased it for 8000 rs and present cost also down to 6200 rs so no resale option is for me.as per service centre once they changed the internal system.I request company should replace the set with some better otherwise i wnt to complain at consumer forum.

I had asked to change the body of the handset. they have changed it but it is duplicate as it broke within week. i had once again taken to the care centre but they are unwilling to do it. they have charged me 1200 for the same. i request u to ask the care centre to either change once again the body or return my money back

i have a problem with my new hand set f305when i open the flap it show me only white screen i have done formatting process but there is no change it is only showing white screen
I brought Sony Ericsson F305 in 2009 not even a year old, i faced white display problem many times. And in addition to this it takes more than a month to get this repaired from service center. But still the problem stays.

FEW MONTHS BACK (ON 27-7-10) I HAD SOME PROBLEM IN MY HAND SET SO I TOOK IT TO YOUR NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE ON 28-7- 10 (SUDAMA BHAWAN,BORING ROAD CROSSING,BEHIND HEERA PANNA JEWELLERS PHONE[protected] PATNA.NOW WHEN I ASKED THEM AS TO WHEN ILL GET MY HANDSET BACK THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE OTHER STAFF TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL GET INFORMED TOMORROW...AND THEY GAVE ME A ROUGH RECIEVING OF MY HANDSET IN WHICH THE WORK ORDER NUMBER AND THE COMPANY NAME OR REGISTRATION NUMBER OR SONY'S LOGO WAS MISSING WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THIS THEY MISGUIDED ME...AND EVEN THEY DIDNT TOLD ME MY COMPLAINT NUMBER...( I THINK ITS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE FOR YOUR COMPANY REPUTATION)

THE VERY NEXT DAY ON 29TH -7-2010 I WAITED FOR THE CALL..BUT I DID NOT RECIEVED ANY CALL FROM SERVICE CENTRE..SO I WENT ANOTHER DAY ..THEY SAID -- WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE WILL MAKE YOUR HANDSET..BUT AFTER FEW MORE DAYS WHEN I VISITED AGAIN THEY TOLD ME SIR ITS NOT READY....UP TO NOW I HAVE VISITED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE MORE THAN 4 TIMES (TILL[protected]..THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST..AND TODAY WHEN I ASKED FOR MY COMPLAINT NUMBER AND ORIGINAL RECIEVING OF MY HANDSET THEY MADE ME WAIT MORE THAN 1 HOUR...SO WHEN I GOT THE RECIEVING THEY ASKED ME FOR MY SIGNATURE....ALONG WITH MY SIGNATURE I HAVE MENTIONED THE DAY AND DATE ON WHICH I GAVE MY HANDEST TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE....NOW IM WAITING FOR MY HANDSET MORE THAN 75 DAYS AND VISITED MORE THAN 4 TIMES.

NOW IM IN GREAT MENTAL TENSION AND HARRASMENT ...I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY NOW I HOPE YOUR SERVICE CENTRE WILL STOP MISGUIDING YOUR PERMANENT CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP PURCHASING AND USING YOUR SEVERAL OTHER PRODUCTS..

I have a problem with my hand set f305when i open the flap it show me only white screenafter showing the white sreen there is no other way to stop it, there i have shutdown the phne illegally that is open the battery then restart it again.
