I gave the Below complaint letter to the Accsel Front Line sony ericcson Service center but still they didn't take action. Past five months i am suffered a lot. i ask for the replacement of the New mobile or the money. but still i didn't received.

Dear Sir,
Sub : Complaint regarding mobile service and the service center. Garage –De-Telecom-Cnn, T. nagar, Chennai -18.
Sir with regard to the above I had purchased Sony Ericsson mobile K550i from poorvika, pandybazar, T.nagar, ch-17. we had hardly used it for 3months. The mobile got hanged we gave it for servicing in the above service center. They asked to come after 2das when we went they said the mother board had to be changed it will take 15 days. When we called them several times there was no one to pick up the phone. We went personally again they said it have not come again it will take 15 days. After 15 days we went and asked Mr. Vaniappan told the board has come but the speakers are not working asked us to come after 3 days, we called them to check whether the mobile is ready no response. We went directly they gave us a mobile which was not ours the front and back panel and the keys were so scratched and ugly. Then we shouted at them and refused to take delivery. They asked us to come next day. We went they changed another panel which was some what better then. We asked for our panel ad Battery they replied in local local language abusing us saying if you are willing to take it or if not leave it we cannot do any thing. Then M/s. Amudha who sit in the reception came forward to help us. She was the one who received the complained and it was mentioned that the set was given foe the repair with the battery. She asked us to come after 2 days she will give us a new battery. We went and collected it. The camera clarity and the images were not proper we again went they said since the software is installed the original clarity will not be there.
Subsequently a complained was logged on website. We got reply staring to again given it to the same service center on23.9.08. We asked for replacement they refused to take the complained. The way they behaved was very rude and we are very sorry to say how Sony Ercisson would have such service center. We were annoyed.
Meantime w received a call from Mr. Sooraah.G. From Accel Frontline Global It Services. Asking us too takes delivery when we refused, he requested us to come in person and meet him we went to his office at Greems road met him with another person Mr. Venkatsh –Reginal Head, and we explained every thing. He called Mr. Vanniyappan Garage De Telecomm service and asked to replace new panels and request us to collect from Garage De telecom center. We went and collected the panel was changed but the key buttons are very worse. We had again given it in Accel front line for replacement of new mobile phone and behalf of Garage DE Telecom we want Sony Ericsson to pay Compensation for keeping our mobile phone such long time where we went a loss of nearly 50, 000 and for the termentation and very bad experience. Kindly reply us. Please don’t force us to take legal action. We will wait for One week from the date of our complaint.

W580i/Black(Sony Ericson Mobile) — Misbehavour of service center
I Have purchased W580i sony ericson mobile phone from GARG ASSOCIATES, Model Town West, Ghaziabad for Rs. 12500= with proper bill. My IMEI no. is [protected] on 17.09.2007. After few months o[censored]se it gave me problems reagrding functioning. I went to the above dealter. He told me to contact your service center namely DEEP SERVICES, Nai Basti, Ghaziabad. I went to DEEP SERVICES for repairing of my mobile. He assured me to repair it in a weeks time. After a week I inquired about my mobile he dogged me for another weeek. As such he dogged me for few more weeks. Yesterday, it crossed the limits when DEEP SERVICES owner told me that we are not responsible for dealy and even repairing of the said phone. The height was he told me that why you purchased the sony ericson phone only. We people had not come to your residence to sell the mobile phone. These were the words of your service centre person representing sonly ericson. I got surprised and also he misbehaved with me in other sence also. I am a person of repute and am having hotel business in centre of Ghaziabad. How can he behave like this with me and even defame your brand sony ericson. How people will go to buy your product, if your service centre behaves like this. I have not got even my phone till now and I am not intersted in facing that person also. I am lodging this complait of firstly not getting my mobile repaired for a month and secondly against the behaviour of your DEEP SERVICES center. If some action against is not taken against this perticular service center and my mobile repaired or replaced as a new one, I am forced to go to Cosumer court for lodging complaint regarding both the above issues. My present mobile no. [protected] and my address is PANDIT HOTEL, 7- GT ROAD, Ghaziabad. If you people are interested in redressal of this complain, I am ready to wait for your reply for a week only. I am not going to collect my mobile from that person of rude behaviour. Let my phone remain with DEEP SERVICES if repaired also.Thankx
