HI,
i have sony ericsson K810i .i am facing th eproblem in its key board .
i visited th eservice center in gurgaon .

This is the worst service center i have seen .
i visted three times her ebut he has not repired my phone .
first day, he has told his system is faulty so if my phone is under warranty he cannot repired.
After one week, again it was his answer.
when next time i went ther eon sunday even at 1:40 pm he has refused to take my phone .as he has told me that service center close at 2 pm .
as i told it is still 1:40 .he has refused that he can not take it.
so i ma fed up with this service center .Atleast in future i will not do such misteke.never buy a sony ericsson set .

i have sony ericsson z 550i, it worked great till 1 year, but after 1 year it lost its display, it was out of warranty, i gave it to the one of serivce centre in my own city that is (haldwani) uttarakhand.they took 1600rs and after recieving the mobile back, it was having problem with the charging, i showed them back they solved it but then the camera didn't worked, i went back to them, they said now it's not our responsiblity .it's really weird when they say we are not used to work with unwarranty sets .
i m fed up with the service centre .
now never in future i will make a mistake of buying the cell phone of sony ericsson..
my sony Ericsson ph model is W350I.
I visited 2-3 times ur service centre for changing the flap of same model.
Every time he is saying that stock is not available from last 1 month.
Sony Ericsson service is very poor and service Engineer behaviour is also very bad.
now never in future i will make a mistake of buying the cell phone of sony ericsson..and I suggest to everyone never buy any product of Sony Ericsson

I had bought sony ericsson mobile model K 220I with bill no 532 dated on 13 Sep 2008 from M/s RS Communication, Alipur Delhi 36, his contact no is [protected].Sir i had gone to all your service center like Noida, Nehruplace, Okhla and Rohini but my mobile is not repaired after that i will handedover mobile to M/s Rs Communication to give me new mobile inplace of my old mobile but he refused he said you have to go to Cosumer Court to take new mobile . so i am going to file a case against sony ericsson .

I have a Sony mobile model no w700i i got a problem from last 2 months in volume control button when i give this sony erricson service centre indre(M.P.) india, all other functionality was working perfectly but when i go to the service centre they said that it has a mother board problem so the key paid and joy stick are not working properly couse of mother baord now what i do no problem is solved but got more problems in fact got mobile which is not working
I suggest to everyone never buy any product of Sony Ericsson.

I had purchased a Sony Erricsson C510 mobile on 04 Jan 2010 from The Mobile Store Kolkata and after that i am facing some problem which are briefed as under:-

1. My set's IMEI Number is[protected] and S/N Number is BX9012EPTD. Since 04 Jan 2010 I observed that the set is automatically turned off even though it was not switched off after using of 5-6 hours.Thereafter i was contact to Sony Ericsson Help Line number and told them regarding this problem and accordingly they had suggest me to show the set to the nearest Sony Ericsson Service Centre. Afterwhich I had gone to the nearest service centre situated at Vivekananda Road in the North Kolkata(Contact person Mr Manav, number is [protected] and told them the problem. They told me that it is a software problem and it is required to upgrade software. Thereafter they upgrade the software to my phone and after that I am now facing an another problem which is that whenever i connect the phone through USB cable to my computer the only phone mode is showning and other three modes, viz Media Transfer Mode, Print Mode and Mass Storage Mode is not showing. However, before upgrading the software the all four modes were shown, whenever I connect the USB cable to my computer and they asked me to choose the mode. In this regard it is intimated that I had downloaded the Sony Ericsson PC Suite from internet and installed it to my computer.
2. After facing this problem i once again contact that service centre and told them regarding this problem they told me once again to come. Then yesterday on 07 Jan 2010 i came to the service centre at Vivekananda Road, North Kolkata but unfortunately they failed to solve the problem. Sir I contact10-11 times since last 2-3 day to Mr Rajesh whose mobile number is [protected], but i sorry to say you his behavior is very rough which I never expect from a representative working in Sony and each and every times he told me either engineer is not available or call me later.Sir, I am working in Indian Army and it is not possible for me to come daily to resolve this problem and this service is not expected from a company like Sony Ericsson after buying the product only one week before. Sir, I forced to approach you to kindly look into the matter and give a solution for which I will be grateful to you.
3. Please look into this matter and give a solution otherwise i will go to the higher authority .

4. An early reply to my query will be highly solicited.

I am very much agree about the complaints SONY ERICSSON provides PATHETIC SERVICE, PATHETIC HANDSET, AND VERY POOR QUALITY of the product they use. THE PEOPLE THEY APPOINT FOR THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT ARE DISGUSTING PATHETIC PEOPLE.

I have purchased Sony Ericsson Spiro in 5th Sept 2010 from KENSH MOBILE SHOPPE AT J M ROAD PUNE. 5th of Sept 2010 my inbox was overloaded with sms though there were only 6 messages and it was showing me the message the " Out of Memory" when ever i was receiving new sms. The shopkeeper told me there might be some software problem so he kept my phone for FOUR days repair it and return me back. on 23rd of Nov 2010 i again faced the same problem in the same way the shopkeeper apologies and get it repair. In January 2011 it started to give me problem with display, Now this time instead of going to shopkeeper I went to the Sony Service Center at White House, Tilak Road, Pune, they people said there is problem with IC and they again kept my phone for 8 days with them without giving me alternate handset n i was suffering for 8 days. In April 20th i again stared to face problem with display, speed was pathetic, functional problems were there I again went to the Service Center but this time Service Center was moved to another place which is very far from my place so i went to the Shopkeeper ( KENSHA AT J M ROAD, PUNE. ) on 29th April i have submitted my handset there with frustration and the shopkeepr promissed me the madam this time i will get it done for permanent you will not face any problem with this set again, please give me 4 days. for the sake of humanity i dint spoke a single world and submit the phone. after 4 days i went to get my phone back, the person stared to appologies and again ask me for 3 more days this time also i went without any comment. after 3 days i took follow up on phone, the person on another side told me that " Madam you have given your handset to the rohan and he is on leave for 4 days" after 4 days went he came he stared me giving stupid reasons I am very much frustated with this handset and PATHETIC PEOPLE Like ROHAN and SONY Ericsson. it is 21st of May 2011 and still my phone is with those people. I event dont want it back i just want to sugest my dear friends PLEASE DONT GO FOR SONY ERICSSON EVER...

    I have had logged complaint about my Sony Ericsson W580 mobile on June 21’ 2008, because there is no sound in earphones. They have promised me for phone will be ok in 7-10 days.

    It’s has been now one and half month since I hand over my mobile to sony ericsson’s local server center. Since then I am following with almost on daily basis, visited the service center many times.

    Now after one and half month I was shocked to hear that they didn't have current status of my phone. Service center’s staff is very rude and they respond like they are doing my favor if they are repairing my mobile.

    As per them I will get mobile once it repaired but they are not telling when ?

    In between 4 month after buying a Sony Ericsson W200i got a JOYSTICK problem.
    When I handover it to a servicing center[Dalhousi, Poddar Court, Gate No-3, 2nd floor, Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata, PH :[protected]] on 9th August 2008, they told me it would be return on 12 August 2008.
    But till now they are delaying it. They are not confirming the delivery date.

    I want to ask you is it not your responsibility to handover the mobile on rigth time ?

    Hi. I would firstly like to start by saying that Sony Erricson's W900i was by far the best phone I ever had. I am however very disappointed in the fact that my service provider in South Africa (MTN) told me that they could not fix my phone for some reason. the only problem I had, was that I switched it off, and it would not come back on. They then told me to take a W850i, and I was never satisfied with it. This i made very clear to them, but they insisted that I could not have my W900i back. I now ask of you to ivestigate this matter, and I would please prefere to have the W900i again, as I have now completely for the first time switched to Noki, and I must admit that i cannot find the same quality or fetures as my W900i. This might sound funny, but I sincerely miss my W900i, and I am willing to buy another one, if this matter cannot be resolved. I am just very disgusted at the fact that Sony could not keep their prommise and provide the after sale service they bragged about when I first bought myW900i. Please contact me, as I do not inted to leave this matter.

      i bought amobile set of sony ericcson from vaishno electronics 131 mcd market gaffar market karol bagh n my mob was working all right n it was not chargeing with charger n i went to your sevice center at vibra tec patel nager i meet mr manish kanodia there n he was owner there he told me that the mob is not covered under warranty n i just baught that set bafore 2 months and since there was no responce from ur deler n ur service centervibra tec i have filled an applicatin in consumer court isbt delhi to refund my money n a claim of harresment of 20, 000/rupees on u n ur sevices related problems will be pulished in hindustan times also nthis is 2 nd time i am sending u this mail n my contact no is [protected] n i am sumit plase finish this matter or else i have filed asuit on u in isbt consumer forum

        Dear Sony,

        I had bought a pair of earphones from a shop in Dadar (W) Mumbai called Central Watch and Electronics (Adjacent to another shop called Nutan Immitation jewellery and cosmetics near Dadar station).The shopowner charged Rs. 120 for the Product which was sold in a packet that says Sony MDR-ED727. But the ear caps on the earphones came off and all the internal parts started dangling out the very same evening without any rough handling whatsoever.I m pretty sure that its a duplicate product since i expect better standards from Sony. I had gone back to the Shop to ask him about this. Needless to say, he refused to accept that he had sold duplicate stuff adding that the shop can't give any guarantee for the product irrespective of the company that the product is from.
        Just wanted to inform Sony about this so that necessary action can be taken to avoid sale of spurious stuff taking ill-advantage of faith of Sony's customers.

          i have purchases sony music system in 2005 amounting to Rs. 16500/-from Navrang audio video (p) Ltd delhi vide bill no. 10882 dt[protected]. the system become faulty on[protected]. I complaint at authorises cervice centre M/s A P Network Services, B-1, plot no 5, Sagar Comples New Rajdhani Enclave, delhi-92.Sir the above centre gave me estimate of repair for Rs.16000/-. my model no. is MHC-GN27D with serial no. 3160017.pl. verify why they have given me estimate of repair of a product (which I purchased for Rs.16500/-) Rs.16000/.

            Personally, I do not like the rough surface Sony has spent trackpads line later VAIO find it interesting to watch and boring under my fingers. That said, when I switched between the other VAIO notebooks, I quickly found that the texturing process has provided a more receptive surface than smooth surfaces are used in sony.

            I have recently taken SONY VIAO laptop, suddenly one day morning I saw that picture tube of the laptop is gone after only 2 months of purchase. I went to customer support they said it is physical damage and they are not going to provide any free service. That minute I repented why I have taken SONY VIAO laptop. Really it is the worst laptop I have ever seen. It used to hang from the first day itself. So Worst Worst Worst, customer care is evevn worst. I request you please dont purchase SONY VIAO laptop.

              i purchased a sony ericsson mobile s500i from moga.(pb).there is some natwork problem in my handest and i go to service centre of sony ericsson i.e super communication situiated at moga and my complaint id is SES08SPC10734 DT.[protected].i get my set back on 11-10-08.after 25 days i received my mobile in the same condition with the same problem.again i go to service centre and they do not give me any suitable answer and again they want 25 to 30 days for the repairing of the handset.
              is it the policy of the the co. to take 25 days for repairing the mobile or is it fault of a customer that he buy sony ericsson?

              Sony Ericsson S500i — cracked keypad

              As i have learnt that there is a problem in the black model S500i that the keypad cracks down i had faced the same problem with my handset.i had deposited my handset at one of your service centres in Pune and they replaced it under warranty yet they took 40 days to repair it .i recieved my handset on 27th march 2008 and after 2 days o[censored]se the keypad has again cracked.i very frustrated and i want a solution to as what i should do.
              you are kindly requested to assist me as soon as possible

              Sony Ericsson S500i — Bad Service

              I sent my phone for repair to SonyEricsson service centre Accel Frontline Ltd., Nehru Place, New Delhi on 25 April 2008.

              As on 05 May 2008, they tell me that they have not recieved the required parts from SonyEricsson.
              SonyEricsson is a multinational Company selling a consumer product. The delay is amounting to heavy mental harassment. Their call centre at [protected] is of no help.

              I really am not interested in owning the product of a Company with this Quality of Customer Service.

              Company's level customer satisfaction - I would say they score 0 on 10.

              Never Ever buy a sonyericsson phone

              Now, I want to disassociate with a Product of this Company and get some mental peace along with it.

              it's been more then a month since we have given our s5001 handset to b.m services ludhiana sony erricson's service centre at ludhiana fr repair (phone is under warranty).
              we were told there is a slight problem in ringer, and we can collect the handset tomorrow i.e 2/9/08.it's more then a month and some day they say the pcb is faulty, then they say it is not available, then they say the pcb that came is faulty, then they say we'll replace the handset.
              we are being harrased unneccassarily.moreover our business is being effected.
              almost 10 mails have been sent to sony erricson, unfortunately there has been no positive response.
              it's irritating and discouraging.
              we'll be glad if anything can be done by you.

              Sony Ericsson S500i — giving problem from the second month

              I bought my mobile at an univercell show room in Chennai. From the second month it started giving me problem
              1)camera was not working
              2)display problem
              3)keypad
              4)charging place
              i bought a sony ericson phone in february 2008 i had the phone 2 months and the number 3 button cracked i sent it to the o2 shop and they sent it away to be repared a month later the other keys started to crack and the space button did not work and this month the speaker stopped working so i took it back to the o2 shop november 2008 and they told me that they have to send it away 3 times before they could replace the phone but whats the point in reparing it when it is going to do exactly the same. they was not much help at all, i was not impressed!!! any chance you can do anything about it?

              I purchased a sony ericson experia mini mobile just 2 months ago.It had a battery problem.I submitted the set in Accel frontline services limited, cochin, Kerala, under complaint id SE311ACH10442 on 21 march 2011 but till date (31 march 2011) no positive reply from their side. I am a regular customer of sony ericsson, due to poor service i will not buy another sony product. If you are thinking of buying one, DONT....

                I have givne my Laptop for repairs at Sony India Service Center Last month on 27.9.08. I got a call from them saying motherboard has gone bad, I have asked them to suggest which part of the motherboard has gone bad. They said they are going to reply within two days. Since then I have given a call to them 3 times but every time I get the same message.

                I personally visited the service center as well and at that time as well they have said we are going to give you call for the status. But till date nobody has given me a call asking me to collect my laptop.

                No body in Sony India is really interested in providing any information and would say the worst customer care in the world.

                In my laptop more than 2 keys are not working ata time so please provide me a solution for this.I tried stick keys option through pressing Shift key but the same result

                I have a loptop of sony vaio (model no vpceh25en) which I have purchased last year. My lap top is in warranty period. The web camera of leptop is not working properly so I summitted it to service center that is Jaypee Electronics C-54 Ground Floor Sector-2 Noida U.P. On[protected]. but till now I can't get proper respone from their side and when I am calling every time they say your request is in process and put me on hold. Now plz tell me what to do?

                  I have got a problem with my cell(w700i)key pad.my warranty period is over, then also iwent to the autherised sony eriksson service cener with a trust in their job, but the staf"s are not taking the costomers problem seriously, and they are servicing through the back side without giving d bill of service.please consider the posting of staff, so that custemers could have satisfied.

I use a mobile of your company which is in fact very good one, the model is Wi350 with a flip and when i got the flip broken i approached your customer care which is in Vidyanagar area and the lady there told me that it will take three months to procure from Chennai and will cost about Rs 400 and after 1 1/2 month i went there and asked for flip she told me Rs 500 for which i asked her to show the price list, she got annoyed and said that " if you are interested buy it otherwise no", I was shocked to hear from a lady who is supposed to convince the customer and take care of them. I say she is a mis fit in this profession. she said her is name is Archana S. I hope some will take her through what is customer service that too of an organisation like SE.

                  I HAVE DECIDED MYSELF, IN FUTURE I WILL NEITHER BUY ANY SONY ERICCSON PRODUCT NOR I WILL REFER SOME ONE TO.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    This is to inform you about my Latest Sony Ericsson K850i. I had bought this handset on 05th July’08. Only after 2 months o[censored]se I started to face multiple problems in this phone some of those were, key pad malfunctioning, phone automatically restart, phone gets disconnected when I attend the call etc. With all these problems I went to Accel Frontline Ltd. (authorised Sony service center), Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai. I submitted the phone on 13th Sept’08, my call id was MUA-SE-698649-CP. They took one month to repair my phone saying pending for part. I am unable to understand that in today’s world also do we have to wait one month for a part which is easily available at any store? When ever we try to call Accel frontline we get phone always engage I had tried for 1 hour continuously to contact service center but I got it engage always. I think this might be world’s first service center which is so busy. Funniest thing is that even on holidays we get phone engage only. Anyways after getting my handset I noticed that none of my complaints were resolved instead my shortcut key which was working fine earlier is not working now. Means they did not solved any problem but created another problem for me. When phone is repaired they even do not have courtesy to call & tell us that your phone is ready. Now even after getting it repaired I am finding that my phone is still restarting, calls are still getting disconnected because of which I have to call the caller which is increasing my phone bill, keypad is still not working properly, now another problem is added & that is my shortcut button is not working. July, Aug, Sept & mid of Oct out of 3 ½ months phone was lying at Sony service center for 1 month. Do you count these days in warranty period? Because of such poor after sales service I am thinking to tell my friends, colleagues & relatives not to buy Sony phones. Also I am thinking to use online communities such as Orkut, Yahoo chat etc. for this purpose. Please increase your service centers..

                    But as requested by your customer care executive[protected] I will still submit my phone again to same service center. I know rather I am sure once again your people will keep my phone for another 2 months will not at all work on it. After 2 months will handover me saying that all your problems are fixed. But this time if I found that none of my problems are fixed then I will have no option but to go at Consumer Forum. I am having all the necessary documents with me which will help me a lot. One of my friend has also purchased Sony K790i her phone is also not working properly. We both will go to consumer court together. Even we can gather a no of people from service center to launch complaint against you.

                    So request you to look into the matter before situation gets worse from bad.

                    Sony Ericsson K850i — Hopeless service

                    Respected Sir,
                    I own as mentioned above a Sony Ericsson K850i phone which was spoilt on the 14th of August and it was on the 16th that i gave it for service and since then a month has passed by i haven't yet received my phone. Your customer in Jamshedpur Sakchi Branch merely gives me dates that come on this date you are goin to get it. I was told that my phone was sent to chennai for repairing . Now when it has arrived they told me that the Camera of that phone was not delivered to them. I just wanna know that when am i going to get my phone and please take some severe actions on these people because they do not know to deal with their customers. I will be waitin for your mail.
                    Kindly i request you to please do the possible things as i am working at a place where my phone plays a major role. I too have to give an explanation to my higher staff where i work.

                    K850i sony ericsson — Mal functioning

                    I have bought two number of K850i cell phones. Both the cell phones are not functioning well. Very often it is mal functioning. For example it works like a virus affected cell. But both the cell phones cannot be affected simultaneously. I advice the company to go through the problem and compensate for my mobile. Other wise I will file a case against the company.

                    I went for a cellphone upgrade in late March of this year (2008), and i was pleased to see a smart looking phone attatched with a decent camera - the sony ericsson K850i.

                    I only started using it in june, since then it has been for repairs 3 times for apparent "software upgrades". The first being 5 weeks after i got the phone, then some time after, and the most recent repair took 3 weeks and i received the phone back last thursay[protected]. It went in because it, all of a sudden just stopped functioning entirely. It turned off on its own, and would not turn back on, i thought it may have been the battery, but again, they tell me it needed a software upgade.
                    The problems it has been in for are as follows: restarting by itself; all photos taken come out so dark its non-visible; the touch screen works half the time; it changes the theme by itself, initially 3 of the buttons did not work; the phone freezes; and of late, after i have received the phone back from the last repairs, it now keeps turning off on its own. I can leave the cellphone on my table for 5 minutes even and come back to it being off.

                    I thought I may have gotten a faulty phone, because I'm sure that it does happen sometimes. So i took the liberty of speaking to several friends who have the same phone, and the all gave me the same responses: that the phone was the biggest waste of time. I have even spoken to cellphone salesmen who said that they can't count how many Sony Ericsson K850is they receive for repairs.

                    If i did not need a cellphone, I would throw it in the trash - no questions asked, because the trouble of not having a phone is less frustrating than having one like this.

                    I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the phone, as I have had many ericssons before and have been extremely happy with what i received. I have never had a problem as such before and hope you can give the time of day to address this issue.

                    Sub: Complaint regarding service from Accel-Cochin

                    I had given my Sony Ericsson K850I handset for service at Accei-Cochin, 42/2207, 1st Floor, Opp. Veekshanam Press, Veekshanam Road, Cochin, Kerala, India on 30th January 2010 (Work order No.SE310ACH10464). The complaint was that when I touch the keypad buttons 4, 5, left key and down key the display would cut off. Then after 5 minutes it’ll be ok. I was not able to dial the numbers which include 4 and 5. It started when once it was fallen down from my hand. But they said that it was liquid damage. The phone was fallen on the floor of my drawing room. I paid Rs.2629.00 to get it repaired. Even though it was a big amount, I thought it of genuine service from you. I’m sorry to inform you that after I received it from you, I couldn’t use it. Earlier it was problem with only 4 keys. But now if I touch in any parts other than display, the display is cut off. I again went to the service centre to inform the status on 18th February 2010. But I had a bitter experience from them. They again recommended for the replacement of the same parts for which I had paid one week ago. They said that they are not sure about your genuine spare parts. I could go to a local service centre to get it serviced. I don’t think that they would be this much arrogant. So I request you kindly to do something at the earliest. I trust in Sony Ericsson.

                      I bought a sony home theatre music system from Vishal Enclave at Rajouri Garden on 4-Nov-2007 last year. After the purchase of one month the center speaker stops working i had complained at ur call center and the center speaker was replaced. But again in the month of January it again stops working, i again call at ur call center no. and service technician again visited 2 my home i told him to not to change the speaker but identify what's the main problem he said ok and then he goes. But there is no response of that complaint. And the time goes there was no result again in the month of June i called at ur call center no.again ur service technician visited and he changed the speaker. but again after one month the left speaker stops working and it was also replaced and now the left speaker again stops working. Now i want again not 2 change the speaker but to find where is the main fault and take some action against it

                              I am highly disapponited with the customare care service of sony ericsson service centre.
                              I have given my mobile for repaire on 26Sept08 at SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LTD. Bangalore.
                              They told collect ur set within 2 days when I went there then told sorry Sir their is problem in motherborad .We need to send ur mobile to Headoffice it will take around 2 weeks or maximum of three weeks time to repair. I called agin and every time they say Sir it wil take 3-4 more days and When I called Today (17oct08)they told you will get ur mobile on 30Oct08.
                              I do'nt rely on those ppl and i am concerned that even after taking long time they will say Sorry Sir the problem is not resolved.
                              Do any any body knows the Sony ericcson Customer care number .?

                              The handset I am talking about is a new handset. It was never used. It had a built in problem. First of all company refused to replace it. Then when I submitted it for repairs, it has taken a long time. Its more than 25 days. Even now they are not committing any date on which they will return the handset. There regular response has been 4-5 days more but those 4-5 days never seem to get over. I am really appalled by the response of the service centre. I hope that you will help me in pushing my case forward.

                              I am highly desatisfied and disapponited with the product Sony Ericsson Model w580i, customare care and service center of sony ericsson.

                              My handset w580i just worked for 2 hours. Handed over to Service Center "SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LTD. Bangalore" on 06 Oct 2008. They informed the handset is having design issue have to get repaired at headquater. As of date (18 Oct 2008) neither I got handset back or complained ID.

                              I spoke with Sony ericsson Customer Center on 11 Oct 2008 and spoke with them repetitivly however they could not provide any soulution. Customer Care is lacking skill on supporting customer. They operate without manager on floor.

                              Would like to brought to Consumer forum to know Quality of Sony Ericsson Model w580i, Customer Care center and SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LTD. Bangalore service center.

                              Since today's morning i am getting some heating problem with my phone (Sony erricson K750i), my phone was not charged in morning, and i was continously getting low battery alert. suddenly i felt some heat in my pocket and when i checked my phone out, i saw a big white spot at the screen, right that time i switched off the ph & took the battery out. After some time my phone which was heated, gets its normal stage. But now whenever i insert the battery back to my phone, its again gives the same problem. I am scared what should i do, whether should i insert the battery back so that i could charge it again or should i take it to some service center?

                              Can anyone please give me some idea what exactly the problem is? If anyone could suggest some good sony ericsson service center in Bangalore, that would be really great.

                              I just want to locked a compalin against sony ericsson, because last 4 years i am using sony phones but in my last sony phone (sony ericsson w580i) i face problem in LCD of phone within warranty period and service center people have remonve that problem but after 1 month of repairing one day my phone got dead and that time my warranty expired(12 days early). when i reached again service center they people said that your warranty period is over, so it will cost to repair is nearly 3500 Rs. because phone's mother board is dead.

                              I found their 5 same handeset with same motherboard problem, and all the person were woundering at service center last 2 month and nobody is going to take responsibilty regarding phones.

                              So i request all the people to please take extra care to buy sony ericsson set, because their battery backup and handset is now worst quality

                                i gave my phone to the sony erisccon certified service station at 105, paradise, behind park plaza, sarojani marg, c-scheme. My phone gets switch off automatically.Whenever i use to listen to songs on it it use to turn off automically.I gave my phone for servicing they told me that it's motherboard needs to be replaired. I gave my phone on servicing on 23th of september since then i have given my phone for servicing two times and i m still facing the same problem.They are not responding properly and are not telling me the problem my phone is having and not even reparing it properly. Such a service was not expected from sony ericsson. my model no is w7601 and my present job sheet no is SES08JPR20627.(which is the fourth job sheet).

But on one day, it suddenly went dead... i submitted the phone on service centre, an d they told that there is complaint with the mother board and they replaced it within 10 days...but when i got my mobile back, it shoed problems with the network..it was not able to cover networks while all of my friends got coverage...i went to the service centre again amd they told that it is complaint of the new mother board..i submitted the mobile on sony ericsson centre an trivandrum, kerala...what should i do???

                                    I am facing the same problem, I bought w580i in dec 2007, within few days my mobile went dead.I submitted it to service centre & they said it is the problem of the mother board.so i submitted it to the centre. they changed the motherboard & it took me near about 15 days.After few months i started getting problem with the network, even the same service provider gave proper network to all other phones.We complained to the service provider considering it as a network problem due to service provider.They worked on it, still i am having the same problem.we even tried to change the service provider but are facing the same problem.
                                    i have purcase w580i it work properly till 3 month then it is having problem in network so i went to customer center near air force gurgaon they told me that your network ic is not working my phone is in guarantee period they say repairing cast will be 2000 rs i said my phone is in guarantee period they saya bhan chod kutay salay aapna phone pkad kar bhag ja so i request u that khsay kutay bhitha rakhay hai jo sony ericsson dhubha day gay plz change them

                                      This is regarding the Sony Home Theatre System which I have purchased in Dec. 2007. Problem occured last month when I was trying to switch on the home theatre it was displaying Protector/Push power I made an complaint on this No. 26991205 My complaint No. is 3095034 Complaint was made on the July 13, 2008. After that I made on a daily basis call to this complaint center several time and after long two weeks long wait on July 26, 2008 a person came to pick my sony home theatre from my home. This is since then today is August 4, 08 nobody has came back to return my system the system has been taken by Ace Electronics, Rajouri Garden. I have called them several times and they are saying that The part (circuit) has come for the home theatre but the engineer who has to repalce the part has not come for the past one week. so this is the whole story. Such a POOR, UNSATISFACTORY service by a SONY
                                      BRAND I am so much tired of making and enquiring call about my system to these No.'s 26991205, 66006600, 65479450, 25432214 I am fed up. I won't buy a SONY brand in future again. It takes so many weeks to do a such a small job. Shame on you SONY people. This is really bad. This is not done.

                                      I 've read so many complaints on this website, however to my surprise, no answer of any problem has been provided on this website. What is this website for. Is it just for reading the complaints not solutions???????
                                      Similar experience with me also .I also had the 'PUSH POWER PROTECTOR' issue with my home theater DAV DZ 120K. I gave it for service three months back at Madona, Ernakulam, Kerala. I didn't get a response from them even after 3-4 weeks. So I called them and asked for the status, They replied they have ordered for the parts will update me within a week. Then no response for 2-3 weeks. I again called them, then also the same response. I called then again for a couple of times and the same answer from them. At last I asked them to return the product to give it for service somewhere else. The said I can do nothing with it since they are the only service center in kerala. I wonder why there is no other sony service center in Kerala other than Madona. At last I decided to register a complaint with Sony. After a couple of days after registering a complaint I got a call from Madona saying that component level service is not possible and have to replace the board and It will cost Rs.13, 000 . When I bought the product two years back its price was only Rs.15, 000 including all the speakers and other accessories. I didn't understand why just to replace the board takes Rs.13, 000 which is more than 86% of the product cost. If I go for a new one, now I'll get a better configuration than this for around 10K.But I have decided I will never go for a sony brand again. Their service is extremely poor. The product worth Rs15, 000 is of no use. I have used it for just more than a year.

                                        My camera was lost in Niece, France and was later found by the hotel authorities. It was sent via post ( La Poste ) to India, where it would be handed over to the Indian Postal Service for delivery.It has been 5 months since it has been sent. The Postal Service says that it is in the post office. My understudy is taking constant rounds of the post office, but to no avail.                                         It has the following features -

                                        The performance of the T100 from Sony is generally above average. Startup and shutdown speeds are above average. Shutter response is above average, too. cycle time and speed shot to shot continuously well above average. The flash that can light up a room of medium and high sensitivity, it takes 5.5 seconds to recharge after a full power shot, which is the average of any digital camera. Connected to a computer or printer USB 2.0, download speeds are exceptionally fast, virtually eliminating the need for an external drive. Ultimately, the Sony DSC-T100 is sensitive enough to handle most family photo sessions.
