I called up to customer care for many time infact I sent the mail also to sony ercisson email id but I didnt got any responnse.Infact I had two complaint nos 72203048 & 72219991.

Please help me I am fed up with the services of Sony Ericsson.

While using the Walk man the songs are getting struck up for a few seconds and then continuesly singing.why?
I have bought a sony ericsson w350i mobile 4 months back ...2 weeks back it was not getting booted..so i went to the neary by service centre which is located in chennai...jambulingam street...ie salora international...i given the mobile on 3/10/2008 at 11 o clock...they told that it will be rectified within 4 days ...after that, i called up them after 4 days...and enquired about the status...they have replied that ...there is some board problem...it will be rectified within 15 working days time..(i patitently waited)

today morning a lady called from salora international and told that my mobile is got ready ..u can come and collect the same.

with my busy scheldule and heavy work pressure, i rushed up to the store around abt 2:30 pm...and they have given the mobile to me and i put the battery and swithed on ...it was not on...then i given to the service engr..he put the charge...even then it was not on...then he told that coolly...sir pls come by tommorrow that too u pls call one mr..sundar..on his no..[protected]...and then come...

i was waited around 1 hr their..till 3:30...such a bloody...response from salora...see their mottoo

i had a good faith on sony ericsson because previously i was used sony ericsson w550i for about 2 years i didnt even visited the sercvice centre...in that faith i purchased the new model...w350i...but, their customer service is not even poor...it is worst...

i dnt have words...service centres they are making customers as fools...i know to shout...but i dont wants to deal like that and get myself tensed...for this sort of funny reasons and funny peoples...

Few months ago I bought a W580i cell phone but now some keys are getting cracked while using the same. I went to your one of Service center also at Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad (U.P.). Service center executives promised me to replace the defective Key Pad of my mobile which is under Warranty and so I deposited them my cell phone for the same. But few days back when I went there to collect my cell they told me that Key Pad is out of stock. I want to ask you if they did'nt have the Key Pad for replacement then why they submitted my cell and why they did'nt informed me before. It was not expected from any Service Center of such a reputed Mobile brand.
So please let me know how can I get my defective Mobile key pad replaced with the new one.
I hope you will help me by sorting out my problem as soon as possible.

its charger got damage and i was also facing socket problem
For the repairing, i went to your service centre in surat
They told me that your handset is out of warrenty weather its was billed me just 5 month back
with this feedback i revisited your retailer, inspite of supporting me he blaimed me tought me to purchase any handset by checking its warrenty period, as it always mention on the phone

I dont aspect this kind of response from the Brand name sony
I am using your handset since last 3 years, it was my worst experience,
Now you suggest me what to do ?

My mobile was working fine but after using for 3 hrs it used to get hang and switch off automatically. They told come in the evening we will return it.By after visiting again in the evening one lady came and told you please come on monday.But I told if not possible to service with you people return it back to me.But they disagreed because they made mobile in dead condition. So as usaull there is no way for customers infront of big name like sony ericson. Monday when I visited they didnt talk me for 1 hr. After when I started shouting on them they told it will take 5000 rupees to repair. (I can get my mobile W810i for 9000 and for repair I have give 5000) I think sony will provide this type service.They told we cant do anything it will happen for some people like this.They returned my mobile in dead condition.
Now I told them I will make a complaint on this.They told its your wish. What the hell type service provides by a company like this.I want justice to this. I want my mobile back in previous condition.If the company is having some standard, responsibility, customer satification thing means please give a solution to me or else tell in your brand that you will cheat customers from back side. I have given all detail about the service centre. I want some words back from big brand name SONY. If no response means continue your 'cheating human feelings'.
I have bought Sony Ericsson 660i 4 months back. There was slight liquid damage in it.
I took it to GNH telecom services, Sony authorised center in Noida sector 18. They completelly damaged my cell and told me that it all is due to liquid damage, Earlier my phone was at least working. Only problem was few keys were hard to press.
now it is completely useless.
If any SE guy reads this I must tell ur is the worst services in world. I wud not advise anyone to to trust these buggers SE.
If sony ericsson has any sense they shud take action against such sercice centers. I am ready tp provide all details.

i hav purchased the w760i phone on[protected].my phone is giving me the problems like charging, sound, display, restart, and many more and when i hav gone to the sevice centre of east patel nagar near, opp sidharth amarpali hotel, new delhi. they said they are sending it to company and when it came back my phone was not in that condition in which i hav given to the service centre and they talk with me very rudely and said ke they are are sendin my phone to company again and its almost 10 days past, the guys over service centre the are not giving me the proper information of my cell...my work order number is se309vtc10158 plz do the need ful and plz take action towards this service centre
these sony service centre are bull 's. i've bought a mobile (F305) on Jan 1st of 2009. Not even 6months gone i'm now with loads of problems. they are,
1. Charger/Data Cable port
2. Ear-piece not functioning
3. White display
i gave this to the bull service centre n they made me to hang around them for about 3 weeks to get these problems solved. in mean time wen ever i call'd they fool'd me with the term OUT OF STOCK. another day i call'd n ask is the problem solved, their reply was, "Sir, your keypad is a rare one we are out of stock n i'm sorry to say that the process'll delay", but the funniest thing is i never quoted that kind of problem and this phone call was after 1 week from the date of surrendering my phone to them, i got shock'd n corrected them that it was not under the given problem, for that too they said it'll take time. later another day i call'd, they told your display is doom'd, we need to change it n it'll take time. after that i left it out calling them. after 2 weeks a got a msg from them stating problems being solved. me wit lot of eager went n got my mob. after checking it i found that the quoted problems were solved but my mob got damaged severely wit lot of scratches in display n sliding regions (silver at the ends became white in colour). nook n corners of the mobile filled wit dusts made me upset ( even memory card slots were filled with dusts ). n they've not even changed my display too. further i'm unable to use it as a mobile. finally wit no other proper response i'm acting legally.

Sony customer care really sucks. I bought a dvd writer. Guys over there refuse to get it though its in warranty period. Company is Rasi peripherals (Authorised dealer of sony).
I have purchased sony ericsson mobile model no is g700 but after 20 days my mobile is not working properly ie whe I take photo through camera it’s picture is being faded or showing totally black after saving memory card. I have send my moble in sony ericsson service center and they format my mobile and memory card but problem is same remain till now dated.
i purchased w302 in a month back, the shopkeeper cheated me as he told me that his sound clearity is very good he did not show me the dumy but when i purchased i was surprised that its sound quality is very low, when i play the songs it hear only that person who is with the mobile plz help me i want to exchange it...

I have bought sony ericson J120i 1 yrs ago from a showroom (Sangeethamobile). Now, the service provider told me that my IMEI no is not genuine. I am very upset because such a big company sony ericson has such a crap, i dont know. My IMEI no is [protected] and they are not ready to help me. i have baught the sony ericsson mobil model No T-700 on 28th may 2009. after one month of purcheased dated its having lots of problem. Till date i have serviced 5 times the mobile at your service centre (location-Chennai, Tamilnadu), but the problem is not yet solved.

Problem;
1.It has hanging while incoming or outgoing calls.
2. messages automatically deleted.
3. Automatically switched off its own.

please take the necessary action within the warrenty period. your service centre people are nor servicing proberly. whether this model having own problem or not let me know.

if not i will take the necessary action through consumer court. i need a reply immideately.

I had bought Sony Ericsson's W395 on 20th of July, 2009 from hot spot, D Block, laxmi Nagar, Delhi. my bill no is 8642, tin[protected]. there are some battery problem in it so i go to service center ( opposite radhuplace ) but they don't give proper attention and make me to come again and again, each time they change it software then after hanging problem also start . After a huge effort they change its battery but after that hanging problem does not solve. I go there several time but the result was nothing. In b/w this period its warranty goes to end . I told them about this, they ensure me to solve this problem. i visit there even on last day of warranty but they told me to come later afterward they say that its warranty is ended and we will not responsible, i request him several time then after i demand for complain book then they start informal language. i have video recording of this, so i request u to solve this problem.

I have purchased Sony Erricson W80i mobile in Feb2010, but from the purchase date it starts giving me problems.
Initially it was just a memory stick problem, service center has cleared it. But from last 4 months it has speaker, range and battery charging problem. I have visited service center 3-4 times they do something after that it works for a week and again comes to the same problem.
I am frustrated about this product can you please help me.

I had bought a U100i YARI cell phone on 23.05.10 from Mobile Shop Stores in Vasai, but now the ON / OFF funtion keys are not working. I went to one of your Service center in Vasai West Maharashtra on 11.02.11. Service center executives promised me to replace the defective Key Pad of my mobile which is under Warranty within 10 days i.e 21.02.11 and so I submitted them my cell phone for the replacement of Key Pad. But today when i call them back they told me that Key Pad is out of stock.
Infact when i asked them we are ready to pay for it, they replied fine tomorrow it will be replaced.
Is it that you just give fake warranty to your prestige customers that their cell phones are under warranty and the spare parts will be replaced free of cost.
I want to ask you if they did'nt have the Key Pad for replacement then why did they took my cell and why they did'nt informed me before. It was not expected from any Service Center of such a reputed Mobile brand.
So please let me know how can I get my defective Mobile key pad replaced with the new one.
I hope you will help me by sorting out my problem as soon as possible.

    I purchased a DSC P200 Digital Camera( Serial No 2655002) From UDAY SONY DIGITAL STORE( A Division of Karthik Business Machne), #35 MAHATMA GANDHI ROAD, BANGALORE on 06/03/2006. This Product has 3 year warranty on it.
    On23rd August, I found that lens of the camera got stuck, set was not powering ON and I took it to the Sony service centre at INDIRANAGAR, Bangalore branch on 25th August 2008. They gave me the job card number ( Log Information[protected] and said that someone will call up at the number provided within 48 hours. They called up after 72 hours and said that it cannot be repaired as the MAIN BOARD is corroded and the replacement cost of this board is more than Rs.10000 approx.. Hence, it is not feasible to repair.
    Hearing this, I asked them that the Set is still under warranty, they said that they will look into the matter. I spoke to Indiranagar service branch and dissatisfied with his answers, I came out. After talking to their Customer Care number several times, I got fed up as every time I had to explain all the executives about the problem and I wanted to have word with some Technical person or some body responsible in their organization. Finally, I got a call from their side and they still repeat the same word " Board is corroded" and they are saying that it doesn't come under warranty. I asked for the image of the corroded board so that I can proceed further, they were not having any reply. Still my faulty Digital Camera is with them.

    Following are my concerns:
    Since the Camera is held with them, they may do some nasty thing to prove that the Board is corroded. As I asked for the image and they haven't given me.
    If the Set is under warranty, it is their responsibility to either repair / replace the Board.
    As the replacement cost is high, they would be trying all the possibility to proof that the warranty is void.
    In this regard, What is the genuinity of the service centre that they will not follow any sort of malpractice. Also I had heard that whenever the cost of replacement/repair goes high they try all the unethical means.
    Also I have asked for the image of corroded board, which they are yet to provide.
    How am I going to get the repair/replacement for my Camera?
    Customer care doesn't provide me the information which I seek, they always try to put you on hold and later on say that they will arrange a callback, which was not done earlier.

    Please takeup this matter, awaiting response.

      This is to inform u that I purchased a sony vaio laptop being model No.SONYVAIO VGN CR236/W serial No.SOI[protected] and also two years extended warranty from Computer World (Balaji Computers), Kolkata, 4, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Ground floor, Kolkata-700013 on March 4, 2008. They are giving me assurance that they have sent all the documents alongwith the filled up forms to sonyindia but they did not receive the extended warranty from sonyindia till date.       I BOUGHT A SONY VIAO LAPTOP VGN-CR34GN/B, AFTER 5 TO 6 MONTHS THE LAPTOP STARTED GIVING SOME MINOR PROBLEM FOR WHICH I HAD TAKEN IT TO THE TRIVANDRUM SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.THE CENTRE AT FIRST REFUSES TO ACCEPT IT SAYING THEY DONT HAVE TECHNICIAN AND HE IS OUT ON SOME TRAINING, AFTER MUCH CHASING AROUND FOR ABOUT 4 TO 5 DAYS, THEY RECIEVE THE COMPUTER AND DO NOTHING WITH IT.WHEN ENQUIRED ABOUT THE COMPUTER I DONT GET A SATISFACTORY REPLY, THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS REALLY REALLY BAD AND THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE THIS IF SONY WANTS TO MAIMTAIN ITS IMAGE AND QUALITY.

      sony world — not extended my warranty period

      i purchased a sony laptop from sahni agencies vasant vihar on 23.10.2006.
      i got the warranty extended for 2yrs on 18/10/07. i paid a cheque of Rs 5000/- in the of Sahni agencies and i was given customer copy.i was told that il get the warranty papers at my residence. in between i gav them many reminders but they said that the customer copy of the extended warranty form will do as your warranty papers. in between my laptop got a problem i gave it to the service centre but they dint accept my customer copy and repaired it out of warranty. meanwhile i talked to the owner Mr. Parminder([protected]) and he assured that he will get repaired. Firstly i dont trust him at all and he might get it repaired from outside and secondly he deposited the cheque in his own account thats way i am not geting my warranty papers, cause i called at customer care and they said we havent received any request from my side regarding the extending the warranty of the laptop.
      this is sumthing really shocking. i want my warranty papers from sahni agencies i have paid them the money. please help
      my vaio laptop warranty was expires on 14 june 2009 but my laptop bill is dated is 24 july 2008 so sony co is not allowing me to extend my warranty becoz from 12 june to 17 june i was outside from my city.
      when i came back i start my laptop that showed me some error in that. so i ran to sony service centre. and they told me that ur warranty is expired. so if any problem come we r not responsible for that.
      if the bill is dated 24 july 2008 they have to extend my warranty.

I have problem in sound device, where service centre is unable to rectify. Please provide the details about how I can resolve the problem. Right now I am in Newyork, US. The sound device is working with AV mode, but in normal windows operation, media player or skype are not working. but sound device shows working, in properties.

      Please contact Sony HQ in New Delhi and give them a formal complaint asking them to get your money refunded with interest and also cancel the licence of the Agency, for misleasding the clients.
      This you can do legally.
      You may also send them a legal notice for the same and if they dont reply you may also file a claim in the consumer forum at Qutab.
      Contact a good Advocate for more insight.

      I have heard many similar cases and the Sony World at Vasant Vihar is a B**ch.
      my laptop of sony vaio model no vgn-cr34gn/b is responding on cd/rom
      but not reading dvd.
      I have a strong feeling that their is some latent defect in DVD DRIVE of particular SONY VAIO models. SONY should recall such laptops and replace/repair them free of cost. On contrary to which SONY is not responding to geniune Warranty Claim made for my DVD DRIVE and trying to find some unreasonable excuse of not replacing/repairing the defective part.

      Dear, All World customer, and Plan to buy SONY BRAND LAPTOP,



      I Dhananjay kumar from Indian Oil, Panipat Refinery bought a VAIO laptop from Shree Geeta Electronics, GT road Panipat on 01/01/2011.The model number VPC EB36FG/B with Serial No 7005352 and bill no 2208.

      While playing the laptop the sound got few problems and the intensity of the sound was very less compared to other laptop of the same brand. The same was brought to notice of the authorized customer care of Panipat and on there part they did replaced the speaker to check whether there was any problem with the speaker but found that there was no change in the quality or intensity of the sound.

      Went to the Dealer from where I bought the said laptop just to confirm whether the problem lies with other laptop also but he refused to gave a demo with other model of the VAIO and responded in a very harsh and non-customer friendly way. Its not that i was not hurt but this will bring a bad name to the Sony the brand as such with dealer like those.

      I am really fed up with the Laptop and need to either change it with other laptop model of Sony only. I am avid user of Sony and I have full trust on Sony the brand and mall my appliances at home are from this brand only, so don’t let my trust and faith on the brand Sony diminish, no SERVICE AND CUSTOMER FRINDLY.

      Kindly do the needful in the matter

      I do have the same problem with SONY CR - VGN-CR34GN/B - The sound doesn't work properly and the CD drive doesn't work rightly now. It worked fine for 2 to 3 months from the date of purchase. Sony hasn't offered the upgrade from Vista Business to Windows 7 Ultimate.

      The response from SONY SERVICE is the worst in the country - impolite and highly irresponsible during warranty and out of warranty too - for the price we pay to buy this branded product!

      My suggestion to everyone is - don't buy SONY laptops - NO SERVICE SUPPORT.

      I bought a sony vaio laptop with serial number[protected]..It is an E-series laptop. The performance by this laptop is very bad. It gets hanged almost all the times. The copy, cut or paste procedure is also very slow. Many software that run on other laptops of Operating System Windows 7 does not run on my laptop. I have my project period running and unable to work. What am I supposed to do??

        I bought sony ericsson k530i this march and the painting around the display screen is just ripping off like a nail polish within 6 months. and now the painting is almost gone and looks like a ugly, fake one.           Hi,
          Sony Ericsson Service center (Salora International, HSR Layout, Bangalore) are worst service providers, They dont know in and out of the mobile and simply make you wait. They will take min 1 and half month to repair a mobile and you have visit their shop atleast 5-6 times and everytime u have to wait atleast 1 hour just to know that ur mobile is not repaired. If you loose your patience and talk bit loudly they will say that they are not afraid of anybody. They work like government ofiice employees. I dont still understand why Sony Ericsson pays for these guys and what would be the future of the company if it continues like that.

            Dear Sir,

            Pl.note that i am using the Sony Ericsson mobile model T650i which is under warranty, as i am facing a problem in my mobile, I have given my mobile for the repairing in authorized service centre of Sony Ericsson at M/s.Technic - Bodak dev (Phone No.[protected] on 09.09.2008 vide Service complain no.SE[protected].Their service centre has identified the problem of to replacing the Loud Speaker and Display.

            After following up with their service centre, i have got the mobile number of Mr.Samsun who is taking care of required parts from Sony Ericsson at Ahmedabad.

            On 13.09.2008 i was told by Mr. Samsun that the parts have been dispatched from chennai and the same is being confirm by Mr. Samsun ( Mobile No.[protected]) and Mr.Shelva ( Mobile no.[protected]).

            On 16th Sep. i was told that parts was to dispatched from chennai will now be dispatched from mumbai and will be received on 18th Sept.08.

            Also pl.note that I have logged in a complain to the customer service centre of Sony Ericsson vide the complain number SE-750/4233 dated 17.09.2008 and they have told me that they will come with the solution in 24 working hours i.e. 2 days from 17.09.2008 but sorry to say no reply from the company also.

            On 19th September i have called up to Mr.Basav ( Mobile No.[protected]) and he assured me that the parts will be dispatched today from mumbai and i will get my mobile on 20th Sept. 2008.

            Today i have called up to Mr.Basav and Mr.Samsun and they are again giving me the reply that since their mumbai office could not delivered the parts today, now i will get my mobile either on Monday or on Tuesday.

            Sir, i am working in a sales oriented organization and because of non availability of mobile i am losing my daily business.

            Also pl.note that as requested by their authorised service frenchisee Mr.Ketan he has given me the mobile back for temporary usiage purposes but still one spare parts of Display is not yet recived from their mumbai office which was courier on 19.09.2008.

            This is really disgusting that for repairing the mobile, company is taking so much of time to arrange the spare parts.

            Also pl.note that even if the mobile is under warranty period company employee is always extending the date on which the mobile to be received.

              i have brough Sony ericsion W910i on 23 06 08 at Wave tel velachery, ch 31.

              after three month i face problem with cell and approch the wavetell on manager Mr rajkumar on 14 09 08, he told that speaker need replcement it will take hardly one week time and taken cell for srvice and asked me to come and collect the cell next sunday (21 09 08 ).

              when i contact him through phone on 21 09 08 he told me that my cell will be get ready by tommorow 22 09 08 .

              on 22 09 08, i approach the Waveltel by 10:30 am, that time Mr Raj kumar told to come by Evening, when i approach him by 04:00 pm he agin asked me to come by 07:0o pm. ay 07:00 pm he told me due to non aviulabilty of spares we are not bale to repair my cell and asked me to come after one week.

              i do know what to do, i ma totaly feedup with this Wave tel dealer.

                Hi Sony ericsson Team,

                I’m Hitesh Pande, a customer of your esteemed Phone Sony K850i which I bought from Lifestyle Hyderabad on Jan 26 2008(IMEI no: HPM-62) .I had a small problem with my hands free and since it is under warranty, I gave it your service centre at Secundrabad (Salora international Limited)on 5th Septemeber. They informed that it would take 7-8 working days and I was ok with it. When I went after 7 days, they told that there was not stock and I should came next Saturday.I was ok with it. However, when I went on 22nd Sept, I received the same reply that there was no stock. They asked me to call and check if there was stock available. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered in my life. How can some one be so insensitive in asking the customer to call and check for stock. When complained to Mr Venkat, (RM) for the centre, he was so curt and insolent towards me and took the complaint ID number and informed that he would call back in 1 hour, which he never called back( I had to call him up and he mentioned that he still have to find details).I still don’t understand how can you pay such a person to run a system. There is something wrong with the way system is running at that place. I don’t know if I’m the only person who is suffering; please fix your backyard, before you loose consumers for your product.

                The following are the important points to ponder at:

                 Why is there a ‘No stock’ problem arising?
                 Who is responsible for this problem and what measures are being taken to make sure that customer is not inconvenienced?
                 How is it impacting the revenue of the product and its brand value?
                 What is the Centre head review on the action items for each individual and the time line? Is the review conducted at all or done monthly for the centre’s performance?
                 Is there a back up which would ease out the problem?
                 What reimbursement is being given to ensure you retain your customer?
                 Do you have the problem in other customer service centre’s as well?
                 How well are the executive in the centre groom/ Trained to handle the situation?
                 Can the problem be fixed or given a temporary solution? what steps can be taken to ensure that this problem doesn’t arise at all?

                Someone some where is not doing his job properly and if you can have an answer to the above questions, you will never facing any competition and keep the consumers happy.

                I don’t want to aggravate and keep you occupied any further, however this is a real time scenario and some action is needed

                ‘Companies build their brand value not from idols they project, but from customers they keep’.

                So long Sony Eriksson, you have a long way to go..

                    Sir/ Madam,
                    I have bought a new SE W660i mobile. and in 2 weeks i faced the typical SE mobile problem, the "Liquid damage problem". Fed up with the local service center at Vadapalani, Chennai in getting my old W810i serviced, i approached Salora, Nungambakkam, Chennai. They said they will service it out of warranty as it is a liquid problem and allotted the job no SES08CHE16966 on[protected]. They promised me to give back tthe mobuile on that tuesday. But after making lotta calls to them the whole week i got back my mobile on[protected] without being repaired. The reason they say is they dont have stocks. They dont have connector. I dunno if they are expecting me to buy the connector for them to get my mobile repaired. Their response was so irresponsible. Please take necessary actions to avoid such inconveniences to the customers. And when you give the franchise to a other private party please ensure that they are very responsible and wont spoil the Sony Ericsson name. IF possible please sort out the liquid occupancy problem in SE mobiles. Almost 90% of mobiles coming to service are in this problem only.

                            I am Mayur Muthe, using Sony Ericsson handset. On 6th march 08 I purchased K550i and using that regularly. On 11th of Aug 08 I faced one problem in that handset (K550i), was showing insert sim continuously so I took it to one dealer as your service stations timing are not comfortable (Sat- Sun Off, Other days- 10am to 6.0pm.) any professional or person doing private service can not reach your service station Unless otherwise he would have taken leave for such reasons.

                            Dealer helped me in this regard and submitted that handset to service station on 12th Aug 08 and communicated Job Sheet no to me. After 5 to 6 days I followed up with your service station (Salora International- Bibvewadi, And Tilak road branch). As a good support executive she told me that I will get handset after 2 to 3 WORKING DAYS and confirmed that Handset is suffering from Hardware problem and hardware will reach Pune within next 2 days. So after 15 days also I have not received any feedback or any communication from your service station. After every two days, only I am calling and getting fake or inconvincible reasons from so called your service station. I contacted Pune manager of Salora International (Mr. Raju- [protected]) but gentleman requested me to wait for 2 – 3 hrs. And assured that he will call me after investigation of the matter. But as he was very busy so next day I called him as he failed to communicate with me. Nothing helped me out.
                            So I searched online for help. I contacted your customer service on 3rd of Sept08. & logged complaint with no SE 7732493. The executive asked me to wait for 48 working hrs and assured me that he will get back to me within that time. But he also failed to fulfill commitment. So again I contacted after 3 days. Repeatedly with same story I am suffering. Once again I called & Mr. Muneed attained me on your helpline. And registered new complaint with SE 4318662. He also assured me that he will let me know about the handset within 24 hrs. Now as per Sony ericssons strategy at that time also I have not received any call from him. So after a day I called up and Mr. Vivek attained me and he also committed same thing. But no help I received from helpline.

                            May I get help from you.

But as he was very busy so next day I called him as he failed to communicate with me. Nothing helped me out. So I searched online for help. I contacted your customer service on 3rd of Sept08. & logged complaint with no SE 7732493. The executive asked me to wait for 48 working hrs and assured me that he will get back to me within that time. But he also failed to fulfill commitment. So again I contacted after 3 days. Repeatedly with same story I am suffering. Once again I called & Mr. Muneed attained me on your helpline. And registered new complaint with SE 4318662. He also assured me that he will let me know about the handset within 24 hrs. Now as per Sony ericssons strategy at that time also I have not received any call from him. So after a day I called up and Mr. Vivek attained me and he also committed same thing. But no help I received from helpline.

                              respected sir,
                              i Mr.jayraj A Dulange having Sony Erison Model No.s500i had given my handset for repair defect in handset on 19/8/2008, but till date i am not given prorer answer as to what is the problem .i am repeatedly making calls daily, i am only told yet the handset is not done proper.
                              its my earnest request pls solve my problem or else i have to take legal action against the same

                                I have a handicam of DCR-HC42E model, was having a single complain of no picture in LCD

                                as it was repaired in ur puna service center, on 09.01.2008,

                                the complain given was solved through job no. 10429755.as they replaced FP185 Strip, ,

                                but new complain which were not there initially came into my handicam, i complained it through letter to your pune service center and to your delhi office, in the month of feb 08

                                they called me and said to bring the piece back for checking,

                                we manage to come to your service center on 10.03.08, and saw the behavior of your person there was very rude and firstly they denied to accept our complaint letter they said to keep the handicam and ask us to come one day after as they the need to cheek our handicam,

                                one day after when we came there, ur service engineer gave us the estimate of 7000/- for the repair of handicam,

                                we were shocked as the complained raised because of your mistake, and even though u are charging us, pls tell us why we should pay you, as complain rise because of your negligence,

                                that day i got very disturb as ur service engineer was very rud behaving with us and roughly talking with us,

                                this will be my last complain to you as further if my problem is not solved, i ill be forced to take legal action against sony India pvt ltd..

                                  Hello,
                                  For last one month, I am suffering from WORST quality of Sony service centre and the callousness & robot type attitude of their call centre ladies..This has all forced me to present my case through this email communication so that appropriate authority could take action on it…if not, I would explore other third party options….Otherwise I am still hopeful Sony service management team is sensitive enough to take action based on it..

                                  The long story but cut short here begins from 26 July’2008…

                                  I purchased a Sony music system (Model no. MHC-GNZ333D) from Dayal Infotainment [Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad] on July 26’ 2008….I choose Sony over other thinking its product quality might be of superior quality and at least professional service quality….
                                  Within few days of installations, the FM subsystem started giving problems….Randomly it worked fully or didn’t work at all….Surprised at the problem at that very early stage, I did what a normal customer expected to do…Register a complaint at the call centre [req. no. 3145705 dt. 04/08/2008]…Mind you, before that I had followed with the dealer to try to resolve it…
                                  So, as expected the technician came and did numerous times ON/OFF of power switch..and it started working….As the problem was having random nature, I thought it started working though logically I was not convinced with him…He didn’t bother check the system either…

                                  As I was expecting, the problem started coming again…This time I made another request again [3181272 dt 16/08/2008]….The technician came on 20/08/2008 and said there is problem with FM tuner and it would take 3-4 days of time to parts come….I was fine..at least the problem was diagnosed [hopeful]…

                                  Now, the real problem started…

                                  When I made enquiry about the status of my request at call centre [Sony] around 25-26 Aug, the lady said that the parts didn’t come yet…I said how long it will take as I was informed it would take 3-4 days…She said that for single part it might take time as all parts are imported from outside India and probably they would wait till more parts order come to fit in a lot….This was totally unprofessional…Then I requested service manager contact number…She refused to give…..I couldn’t get the answer why?...Is there no way to escalate further from these robot like call centre professional?...

                                  Then I made some personal and background effort to get contact number of one Mr. Naveen (Sony service deptt employee)….So, made a call to him on Aug 28’2008…He said your parts has not yet arrived but there is another same part…He would get done tomorrow…

                                  The technician came after a long waiting (initially the time was fixed at 11:00 AM) at around 4:00 PM on Aug 29’2008 with the NEW part….At least, I am bit happy that now I could enjoy my new system fully which I couldn’t do yet right FRM DAY 1…. But that was not the destiny….The technician discovered that the part was not compatible with the system….Any sensitive person could imagine how would I feel cheated and frustrated with the worst quality of service with so much wastage of my individual productive time waiting for the technician whole day, and calling up all kind of service people to get my problem resolved…..Anyhow, the service centre technician went again to collect another part from dealer….He came with another NEW part and fitted it….Alas!! it didn’t work….The technician also said he couldn’t do anything more though he tried very hard…

                                  Now, the every kind of problem-request-resolution cycle has passed with no conclusion except that the part is inherently defective and needs a replacement….I wouldn’t favor any kind of offsite R&D request on the system considering the fact that the system is barley one month old and the problem was coming right from DAY ONE…..So, I request to do necessary action to get the replacement done….

I handedover my mobile to them and returned to my residence with lot of pain. I don’t have any other mobile. The battery is also kept idle without charging for the past 15 days. After that I contacted Salora International, Chennai and almost every day. Whenever I call, they used to say, work is going on, we will inform. Sometimes they are saying there is no stock of display and the service person is threatening me to give back of faulty mobile.
                                    Nearly Rs.3000 I spent in this connection so far for telephone charges and travel etc., and I am totally disappointed.

                                    Sir, since 15 days past, I am in dark, what happened to my mobile? When will I get it repaired?

                                    May I at the outside request you to look into the complaint conveyed through this letter and take necessary at the earliest?

                                      I had purchase Sony Ericsson phone model no. W5801 dated July 4, 2008 from Orange Tele Services, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi 24. After one month it started giving me problem - low battery back up, buttons not working properly, not able to receive calls and text messsage not appearing properly on the screen. When i went to the shop from where i bought it the person was extremely rude he told me to go to the service station directly and get the phone repaired. When i asked him to give me a second hand phone as my work is phone based he refused to give me. Secondly when i went to the authorised services centre "Technocare, E - 17, Lajpat Nagar II, after much fighting they gave me the nos. of the manager Mr. Anubhav who didnt took my call and then i had to lodge the complaint at the cust0mer services. If this is the type of service Sony Ericsson provides i will tell people not to buy that phone. I am still awaiting a reply from there side.
                                      sir i was submit sonyericsson K-970i model on 17 june 2009 but sir till day my set is completed so this is very careless working, if sir my mobile is not completed within 2 days i will compline in consumer cort.because this is long time .

                                        so after 15 days same problem have come agin so i go to service center they refuse me to do anything then when i go to loca mobile repairer they tell me that its display is old noy new so i face cheat at there
