Sony Ericsson K790i — pour service

my sony Ericsson is dead & i given for service for service centre udupi karnataka
they taken for only flashing 2 month and they removed my emi no sticker and and also my original imi no is changed and when will go give for service for another service centre they did not provide warranty

sonyericsson mobile k790i — not receiving the new hands free set in warranty period

i had problem in hands free set provided with my k790i cybershot mobile handset, as it was under warrenty i submit the handsfree set to autharised sony ericsson service station on 25th feb .they told to come in 7-8 days but since today i.e 12th march i have been not recieve new set today i enquired about it in service station (degub service station, aurangabad, maharashtra, india) they spoke in very rudly and carelessly to the cuistomer .here the most ignorable person is the custamer !!!
i request to the company to issue the handset as soon as possible

hello my name is harsh i m using the k790i since one year and since then it has been serviced more than 7 times and any time after servicing i havn;t found my mobile working properly and rather another new problem begins and it started again making me to put it in service center.
i had tried to intimate them and as per first talk i again gave my cell to service center and provided them with job sheet id so that they can proceed but now they are not replying anything..not even my 8 mails that i have send to them and even my phone complaints..
service center person is saying that company is saying that cell is out of guarantee and now i have to pay the charges but it is because of their delayment only and now they are trying to prove it wrong.
i m in serious trouble and hoping for a solution from them with your help.

Sony Ericsson K790i — MP3 not working

music player is not working i mean there is no sound in the music player of my mobile
infact there is no sound for the incoming calls however i can chat without any problem
