Faulty Product & Bad Customer service

The Phone has major issue's with its motherboard and display.

I purchased a W580i on June 25, 2008.
Just a day after I bought it most of my collegues told I should'nt have bought it. I did'nt take it seriously then since my piece seemed to work fine. One of my friends did tell me that she had an experience with the handset and knew for first hand that the handset was'nt good. I could'nt ignore...

service centre at kalyan and no response from company.

I had raised complaint against Kalyan’s sony ericsson authorizd service centre (Sony Ericsson Service Center at Kalyan, Dist- Thane, state- Maharshtra).

There was a minor joystick problem because of dust in my my cell.I submitted my mobile(K810i) to this service centre on date 2nd Aug 08.While submitting they have cleared that that there is just adust problem and it will be resolved in 2-3 days.

Sony walkman batter being replaced in Sony service centre...

Hi,
I am Vidya. I am a pure Sony Customer. Even if I buy a earphone I buy Sony product since I have better faith in the brand. I have a Sony MP3 player Model NW-E003F. There was a small problem in the player. The problem is When plugged in to the computer the player was not detected as USB drive. So I took the same to the Sony service centre at Ayanavaram Chennai on 30-Jul-2008.

BAD PRODUCT & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

refused to provide receipt

sony world madurai (near bye pass road) refused to provide a receipt for a sony remote purchased, it was home delivered without a receipt. Padmanabhan the manager refuses to provide the receipt despite repeated requests and refuses to exchange the product for a higher better model. The product is unused as received....

Respected Sir,

I m from Baroda (Gujarat). i used the All Sony Ericsson Walkman Series Phones from last 4 years. but thise time i m not satisfy from SE Serivces.

in May/2008 i buy SE W910i, but after 1 month its PCB Corrupts Itself, and SE Serivce Centre Replaced it with the new one.

Poor customer support and bad quality of product

I puchased Sony Ericsson W810i in April 2008. Within 2 months the mobile phone stop working.
From last one month, I am following up with service center and their customer support but no positive response and my mobile phone is still with them

The quality of product is bad and customer support/service is horrible.

I request other people not to buy any product of Sony Ericsson. Finally decision is yours.br...

Poor customer service and technical service

I bought a sony LCD TV of the model 32S series in March 2008. To my surprise, the TV stopped working last week just after use of 3 months and its been more than a week that Sony people have taken the TV from my home and have not returned it yet and they are again and again making fake promises of fixing it in a day or two.
