The Phone has major issue's with its motherboard and display.

I purchased a W580i on June 25, 2008.

I had raised complaint against Kalyan’s sony ericsson authorizd service centre (Sony Ericsson Service Center at Kalyan, Dist- Thane, state- Maharshtra).

I am Vidya. I am a pure Sony Customer. Even if I buy a earphone I buy Sony product since I have better faith in the brand. I have a Sony MP3 player Model NW-E003F. There was a small problem in the player. The problem is When plugged in to the computer the player was not detected as USB drive.
