Dear Sir,

I m using mobile for the more than five years. I have not come across such complaints before when i was not using Sony ericson mobile K530 I.

I have purchased K530I mobile before 7 months only. I m getting a continuous problem in that mobile. The memory stick is not detecting properly, even and then it is disconnecting. I have launched a complaint with the sony ericson service center that is ACCEL LTD.

They are not at all solved the problem when i given a mobile to the service. So again i had given the mobile to the service in the same service centre for the second time. But the problem is not yet solved still. They had wasted my five working days in my office. I had got the loss of pay for the five days and i m coming far away from the service centre.

Not only to me, they are worst in the servicing. I have not come across this type of company, who are not giving a customer satisfaction. They are useless. Even my mobile is in the warranty period, they are wondering me like this. If the people who dont have the warranty, i dont know what they will do.

Pls advice the Greams road Accell service centre, Tamilnadu, Chennai, India. to oblige the customer properly and to respond the customer properly.

Only the customers are coming to the service centre, they have the hope of servicing their product correctly.

But in this particular service centre 90 percentage of the customers are not satisfied to their service. Even they have the thought of not purchase the Sony mobile also.

In later, it will be a very loss to the Sony Ericson company also.
If the customers are getting this types of service, definitely they wont purchase sony mobiles, which ends in a Loss o[censored]r company.

Pls take this as a human complaint and take the necessary actions.

sony ericsson/k530i mobile — poor service of sony ericsson service centre and company

i purchased a sony ericsson k530i handset ON 10-MAY-2009 from mobile store,(Panchkula,Haryana)..but in the end of septemper 2009 one end of my ear phone kit stopped working..
so on 1st of october 2009(1:31PM) i went to sony ericsson service centre in chandigarh(S.C.O-23,sec18,Chandigarh.)...they told me that earphone will be available after 10 days ...
so i contacted them after 10 days....on that day ...they agian told me to come on next week(after 7 days)...
as usual i contacted them via phone after 7days...but i was stunned by their poor service this time again...because they again told me the same thing..."next week you will surely get the earphone" ...but that next has not come yet...as it is 6 nov 2009....and they are still saying the same thing "ear phone kit will come next week surely.."


i was toatly fed up by service centre of chandigarh ......so i dialed sony ericsson customer care no....they listen the whole matter but they just ended the conversation by giving a request no..& requesting to wait for next 48 hrs for next status...

one more thing today i tried to track the status of my workorder online on a site mentioned on my workorder forum...with my workorder no-SE309RTC14203...it showed that your product is deliverd on 1-oct-2009...that was the date when i submitted my ear phone kit..its means service centre has not given me ear phone kit even after having stock...

    i sanjiv kumar jain owner of sony handycam vide b no 1643/05.02.2008 of avit digital pvt ltd, delhi

    now i am facing a problem in display screen. this is not in working as properly.
    i contact COMPANY'S SERVICE CENTRE AT ROHTAK & call representative so many time but they are so busy, they ignore every time
    i call than nearly 50 times & calling since last 6 months but they are not responsing.

    i want to activate my handycam on my computer, so i want to call them at residence but they told me that you have to take set on service centre. & every person forward for other person. No resposible person is sitting at service centre.

    badly talking behave

    they also told me that they are only for collection they will sent it to DELHI FOR REPAIR.

    i am facing very difficulty to repair this in this busy life

    Sony Handycam — irrational charges for repair of a handicam

    I gave my handicam for repair at vision plus ,Rohtak for repair. As told by M ISS DEEPIKA , the set was sent to sony service centre at DELHI. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE CHARGES AT THAT TIME . AFTER A WEEK WHEN THE SET WAS BACK AT ROHTAK I WAS ASKED TO PAY RS.2200. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE FAULT AND THEY DIDN`T SHOW ANY RECEIPT SHOWING AMOUNT ASKED FOR THE REPAIR.SEEMED RIDICULOUS!ATLEAST I SHOLD BE KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE SET & WHY WAS THERE NO DOCUMENT FROM DELHI SERVICE CENTRE?

    I had similar experiece when I visited their service centre at Siliguri, I had purchased Sony's Handicam (DCR HC 38) quite recently. When I was not able to transfer recorded video to my laptop, I had visited Sony's Service Centre at Siliguri. To my surprise, people posted at this centre had no solution to redress my problem.
    Subsequently, I came to know that it was "I link cable" which helps tranferring recorded video to computer.

    Sony Handycam — date display

    i own a sony handycam DCR HC42E. I am unable to get the date & time to be displayed when i burn the tape onto a cd. the date & time is being displayed on the LCD screen but not on the cd video

    I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem i m suffering from. The problem is as discribed below:-
    I had bought a SONY HANDY CAM MODEL NO. DCR-TRV285e on Dated[protected] with warrenty of 3 years. It was working fine for all these days but suddenly i got a problem in this cam an went to SONY SEVICE CENTER(ONUS SERVICES) in PATNA. I submitted the cam there with job ID-PN44930 Dated[protected]. After one week i went there to get my CAM back. They told me that it cannot be repaired. Still this CAM is under warrenty. so kindly look into this matter and do the needful.       Complaint against faults in mobile set (C-510) and asking for compensation + swapping with new mobile set.

      Subject: - Complaint against faults in mobile set (C-510) and asking for compensation + swapping with new mobile set.

      Sir,

      I was the loyal customer of Sony Ericsson, purchased a mobile set (Sony Ericsson C-510) from Arora Sons, O-11-A Lajpat Nagar Central Market Delhi - 110024, invoice number 1080 dated[protected].

      After 10-15 days the mobile set started giving the trouble in its display screen, sound and camera etc, and then I submitted my mobile set to your customer care centre named as New Delhi Techno Care located at Lajpat Nagar, new delhi-110008 on 6th June 2008, the complaint id was SE[protected]. They took two weeks time to repair my phone but the problem was same and hence I had the submitted the phone again then and there.

      After that they again repaired the phone and told me that have replaced the mother board and camera of the phone and now its working fine. But when I visited their place it was the same story and they have again issued me another complaint number at 05:30 PM 15th June SE[protected] and also told me that this phone is not repairable and I have also communicated the same massge to their customer care center and ask them to treat this as a serious issue and get me the replacement as the phone is not repairable.

      I again got a massage from Customer care after 2-4 days that now phone is wroking fine you can go and collect the same. But again even the third time it has the same problem after replacing the camera and the mother board along with some software and again a new complaint id SE309TEC11272 and now today when I called they told theh same thing that phone is working fine and you can go and collect it from service center and also told me any replacement is the responsibilty of Service Center not the Customer care and where as Service center said just vice versa.

      These status's are the result of my daily feedbacks and then too doesn't seems to be working fine with Sony Ericsson.


      Now I request you to swap my mobile set with new mobile along with extended warranty as well as compensation of Rs. 20, 000.00(Rupees Twenty thousand). As the loss which I incurred in business and mental torment due to these above problems.

      If you do not fulfill my above requirements then I will suit the case against you in consumer court.

      Sony Ericsson phones are defective.If Phones are found defective ..sony ericsson people should ban that model and stop it. And people should be compensated for their Loss and Harassment as well as their customer service is very poor and pathetic and Major Loss is in opting Such phones.So compensation is mandate.

      Sony Ericsson C-510 — delay in repairing

      I had given my cell phone sony ericsson C-510 for reparing on 20 aug 2010 at janak puri store,new delhi.
      imei no is [protected]
      it has been about an month now and still phone is not repaired...
      On 12 sep i got to know that my phone is repaired....and wen i went there it had been still not repaired
      and is not working even now after 3 long weeks of repairing..
      is that the fast service u claim!!!??
      it was my huge mistake to trust spice service, i promise to not to trust u again.
      please look into this matter otherwise i'll have to take strict action in future.

      SONY ERICSSON C-510 MOBILE — MOBILE FAULT

      I PURCHASED MY MOBILE C-510 OF SONY ERICSSON ON 16TH MAY 2010 WHICH HAVE SOME FAULTS SINCE FIVE MONTHS IN THE WARRENTY PERIOD ITSELF. I HAVE SUMMITED MANY CONPLAINTS AGAINST IT FIVE TIMES.I WANT TO MAKE A HUMBLE REQUEST NOW TO CHANGE MY MOBILE OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE NO CHOICE LEFT FOR ME AND I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST IT.

      Sony Ericsson C-510 — Replace of mobile set

      My name is Kishan Chand. My complaint work order no. is SE310HKS11063 dated 16.10.2010 and complaint no. is 88635452. I purchased my mobile C-510 of Sony Ericsson on 16.05.2010, which have many faults since five months, which is still in the warranty period. I have submitted many complaints against it but there is no further actions take place in this regard. Therefore, I had made humble request to them, to change my mobile otherwise, there will be no choice left and I will go to the Consumer Forum. Then Service Center of Sony Ericsson i.e. Harkrishan Services, UG-26, Suneja Tower-II, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi, told me that we did not do anything and you go to the Consumer Forum.
      I want to get rid from them so Kindly take necessary action in this regard as earliest as possible.
      I shall be highly thankful to you.

        I purchased G502 model on 16/02/09...Within 5 months of purchasing i have replaced display, speaker, headphones, rf board n now the battery.The cell was hardly with me in these 5 months not even for 35 days rest of the days it was with the service center...Now i want replacement for the cell as there', again some problems with display n stuff.Also what if the same problem continues even after the warranty gets over...
        I have wasted more then 1000 rupees on petrol and calls i also want a compensation for it...

          This complaint is regarding Sony Ericsson authorised Service Centres. They are authorised but does not have the qualified engineers who can access the mobile and even find out the defaults in the problem. They are just working on the principle of Trial and Error. I have submitted my handsets W660i and K 530i to RT Outsourcing authorised service centre of Sony in working conditions. But after a week when they returned the phone they told that phone is irrepairable. They just keeps on telling for both the mobiles that their is a problem at chiplevel and mother board level.Now they are not ready to give compensation for the Same.
          Kindly intervene and look into the matter.

            hi, I have a W350I Model . I am quite happy with the phone except that its flap has got broken. please let me know from where i can purchase it in south delhi. coz i am not getting the same anywhere.
            My flap broke a few weeks back. It is available at the Laxmi Nagar Sony erricson Service Centre in front of Radhu Palace. It is for Rs 550

            Sony Ericsson — Flap broke just like that!!

            Hi. i purchased the sonyericsson w350i on 19 may 2009. My flap broke 'just like that' on 14 sept.. the phone has never been dropped even once n its been handled very carefully. but still it broke!!! I do not want to replace the whole body just for a tiny little thing. So where do i get only the flap. it is ok even if its duplicate cos i know that the original also will break early!!               I bought a sony ericsson mobile k850i on 29th April 2008.

              I am disgusted by the service that sony ericsson is providing to customers.

              I had some problem with my handset K850i and i submitted my phone in the nearest service center of my place on 28th march 2009.

              It was the seventh time in an year when my phone was not working properly.

              As, it was under warranty and I was told that I will be getting my phone replaced within 15 days. But, it has passed 102 days by now.

              I am in the contact of every concerned person, but I havent got my handset. Everytime I am given a date to call on next tuesday and saturday.

              I even complained on Delhi's number[protected] days back as well. But, I have got similar response.

              It is also requested to provide me any of these, so that I may be able to present my case to higher authorities of sony or sue sony:-

              i). address of Head Office of Sony Ericsson, India
              ii). contact number or email id of president Mr.Anil Sethi.
              iii). contact number or id of General Manager Mr. Sudhin Mathur.

              You should sue them, so that they may learn a lesson
              It's the worst mobile company in the world u can say
              I jus wanted my reecept on my phone in which the imei number was changed they told no!!!
              i was really dissapointed
              I have had similar problems with sony India, I have given them my phone C902 phone for repair for the last one and a half month and till now their is no response only promises about call back ... would be delivered tomorrow are what I am hearing, I have been a old sony mobile user but this type of service has left me disillusioned totally.

                  I had a problem with my mobile phone i.e. Dead Handset/ Earphone Birsting/ Can't Connect H/F that's why on 18th June 2009 I gave the phone to SAP Mobiles who is partner of Sony Ericsson for providing service with my Complaint ID no. SEO[protected].

                  On 3rd July 2009 I received my mobile without the problem of Dead Handset but i am still facing same problem of Earphone Birsting & a new problem of Faulty Display, & the Service Center people are not agree that the problem of Display is from their side.

                  Please help...!!

                    I am a sony-ericsson customer. I purchased a sony-ericsson K530i before nine months from rajkot but after 4 months there was a problem in the software and in the charger port it was changed but before some weeks I found the same problem with the charger port. When I visited the service center they are hanging me and telling me about the shortage of the charger port frequently and always telling me to come after a week. Now I am tired of this and I am complaining you about this fault in the customer care of sony-ericsson. My mobile comes under the guarantee period.                       i bought sony ericsson mobile phone w 300i phone on 11 mar 2008. display screen of mobile phone developed some black lines in it. then i took it to sony ericsson service center in sector 40, chandigarh. they harrased me saying that no display is available for first few days and then when display was available then they not chanded the lcd display screen. they provided me a job sheet for the pending lcd display. now the service center is in sector 18. now they are refusing to accept that job sheet giving me reason that sony ericsson has changed its company of repairing in india and your job sheet is not valid. and they have not replaced the pending lcd display.

                      I purchased Sony ericsion Mobile handset model no W395 in the month of May 2010 and after 10-15 day only it started with the poor voice quality problem. Its slider handset and when the slider is close the voice quality is very poor, very noisy.

                      I visited the authorized service center in Bangalore 3 times, but they are unable to repair it.

                          I bought a Sony Ericcson C510 from a Sony Ericcson showroom in Nehru Place, New Delhi on 1st May 2009. On 9th June the phone totally stopped working, and the shop directed me towards the service centre. After waiting 4 hours in queue I submitted my phone at service centre and was told to return in two days. I returned in two days but the phone was not ready. After four days I went back and got the phone back.
                          I had lost all my data, and a lot of time as well.
                          On 2nd July, again this phone has started giving trouble. Switching off automatically, not recognising SIM, hanging etc. The shop refuses to replace the phone or give me the contact of a senior company representative. The customer care number refuses to accept my complaint.
                          I cannot be expected to pay 12, 000 rupees for a phone and make a trip every month for servicing a brand new phone.
                          Furthermore, when I try to back up my data on the computer, the computer program hangs.
                          Please Help.

                          I purchased a new sony ericsson C510 phone on 4th August '09 from Manglore, Karnataka and on the very next day i found that the Bluetooth was not working.I took the phone to the shop and they told me to go to the service centre.They told me thet the main board had complaints.I requested to replace the phone.Thay told me thet they should contact higher officials in charge and get thier permission.They wasted my whole day and at last they told that it would be only repaired and it will take 2 weeks to get my phone back.This is horrible for a customer like me who purchased a new phone of such a high cost.
                          How can a company like sony ericsson be so irresponsible??
                          I bought my c510 on 12th April 2009. it started showing problems within one month... Navigationg key was not responding appropriately... Now after 5 months o[censored]sage the phone has started hanging and now its not even turning on... investing so much money out of a crunching purse might not be a big deal for a big company like Sony Ericson. But it does matter a lot people like us who expect the product to be at a great performance... Either SE should come up with apt service centres across chennai or even india like Nokia care... its really amazing why we need to go to a third party service vendor when there are many SE intakers in chennai.. The certificate held in their cabin never reflects the actual kind of service they provide. SE should take serious steps against this poorly affected customers. Please...

                            In your service center in tirupathi are they trained properly?
                            As when i approched them they suggested me to go private service centers or any mobile stores not even for me, they are suggesting customers to hav there work at other private service centers and even i asked them to order panel for my mobile K810i they replied me that if i get panel from any other shop then they can aligne the panel for it, i brought panel myself, even they are unable to arrange it properly.

                            MY DOUBTS ARE:
                            Are they trained properly?
                            Is it they way of approching a customer?
                            Are the employes working there working for service center or for private service centers?
                            If situation like this continues then how and were we have give our mobile to servicing?
                            Is it possible to give a direct complaint to sony ericsson.?

                                actually i have given my mobile in sony ericsson service center my mobile is in warranty period but they told to me it's physical damage and you have to charge 100 rs and additional repairing charges i agreed in this condition after some days i called to sony ericsson service center then they are telling to me some problem is in your mother board and it can't be repaired so i have taken my mobile only before 5 months then they have to replace my mobile ?

                                        I am using sony ericsson C510 cell fone bought on 1st april 2009, IMEI :[protected] from the very first day it is not working properly like my previous sony ericsson cell phone, as i am a serial user of sony ericsson cell phones.
                                        The processing speed is very slow, everytime it takes about 2-4 seconds while opening or closing any application. i had got my software updated many times as advised by the service centre people. But when i complaint again and again they just save their skin and say tat it is not hanging up only the processing is slow and there is no solution. I am very much frustrated from this kind off service.

                                        sonyericsson — 45 days of handover of my mobile to service centre, i have not got back my phone

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Below mail has been sent to questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com as per customer service told me over phone, but till date i have not received any revert or my mobile from the company

                                        I have bought W380I Sony ericsson model on 23.10.2008 and from day one i have network problem, but i thought the problem with my service provider as i am using an brand new international brand and later found the problem is with my mobile phone.

                                        I went to Sony ericsson showroom and informed about the problem, they have given the Salora address and informed for any service issue i need to get in touch with this vendor, there the problem starts.

                                        Salora is not only doing service for Sony Ericsson they have tie up with other leading brands and Sony Eric customer who is walk in to the showroom needs to wait for more than 3 hours to give a complaint and the service person will on the problem and if problem is major and need more time they will take a complaint and give the service challan. After going to the centre couple of times, finally on 08.01.2009 i managed to find time and gave my mobile for servicing.Complaint id: SES09CHE10109, & Service lodged date: 08.01.09

                                        I have been informed to call Salora after couple of days to collect the mobile, but when i called up they informed that they have send my phone to HQ for changing the mother board and informed it will take 20 days to handover the phone to me.

                                        I called up Salora in between but they said that it will take 20 days, so i have waited till 28th Jan and when i called up they have informed that it will take couple more days. I got frustrated and asked to transfer the call to their mananger, but they have refused to transfer the call. I am really disappointed with the service from the international brand. I never expected this from Sony Ericsson.

                                        Then I decided to call up Sony Eric customer service, agian they have given their complaint no: SE[protected]complaint date: 04-2-09)and asked me to give 2 working days for them to act on the complaint. When i called up Salora on 07.02.09 no body has picked up the phone. when i called Sony Eric customer service on 07.02.09 i got a reply from one of the representative that it will take couple more days. when i asked to transfer the call to his supervisor with lots of hesitation (after informing him that i will log a case) it has been transferred to his supervisor Mr. Jithender.

                                        Mr. Jitherder has asked appology for the delay and said the model no has been wrongly informed by Salora that is the reason for the delay. And when i asked Mr. Jithender to give me a explanation over mail for filing a case in consumer court he has refused to send a mail and he has asked me to send a mail to the above mentioned mail id and refused to transfer the call to his mananger.

                                        I am really disappointed with the service from the international brand. I never expected this from Sony Ericsson. Below are my questions which says the level of frustation i had after buying Sony Ericsson

                                        1) I never thought that an international brand will have such major defect in their product - Is there any check happening on the product which has been released to the customer

                                        2) Never imagined that the service center of an international brand will go for an tie-up with a vendor who is having tie-up with some other service provider of the same industry and takes more than 3 hours to log a complaint for servicing.

                                        3) No follow up has been done by the vendor or Sony Eric (this is the worrying part, as an brand i thought they will be calling up the customer, give me an update and hand over my mobile on time)

                                        4) in case of long delay (i expect a temporary mobile to be given till service is happening for the fault). Even a local brand is providing a stand alone mobile till service is rendered to the mobile bought. but this doesnt happened after buying a international brand i am roaming without phone for more than a month (its really make me frustrate and it is making my day-to-day life very diffcult).- now i am having my wife's phone to run by day to daylife.

                                        I want a compenstation for all the mistakes made at Sony Eric & Salora International and i want a call back from the concerned team and hand over my mobile with all faults rectified on agreed time. i also want a written explanation for the delayed happened.

                                        Mr. Jitherder has asked appology for the delay and said the model no has been wrongly informed by Salora that is the reason for the delay. And when i asked Mr. Jithender to give me a explanation over mail for filing a case in consumer court he has refused to send a mail and he has asked me to send a mail to the above mentioned mail id and refused to transfer the call to his mananger.

                                        I am really disappointed with the service from the international brand. I never expected this from Sony Ericsson. Below are my questions which says the level of frustation i had after buying Sony Ericsson

                                        1) I never thought that an international brand will have such major defect in their product - Is there any check happening on the product which has been released to the customer

                                        2) Never imagined that the service center of an international brand will go for an tie-up with a vendor who is having tie-up with some other service provider of the same industry and takes more than 3 hours to log a complaint for servicing.

                                        3) No follow up has been done by the vendor or Sony Eric (this is the worrying part, as an brand i thought they will be calling up the customer, give me an update and hand over my mobile on time)

                                        4) in case of long delay (i expect a temporary mobile to be given till service is happening for the fault). Even a local brand is providing a stand alone mobile till service is rendered to the mobile bought. but this doesnt happened after buying a international brand i am roaming without phone for more than a month (its really make me frustrate and it is making my day-to-day life very diffcult).- now i am having my wife's phone to run by day to daylife.

                                        I want a compenstation for all the mistakes made at Sony Eric & Salora International and i want a call back from the concerned team and hand over my mobile with all faults rectified on agreed time. i also want a written explanation for the delayed happened.

                                        I have bought W380I Sony ericsson model on 23.10.2008 and from day one i have network problem, but i thought the problem with my service provider as i am using an brand new international brand and later found the problem is with my mobile phone.

                                        I went to Sony ericsson showroom and informed about the problem, they have given the Salora address and informed for any service issue i need to get in touch with this vendor, there the problem starts.

                                        Salora is not only doing service for Sony Ericsson they have tie up with other leading brands and Sony Eric customer who is walk in to the showroom needs to wait for more than 3 hours to give a complaint and the service person will on the problem and if problem is major and need more time they will take a complaint and give the service challan. After going to the centre couple of times, finally on 08.01.2009 i managed to find time and gave my mobile for servicing.Complaint id: SES09CHE10109, & Service lodged date: 08.01.09

                                        I have been informed to call Salora after couple of days to collect the mobile, but when i called up they informed that they have send my phone to HQ for changing the mother board and informed it will take 20 days to handover the phone to me.

                                        I called up Salora in between but they said that it will take 20 days, so i have waited till 28th Jan and when i called up they have informed that it will take couple more days. I got frustrated and asked to transfer the call to their mananger, but they have refused to transfer the call. I am really disappointed with the service from the international brand. I never expected this from Sony Ericsson.

                                        Then I decided to call up Sony Eric customer service, agian they have given their complaint no: SE[protected]complaint date: 04-2-09)and asked me to give 2 working days for them to act on the complaint. When i called up Salora on 07.02.09 no body has picked up the phone. when i called Sony Eric customer service on 07.02.09 i got a reply from one of the representative that it will take couple more days. when i asked to transfer the call to his supervisor with lots of hesitation (after informing him that i will log a case) it has been transferred to his supervisor Mr. Jithender.

                                        dear sir, i would like to get into your notice that the service provided by the sony ericsson service center are really disappointing the customers with their responce, i have hand over my sony errison mobile in authorized service center(Siri Communications, Khairthabad, Hyderabad) of sony errison model no.w580i the complain no :286 as the mobile had display problem but when i had approach them to collect my mobile not even they have repaired the problem but also they have broken the mobile panel and removed the keypad which is not conjoined well and are trying to give irrelevent reply when asked about it. later thought they have accepted their mistake and took back the mobile to fix it but still they keep on giving me date upon date to collect the mobile.when i have approched them on certain date which is provieded by them to collect mobile they made me to wait for 3 hours and still there haven't hand overed my mobile yet.

                                        so what exactly do u want me to do???? i hope the required action will be taken as early as possible so that none of the other customers will face such problems.will be hopeing for some respond from you sir.

                                        Al least the people at siri are giving reply and picking phone

                                        Mr Kalidas and other persons at Accel Hyderabad are not picking phone also they are not able to search mobile where they had kept it

                                        Sony Ericssion is so reputed but I think they had tie up with fraud people atleast in Hyderabad

                                        i like all SE sets, i had a k750i which ran without problem until it fell and broke. i got a w830i which had prob within 6 months. Two keys were not working. when i went to a service center in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, he denied the warranty saying that this piece is not in production and hence no warranty applicable on it. Then i asked him to check, hoping tat this might be a, minor problem. He asked for2 days to check and when i went after 2 days he said there has to be change in inj/ main flux which might cost 1200/- and it might take 1 week to get that component. Since i cannot afford that much time i came. in the shop i asked abt the scratch they made he is coolly saying when they tried to open it might have come. i could not fight as he dismissed easily.

                                        Hope Sony Ericsson would get this message and provide service offerings to proper shops. there is a disappointing customer service at the Service center at Banjara Hill, Hyderabad

                                        yes above problems are correct. recently(10 days back) i bought sony ericsson w395 model. this model is not good because it is low processing and also the phone will restart again and again when i tried play the songs from filemanager or from walkmann...

                                        finally i suggest to all my dear ones is that don't buy any sony ericsson model... plz pass this information through your known other blogs or through any media. and save them by not buying sony ericsson model mobiles.
                                        I too had the same issue with the service center in Kukatpally. I gave the mobile to the service center as it was charging. The Service Center people said that there is connector problem is there. For that he is charging 450 /-. But after getting repaired about the issue, all the keys are not working. When i asked about what had happend for not working of the keys, he said the keypad connector is gone and a new one is to be replaced. For that around[protected] and a week is required. Sony is a good company but the service centers are worst. Sony should look into this for providing service.

                                        For the love of god the Sony Ericsson service centre in KUKATPALLY is a total crap. Do not even think of venturing into the outlet i[censored] r out of the warranty period. This is the thing happened 2 me jus a week back.
                                        my w380i has some problem connecting to the charger as well as the headset. I jus went in & handed it over to the guy and the a$$hole jus flipped it back n forth & observed it keenly as if he had some [censored]in' X-ray goggles embedded in his eyes and declared that it wud be 1200 bucks jus to make it reconnect with the charger and unsure if the headset will ever connect again.. I was like WTF?!!@ Do i luk like a schmuck who wud pay watever he qoutes..!!
                                        I handed it over at the Ericsson service centre in Ameerpet. They were really generous. They do on-the-spot analysis & said its jus a faulty connector problem and qouted the estimation of 275/-. I was handed over the mobile the next day and everything is well and good, ...!!

                                        Pl. don't buy Sony ericsson mobile because i am having very bad experince with w910i model. All models are made in chaina. There is no quality in the cells. I am very badly hitted by this mobile. with in one year i got 5-6 times repair eventhough it was not working properly. Servicing centers also not doing well. iam have very bad experience with Khairatabad siri servicing center.That fellow kept my mobile for 1 month for repair and they are telling that they are not getting getting spares.

                                        pl. don't buy sony ericsson mobiles

                                        I assume that this is the delay from the Sony Ercison side, i have used many other mobiles like nokia and the service is excellent.

                                        so what exactly do u want me to do???? i hope the required action will be taken as early as possible so that none of the other customers will face such problems. Looking forward for your response on the same.

                                        My suggestion, dear friends don't buy sony ericson mobiles where the service is really worst :(
