I am Ramananda Tandy, bought a sony ericsson w350i on 25th june 2009 from cell mart, room no 11, subham metro market complex, in front o[censored]TI bank, ram mandir squre, bhubaneswar-7, ph no[protected].Witin five days on 30th june my phone was dead while changing my sim card.I couldnt use my phone properly.Then i submited my phone on 1st july 2009, 11:45am at spirmon bhubaneswar(saheed nagar)plot no-558, bhubaneswar(orissa)ph no-[protected].So i want to replace my hand set.
Therefore i request u to take some immediate step about my problem.

Subject: - Complaint against faults in mobile set (C-510) and asking for compensation + swapping with new mobile set.
Sir,
I was the loyal customer of Sony Ericsson, purchased a mobile set (Sony Ericsson C-510) from Arora Sons, O-11/A Lajpat Nager Centeral Market Delhi - 110024, invoice number 1080 dated[protected].
After 10-15 days the mobile set stated giving the trouble in its display screen, sound and camera etc, and then I submitted my mobile set to your customer care centre named as New Delhi Techno Care located at Lajpat Nagar, new delhi-110008 on 6th June 2008, the complaint id was SE[protected]. They took two weeks time to repair my phone but the problem was same and hence I had the submitt the phone again then and there.
After that they again repaird the phone and told me that have replaced the mother board and camera of the phone and now its working fine. But when I visited their place it was the same story and they havve again issued me an other complaint number at 05:30 PM 15th June SE[protected] and also told me that this phone is nto repairable and I have also communicated the same massge to their customer care center and ask them to treat this as a serious issue and get me the replacement as the phone is not repairable.
I again got a massage from Customer care after 2-4 days that now phone is wroking fine you can go and collect the same. But again even the thired time it has the same problem after replacing the camera and the mother board along with some software and again a new complaint id SE309TEC11272 and now today when I called they told theh same thing that phone is working find and you can go and collect it from service center and also told me any replacement is the responsibilty of Service Center not the Customer care and where as Service center says just vice versa.
These status's are the result of my daily feedbacks and then too doesn't seems to be working fine with Sony Ericsson.
Now its more than enough. Mobile set has again started giving the display problem with week network as well as trouble in touch keys.
Now I request you to swap my mobile set with new mobile along with extended warranty as well as compensation of Rs. 20, 000.00(Rupees Twenty thousand). As the loss which I incurred in business and mental torment due to these above problems.
If you do not fulfill my above requirements then I will suit the case against you in consumer court.
