Hi,I bought a siny ericsson W350i 4 months ago.the set had a big problem.it did not show memory stick.so i got it replaced on the date of buying.but after 4 months the replaced handset is showing same prblem.its really annoying.please dont buy this set.

I'm having the same problem and I'm sure there is some way to solve it. Not sure about scratches though. I've had mine for over a year and still no scratches.
