W595 — defective piece of cell phone

i have pur a w595 which have a lot of problems.
1. firstly i have synchronization problem with computer dated[protected]
at this date i was deposit my phone in sonycare Rohtak.
after that i had recevied my phone after 21 days.
2. then i had to face problem with display patch which had being created by ur service engg and camera cover also banded by them. after 2 days i had sub my phone. after 20 days i had recevied my phone at this deal i had not given any jobsheet. Phone display is not working when these people give me my phone
3.i have sub. it into New Delhi OKHLA Service Center. from here i had rec my phone after 30 days. but this my phone is not working well. there is a new prroblem . phone has not being showed the battery and sim card.
4.i had sub.my phone at sonipat ser center. from here i had rec.my phone after 2 days.
5.now i have new prob. the phone is being switched off automatically after every mintues. Plz tell me what will i do?????? u people help me ur i charged my complaint aganist u in consumer court.

Sony Ericsson W595 — HANDSET REPAIRING

My handset is given for repairs on 15.10.2009. Till date my handset is still under repair. Sony Ericsson service centres are flooded with too many complaints hence are not able to service my handset even after 16 days of time. Not to buy any of Sony Ericsson products due to very very poor service network. My Workorder no is SE309SG113148 Dt. 15.10.2009.

I had purchased mobile Sony ericsson ( model no.-W-595)on 11-Nov-09 from Jasmine infinite trade pvt.ltd.It suddenly stopped working on 16-Dec-09.i had reported problem to its service center on the same day . They told me that they will take 7-14 days for repairing but without mobile for 7-14 days its difficult to manage so kindly provide standby mobile or repair/change new set of mobile as soon as possible.
