[Resolved] Sony Ericsson W810i — Service time delay | |
I have a SE W810i cell phone. I bought it just less than 4 months ago. Already there was a problem with the phone. When I gave it to the Sony ericsson authorised service centre at Jayanagar I block, bangalore they told me that it will take 10 days to deliver the phone. I had given it on 6th OCT 2007. Whenever I call them they tell me that the "phone will be ready tomorrow". I just want to know when will this tomorrow come. The service centre personnel say that there is a mother board problem. Till this day I have not had any proper response. What guarantee can sony ericsson give us regarding their motherboards that dont even last for 4 months? So overall, the cell phone is not good & also the service is hopeless. Was this information helpful? | |

Where can i get K810i mother board. My sony mobile having defect. When i shown at service centre at Hyderabad, SV Communications, Kukatpally they told that circuit problem in mother board and to be change the same. So where can i get mother board. Pl suggest me and how much that cost.

hai i am having sony ericcson k810i mobile phone ...one day i lost my display ..and i gave it to service center ..and my warrenty was also expired...they told me that there was a problem in the mother board...so i want to know the exact price of the new mother board and how much it costs..i am living in hyd currently...any one knows abt this pls inform me on [protected].

I have IMEI number of that phone, I called up my service provider to deactivate my number.
Is there any way to get back my same phone even after the thei[censored]ses other simcard ?????
If there is no way to get it back, kindly let me know how to make the phone useless.
Kindly give me contact details of Mumbai western suburban location who can help in this regard.
