As soon i boarded the general compartment of the train Vasco-Howrah express at about 12 noon on 16.6.2013, Sunday at Dharwad railway station, I noticed that my mobile and purse containing ATM cards of syndicate bank, and state bank of India, and PAN card with cash of about Rs.4000 were pick pocketed.

Please help to find my mobile set. I already blocked ATM cards.

I lodged police complaint at Dharwad railway station. For two hours there was no police found in the railway police station. Then after calling Police Commissioner , he was kind enough to arrange another police person, though not belonging to railway police force, to look into my grievence.

Please do the needful and see that i get my mobile set back. (Sony Xperia Neo V)

    I had purchased xoeria zl 2 months back. There is a mike issue in the mobile so I had submitted my mobile to service centre of Indore..ticket id : [protected]. I had submitted on 29th may but still I didn't got my mobile ...they always give the same reason that it is pending for parts... 15 days are over and it is still pending ...I had called to the customer care but they also provide the same statement...no one is listening I am really felling helpless I don't know what to do....I had never seen such a worst service ever...what is the use of purchasing expensive mobile.... within 2 months it got faulty and from last 15 days I am waiting for getting it repaired.. but no response from anywhere ....Xperia is so small company that they are taking so much time for a simple mike .. ....if you are unable to help plz tell me what shall I do so I get my mobile repaired ...company should replace the mobile but they told they will repaired it...but even they are not repairing it....I had never seen such a slow and worst service....Xperia worst don't ever any one purchase it

    Sony — worst services

    i purchased sony vaio before one year it creates problems like wifi connecting,blue screen errors etc.when i went to sony service center they repair the problem but when i come back to home i see that in internet many sights are not opening because of the some software.when i call to them they said thatyou send your laptop again to service center i have not enough time to go. so, the service of sony was very poor and worst.

    Hello Sachu, if you have got your phone repaired then try one more thing, open Infra Red Remote Control application of your xperia ZL phone, select manual setup, programme any key with another remote control facing it towards phone as shown on screen instructions then try to use it. You will find that Infra Red Code learning function does not work on this phone as it is a manufacturing defect in hardware. This issue is discussed worldwide. Very soon I am moving to Consumer Court in this regard.
    I did all possible things to get solution for this problem from Sony. They even gave me new replacement handset but its manufacturing defect in hardware. You may contact me [protected]@yahoo.com

      Last month i have purchased Sony Experia SP (worth 25,000) and within a week of purchase its touch functions are not working and battery doesn’t stand for long and hangs a lot.
      I don’t want any rectification because even after software update nothing has changed.
      I have got a super defective piece and all i want is replacement or refund.
      I no longer wish to use the handset as I’m sure it is a never ending quest.
      It is pathetic that Sony aspires to be in the league of apple or Samsung and fails so miserably.
      I wasted my money and I just want a refund.
      I can’t keep running to service centre with new handset for repair every 15 days.
      It’s a mental torture.

        Misguidance by your Sony salesperson at Prapti electronics,B-007,lower ground floor,south city mall,375 prince anwar shah road,kolkatta-700068.date of purchase-18/5/13.invoice no-763. We were misguided by the salesperson and were handed over by a wrong product which was not our requirement and when we requested them for exchange they refused to do so..Pls look into the matter otherwise we have to take help of consumer court.Thank u.

        Sony / DVD Player — Not working properly

          Sony Tv's engineers taking clients for a ride by giving wrong estimation of parts when not required.I paid on 11th May'13 an outside Engineer Rs3000/- (could have costed me around Rs.600-800) for soldering at two places due to misguidance by Sony's engineer asking to replace parts for Rs.8500/-.I also had to pay Rs.350 to the engineer for wrong & misleading advice which the company should return as well as compensate for incurring high expense.I have sent many emails to the company but no positive reply yet as attached below.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              March 2013, I bought a new Sony Xperia Ion phone from sageetha show room. It worked fine for exactly 2 months then started giving problem.
              On 10 May 2013 battery problem started (Sudden shut down) so I made a complain online on 16 May 13 then given my phone to the Malleshwaram Sony Service Center on 18 May 2013 after three days I got a call from service center telling your phone is ready but when I went there and checked my phone I found SIM card was not detecting in that so again I called online costumer support, took Ticket number and submitted at same service center then costumer support executive told me it will take max 4 days to resolve this issue.

              I waited for a week Then called to service center and asked the phone status they replied it will take three more days then I called after three days they told me the same sentence again.

              Finally on 5 June 2013, I spoke to service center manager about my phone and asked what is the exact problem and why it is delaying, he replied they are waiting for hardware parts which has still not come from head office. Then I decided to send a mail to Sony Xperia Customer Support Online and I sent that there I mentioned "please tell me the exact date when I will be getting phone otherwise please replace it with new one because it is already 19 days over in service center" then I got a reply "Please see attachment".

              Today 21 Days over still I don't know when I will be getting my phone back this is my concern.

              Now I have some questions in my mind.

              Q1. How long should I wait now?
              Q2. If they will not give my phone after 30 days then what should I do?

              Please give me your valuable suggestion.

              SONY XPERIA — delay in service

              i have purchased a sony xperia handset a couple of months ago its touch screen is not working without ny reason. i gave it to sony service centre on 5 june 2012 at media enterprises (dombivili),it is under warranty period.after calling for many time at sony customer care,not getting proper reponse from them.pls help me out.me also ready to take legal action against them.
              i`ll tell you friend, this bugger big companies are just for name shake ...they don`t need you actually ...they need your money after that they behave like u`r not exist at all...! but don`t u worry hope u`ll get your phone soon, , , , , otherwise u can contact to consumer foram ...!

              Finely I got my phone back after 28 Days..

              Getting my phone was not easy. I called them on 12 June and asked the status they replied its ready but you can collect your phone on 13 june. There office timing was 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM but I reached by 6.40 PM because of traffic, they told me office time is over we cant give you phone, come tomorrow. I told this story to one of my close friend he told don't worry tomorrow we both will go.

              The very next day by evening my friend called service center and requested them to wait till 6.45 PM, they said ok.

              When I reached there and asked to give my phone by 6.45 PM they didn't give me phone even I saw one boy who was collecting his phone in the same time.

              Finely I called to my friend, when he asked they replied the same 'we cant give phone timing is over' then we were completely peace off, then he asked 'when I called you in the phone you told ok come and collect it but now you are not giving, what is this, you suppose to be in your word"

              When they show the situation without delay they given back my phone.

              Moral : "Now a day if you are right and polite no one will listen you..."

              This is my experience what I faced and I hope in future if this kind of problem come I will be ready.

                We purchased Sony Bravia LED KDL-32EX420IN5 last year (purchased on 1/1/12 and delivered on 4/1/12) in Gruha vaibhav, Bangalore for about Rs. 40,000. We didn't have any problems for one year. But Last month, all of a sudden smoke started coming out from the back of TV. Who came from service centre (Abhivrudhi Tech - Job No. is J[protected], told that some parts have melted and the whole board has to be replaced. They told it would cost around Rs.6000. After two days when we call the service centre they tell the cost would be about Rs. 10000 or more. We are in shock. Its very disappointing. We purchased Sony product without any second thoughts thinking its a very popular brand. Now we face a problem where we have to pay so much amount for repair. Sony should have provided in-built stabilizers (We were told this TV has in-built stabilizer and so no need of external stabilizer), or else told the customers that it is mandatory to get a stabilizer with TV. I was astonished to see so many consumer court complaints against Sony.I had lodged a complaint on phone on 28th May (Compliant number is[protected] requesting to consider our issue and repair the TV free of cost since my dad is a retired person and we wont like to give so much for repair when already we have paid such a huge amount for TV. Moreover its only one year four months old. Inspite of the complaint, there is no solution. One person from Abhivrudhi Tech contacted me asking the problem. When I explained, he told he will call after he discusses with officials. Till date no progress.

                I have just one request and that is to get the TV repaired free of cost. It would be better if we get an extension on our warranty period to another one or two years as who knows again there might be some problems.

                Looking forward to a positive reply from Sony as we have been a loyal Sony customer all these years.

                Sony — LCD TV repair cost asked being Rs 40000.00

                I had bought this LCD TV on 26.10.2008 from your Sony World Showroom at Elgin Road, Kolkata. From 8th Dec 2009, the picture on the screen has gone away & there are lot of vertical multicoloured strips that appear. The service center people have told me that the LCD PANEL has gone BAD & it would cost me 40,000.00 to get it repaired / replaced.
                Do you think its fair to charge me this amount when i have been sold a defective product itself.
                Pls look into the matter ASAP & prevent me from feeling CHEATED.
                I want immediate action on this from your end or else, I am going to dump this TV & get myself a new one, & you can understand that I am never going to look back to any SONY product.

                Sony TV — Repair

                We lodged a complainted with "TRANDS ELECTRONICS - DELHI 110092" on 24-Nov-11. Mr. Arif ([protected]) and Sameer ([protected]) visited us on 25-Nov-11 and gave the Job Sheet# 042 on that day. On 29-Dec-11, they told us that they have replaced certain parts... charged Rs. 2300 and gave Job Sheet# 050 this time, no bill.

                We have noticed that the picture quality of the television has deteriorated a great deal. The phone numbers ([protected] & [protected]) of the service center are going unanswered. The personal numbers of Arif and Sameer are available. They have been promising that they will visit us but haven't done so yet.

                Its great as long as the products are running fine... but just in case we need service, all we get is cheating???

                  merchant on this site sell counterfeit/duplicate products..i bought sony headphones which are not even worth 50 rs..sounds like those from street vendors ..They did not even provide me a bill..so its obvious that it is a fake product..no bill can be given for a fake product
                  now they raised their hands stating nothin can be done...their customer service is worst ive ever experienced...they keep you waiting on call for abt 30 mins which is not toll free...chat support is useless....n your mail wont reach theirr system..u'll get an error saying users mailbox is full

                  i am giving my w580 i mobile at the hanamkonda ,andhraprdesh servicing center with the display problem.but the srevice man replied MOTHER BOARD PROBLEM.
                  if my mobile have the motherboard problem mobile dont have any calls,but my mobile has incoming and out going calls.the servicing center made a PROUD.
                  THE SERVICING CENTERS IT SELF MADE THESE TYPE OF PROUD,HOW CAN WE TRUST THE SONYERICSSION COMPANY.

                    I have purchased a Sony Xperia SP phone from Snapdeal online

                    shopping on 22-May-2013. I received the product on 27th-May 2013.

                    After receiving the product I found that there is some problem

                    with the Camera (Pictures are not of that quality as mentioned,

                    they are very blur in nature!). So I went to Sony service center

                    in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchward Location. Now I got shocked when they

                    refused to give service for my phone by saying that this is

                    "out-of-country" phone means a GRAY market phone and we will can

                    not give service to this unauthorized product! So now I

                    understood that this is an illegal product that has been sold by

                    Snapdeal to me. So I called Snapdeal customer care and told the

                    all story. They were not gentle and asked me to wait for 24 hrs.

                    But after 24 hrs. I did not get any call from them, so I called

                    them and they responded me very badly saying that wait for 48

                    hrs. I told them that this is a mental harassment and I am not

                    happy. I told them that resolve the issue as soon as possible,

                    give me the reason that why this illegal product has been sold

                    otherwise I will file a complain against you in Consumer court.

                    The shocking reply was go and file complain, nothing will happen,

                    and there attitude was showing that they dont care about the LAWs

                    and consequences. I am very frustrated and depressed, please help

                    me. I want justice and compensation for all this harassment and

                    illegal activities that made me feel embarrassment at Sony

                    service center and locality.

                      Hi All,

                      I am Sumit Gupta from Gurgaon .I bought a sony xperia U on 29 april 2013 only after using the phone for 7-8 I was facing the problem in Ear speaker while talking on phone. For the same I visit to service centre on
                      18 may 2013 they (Mr pankaj) said that will take 7 -8 days to repair the ear speaker in the phone on 25 may I receive and just after less than 24 Hour the same issue was there and I visit the service centre again this they(Mr Taj) told me that might be there is some problem with mother Board and it will take another 7 days to get repair properly finally I receive my phone on 1 June after a regress follow-up with the service centre on Saturday and again on Sunday the problem was there today on Monday[protected] I called them they said they the part is not in stock and might take 3-5 days

                      Since I buy this phone out 30 days the phone was service centre for 20 days and I want Sony to replace this phone or refund the whole amount the latest reference Number by Sony custcare is : 95011763

                        i am using Xperia S Lt26i from last 10 months and in between 3 to 4 times i gave my phone to service center, 2 times i gave my phone because at that time mic was not malfunctioning then they replace and now its front and back both the speakers are not working, i dont know its the problem from hardware side or software side or its a manufacturing defect, most of the times i was outside of india when i face this problem, this time also i m outside india so how i can give my phone to sony authorised service center if i will not come for long time then warranty will be finish sony india will not take the responsibility of my phone i cannot bear this, it is too much now i had spend big amount of money for this kind of expensive phone so now i want the permanent solution, sony india have to replace my phone it is the responsibilty of sony india becuase u cannot sure that after repairing it will be fine and i didnot face any kind of failure in future. right now i am out of india so u can contact on my email for anything

                          Hello,

                          I want to bring to your notice that i purchased Sony Xperia Tipo from Croma Store, Connaught Place on 29th March 2013. After few days the handset started giving echo sound issues moreover the back battery cover is getting loosened up day by day giving a crack sound when the on-off or volume rocker keys are pressed. I personally visited sony outlet and was surprised to see many people with similar complaints. And to be very precise the service center guys try convincing me a lot that the handset is working normally.

                          Hello Team Sony,

                          Well yes finally i got my repaired handset back with motherboard changed. The team at Krishna Services, Authorized service center of Sony Xperia in Dwarka, New Delhi is very helpful and they do the work in perfect manner. Simply no offence with the service center. Now yesterday i got back my handset and today i noticed that the display screen was fluctuating. Drove back again to the service center and showed them the problem. The technical guy there told me that there's a problem with the Display and he will change it. Finally the problem is resolved.

                          Now then its not over between Me and Sony. During my many visits at the service center for issues such as earpiece not working, touchscreen stopped working, Echo issues, Software problems, loose battery cover(a manufacturing defect experience by tipo users) etc etc i can only say that the goodwill for Sony Xperia is over. I specially want to mention here that during my 8-10 visits at the service center, i met around 14-15 people who came with there Sony Xperia Tipo handset with similar issues that i was facing. In this particular handset there are several manufacturing defects such as Echo Issues, Loose battery cover problem that gives a cracky sound when on/off key or volume rocker keys are pressed.

                          I bought this piece for Rs 8, 400 and i can very well say now that it has really made my life a roller coaster ride. Being a service men i can say that my hard earned money saw a deep fluctuation, post buying Sony Xperia Tipo. Though i didnt had to pay for service cost, but yes petrol bill saw a rise plus a hell lot of time was wasted during my visits at the service center. This handset has many defects, thats why Sony came up with Xperia E. Anyways i personally hope that Sony should not stop making budget handsets, but yes they need to improve the quality.

                          Important point to be noted:

                          When i called up the customer care center they told me that you please deposit your handset and once it will be repaired, then you'll get a call from Sony on when shall i collect my handset. Here i want to say that i had to follow up, hence didn't got any call from Sony.

                            SONY LCD — old lcd given

                            i purchased LCD from Arvind electronics AMBALA CITY. Dealer give me old lcd.I return lcd to dealer.i finaced from bajaj auto finance.i want to purchase lcd from exclusive showroom.butdealer not return my money.

                            SONY LCD — Unprofessional service

                            I had purchased a digital SONY TV (order no.[protected] from Reliance Digital, Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon on 31st March 2010 with full payment. I was told that the TV will be delivered and installed next day (1st April) after 11am. To my surprise, TV was delivered only at 9pm on 1st April. I went to the Reliance Digital and discussed the matter with Senior representatives.I was measured that the TV will be installed next day at 10.30 am. An Engineer visited my place and tried to install the TV. However he found some problem with the Power unit of the TV and could not install. He reported the case to the Reliance Digital office. I tried to contact the Reliance Digital several times. The only assurance got from tehm was that Engineer from SONY will come and verify the the product.

                            This is very unfortunate and very unprofessional approach of a Company like Reliance to deal with a customer. You can not wait for 3 days for installation of your TV when you have paid the total money. I would urge all the customers in Delhi and Gurgaon not to purchase anything from Reliance Digital as they are very unprofessional in their service.

                            Gurgaon — Unprofessional company

                            Some Companies like Value Homz Realtors Pvt Ltd, SCO-18, Sec-29, (VISTA PARK HOTEL) Gurgaon, Haryana, are really very unprofessional. The management are family establishment.They 9 persons are illitrate and do not know how to run a business and its management....Director and other authorities of this so called Realtors & Hospitality company play with the career of new candidates and their employees......REALLY PATHETIC !!!!!

                              I purchased Sony Bravia KLV 32BX300 on 4/9/2010. Just after a year, it got a "line on the screen" and gave it for service on 10/12/2011. Initially the Sony Service Centre executives refused to replace the panel under warranty however after an argument they replaced the panel by charging a service charge of Rupees 700. I came to know from the service centre that the issue is seen with almost all the TVs of this particular model. Now, just after another year, again the same line is seen on the screen and when I checked with Sony service centre at Koorkkenchery, Thrissur, Kerala, they communicated the panel would cost more than 12000 and the same cannot be covered under warranty as it has been more than a year after the panel replacement. I logged a complaint in Sony portal, Job no- J30863409, and they rejected the request saying "SONY products are designed to have adequate ruggedness however there can be chance of failures. We offer 1 year of free service to our customers. After this period, the service becomes chargeable". It is highly insane and truly unprofessional for a reputed company like Sony to ask the customer to replace the panels every year due to manufacturing faults and spending 12000 again on a TV is not something that one can accept or afford. Even if the panel is replaced, it would get corrupted just after the warranty period. Hence please do the needful to get the set replaced with a new one.

                              I also have the same issues... Again the vertical lines have appeared. I also bought it in 2010. Replaced the screen but now again problem has come.

                                I purchased my sony xperia P on November26th-2012 from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad.From the begining it has the mic problem,Battery problem and it hangs many times.For three times in last 45 days I gave my moblie in Sony center at ameerpet in hyderabd. But there is use with it.Still iam facing same issues.Its irritating me alot.I want Replacement of this or money back.

                                  This is susheel chaudhary working with a reputed national media group.
                                  I purchased Sony Xperia J series on 11 April 2013 costing Rs 14,500 for the first time, but due to the phone heating problem and network problem, I applied for the exchange of phone on 17 April 2013 at its authorized service center in noida. I got a new phone on 22 April 2013 and during the testing of cell phone at the service centre premises I found that mic of cell phone was not working and from there only again I returned the cell phone for exchange at the same service center for the second time. The third time I got a phone from the company on 8 may 2013 and again I faced the problem of phone heating during charging and long talk. At the same time i again forwarded the cell phone for replacement and this time I demanded my money back, but I got no response.
                                  I want to let you know that I don’t have trust on Sony’s cell phone and I want my money back and whatever the process going on from the company (sony) is not at all satisfactory.
                                  So please consider my complain as soon as possible and please come forward with the positive response.

                                      Dear sir i have purchased sony xperia s phone from bhatiya and still in warranty but phone is not working properly so i went to service center they everytime told me that there is this problem come after 2 day or 4 days after using it or say that left your phone here we will check it out after 2 day they returned in same situation and said that it got repair at the same time my phone showing errorr msg i show that msg to the person of service center he told me that left your phone here and we will check it out this cycle happens since last one month.but i did not got my phone reparied.at last they said that mother board have to be replaced and they keep my phone at service cetre since last 15 days but not confirming what exactly happened at there.

                                        I am having a sony cybershot digital cam,14 mp 5 x zoom cubershot. i was using it very nicely, n its a wonderful cam too,
                                        Due to its easy ness i m using it everywhere i d taken pics in hongkong singapore malaysia srilanka thailand mairitius sydney shanghai . Its a class cam.
                                        S im used to it , i already ve DSLR canon but its hard to take pics on move n its not handy,

                                        Last week i kept it open at night in ac room , since then the buttons r not working proprly, if i press click. It change mode, if i press power off button them it get click pics,
                                        Due to this i took cam to sony service centre in rajgarh road guwahati.
                                        They refuse to repair even i show them the warranty card.
                                        Sir i got this cam as gift from my brother who is in mumbai , i dont have any bill, but having the valid warranty card till NOV2013
