sony vaio is waste company and its service centre is totally useless
i have given my laptop for complaints to ahmedabad and rajkot service centre which is brought recently
but cannot solve my problem in which system is hanged and running very slow after formatting it many times by all centres... inface people dont know what is actual problem and how to resolve it..
and call centre is just for name nothing happens

We bought Sony LCD Bravia from Vasanth & Co, velachery branch in October 2012. Within 4 months, the TV is not getting switched on and the LED is not glowing. Contacted sony customer care[protected] days back and they told it will be attended within 48 hours but still no engineer came to my house.
