Hi,
I had bought a SONY LCD TV in the year 2010, model number - KLV-32T550A IN5 and now picture is not coming although audio is fine. Through Sony Call centre, we got the number of BOSCOS - B-15, Shivalik,New Delhi. Last weekend, their field engineer (as I am told by the service centre) came and informed us that a component worth Rs 7000/- to 7500/- has to be changed. They have to order it and can install within two to three days.After two days, again a call is received by me that approval has to be taken for the pricing and approval was given by me.
After five days, today I have received a call from BOSCOS that the said part is not coming and they will repair the component. If this had been the case, why they did not inform me at the first place that the said part/ component is not available in the market.
I am deeply shocked and saddened by the fact that a world class brand has such uninformed authorised service centre who themselves don't know what components are available in the market and it takes one week to inform a customer that the said part is not their.
Request you to assign my complaint to a better and professional authorised service centre, so that they can look into the problem and provide a solution.

Sony — irreparable phone
my name is mohamed zuber and i have sony f305 phone.....and there has been a problem in its ic...and i have shown to many mobile dealers to repair but its irrepairable.....why ru producing such thing that are not being repaired or that are much defective....i had switched off my phone for long time and then this happened......i want a complete explanation about it.....or exchange my phone....i[censored] want i can send my phone to ur headoffice....for doing research on it......reply...
