I have purchased a sony xperia tipo mobile set on[protected], form the very first day the set was showing problem in speaker(Echo problem). The matter was reported by me to service centre . Next day I received call from service centre informing that there is a need to format the mobile set i was agree with that . Again I received call from service centre informing that we are sending your set for changing it's mother board, instantly i asked to service centre for exchange my Set as the same is brand new one at that time service centre given excuse that we have changed speaker of the phone that's why company is declining for exchange . The service centre is betraying the customer by appointing various time for resolving the problem. As on today more than 45 days passed away but still i have not received my mobile phone. In mean time the price of particular set is also got down by Rs 500/- . We are unable to enjoy the facility of the product for what we have paid.
Please look in to matter .

    Complaint
    I had bought “sony xperia tipo dual classic” mobile on[protected]. Within 15 days eco problem of sound started. I have submitted the mobile in the sony service center in solapur. I have got it back after 15 days.
    But the eco problem was started again in 2 days. Again I have submitted my mobile at service center (Ticket no [protected]); I have got it back after 1.5 months. They have assured me that this time we will give u permanent solution but again the same problem started.
    Now I have submitted my mobile third time (ticket no: [protected]) in the service center, Hope I will get permanent solution this time. I have asked them for replacement of mobile but there is no obtain of any replacement.
    Sir I request you, penalize the Sony Company and help me for getting compensation for harassing me mentally & wasting my valuable time. Compensation may be in the form of replacement of mobile model or cash

      Sir...
      I had brought a SONY XPERIA NEO L mobile on dec 25 and i had got complaint on by middle of january but i took it to service centre which is 40 km far from my house, the problem found was touch problem the mobile works automatically, and the servce centre provides a software upgrade and told that its ok.. when i reached home and used after few hours the complaints again comes... later i took it again to service centre and told the same complaint and also i got a battery issue. they told me that it will be the touch pannel problem their will be a short in the toch pannel and they replaced with a new pannel and they told the problem is solved and i took it to home and after one day the complaint again raised and shown the same complaint and the battery is been draining fastly... again i took it to service centre and complaint about the service and i reported to the toll free number and talked to senior they told it will be solved.... after one week i got the toch problems presently disappeared and the problem now is with camera it captures a faded image and the battery draining is fastly...... i dont know what to do with this i purchased it for rs16500 and i am not able to work with the mobile for long and a great time is with service centre.... kindly please help me to solve this issue.......

      my mobile phone`s touch pad got damaged and i had given it at the sony service centre for repair on 22/3/2013 and i had been told that it would take 7 days for the repair and after 7 days when i asked for my phone they told that it would a further 3-4 days for the repair and after this due date when i enquired once again i had been told that it would again take a further extension period 5-7 days as the parts were not available at the nearest so the parts were to arrive from the head office located at chennai and when i enquired again today on 06/04/2013 they are again asking for a further extension till 25/04/2013
      and i also asked for an alternate device for temporary purpose they further denied at it and now they are saying that the parts are to arrive from sweden, so demand an alternate device till my mobile phone gets repaired, and would like to receive it at the earliest.the details of my phone are given below

        I am Manjunath from Bangalore.I am buy a new tv model #kdl-32hx750 from Adishwar india ltd on25/02/2013.I will observed the tv screen on13/03/2013 one dot their on the scree then. Immediately I will call the costummer care #[protected].Next day one guy is coming to my home he said 100%screen is defective. For our company rules they will replace new tv within one month from the date of purtchase. Then he will reported to the company one person will call me they will try to replace the new tv. On21/03/2013.After that nobody will calling & update.
        In my understand is nobody go for buy Sony products. Because company will cheeting by sell default products.

          We have bought a sony bravia KL 46 EX 430 TV. Picture is not completely displaying on screen when connected through set top box. I mean picture display is being cut from edges.
          Firstly a service man from sony service center visited when called by sony TV dealer and agreed that picture is being cut and told me that he will consult and reply back in 3 days.

          After 3 days when I didn't get any reply I called to service center and asked for status. At that time they completely denied of problem with TV and said that problem is with airtel set top box. Then I said '3 days before your service man agreed that problem exists with TV' then they asked me to register complain on [protected].

          I checked this issue again by connecting videocon set top box with TV and found same display problem.
          This indicates problem is with TV not with set top box.

          I registered the complain with sony service center. They grantee of service man visit within 2 days but till now no one has visited. I have contacted them for same issue 9-10 times on phone but all in vain.
          And on phone service guy is misguiding me by saying that this model TV is not compatible with airtel set top box and I need to change my airtel set top box. He also said that they can not take any action because this is a problem with airtel set top box, not with sony TV.

          I checked this issues with other same model TVs of sony with airtel and videocon set top box connected and found this is manufacturing defect with all TVs of same model.
          I support this claim because when I connect airtel set top box with BPL and samsung TVs this issue is not there.

          Take it another way suppose my TV problem get fix after installing set top box other than airtel. Then it is sony company's fault that they haven't notified customers for this problem with airtel set top box.

          PS. I have checked all this in wide mode : full. That was suggested mode by dealer and service man.

          I have 1 image for demonstrating you the issue. This image is a scene of murder 2 movie. In this picture a white car is not in display which is there on left hand side in original scene of same movie.

          ctv — Display problem

          I have a purchase a CTV model No.Dharpoorna-14KE, Barcode is - [protected]. Problem is On button press then 5 minutes show the display in blue screen, or after 5 minutes show the picture. kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

            I would like to file a formal complaint with you and request you to kindly investigate and help me get my money and the compensation for the pain I have gone through.

            I ordered a music system on 4th march online with timtara.com and so far no response from them. The gateway who took the money also seems fraud. It is Infosecure consulting, Noida. Both are from UP. The numbers they have given on the website are not working.

                  I Bought an Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V on feb 14 2012, Am unable to use my handset its getting heat frequently when i use Internet and play HD games its very poor quality make from Sony .. Heating problem getting increased after one year i cant even touch my phone extreme heat problem. When i went to give service no proper response from any center everybody saying nothing can be done. dose this means Sony mobile are made for just one year .

                  Sony Ericsson — poor quality

                  i purchased a sony ericsson w205 model. i have done nearly 6 times service after its purchase. i have even changed the mother board of the product. but the mobile is not functioning. often the cell hangs, the battery stability is not good, the problem of technical faults occurs that. the cell gets switched off on its own. it is such a worse set. it is the default brand of son ericsson. never go for it.

                    sony vaio is waste company and its service centre is totally useless
                    i have given my laptop for complaints to ahmedabad and rajkot service centre which is brought recently
                    but cannot solve my problem in which system is hanged and running very slow after formatting it many times by all centres... inface people dont know what is actual problem and how to resolve it..
                    and call centre is just for name nothing happens

                        Sony Ericsson — not working

                        I was purchased 1 pc.of Sony Ericsson xperia X10 cell phone (IMEI No. [protected]) from M/S Lakshmi General Agencies on 26/07/2010 for Rs. 27950 (Bill no. Sony /559). After using it for sometime, the mobile is completly stopped and i complained the same to Lakshmi General Agencies ,46-9-50,51,bypass road,near church mainroad, Danavaipeta,Rajahmandry,533103 ,([protected],2432432) and deposited my handset complaint , I phoned the concerned Annapurna Mobiles, Rajamandry ,533103,[protected] and he told me that the handset cannot be repaired and further they will replace the same with the new one as it is under warranty period. Subsequently, I deposited the phone accessories full box to them. They were supposed to give the replacement withing 10 to 15 days. Thereafter I paid several visits to them followed by phone calls but they are not giving any head. It is almost 50 days have passed.Mr. Gandhi has finally promised me to give the replacement but again failed. To the most disgust, he is saying a stereotyped message " We cant say, whenever the Company will provide, we will give you the replacement".

                        I am a common consumer and facing a tremendous hardship due to such practice of the authorized service centre. I seek your kind intervention to get me the replacement and the compensation for the delay and the strict action against the authorized service centre, so as to curb such unjustified and unreasonable acts of the manufacturers and service providers.

                        Consequences : I am without phone. Since I cannot afford to buy a further new handset, I had to take a handset from my friend and that too not on regular basis. I have a bussiness without phone, I have to call the authorized service centre during the office hours.Please take nessary action and please solved my problem.

                        Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i — not giving my phone back

                        hi there,
                        i gave my sony ericsson xperia x10i to repair in sony ericsson authorised store in governoepet,vijayawada for automatic shut down problem. my job card number is 656, given date: 06/12/2010. they said its gonna done by a month. but i has been 3 months now, they are not giving my mobile back.
                        i lost hopes on them.
                        please help me

                        Sony Ericsson Xperia Cellphone — worst service provided

                        My cellphone (Sony Erricson Xperia) does not get charged. Its not been even a year since i have purchased it by paying 30k and this is what i get in return from Sony. The more worst is your customer service which assured me to return back my cell within 10 days of repair but its been more than 20 days and i still dont have the cell back. Whenever i call the customer service, the only response i get is " The cell phone will be repaired in 2 more days". This is what i have heard from last 20 days. I am just waiting to get back my cell repaired or unrepaired and sell it off and get some money back to buy any other cell but definetly not sony and would suggest others as well not to buy this crap product anymore.

                        Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i Mobile Phone — Xperia X10i

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is Jaswinder Kaur from Chandigarh and this email is regarding my
                        SONY ERICSSON XPERIA X10i phone. I bought this phone on the 24th of
                        April,2011 in white colour for Rs. 22,500 from Sony Ericsson Priority
                        dealer, "STANDARD TELETRONICS", SCO No. 49, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh
                        (Phone numbers:[protected],[protected]. But, there were problems
                        with the phone. So, I took it to the dealer on the 25th of April. He
                        kept the phone and said that he would get it replaced and I can take
                        the phone back on 26th. He did not give me the phone on the 26th, not
                        even on the 27th. On the 28th he gave me a new phone. This replaced
                        phone was also having a number of problems like :

                        *It's battery was pathetic. It was taking 5 hours for charging, that
                        too not fully.
                        *It used to go on and off on its own.
                        *Whenever i used to make calls, there was a lot of noise in the background.

                        So, when I reported all this to the dealer again on the 29th, he
                        suggested that I should use the phone for 2 days and then check if the
                        problem is still there. After 2 days the problem was as it is. When I
                        went to the dealer on the 2nd of May, he turned very rude. He did not
                        talk properly and said he can't do anything about it. When I asked him
                        to return my money, he sent me to the service center. He said this
                        matter would be handled by them only. I then went to the service
                        center named "RAI AND SONS" in sector 47, Chandigarh. I asked for my
                        money back but they refused. they said there is no such provision to
                        return the money. They kept my phone and said they will replace the
                        phone after they get the Area head's approval in maximum 2 days but
                        they called me on the 6th of May saying that I could collect the paper for the replacement thing and I got the phone replaced on the 10th of May.

                        Now the issue is, this 2nd time replaced phone is all the same.
                        *There is a lot of noise in the background.
                        *The person at the other end can not hear me properly whereas in my old phone there is no such problem.
                        *The battery gets drained in a flash(without using the internet).
                        *Sometimes the touch does not work.

                        I am really pissed off. I have not used the phone even once since the day I bought it. I do not want this phone anylonger. There are a number of problems with this xperia x10i model. Had I bought a phone of lesser value, that would have been better. Why the hell has Sony ericsson kept such a high price for a pathetic model??

                        I do not want the replacement for this phone again because it's no guarantee that the replaced phone will not be faulty as there is problem with this model itself. I want my money back. I have lost my faith in Sony Ericsson.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I am Subham Nad. I recently bought Sony's latest flagship smartphone the Sony XPERIA Z. It was advertised that we get a headphone MDR-ZX100A worth ₹1490 and a premium cover worth ₹ 1990. I got the freebies today. On the box of the headphones the model was same as advertised but on opening i saw that the model embossed on the headphone was MDR-ZX100 which is the cheaper one worth ₹ 700. Also the cover is very bad quality. The local ones are better than this. It is in no way worth ₹ 1990. The company is cheating every indian by providing such cheap products in the name of expensive one and also that of such a bad quality. Instead everyone wants that they provided the dock only which they did outside india, that would have been of great use. They are cheating all indians. I want them to take away both the freebies and give the dock instead of that or to give a refund of subsequent amount or give some good quality headphones that actually has some bass.                           Sony Collections — Cheating

                          Dear Sir,

                          I wanted to bring to your notice that people hard earned money are been eaten by some really crook mobile dealers.
                          I had recently i.e on 16-Dec-2011 got a knew Blackberry Bold 9900 or should i say a cheated by the dealer with a used Blackberry Bold 9900.
                          Me and my friend had gone to Sony Collections which is in Prime mall in Vile Parle (Irla) these people told me that if you go for a Black cell the cost is 31750 and a white one it would cost me 32000. So i decided to go for the 31750 black bold 9900.
                          I was made to wait for 10 mins to get the cell i really didn't know at that time they were busy packing and celing a used mobile. One of their person come with the mobile in 20 mins and hands it over to the owner. And just to bring to your notice they had put a plastic cove just the way it is packed.
                          But there was something i had noticed that the blackberry seal was already opened but i didn't give much attention to that cause i was under the impression that its a new phone but it wasn't.
                          Then he opened the box with the cell in it and to my amazement the cell already had a scratch guard on it and wen i asked him that i want to put a new one he was very reluctant and said dat you can leave it it will come out in some days . Then he made a bill of 31750 and sold it to me but since i do research i felt that something was terribly wrong and i was right. The same day the track pad of the cell stopped working then the next day the touch stopped working i had to remove the battery to start the cell again that was it .
                          I called the place and told them that the cell is faulty they tell me to get a Certificate from Blackberry that the cell is ok for replacement. I got the letter yesterday as well as a new piece and once i got the knew piece i was shocked to see the differences:
                          1) The New blackberry's box seal was opened in front of me and the cell didn't have a scratch guard where as the old one had a scratch guard on it.
                          2) The charger which was given to me was lose and where as in the new one it was properly packed.
                          3) The Blackberry Pouch was also without packing and was a fake one compared to the new one.
                          4) The bill amount for the old one was 31750 where as in the new one he put 32000

                          Although i have collect the new phone but i am concerned about people who buy things from this shop when he cheats them in this way.
                          I humbly request you to take strick action against this shop or els innocent people would be cheated in the same manner i was.

                          I want to confirm the complaint...Sony has fooled the Indian customers...I am an old customer of Sony...and its a shame for Sony as they sent a 100 rs worth case named as premium case...and headphone are the cheaper model than advertised.

                          The same for me! In UK they provided a good headset worth 16000 INR but Sony thinks Indians are a fool and provides crap items and tag them "premium". This is highly unacceptable for a premium phone bought for a premium price! The freebies are of literally no use and better they refund the amount or replace it with another respectful accessory like the charging dock which is highly essential. Sony again started using their cheap marketing tactics! It's unacceptable for a reputed company and, we Indians are the 3rd important mobile market to Sony and we respect their products here! So please provide us a solution as soon as possible!
                          I also agree with above statement. There is nothing premium about the case. Indian market is always exploited by portraying these products as out of heaven and we dont get same treatment like EU or NA regions.
                          Seriously sony, what the hell is going on. If its really worth 3.5k, buy it back and give us our money. We'll get a real "premium" case and headphone.
                          Sony is openly fooling Indian customers...
                          No way anybody would want to keep their Xperia Z in such a cheap case which is being referred to as premium by Sony...the inside portion is having contours which can create marks on the phone's surface...Its not even worth ...
                          & abt the headphones, the market price of those is just 700 bucks & Sony says its worth 1490 bucks...wtf is wrong with Sony ????

                          I am very disappointed after buying this smartphone it always have a problem of hanging. I take it to the service center two times but after some day a new problem is generate. So kindly repair my phone or replace it as soon as possible.

                            I had bought a SONY LCD TV in the year 2010, model number - KLV-32T550A IN5 and now picture is not coming although audio is fine. Through Sony Call centre, we got the number of BOSCOS - B-15, Shivalik,New Delhi. Last weekend, their field engineer (as I am told by the service centre) came and informed us that a component worth Rs 7000/- to 7500/- has to be changed. They have to order it and can install within two to three days.After two days, again a call is received by me that approval has to be taken for the pricing and approval was given by me.

                            After five days, today I have received a call from BOSCOS that the said part is not coming and they will repair the component. If this had been the case, why they did not inform me at the first place that the said part/ component is not available in the market.

                            I am deeply shocked and saddened by the fact that a world class brand has such uninformed authorised service centre who themselves don't know what components are available in the market and it takes one week to inform a customer that the said part is not their.

                            Request you to assign my complaint to a better and professional authorised service centre, so that they can look into the problem and provide a solution.

                              I purchased a Sony Vaio Ultrabook Model Number – SVT13113ENS, Serial Number - 7005209 vide bill number MES/GIP/12-13/6706 dated 17-Dec-2012 from SONY CENTER (Authorized Dealer) at ‘The Great India Place’, Noida (U.P.)

                              After using it for only 2 months I encountered two problems with it:
                              · On switching on the laptop I got the message ‘Operating system not Found’ (on dated 23.02.2013)
                              · The backspace key was not functioning properly (ever since I started using the laptop)

                              I took my laptop to a Sony Authorized Service Center named ‘Jaypee Electronics’, situated at C-54, Ground Floor, Sector-2, Noida (U.P.) on dated 25.02.2013 wherein I was apprised that first problem may be resolved by performing a system restore or it changing the hard disc, as the case may be and the second one will be resolved by changing the keyboard.

                              After a long and agonizing wait of 13 days, I got a call from the Service Center on dated 11.03.2013 confirming that the laptop has been repaired. On visiting the Center, I was told that the hard disc and keyboard have been changed. When I switched on the system for the first time (at the Service Center itself) it hung up on the Windows 7 logo for more than 2 minutes and didn’t boot. On taking the matter to the concerned person I was told that there is an important file missing in Windows, which is causing the problem and a system restore needs to be performed again. The incident defied logic as I was given a call by the Service Center itself that my laptop has been repaired.

                              I was called again on dated 13.03.2013 confirming that the laptop has been repaired. I went to collect it and encountered the same problem again, in the presence of SONY Service Center officials. The boot up time was as high as 4 to 5 minutes, much to my disgust! On raising the matter I was told that there is a possible issue with the Motherboard. I am now told by the Service Center officials to submit my bill so that the matter can be taken forward.

                              Keyboard, Hard disc and Motherboard comprise of three major components of a laptop. Since a mere 2 months old laptop has such Big issues, I am now totally put-off with using this laptop. I have great apprehensions that this laptop will continue to give me issues and the problems faced already may just be the tip of the iceberg!

                              I am a working professional and have already faced HUGE problems with my work being hampered to a large extent on account of not having my laptop. Frequent visits to the Service Center have not helped my case either, on account of paucity of time.

                              I have been a loyal SONY customer and in fact own another VAIO laptop, which prompted me into going for the brand SONY again. Kindly help me in maintaining my trust vested with SONY by REPLACING MY LAPTOP WITH A NEW ONE.

                                I bought a new Sony E series laptop. The next day i found an issue with the display, rang up the[protected] sony toll free number. I got the call from nearest service center the next day. I requested for a new laptop, since its a just a day old laptop and already facing issues. The technician took the laptop with him to the service center.

                                Even after 2 weeks i did not receive any proper response from Sony. I tried calling up the local service center, all they say is, they havent received the new laptop, so they can't do anything.. and that too as a customer i am calling them daily for an update.. so i decided to call up the main Sony center number[protected]. Talked to 3 different executives in the last 2 days, they promised someone will call me up before the End of Business day, but NO RESPONSE. I don't have any clue what is happening ? Its such a pathetic customer service from a global brand like Sony, never expected this..
                                At least they should have the courtesy to call the customer and update the status.. If this is the case then i would have to think twice before purchasing a Sony product..

                                SONY ADAPTOR — NO RESPONSE

                                SIR I HAD PURCHASED ONE ADAPTOR FROM SONY VAIO FLAG SHIP STORE ON ANDHERI WEST AARVEE COMPUTER- THE ADAPTOR WAS PURCHASED WIDE INVOICE 741 DTD: 28.10.2011 WITH WARRENTY OF 6 MONTHS.

                                THE ADAPTOR FAILED TO WORK AFTER ONE MONTH. WE APPROACHED ABOVE SHOP AND GIVEN SAME FOR REPAIR ON 12TH DEC 2011. BUT WERE SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT WHEN WE STARTED ENQURING FROM 13TH DEC 2011 FOR STATUS OF ADAPTOR; THEY FAILED TO ANSWER AND SAID MAY TAKE ONE MONTH TO REPAIR.

                                SIR ADAPTOR COST OF RS. 3000/- AND WITH BRAND LIKE SONY VAIO THE SERVICE IS SO POOR AND RUTHLESS THAT THE SHOP KEEPER DOES NOT REPLY ON PHONE ANYTHING AND TO VISIT SHOP IN MUMBAI IS REALLY PROBLEMATIC.

                                PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ADVICE HOW TO PROCEED

                                  I am a huge fan of KTLK from chennai. Kuch to Log kahengae is an awesome and interesting romantic serial which has clean bowled our hearts across the country till date. We cannot say how close we are to this serial that we sit up till 11.30 pm to finish watching this serial irrespective of our busy schedule and ill health. That interesting it has been. I recently read a news article stating that KTLK is going to come to an end on March 28th 2013. We request you not to put this to an end. I read that the reason is low TRPs in the recent times which is highly unacceptable. The fan following for this serila is huge so we request you to continue this serial for another 3 years. The reason for the low TRPs may be because of the late timing. If the timing is changed from 11 pm to 10 pm every night, then for sure this serial will have the highest TRPs. In fact we enjoy such kind of serials. Kudos to the entire team. All have done great justice to their roles, mainly characters-'Nidhi', 'Ashutosh' and 'Daksh'. We dont want this serial to end. Please let it continue. Requesting the directors, sponsors, Sony Entertainment channel and the entire team of KTLK.

                                    Hi,

                                    I, Mitul Rambhia, had purchased Sony Xperia Arc S mobile on 22nd April, 2012. To buy this expensive mobile worth Rs. 24,000/-, I had to put in my entire month’s salary thinking that I had ‘invested’ that amount. But very soon I realized that it was actually ‘wasted’ and not ‘invested’.

                                    On 11th Feb, 2013, there was some technical issue with my mobile and suddenly the display screen was blank. Even though the mobile was in working condition, I was not able to see anything on the screen. Since this was under warranty period, I went to service centre on 13th Feb, 2013 which is located in Borivali West, Mumbai and submitted my mobile to get it repaired. The executive there took down the request with ticket ID [protected] (Job number W[protected] with a promise that it would be fixed and given back to me within 2 weeks’ time. Unfortunately, I neither got any call nor any update from anyone in Sony during this 2 weeks’ duration. Hence, I visited the service centre on 27th Feb as well as 2nd March to understand the exact status of repair. I was shocked to hear the same response on both the days that my mobile’s motherboard has gone and that part is not available. It would take 8 – 10 more days to get the mobile repaired. It meant that nobody in Sony has done anything in those 2 weeks. To raise a complaint via call centre, I called up on the toll free number mentioned. Firstly, I called up on 3rd March, but to my surprise, I got the same response that the part is not available, and it would take at least 8 – 10 more days. I spoke to someone senior there, and he promised to check the details and call me back in 1 hour. But I haven’t got any call from him yet. I again called up the call centre today i.e. 12th March, and I got the same response that I need to wait for 8 – 10 more days. It seemed to me that Sony has changed its tagline and the new one is “Apologies for inconvenience caused. Please wait for 8 – 10 more days”.

                                    I am writing this email to you with the hope that I would not get any more false promises and you would also look at the issue on an urgent basis. I also want you to keep yourself in my shoes and try to understand the pain that I must be going through while I am using some old mobile, even after spending so much. It’s been 1 month now, and there is no positive response from Sony on the problem that I am facing. Hence, I would like to request you to either give me a new mobile set which is worth the same amount or get me refund of the amount that I have paid. If you are not able to help me with that, they please keep that mobile with you, as I don’t think that Sony is capable enough to service its own product. Also want to highlight that unavailability of parts or any issues related to supply chain within your organization should not impact the customer. One disgruntled customer means losing on at least 10 times the business that you have generated. I do not have any more energy to do follow-up on this, to call up your call centre or visit your service centre.

                                    Appreciate your earliest response on this.

                                      I purchased a Brand New Sony Xperia Go ST27i Black having IMEI No. [protected] for Rs.13790 from a Gujrat based dealer through ebay.in on 30th of november and received delivery of the same on 5th of december. After starting the product, it did start well but it din't work properly for long time and started giving problem of sim detection. When I called the supplier, he said that he's is not responsible for anything and I need to consult to service centre. When I went to SONY service centre, they said me that my IMEI is international and due to which the warranty of the phone expires and they can't do anything. When after that I had a word with supplier, he told me that I have received seller's warranty and not of manufacturer's warranty and I need to consult SERVEPRO Service Pvt. Ltd. When I had a word with SERVEPRO Service Pvt. Ltd, they told me that I need to submit my phone and i'll receive it after around 6 days. I submited my phone to SERVEPRO Service Pvt. Ltd on 6th of december and I received the same on 31st december at around 4.30pm. After using it for 15 days it gave me the same problem again, I again submited the phone to person of InTarvo (outlet of SERVEPRO Service Pvt. Ltd in pune) on 16th of january and they told me that i'll be getting mobile back in 5 days. The person of InTarvo told me that he has sent the mobile phone to chennai for further solution on 15th of february and also told me that i'll getting it back maximum by 28th of february but on 28th of february he said me that their vendor in chennai has closed down and my mobile problem is yet to be solved. He asked me for 8 days for further solution, it is more than 8 days and yet I have no information about the phone. Today its 11th of march and I have not received the phone yet and as a student I am seriously not in the mental state to take it anymore as I have used this phone for only 15 days though I have purchased this phone before 3 months and none of the parties gave me any sort of assistance.

                                        TODAY service person came to my home to check the complaint of my sony LED TV and he said there is a problem in Panel so need to be changed and he said the warranty is for one year only so your warranty period already completed . So you have to pay for the service he said to change the panel it cost about 23 thousand india. Rupees , my question is when there is a complaint in panel that is not our mistake and also the age of the TV is exact one year and one month i bought this tv for about 35 thousand rupees and i have to pay for the service about 23 thousand after one year and one month.
                                        The service person said if this happend before 10 days we will change this for free now it not free service he added . I dont think it is working .

                                        So please take necessary action to do a free service to change the panel.
