Hello Sony Team,

I purchased my sony xperia P on November26th-2012 from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad.From the begining it has the mic problem,Battery problem and it hangs many times.For three times in last 45 days I gave my moblie in Sony center at ameerpet in hyderabd. But there is use with it.Still iam facing same issues.Its irritating me alot.I want Replacement of this or money back.

    Dear Sir,
    This is susheel chaudhary working with a reputed national media group.
    I purchased Sony Xperia J series on 11 April 2013 costing Rs 14,500 for the first time, but due to the phone heating problem and network problem, I applied for the exchange of phone on 17 April 2013 at its authorized service center in noida. I got a new phone on 22 April 2013 and during the testing of cell phone at the service centre premises I found that mic of cell phone was not working and from there only again I returned the cell phone for exchange at the same service center for the second time. The third time I got a phone from the company on 8 may 2013 and again I faced the problem of phone heating during charging and long talk. At the same time i again forwarded the cell phone for replacement and this time I demanded my money back, but I got no response.
    I want to let you know that I don’t have trust on Sony’s cell phone and I want my money back and whatever the process going on from the company (sony) is not at all satisfactory.
    So please consider my complain as soon as possible and please come forward with the positive response.

      I purchased a Sony Xperia E mobile on April 17th 2013.The display is gone in a month.When went to the SonnetCare Sony Service Center,Indiranagar Bangalore they said there is an internal damage, and nothing can be done.But my mobile has no scratches and still is brand new.I wrote to [protected]@ap.sony.com explaining the problem, but there is no response from them.
      Please help me to solve my problem.

        Dear sir i have purchased sony xperia s phone from bhatiya and still in warranty but phone is not working properly so i went to service center they everytime told me that there is this problem come after 2 day or 4 days after using it or say that left your phone here we will check it out after 2 day they returned in same situation and said that it got repair at the same time my phone showing errorr msg i show that msg to the person of service center he told me that left your phone here and we will check it out this cycle happens since last one month.but i did not got my phone reparied.at last they said that mother board have to be replaced and they keep my phone at service cetre since last 15 days but not confirming what exactly happened at there.

        I have two sony mobiles of K700i BOTH WERE NOT FUNCTIONING
        It is a manufacturing defect for this model,

          Respected sir
          I am having a sony cybershot digital cam,14 mp 5 x zoom cubershot. i was using it very nicely, n its a wonderful cam too,
          Due to its easy ness i m using it everywhere i d taken pics in hongkong singapore malaysia srilanka thailand mairitius sydney shanghai . Its a class cam.
          S im used to it , i already ve DSLR canon but its hard to take pics on move n its not handy,

          Last week i kept it open at night in ac room , since then the buttons r not working proprly, if i press click. It change mode, if i press power off button them it get click pics,
          Due to this i took cam to sony service centre in rajgarh road guwahati.
          They refuse to repair even i show them the warranty card.
          Sir i got this cam as gift from my brother who is in mumbai , i dont have any bill, but having the valid warranty card till NOV2013
          Kindly heplp me to get repair,

            Hi ,

            sony xperia z hag and shut down not working
            sony xperia z poor performance.
            i buy new sony xperia z mobile last month.

            dont konw wt to do now.i cant trust on sony product not.

              I am facing issue with my xperia j camera from last so many days as the pictures are not coming clear in night, i have submitted my mobile to the service centre with ticket id : [protected], after three days they called me and said plz collect your phone as it is working fine now, i asked them to check again by taking snapshot in dark but they said it is ok. I have collected my mobile and the problem is still same, now they again want me to submir my mobile for 7-8 days. I just want to know what should i do now?                 I have purchase a Mobile form sony center Sony Xperia J on 30-April-2013. After few days display problem in my phone. m visit to sony service centre he says your phone is physical damage your phone is push. i say how can it is possible bcz no scratch on my mobile. he is no listen my problem. he says 6000/- pay than we will repair ur phone. But sir my phone is in warranty. It is company fault but he is not agree. No one listen my problem sir pls help me. i need your help.

                    Purchased in March 2011. Picture Panel damaged on 13.05.2013 just after two years and two months from the date of purchase. Purchased from Mustafa, Singapore. Is it designed to last only two years plus some days ? The replacement cost is as high as Indian Currency Rs.15500/- which is half the price of a new TV of the same configuration as per present market price.

                    Appeal to mighty Sony Multinational :- Please reduce the replacement cost to Indian Currency 5000/- for the sake of customer's cause as customers are reposing very high trust on Sony product and expect the product should at least last for 5 years.

                      Your brand is just cheating with us.I bought sony experia neo l on 14.05.13 and in just the day after, the phone started irritating in many ways.

                          Hi,
                          I purchased a LCD TV on 16 May 2010. After approx. 2 years and 6 months, the LCD screen is deformed. There is no physical damage to the TV nor there is any issues with the TV in handling.

                          Simply the TV was running and it generated so much heat in the LCD that the LCD got deformed (picture is still comming)

                          I called the service centre and they said I have to pay for the screen as it is out of warrenty (warrenty is for 24 months)

                          I don't think I should pay for the screen as it is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT and the way it was managed is not acceptable.

                            SONY HAS STARTED FRAUD BUSINEES IN KOLKATA.
                            VERY POOR OR VOGUS CUSTOMER SERVICE OF “SONY”
                            The brand “SONY” sold a fault music system (with a discount of 25 % OFF), refuse to replace the system when the problem was found within two weeks after informing several times to customer care, The engineers of SONY intentionally did not find the problem, when user also gave them a video copy of the problem which is belong to that MUSIC SYSTEM.

                              Bought Sony Xperia J in January, Soon it started giving problems

                              Phone Hangs, icons dont respond, one has to switch off and then on to even unlock the phone.

                              The type screen does not respond well, peripheral texts dont even register.

                              Took it to the repair shopp, they say Touchscreen is not ok, will replace it. Now they say that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

                              While I was there there wer 6-7 Sony Xperia J owners who had come there with the same problem.

                              This is preposterous, Not expected from such a respected brand for electronics.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I had purchased Experia Miro Handset from New Universal Office System,Greater Noida; dated : 22.02.2013. But the issue is while calling or call receiving, phone gets switch off. I took it to shop, where i purchased and discussed this matter. They told me to take it to Authorised Sony service center, registered with NRI Electronics, Greater Noida; phone no:[protected] on 30.04.2013. They told me that mobile service centre is in Ghaziabad and on 04.05.2013 i received my phone and checked and same problem persists. I took phone and submit the same to NRI Electronics. They told me the phone would be send to ghaziabad service center and their personnel will contact you about the problem and related feedback. Since, then i haven't received any call from their side. Besides i approached greater noida service centre twice, they told me that phone's PCBOARD needs to be changed and you will get your phone within a week by consulting ghaziabad's service centre official on telephone.They gave me phone number of ghaziabad's service centre's official named as Bhuwan whose contact no. is [protected] and i'm trying this phone but this person is not picking up his phone. There has been 11 days since i submitted my phone without any feedback on when i will get my phone back.
                                I need your immediate help on this matter as soon as possible.

                                  Myself PRASHANT KUMAR SAHU, I had purchased Sony Xperia Sola from Mobile Store located at Bodakdev,Ahmedabad-380054
                                  on Dated 07/06/12. Within a month of purchasing the mobile it started giving problems like hanging, touchscreen not working etc.
                                  I had submitted that mobile for repairing and got back after around 10 days, again after few days problems started again i submitted that for second time on
                                  31/07/12 and got it back on 09/08/12, i was told that motherboard has been changed so now you will not find any problem, but again i was fooled and this time
                                  speakers are not working so i resubmitted that mobile on 14/08/12 and this time the service center people are saying that system is creating some sort of error
                                  and hence it is not generating work order no. and they cant proceed without work order no.,
                                  It has been a week i m following and they keep telling me the same reason.
                                  I asked them to replace that faulty set with a new one but they said that's not their policy.

                                  It’s just 8-9 months that my repaired mobile again started giving me problems, this time its charging problem. You can imagine the amount of mental suffering I had been through, from the moment I had purchased your product. Last time Sony service center people said they had change the mother board and now I will not face any sort of problems but now again they are saying that they have to change the motherboard of mobile.

                                  Within 1 year motherboard has been changed twice and for me luckily its under warranty but within 15-20 days its warranty will be expired what m I supposed to do after that.
                                  Earlier also I asked for complete replacement of that faulty set but they said it’s not their policy. I think their policy is to mentally harass their customers. Whom should I blame for my suffering THE MOBILE STORE or SONY.

                                  This is not at all acceptable from the brands like them, giving services like this.

                                  Kindly help me in resolving this issue for permanent and as soon as possible and this time I need a complete replacement with one year extended warranty because I don’t have any further faith in their services .

                                    We had purchased a 46" LED Sony TV - model # 46EX520, Bill # 10882, Bill Date 26.04.11, Amount Rs 99,900.00 - from a reputed Dealer called M/s Khosla Electronics, Kolkata.

                                    On 3rd of May we noticed a vertical red line along the right side of the TV screen. I called the Sony customer care centre and a technician came
                                    around in the evening to check. He told us that this is a case of 'LCD Panel Suspect'. For our understanding, he explained that something has gone wrong with the panel and the whole TV screen needs to be changed at a cost of approximately Rs.30,000/-.

                                    He also explained that it's a product failure and happens rarely and it's my bad luck that it has happened with me.
                                    We were not ready to accept this explanation and the remedy that had been suggested. We are not ready to shell out Rs 30,000/- to repair a premium Sony

                                    We paid top price for a superior product. I did not choose to buy a budget brand where I am prepared to compromise on the viewing experience and
                                    product longevity.
                                    We always believed that Sony as a brand always justifies the premium for a superior experience. But since this has happened my faith has been shaken.

                                    I wrote to their Service Head, Customer Care Head as well as to the Managing Director explaining the whole thing and expected them to own up the responsibility of the Product Failure and do a replacement/ repair job to my satisfaction at no cost.
                                    But even after so many mails and phone calls today they have written back to us saying they will not do anything and to get this done we have to pay Rs. 28,096/-

                                    I noticed on the net in different Consumer Forums there are several complaints about Sony TV Panel defect.

                                    We have decided to take up this case legally now and approaching the Consumer Forum to get things sorted out with Sony.

                                    I am lodging an online complaint here as well and would appreciate if some help can be obtained from any online consumer forum as well.

                                    No guideline has been given. We have been asked to pay Rs.28096/- to change the TV Screen which we are not accepting. It is a Product Failure case and has to be owned up by the Company. We are filing a case against Sony now. Will see what it takes to get justice.

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought a Sony LCD T.V. from a dealer in Jumbo Electronics, Muscat - oman - 6th Feb 2012. On 17th April 2013 the TV stopped working,
                                      the display was hideous and jumbled though sound was clear. I called up the Sony customer care and an engineer came to
                                      my place who informed me that the display Panel is faulty and it would cost approx. Rs. 12000 to get it fixed and there will be no warranty period.

                                      I really disappointed with the kind of equipments and products Sony has been offering and It seems, there are so many issues on this SONY LCD TV.

                                      Why would someone spend thousands of rupees on a product that does not even work for atleast 1.5 years or 2 years.

                                      why do we need to buy a branded item when they are not realiable?

                                      Please assist me or I will have to liase with media with all documents.

                                      Sony India asking me to pay the amount 12000 to resolve the issues., Why should I pay that amount?, This TV is not crossed just 16 months.

                                        iam purchased Sony xperia e-dual mobile. its very very bad android mobile.automatic switch off and android processor very slow.and so many problems in mobile.then company is very help less.then finally its my demand is replace mobile and contact some one has company persons..plz help consumer forum...its clear my problem.so requested pls clear my problem mobile hands...
