I have purchase a Mobile form sony center Sony Xperia J on 30-April-2013. After few days display problem in my phone. m visit to sony service centre he says your phone is physical damage your phone is push. i say how can it is possible bcz no scratch on my mobile. he is no listen my problem. he says 6000/- pay than we will repair ur phone. But sir my phone is in warranty. It is company fault but he is not agree. No one listen my problem sir pls help me. i need your help.

on dated 12.06.2010 from city mobile bill no.-205.but earlier it got problem ( diplay hanging ) i submit it for repair to Ur approved service center sumukh enterprised brass market rewari on 6 sep 2010 ( job shhet no . 2900) under warranty .
after that i get regulrly follow up with service center.but i am not get it tillnow,plz look in the matter

      Purchased in March 2011. Picture Panel damaged on 13.05.2013 just after two years and two months from the date of purchase. Purchased from Mustafa, Singapore. Is it designed to last only two years plus some days ? The replacement cost is as high as Indian Currency Rs.15500/- which is half the price of a new TV of the same configuration as per present market price.

      Appeal to mighty Sony Multinational :- Please reduce the replacement cost to Indian Currency 5000/- for the sake of customer's cause as customers are reposing very high trust on Sony product and expect the product should at least last for 5 years.

        Your brand is just cheating with us.I bought sony experia neo l on 14.05.13 and in just the day after, the phone started irritating in many ways.
        Sometimes while opening camera,the phone get blank, sensors stucks while playing,silent mode is not working properly,automatically getting locked.

            Hi,
            I purchased a LCD TV on 16 May 2010. After approx. 2 years and 6 months, the LCD screen is deformed. There is no physical damage to the TV nor there is any issues with the TV in handling.

            Simply the TV was running and it generated so much heat in the LCD that the LCD got deformed (picture is still comming)

            I called the service centre and they said I have to pay for the screen as it is out of warrenty (warrenty is for 24 months)

            I don't think I should pay for the screen as it is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT and the way it was managed is not acceptable.

              SONY HAS STARTED FRAUD BUSINEES IN KOLKATA.
              VERY POOR OR VOGUS CUSTOMER SERVICE OF “SONY”
              The brand “SONY” sold a fault music system (with a discount of 25 % OFF), refuse to replace the system when the problem was found within two weeks after informing several times to customer care, The engineers of SONY intentionally did not find the problem, when user also gave them a video copy of the problem which is belong to that MUSIC SYSTEM.

                Bought Sony Xperia J in January, Soon it started giving problems

                Phone Hangs, icons dont respond, one has to switch off and then on to even unlock the phone.

                The type screen does not respond well, peripheral texts dont even register.

                Took it to the repair shopp, they say Touchscreen is not ok, will replace it. Now they say that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

                While I was there there wer 6-7 Sony Xperia J owners who had come there with the same problem.

                This is preposterous, Not expected from such a respected brand for electronics.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I had purchased Experia Miro Handset from New Universal Office System,Greater Noida; dated : 22.02.2013. But the issue is while calling or call receiving, phone gets switch off. I took it to shop, where i purchased and discussed this matter. They told me to take it to Authorised Sony service center, registered with NRI Electronics, Greater Noida; phone no:[protected] on 30.04.2013. They told me that mobile service centre is in Ghaziabad and on 04.05.2013 i received my phone and checked and same problem persists. I took phone and submit the same to NRI Electronics. They told me the phone would be send to ghaziabad service center and their personnel will contact you about the problem and related feedback. Since, then i haven't received any call from their side. Besides i approached greater noida service centre twice, they told me that phone's PCBOARD needs to be changed and you will get your phone within a week by consulting ghaziabad's service centre official on telephone.They gave me phone number of ghaziabad's service centre's official named as Bhuwan whose contact no. is [protected] and i'm trying this phone but this person is not picking up his phone. There has been 11 days since i submitted my phone without any feedback on when i will get my phone back.
                  I need your immediate help on this matter as soon as possible.

                    Myself PRASHANT KUMAR SAHU, I had purchased Sony Xperia Sola from Mobile Store located at Bodakdev,Ahmedabad-380054
                    on Dated 07/06/12. Within a month of purchasing the mobile it started giving problems like hanging, touchscreen not working etc.
                    I had submitted that mobile for repairing and got back after around 10 days, again after few days problems started again i submitted that for second time on
                    31/07/12 and got it back on 09/08/12, i was told that motherboard has been changed so now you will not find any problem, but again i was fooled and this time
                    speakers are not working so i resubmitted that mobile on 14/08/12 and this time the service center people are saying that system is creating some sort of error
                    and hence it is not generating work order no. and they cant proceed without work order no.,
                    It has been a week i m following and they keep telling me the same reason.
                    I asked them to replace that faulty set with a new one but they said that's not their policy.

                    It’s just 8-9 months that my repaired mobile again started giving me problems, this time its charging problem. You can imagine the amount of mental suffering I had been through, from the moment I had purchased your product. Last time Sony service center people said they had change the mother board and now I will not face any sort of problems but now again they are saying that they have to change the motherboard of mobile.

                    Within 1 year motherboard has been changed twice and for me luckily its under warranty but within 15-20 days its warranty will be expired what m I supposed to do after that.
                    Earlier also I asked for complete replacement of that faulty set but they said it’s not their policy. I think their policy is to mentally harass their customers. Whom should I blame for my suffering THE MOBILE STORE or SONY.

                    This is not at all acceptable from the brands like them, giving services like this.

                    Kindly help me in resolving this issue for permanent and as soon as possible and this time I need a complete replacement with one year extended warranty because I don’t have any further faith in their services .

                      Sony not owning up the responsibility of a Product Failure

                      We had purchased a 46" LED Sony TV - model # 46EX520, Bill # 10882, Bill Date 26.04.11, Amount Rs 99,900.00 - from a reputed Dealer called M/s Khosla Electronics, Kolkata.

                      On 3rd of May we noticed a vertical red line along the right side of the TV screen. I called the Sony customer care centre and a technician came
                      around in the evening to check. He told us that this is a case of 'LCD Panel Suspect'....

                      Hi,

                      I bought a Sony LCD T.V. from a dealer in Jumbo Electronics, Muscat - oman - 6th Feb 2012. On 17th April 2013 the TV stopped working,
                      the display was hideous and jumbled though sound was clear. I called up the Sony customer care and an engineer came to
                      my place who informed me that the display Panel is faulty and it would cost approx. Rs. 12000 to get it fixed and there will be no warranty period.

                      I really disappointed with the kind of equipments and products Sony has been offering and It seems, there are so many issues on this SONY LCD TV.

                      Why would someone spend thousands of rupees on a product that does not even work for atleast 1.5 years or 2 years.

                      why do we need to buy a branded item when they are not realiable?

                      Please assist me or I will have to liase with media with all documents.

                          The keyboard of the Sony laptop is not working. Keys - # 6, underscore, delete ..etc are not working. The local Sony Service store is insisting on the original invoice to order parts and repair the unit.

                            I got my new xperia z handset two months back.25 days back suddenly the charging point got damaged.i took it immediately to the service center.They replied me that they cant repair the set and can replace it if i pay 50%of the phone ie19000/-rs.I told them thatmuch of money i cant afford and i requested to repair and give.they didnt accept to take my phone.i was continuously sending mails to customercare everyday,ididnot receive any kind of favourable reply.is that all for my 38000/-rs aid new mobile.kindly help me to get it replaced or repaired at minimal cost.my comp.no is[protected] made on 18th april 2013.

                              Hi,

                              I am very dissapointed with the service of sony errricson. I give my phone(sony xperia arc s) a week back for repairing in Shivaji nagar Service centre,Pune.It was having following problems
                              1. phone gets restarted automatically.
                              2. doesn't boot properly(was not able my home screen and only sony and erricson logo was getting displayed).


                              I was given time of 2 days and I call them many a times but they didn't respond even a single time. they finally responded after 4 days and I was intimated that my phone is repaired and I can collect the same from service center. But when I received my phone back it was in worst condition, it was not even getting charged and was totally dead(Even the Ericsson and Sony logo was not displayed). They didn't even bother to listen to the customer.
                              This was seriously not expected from company like Sony Ericsson.
                              They said that the mother board is damaged but this is not possible as my phone was never mishandled.

                              I am escalating the issue against the shivaji nagar service center. I am expecting positive response from your side.

                                I, Anirban Halder ( [protected] ) purchased a sony music system in exchange(Get 25% off on M.R.P)of my old unrepairable(Advised by Sony engineers) sony music system from the authorised service centre of sony at garia,fartabad,kolkata on 27/01/2013.But on the delivery date my brand new system was not starting properly,then they delivered the set to hazra service center to start up and get back that set next day.Then I accept the system from garia service center as assured by the engineers,i.e set is ok.
                                But unfortunately from the 2nd week of purchased date a problem arise in my music system,the music tracs get automatically paused frequently.I launch many complains to Sony customer care and service center also.They picked up my music set to identify the problem but intentionally till today(09/05/2013)they did not find anything,I told them to replace my set...I also gave them(sony engineers) a video copy of the auto pause problem of my music system.This is the drama which I have faced from the brand company"SONY" since last four months,

                                  On 07 May 2013, I lost my Sony XPERIA at provisional stores opposite Janapriya Utopia, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, second gate. We do not know the person's name but he can be identified some people present there. He is Hindi speaking guy, below 30 years age, very low voice soft spoken, about 5'2 to 5'5' tall and normal body and resident of our same locality (block-2). This mobile also got anti theft feature with GSM tracking. Top left of my XPERIA always showing McAfee anti-theft active with McAfee symbol. When I contacted Sony XPERIA customer care, they told me that they can not help me in anyway. Just Google XPERIA anti theft you get thousands of pages of press release by the company. I request the receiver of the phone to return it with grace and avoid future complications and XPERIA manufacturers not to mislead customers saying that it got anti-theft feature. I got my BSNL prepaid number blocked and got new SIM, thus safeguarding personal information. Also I have given written complaint at our nearest police station (Rajendranagar) but they did not lodge FIR. Police told me that there is a facility to track handset with the help of IMEI but not for common or general public.

                                  SONY XPERIA — sony xperia zc6602

                                  Dear sir on 9.4.2013 i purchased sony experia z c6602 and they told its water resistent so for that to check i diped in water. But water has entered in to camera lence it has been currupted and v asked for exchange but they are not giving and they are reducing cost of 7000 for that . Kindly help us to get exchange

                                    Sir my name is Sandeep I had purchased a sony xperia z phone Rs.38000 on 4/4/2013. Next day when i drop a glass of water on my phone to check that is it waterproof or not it fails, a bubble of water was come in my phones camera but my phone is on working condition. After that when I go to service centre to show my phone they told that first they will check if any problem occur then they will replace my phone they pour my phone in water the person who had pour my phone his name is prashant when he pour my phone it gone dead, after that they said they will send my phone to Lucknow branch to check again they said that they will inform me. On 18/4/2013 when i call to service centre to know about my phone they said that it is in under process after that again I call on 23/4/2013 they said that your phone is reject, they want Rs.19000 to replace my phone. I got unsatisfied with Varanasi service centre employees and with company product. Employees behaviour was also very rude.please help me SANDEEP NO.[protected]

                                    maine v 1 sony xperia z lia 3 hrs ke bd phone is not in a working condition nd when i gone to service center they said that its water damage nd now it is out warranty nd u have to pay 80 percent from mrp

                                      I have purchased Sony xperia tipo ( Single Sim ) on 9/11/2012.From that day i have given my phone many times at your service centre at District Centre , Janakpuri ,New Delhi-110058. My phone hasn't completed 6 months yet and i am facing lots of problem in my phone and in that i have wasted too much time and money while travelling to your service centre. I have provided my IMEI no.[protected] , so that you can check my phone history regarding my problem. I am scared what will happen after 1 year warranty expires , then i have to give charges to fix the below discussed problems.

                                      Problems
                                      1. Sound automatically goes off.
                                      2. After connecting my phone to computer ,phone automatically works. and many applications starts running randomly. And it doesn't accept my command after unlocking the screen while connected to computer.
                                      3. Sometimes while answering the calls or dialing no., sound doesn't come.
                                      4. Music player and videos voice does,t come.

                                      Every time i go to your service centre they just take the phone and tell me that they have fixed the problem . But after some days the same problems occurs. I insist you to replace my phone if possible.


                                      Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
