Myself PRASHANT KUMAR SAHU, I had purchased Sony Xperia Sola from Mobile Store located at Bodakdev,Ahmedabad-380054
on Dated 07/06/12. Within a month of purchasing the mobile it started giving problems like hanging, touchscreen not working etc.
I had submitted that mobile for repairing and got back after around 10 days, again after few days problems started again i submitted that for second...

We had purchased a 46" LED Sony TV - model # 46EX520, Bill # 10882, Bill Date 26.04.11, Amount Rs 99,900.00 - from a reputed Dealer called M/s Khosla Electronics, Kolkata.

On 3rd of May we noticed a vertical red line along the right side of the TV screen. I called the Sony customer care centre and a technician came
around in the evening to check. He told us that this is a case of 'LCD Panel Suspect'....

I bought a Sony LCD T.V. from a dealer in Jumbo Electronics, Muscat - oman - 6th Feb 2012. On 17th April 2013 the TV stopped working,
the display was hideous and jumbled though sound was clear. I called up the Sony customer care and an engineer came to

I am very dissapointed with the service of sony errricson. I give my phone(sony xperia arc s) a week back for repairing in Shivaji nagar Service centre,Pune.It was having following problems
1. phone gets restarted automatically.
2. doesn't boot properly(was not able my home screen and only sony and erricson logo was getting displayed).

hand set was given for repair, 2 to 3 times Sony service center done activity but mobile hand set was not repaired. We ask service center person if you are not able to rectify problem last 2 to 3 months ask company to replace handset. Even continuous follow up , we not not received our handset in o.k condition or replace with new one....

I had bought sony Xperia Z on 24.4.2013. I had a problem with my display on 29.4.2013. I went to the sony service centre for support. They told no warranty for physical damage. I asked them for paid service. they told me no spare is available for this current product instead they asked me to give Rs.19000/- so that they can replace me a brand new piece. for their mistake I suppose to spend extra. the cost of the mobile is Rs.37990/-....

i had buy one sony vaio laptop at 490000/ with best configuration but this product is not working wll. and sony service center doesnt provide me best service i ws alredy gone 4 time at service center in two month ..so what should i do plz help me...

i bought my phone in December 2012.

My handset is getting hang while any application is running or i am on call.

Sometimes i am not able to open my contact list.

Sometimes it is very hard to receive any call.

I also updated my phone many times but problem is still there.
