I had ordered a belkin case for my ipad from shopclues. While ordering it was shown as being 'in stock'. After ordering and waiting for a week, there was no sign of the product getting shipped, so I registered a complaint with them online(their phone lines are always busy, so couldn't get throught). After I registered the complaint they replied saying that they are not able to procure it online and that they will refund the money. But it is still displayed as being 'in stock' on their website. I am waiting for the refund, hope they give it in time, I don't trust them. They are not a trustworthy online shopping portal. Please be careful. I think they are rolling the money that the customers are giving the money for getting short term interest.

I have not received the product for related to order no. 5247511. i ordered it on 21st july and your courier partner DTDC is also not able to track this product even your customer care is also not responding. as a frustrating customer i might have to raise my voice for filing a RTI but before that i would like to hear from you why you are not delivering my product. i have already spend 75 rupees for tracking this product with DTDC guys and 50 rupees with shop clue customer care[protected] because waiting time was around 15 minutes. please look into the matter on priority bases.

I would suggest everybody not to purchase product from shopclues. In fact if i did not hear a response from shopclues i going to register a complaint of forgery for sure.

    Good morning from Surat.

    Dear Sir,

    I bought a Sony mobile Xperia mini pro before 4 months and I shop keeper told me that all functions which i required are available in the hand set. After then I noticed the issues as below:

    1. Fonts are too small and I am unable to see properly.
    2. Network problem in this phone and my contacts say they try but it is difficult to get. Even I noticed short network.
    3. While communication other person can't hear me and complaint the voice is very slow.

    I registered the complaint in Sony today and they sent me a very rough reply to contact for repair at Sony center.

    I am fade up with above issues and request to change another phone or return money but they refused..

    Please suggest.

      I have purchased sony vaio laptop having model no.SVE-15116EN/W from E HUTS DIGITAL ZONE ,NEHRU PLACE,NEW DELHI on 19 feb.2013.i went three times to service centrr regarding touchpad,hanging,keypad,slow processing problem at FS PLAZA, JAGAT FARM,GREATER NOIDA....bt still I m facing the same problem....so I want the same new lappy.....i m sad to the sony india company....

      Laptop — Replace the Laptop

      I, Mrinmoy Ghosh purchase a Laptop ( HCL ) from Techno Park on 16th day of April, 2009, unfortunately 04-06-09 the said Laptop not work from the day. On that day informed to Techno Park and they assured me that, they send a engineer and slove that problem as soon as possible. Unfortunately they are not came as soon. One engineer came on 06-06-09 after several time I called and he is not slove the problems. On 08-06-09 I was gone at Techno Park 54, Stand Road, Kolkata-700 006 with my Lap Top. They are received and told me "We are send this Lap Top and this will back to you with in three to four days." After four days I called them, they are said that "Hard Disk is Destroyed, Company will change the Hard Disk then return to you." But this Laptop is dispute with in one and half month on warranty preiod and my all data is destroyed for that and if the company is change the Hard Disk, then why they are not change the Laptop.

      So, request to Consumer Forum that, please see this matter and help me.

      SONY VAIO LAPTOP — motherboard problem two times in 2 months

      im priyansh dhawan i have purchased a laptop from digital computersystem .within two months there is two times problem in the motherboard.we have repaired the motherboard two times from sony service center.but we want to replace the laptop.priyansh dhawan [protected]. 277/7 subhash nagar ggn.
      last week, the left click hard button stopped working. I took it to my nearest "VAIO CARE SERVICE CENTRE"situated in KORAMANGALA in BANGALORE They told me the key is not working dude to dust on the board they did within 3 hours and i was very pleased by the service provided.
      The same day when, i was working on my notebook, the right side (where the HDD is located) began to heat. All videos and games began to stuck and none of these things would work smoothly, even the system began to hang on small intervals. I thought it would be some kind of minor problem therefore i shut downed the laptop and decided to check it thoroughly the other day, i thought it is heating dude to its use for long hours. The next day i check it but the problem persisted. Therefore the next day i.e. on 24th of August i took it to the same service center. The checked and told me the windows and VAIO CARE drivers have not been updated for a long time. They told me to Update that and the problem will be resolved. I spent my 3 precious hours updating my Laptop drivers, when i should have been attending my college classes, but still the result was same. The service guy told me the windows must be formatted and reinstalled therefore i should take the backup of my data and bring it to then the next day. I told them i don't have a external drive to take the backup, they told that format the "C DRIVE" instead. I went back home defragmented the drives, ran the disk cleanup, formatted C: DRIVE but still the problem didn't go off. I went the next day and told them that something has been damaged the day the left hard key was serviced and its a Hard disk damage issue, but they seem to pay no attention to my complaint. they told that take the backup of entire data and the laptop will be restored. I had already told i don't have an external HDD to take the backup, they told that leave ur lapot for the day and we will try to take the backup. But the other day i called them to get an update on the job and they said that the backup is around 200 GB (WHICH WAS ONLY 70 GB) and they can't take the backup. I somehow borrowed an HDD from my friend and ran to the service center and sat there for another 3 hours taking the backup. It took time because of the HDD issue the transfer process was too slow. They took the laptop and told me that they will contact me as soon as the laptop is ready. From Sunday the 26th Aug. till now nobody has updated me on the status. I have been repeatedly calling the guy who is handling my job, but he doesn't pickup my call. I have tried to call from a different no. too and he gives stupid excuses of being to a relative's house and he is not present at the service center. The workers at the service center have failed to provide me any update and they always tell that they will get back to me A.S.A.P. I am on a tight study schedule and can't take a leave from my college therefore i am not able visit the service center.

      The problems my laptop has faced and there solutions as per the service center:

      1. Problem: A faulty left click button.
      Solution: Dust over the board cleaned

      2. Problem: Problem in Videos and Games
      Solution: Drivers Update required

      3. Problem: Solution to the 2nd problem failed
      Solution: Windows uninstall and Restore the PC

      4. Problem: HDD drive Faulty
      Solution: Slow format of the entire HDD and keen observation upon its restore which lasted for the next 2 days.
      The agent told me that my motherboard has been changed and laptop is ready. I was surprised as they didn't even show me the seal packed motherboard, i don't even know whether they have changed it or not . I don't know what is the problem why can't they change my laptop its only 4 months old. I have left my laptop

        Complaint Description:
        I bought a new Sony Xperia J handset from Croma Retail Stores, R-City Mall, Ghatkopar (West) Mumbai on 29th March, 2013. The IMEI number of my mobile is [protected]
        From last 2 months I am facing performance issues and issue with mic with my mobile.I visited the authorized Sony Service Centre in Platinum mall, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai. They did some repair but it was all in vain. The problem with my mobile persists as it is.
        I reached their Customer Support Service but got a strange reply from their technical team that I have to keep my mobile like this till they release new build for the system software. The reference number to this Customer Support Service is 95001264.
        The company claims that it is not their responsibility for any performance issues. But it should be their sole responsibility to make it work well and fine till it is in warranty.

          Sony Ericsson — sim acceptance

          my sony ericcson phone k550i is not acepting the replacement sim that i got from the bsnl office. i tried changing the sim twice because of this problem. nokia accepts the sim. sony does accept all other bsnal sim other than the replacemnt one.

            I m still facing problems in my Xperia Tipo handset. I have complained many times, almost 10-12 and visited your Care Center, but still i m facing problems. I purchased my phone in November 2012. You can confirm it by looking at the records in customer care / on your server. And my phone is still in warranty, and what will happen after warranty is over and if i still face same problems after then , them i have to pay for that. This is first time i have faced a lots of problems in a this handset. Some problems are as under:-

            1. On receiving message , the typing screen automatically comes up.

            2. Phone hanging .

            3. My Photo album is automatically showing same wallpaper 2 times.

            4. Phone slows down all time.

            5. Apps take too much time in opening and closing like facebook , what's app etc.

            6. Speaker is not working correctly after repair.

            Service centre have changed it's mother board, and screen but still i am facing same problems all the time. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. I am on job right now, so it's very difficult for me to go to service centre all again for same problems. So, I request you to help in replacing this handset.

              sir, i bought my sony vaio laptop on 5-5-2012 @Rs 45000 . then after 5 months there was a problem in my speakers they are not working correctly there was a disturbing sound in speakers . then i go to sony authorized service centre in karnal on[protected] .then they told me that we change the speaker but in reality then don`t change the speakers . then my b.tec exam are started .so i cant run my laptop even i don`t touch this .when i free from exam after one and a half month i run my laptop but there was a same problem in it . the speakers are not work correctly .they give the same disturbing sound . then i go to service center in karnal again on 29-6-13 . they told me that there was a problem in speakers or you want to change the speakers which cost is Rs 3500. so sir it means they don`t change the speakers in first complaint .so i requested you to please change my speakers without any cost as per warranty., otherwise i go to the consumer court .

                Sir,

                I purchased my Sony Ericsson R800i in June 2011. In Feb 2013 its touch stopped working. I went to the service station and they said that there was a problem in touch strip of the phone an it would cost Rs. 4600 to replace it. I gave them my phone for replacement. When I went to get my phone back, there was a problem in calling, so I gave them my phone back for repairing the call problem. Then the service center people said that due to the replacement of the touch strip, there has been a problem in the motherboard of the phone. They then told me that they would repair it for free.

                By Mid-March I got my phone back after the repairs of motherboard. It was working fine at that time. Then after one month again touchscreen stopped working.

                On 10 April 2013, I went to the service center and they said that there was a problem in the motherboard again. I told them that they might have replaced the original motherboard with a faulty one so now they will again have to do the repairs.

                It has been almost 2 months and I haven't got my phone repaired.
                I've been to the service station 4-5 times and always they say that it'll take 3-4 more.

                Then I had contacted Sony about my problem on June 10. They replied that they will call me within 48 hours. Its July 03 now and I haven't received any call from Sony yet.

                What should I do now???

                Sir, on dt. 29-03-08 I bought a sony k-320-I mobile from NEW FAIR BUSINESS
                ALMB., having b.no.1663.on using it next day my mob.became hang & auto off, I
                complained to the dealer, he told, it is not a fault, sometime it happens in multimedia
                sets, you donÂ’t worry.After 2 or 3 days problem reoccurred.
                but on removing baterry the mob.restarted. I ignored but again on dt.11-06-08, when I
                plugged mob.for charging, it get off, i tried so many times but unable to charge, & mobile
                became OFF.when I reached your serv.centre, complaint id no.-SES 08-14832 dt.12-06-
                08, issued to me & mob.get deposited for checkup.after 02 hours I was informed that
                motherboard of your ph.is not working & it will be replaced & 20 days are required for
                it. I am shocked to hear this & want the solution:-
                1.SONY- a world fame co-? & its mob.became faulty from very first day & on enquiring from
                my friends, I came to know that k-320 I set is having manufact.defect.
                2.Against hundreds of k-320 I sets sold in Lucknow city co.is not having a single motherboard
                in stock.
                3 .I contacted toyour ASM . Mr.Amit trikha, mob-[protected] & SERV. HEAD Mr.L.M.Yadav
                Mob-[protected] for my problem, but both of them reacted coldly & not responded to me.
                4 This has become a very bad experience for me, thatÂ’s why I want that either you manage to
                exchang my set from any Sony mob.(except k-320-i) of other series or refund my money back
                to me .

                Sony Ericsson — regarding mobile phone repair

                i have submitted my mobile phone on dated 25/07/2008 at jaipur for repaire work, but till date there is no confimation that my phone will be repaired or not . i am extremely sorry to say that even after several followups' i got a reply that the part ( PCB SET) is pending at SONY'S end.

                I want to put a question that why the company is bluddy screwing the cust. as by fault if he have purchased a product of that company .

                sony ericsson handset — submitted mobile for repair not got yet

                i have submitted my mobile on 11th june at technocare, lajpat nagar but i have not got it back 2 months have been passed...
                i have not got any positive reply from them as i have made around 300 calls to them...please help m in a great problem...
                I'm never buying a Sony Ericsson EVER again.. You can be sure of that.

                My phone is a few months old and it is falling apart.. very unacceptable!

                Sony Ericsson — No update on repairs

                Gave my phone K810i for repairs at the authorised repair centre at grant road, they said that it will be done in 8 days and gave me 2 phone numbers to contact them to find the sattus, after 8 days i called them and kept calling them for 12 days however the phones are not reachable and once when i got thru the person who picked up the phone hung up on me and kept disconnecting after picking up, the next few days again the phones were not reachable, i travelled to the repair centre from malad only to be told that it will take one more week, the phones are still not reachable and i dont know if my handset is repaired or not, the only way to find out is to travel to grant road, this is very poor customer service and highly unprofessional, i am not at all happy with the way this centre treats its customers and i wish something could be done about it

                hello...i bought my sony ericcson w200i mobile on march 2008 in tambaram, viveks.it costs Rs.4500.it worked weel for few months.den i had some problem in messaging.den later i got problem in my walkman playlist..den keypad did not work properly.so i gave to tnagar sevice centre n got back after a monthwen i checked, everything was ok..after two weeks my camera did not work.after a week, my keypad did not work.so i cant able to operate my phone.im very unsatisfied with this service centre and also my mobile.my warranty is not yet over.not even a year gone, i get many problems in this mobile.

                Sony erisccon — handset didn't get from 1.5 months

                10 april i submitted my mobile cony ericsson aino with the sony ericsson service center in vapi . But till now ie after one and half months i haven't received my set repaired. They are just postponing its delivery on one excuse or the other. Once they said that i can receive my set but on reaching there they said it hasn't been repaired. I am harassed at the hands of sony ericsson service center

                I had submitted my Sony Ericsson mobile model no W595 to sony service centre "NEERU ENTERPRISES P-21 SECTOR-18, NOIDA on 7 july 2010, Workorder no SE[protected]
                Problem reported- Earspeaker problem,voice not coming, unable to connect charger

                They called up first on 20th july informing that it will take one week more for the parts to come
                I had also called "Harpal" their supplier but it was of no use

                It has been almost 1.5 months I have been following up with the dealer but they haven't given the handset, how can it take 1 month to get a part? even if does why was it not informed to me at the time of complaint?
                It has been tortourous for me just running here & there for getting my handset & no one has provided the solution
                Its more difficult as I have been without mobile for last 1 month,
                Even the Sony Call centre didn't respond

                Sony Ericsson Mobile — handset not repaired on time

                I had submitted my Sony Ericsson mobile model no C510 to sony service centre "SHREE INFOTECH, SHOP NO.9 GOD'S GIFT TOWER NO.2,NEAR LOWER PAREL RAILWAY STATION, N.M.JOSHI MARG MUMBAI on 1 july 2010, Workorder no SE310SIT10333
                Problem reported- SIM/MEMORY CARD NOT READING,FRONT COVER DEFECTIVE,UNABLE TO CONNECT CHARGER...

                while giving the phone for reapir they told me it will take 5-6 days for repair...but they took almost the month to repair the handset...i got the mobile back to me on 3 august but it had ocuurred 1 more defect in it...my keypad was not working,mic was not working and it also had some network problem....

                i returned the next day n handed over the set again for repair....the dealer told me it is a minor problem and will hardly take 2 days to get repaired....but no use till the date i have not recieved back my set...
                i contacted them but they told the same thing that there is no part available in the market...

                It has been almost 1.5 months I have been following up with the dealer but they haven't given the handset, except tht 1 day....how can it take 1 month to get a part? even if does why was it not informed to me at the time of complaint?
                It has been tortourous for me just running here & there for getting my handset & no one has provided the solution
                Its more difficult as I have been without mobile for last 1.5 month,
                Even the Sony Call centre didn't respond
                Pls help in getting my handset back & taking action against the dealer

                I HAVE PURCHASED SONY ERICSON MOBILE MODEL J20I FROM UNIVERSAL ON 30TH MAY 2010. FROM THE PURCHASE ONWARDS I HAVE FACED LOT OF PROBLEM IN THIS MOBILE AND I HAVE ALSO GIVEN LOT OF COMPLAINT REGARDING IN THIS MATTER AND ALSO I HA VE GIVEN SERVICE FOR 3 TIMES. THE PROBLEM WHAT SONY ERICSON SERVICE CENTRE SAYING IS THE SOFTWARE PROBLEM. EACH & EVERY TIME SERICE PEOPLES SAYING IT IS RECTIFIED. BUT STILL NOT.                 They called up first on 19th August informing that it will take one week more for the parts to come
                I had also called "Harish" their supplier but it was of no use

                It has been almost 1.5 months I have been following up with the dealer but they haven't given the handset, how can it take 12 month to get a part? even if does why was it not informed to me at the time of complaint?
                It has been tortourous for me just running here & there for getting my handset & no one has provided the solution
                Its more difficult as I have been without mobile for last 1.5 month,
                Even the Sony Call centre didn't respond

                I would like to regret that my sony ericsson handset w20 has not been repaired till now.It must be noteworthy that i had not even used my set for a single month also.I had regularly informed and visited service centre still there was no way out.Finally i came up with an idea to inform you so as to wake your men from their slumbers.

                I have bought my sony ericssion Vivaz Pro mobile phone on 4th Sep 10 from Mobile store (Janak Puri). It started giving problems from the 1st month and i submitted my mobile to the sonyericssion Janak Puri service center on 10th Feb 10. THey said that it will take 15-20 days for the parts to be repared. From 25th Feb 10 i am chasing with them on regular basis however they always say that the part for this phone is not available and they are not giving me the proper date on which they will return my mobile back. Whenever i go to the service center for my mobile they keep on telling the same thing which is not helping me in anywys.The people working there keeps on lieng and always provide the false information.Now its been almost 1 month that they have my mobile but not getting it repair but they are selling the same new mobiles in the market.                 I purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile phone (W100i..spiro model) from Delhi on 2nd july,2011. I faced some problems after 15 days o[censored]sage.So i submitted the handset on 18th july,2011 to one of the service centers in THANE. They said they will give me the handset in 5 days after repairing.When i called them up after 5 days, they said it will take 1 more week as the set has been set to the main headquarters ,and even after passing of a week,I have not yet received my handset and they are saying it will take more time,as the spare parts are not available.                   I purchased a Sony Xperia Z out of love for the device and procured it on a credit card. To my bad luck the phone fell down 3 ft from my hand and fell on the footpath and has cracks on the back panel. The very next day i visited the Sony Mobile Service Centre (Sonnet) in indiranagar and after a week of follow up they told me i need to pay 50% of the phone cost to get it repaired.

                  I asked them to issue the same in written or via email which they refused. I have gone through the terms and conditions and nowhere has it been informed that there is no part replacement and only a phone to phone replacement. It was neither informed while purchasing the same.

                  Image i have to pay 50% of the phone cost to get the back panel replaced wherein the phone is fully functional.

                    I have brought sony TV before 7 years which has been imported but the model is also available in india and it got some problems before 2 years and at that time I have repaired it from nearest private service centre it cannot fix at all after that I have sent it to the authorised service centre and the told that we need to give the tv there and they want to oder the spare but it is not sure the availability of that ting if it is available they can fix and they ask me for 6 months to 1 year at this situation what will I do

                        I have purchased Sony Xperia ZL C- 6502 on 24-3-13. There was a problem of mic in my phone. I gave my phone at Avani Electronics (Authorised Service center) Gandhidham on 18th of june 2013. I was informed that they will service and would inform us. When I did follow up they informed me that they will change the mic so would take time but when I went to collect my phone on 28th of june, they handed over my phone saying that there was no major problem and they didn't change the mic, just serviced it. Fine, things went well, phone started well.
                        But recently other problem started. Now my front camera (12 MP) is having some issue. When I am starting it, its showing around 8-9 black small dots in camera and photos taken by main camera. I called toll free Sony xperia care and tried to understand the problem and tried to understand the history of my phone service as I never had a problem in main camera before the service station visit. I spoke to xperia care executive and came to know that during the service at Gandhidham sony center, 2 more parts were changed that were front camera (2.2 mp) and camera switch. Surprised. I had never complained about this. We were never informed about these 2 parts in written and oral when we went to recollect the phone. When I spoke to Gandhidham service station, they said that they changed these parts because they felt that parts were also not upto the mark so they changed it. I am surprised because they changed those parts which were working good and just serviced mic which was supposed to be replaced which was having problem in both incoming and outgoing calls.
                        In addition to that when I went to collect my phone, they handed over some other phone instead of my phone.
                        It looks like having worst experience from sony authorised service center. Service is not upto the mark.
                        I understand the value of Sony brand as I am one of the biggest Sony fan, have used sony mobiles in the past and currently having Vaio as well. But after this experience, I feels that Sony is not bothered for quality product and efficient service.
                        Already my phone has visited one time during the first 3 months of purchase and even problem is not solved but multiplied.
                        I have purchased this phone with my harden money to have a nice high end tech. android phone costing 35k (upgraded from live with Walkman) but looks like I have wasted my money on a defective phone. I am looking for the replacement of my phone instead of going all the time to service center and changing parts here and there. Looking for the quick conclusion.

                          I purchased a Sony Xperia SP on 11th june 2013 costing 25,100 INR. On the 18th June i found the handset lcd faulty and reported to Aditya Infosolutions which is a sony authorized service centre and they told me that its a manufacturing defect in the phone and will replace my handset and provided me with a D.O.A letter. I got a replacement handset on the 20th June which also had the same problem as the previous one.
                          Now they're telling me that they cannot replace the handset as it is not a defect. Whereas they have mentioned on my jobsheet that it is a fault.
                          Till date they have kept me waiting. I am a student and they have made me run so many times to the service centre and so many calls i've made to the service centre but no answers. I just want them to refund my money and compensate for the losses occured to me and the mental harrasement.

                              Sir, all the products like mobiles, two of them of sony get useless , after that my LCD TV , Just after the warranty expires after one year lcd get faulty and the repair charges are too high. Sony company is a cheater company firstly they sell their products at so high cost as it is a sony company and after that the product get faulty just after the warranty period expires because they know their products very well. They know which product gets fault in how much time after its been used and thats the warranty period only. After that their product service charge is also very high as it is a sony company you know that well. Its a tricky company as they earn from both the ends. Firstly from product sale and secondly when it got faulty and it is also dead sure that the product will get faults wheather its a LCd or a mobile or other sony products. I am fed up with this sony company. Its not fair to make such a product which gets faulty just after the warranty expires.

                                I have Sony Neo L handset and it wasn't working properly from the day one I purchased that . Fortunately all small software bugs I managed to solve . In mid of May 2013 camera was not working properly so I submitted my mobile in service center which is AARADHYA ENTERPRISES at Pune Mobile no: [protected] and I got to know that there was problem at lens so I got replacement of the lens. After 14-15 days suddenly mobile switched off and was not able to switch on, agaib I went to the service center, I got to know that there is problem in Motherboard of device which is the core part of any device so I requested for the replacement of the handset as the mobile got failed device in one month. I submitted my device on 17th June and it's 27th June and not a single update from there side. When I called them everytime they say that my issue will be resolved soon. The service am getting form the company is I will say worst service I ever seen. Please note down my complaint.

                                I own Sony Xperia M dual sim. It was exposed to water and was not switching on. So I have given it to Aradhya Enterprises at Erandwane Pune.

                                Service guy said that antenna board needs to be replaced. After multiple verbal shouting with service shop manger - Nepolian Shinde, they replaced the part after a months time. I paid Rs 1500. Now I observed that the phone is not supporting non-sony headset which was not the case earlier. I again went back to same service station, now they are saying its mother board needs to be replaced and will cost around Rs5500.

                                I do not understand how this service centre works, the phone was with them for around 1 months period, during that they have not analyzed any problem other than antenna board... now they are saying mother board is not working.

                                Also answers provided by the guy was not satisfactory and was trying to cheat.

                                Please look into the matter.

                                  I have purchased a sony Xperia Miro hand set in Dec 2012 with one year warranty. Due to some technical problem, it was not working properly. I have submitted it to Sony service centre on dated 12.06.2013 in Jnakapuri New Delhi.

                                  They are neither replacing the mobile nor repairing. When i call them, they ask to extend the time for one week or 10 days. They have already taken 15 days time.
                                  After a long time followup, they told me to give another model set but dont have updated or latest features. I ask to give my same mobile. Them they are denying to give mobile and again asking 10 days days time for repair of old mobile.

                                  Due to delay in process of Sony company, I am suffering a big problems.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                    I have purchased Sony’s current flagship the Xperia Z on its launch date in India itself.
                                    I bought this phone because it was the only superdroid available with water resistant feature which I thought would be a very handy feature until my phone got dead because of it.

                                    When I was using it, its litmus paper near headphone jack got red,
                                    I don’t know how, but it was red, but my phone was working flawlessly as it should be.

                                    Even though, being proactive, I visited service center (Chaitanya Electronics – Chinchwad) and showed them the red litmus and asked them about it.
                                    The technician told me that phone is perfectly normal and has no issues and you can use it without any worries.
                                    I asked him to replace the flap as it could be faulty, on that he told me that it can’t be replaced unless and until we don’t find any problem with it and told me to use it as it is.
                                    So I took the phone and started using it as it has no issues as per the service center’s representative.

                                    During first rain, I went out to take some photos and videos as climate was very awesome.
                                    I used it for few minutes in rain and suddenly I got message that the memory card is removed.
                                    I rushed back to home and checked my phone I found it malfunctioned as it was not even getting booted up.
                                    So I went to same service center again to get it fixed.

                                    After keeping that phone with them for almost a week, I got reply that it can’t be fixed as it happened due to customer’s mistake.
                                    I went there as it wasn’t my mistake but these guys are not ready to accept the thing even the service center manager also.

                                    I called to customer care number –[protected] twice but they are also unable to answer and asking me to contact Service center again.

                                    Now my question is where I made mistake? ,
                                    I followed each and every instruction as per the technician who checked my phone earlier.

                                    My phone is still there at the service center and I am stuck in the middle,
                                    so I request your intervention to sort out the issue as I haven’t made any mistake.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice my disappointment on the utterly unprofessional way in which your service department has handled a service complaint on my Sony LED TV.

                                      I purchased a Sony LED (Model KLV-32EX330), in November 2012 from one of the reputed electronics showrooms, Tirumala Music Center, Hyderabad (L. B. Nagar).

                                      For the past 25 plus days I am facing some issue with the LED TV. The input mode changes by itself from Video 1 to Video 2, or PC, or HMDI, or TV option. This apart, the TV gets switched off on its own and automatically gets on within few seconds. This problem is so severe that the input would get switched to different modes every 2 minutes or the power getting off and on. When contacted with the Customer Care on June 10, 2013, I was advised by the customer care guy to reset the restore settings and that would solve the problem. However, the problem persisted whereupon I again raised the issue with the Customer Care.

                                      The service techniciain visited my place on June 13, 2013 (I do not remember this name, but his mobile number is [protected]). He visited my place and also said it is not a major issue and he again did the "reset restore settings". However, he also said that there could be some frequency issue, which could be resolved after fixing an Adapter/antenna, which would be provided by Sony free of cost since the Unit is under Warranty. He took a Xerox copy of the bill and the Warranty certificate and assured us that he would come back in 4 days with the Adapter/antenna.

                                      Till Date nothing has been heard on this issue. I have called the customer care department couple of times and the only two things that I hear from them is a "sorry for the inconvenience" and "somebody will definitely get back to you by the end of the day". However, there has been no help from the service department; even the technician who visited my place was not responding to my calls. When I asked the Customer Care Supervisor, one Mr. Syed as to who would be liable if the unit is further damaged by frequent power on and offs issue and the input switching issue, he categorically stated that Sony would be liable since they the delay is from their side to rectify the problem. He also requested me to wait for couple of days assuring me that he would help me out, but I was disappointed, or rather I guess he had his limitations to address my issue.

                                      Today, I am very upset and demotivated with the way my complaint is being handled, in short NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE IN THESE 15 DAYS. I would therefore like to know if you can help me in this issue genuinely without giving my false committments. If it is not possible to handle this problem and if complacency or take-for-granted attitude has become the new rule for this organization, then we customers have no way left but to bring such irresponsible handlings in public domain. I have very high regards towards this Company and I would like to put my faith on yourself that you will immediately do something and make sure that my problem is resolved once for all. Enough of apologies and false assurances please.

                                      Pathetic service provided by Sony
                                      I was facing some dead pixels issues with the phone. I went to the
                                      kutchery road service center (Meerut )on 25 sep 14 to get it checked and
                                      i was told that there are some dead pixels in the handset and it needs
                                      to be replaced. Now it has been 26 days already and i have not got my
                                      phone back. Few days ago i was shown a refurbished phone which was to be
                                      given to me but as the same was not in working condition same had to be
                                      replaced again. I do not understand why am I being offered a
                                      refurbished phone. Either you guys should repair my own phone or if you
                                      cant repair my phone then give me a new one. Why would i use a
                                      disfunctional phone which was used by someone else. I did not spend
                                      36000 INR just for using a second hand phone. After 26 days i am still
                                      waiting for my z1 in these 26 days more than 20 times i contacted to
                                      customer support team through emails or phone calls.

                                      I am getting tired of making follow ups if you guys cannot repair my
                                      handset then please provide me a new one, if you can not give me a new
                                      handset than give me my money back. I might as well buy an apple iphone
                                      atleast they are committed to their customers and provide them the best
                                      service possible. They are not like sony who would go on handing over
                                      refurbished phones to their customers. . If you cannot provide services
                                      to your loyal customers like me I am sorry to say but I would have to
                                      end my loyalties towards sony.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have purchased a sony xperia Z in the month of march, Recently i have registered a complaint as my charger slot broke.
                                        I was advised by the service center that i have to get the phone replaced for 50% of the initial amount. the phone is perfectly fine and i feel it is completely unacceptable to pay that huge amount for just the pin, when the 13.1 Mp camera, Quad core processor and Bravia 2 Engine don't even have a peck of a fault.
                                        If i am gonna pay 19,000 now. It will be like i'm paying 57000 for a phone .This is completely unreasonable. People should have advised about these un repairable problems while getting the phone. Instead i was only brainwashed by the Pro's.It is very sad to know that such an awesome phone could be giving so much pain to me right now. i believe that i did not man handle it in such a hard way to get it broken. Common imagine no one would put something in it so hard and break it. it was a defective piece
                                        I have been advised the phone would be scrapped and the parts now are unusable, hence i should pay such a huge amount to replace it. If is unusable and so, they i would like to retain the old phone and get a new one. if it is not usable then it doesn't matter who has it right? eiher the company or me.My father is a Judge and i have been faced with much serious reprimanding for paying over the top to get a phone and now facing issues with it.It has been less than 3 months and its saddening to see these problems.
                                        It is very much frustrating as i am not getting a proper response. It has been more than 2 weeks , I have not been given a proper response either at questions.[protected]@support.sonymobile.com or[protected]...i have been mailing the ppl to escalate my issue and no proper response at all.
                                        I am ready to pay a reasonable amount like 20 percent of the phone's initial cost as the phone is totally new and not even 2 and half months since the issue started.Please do help me out as it is giving me alot of stress and mental torture .

                                        This phone have much more problems & sony dont take action on this matter. I think you should go in consumer court.If you need document for case in consumer court, You can call me.
