Dear Sir i ordered a Sony laptop from timtara on 29/09/2012 and still I have not received the delivery. When I tracked that through the site of timtara, it says that “Awaiting Shipment†(order #[protected] I contacted timtara, they are saying everyday that it will reach today or tomorrow but still its about 63 days already and I have not received it yet. But on the site they had written the status that delivery time will be within 21 days. Why the hell they are writing that they will deliver in 21 days and making false excuses everyday that it will reach. At the time of payment they had taken it already and still not delivering. and even i had tried to cancel this product after 2 months , but they were not canceling and not giving my money back . My question is how such companies would have survived if they would have replied the same thing being in US. Lets promote the awareness and make everyone aware of the after sales support companies are providing and choose the one who can provide reall support.
