I have Sony Ericsson mobile VIVAZ and purchased 2 year back.
In July 2012, I have given it to authorized service centre at Baroda , Gujarat namely CCEL CARE CENTRE for the problem of charging, as it is not getting charged and become hot, following is my complaint against the services given
1. Initially service centre said it will take at least 2 to 3 days for repair.
2. In one hr time they called it got repaired .
3. They have given bill of Rs 2750 /-
4. The receipt of payment is enclosed , which does not contain may details like address, proper receipt number , ST number signing authority, Nature of the work or part replaced many thing like customer name, job card / order number work carried out place etc entered when i stressed for after heated arguments.
5. 5. Now my mobile giving the same problem , if i will go to same service center they may take any charges with justifying the same or giving proper receipt of the payment.

again the mobile has been given to Authorised CService Centre at Baorda ( Gujarat ) on 05.12.2012 with the problem that now it is not starting at all and with not getting charged ( old problem )

Now please note that i have paid 17000 for this hand set and just after one year problem started and got repaired (paid ) for rs 2750 ( Receipt is enclosed ) but problem not solved and become worsen .( the why so much charges was taken and if you will see the receipt of the payment which does not have so many essential part

Sony Ericsson — No service after selling Phone

I bought a mobile from an dealer of sony ericsson..for few months it worked fine...but last month on 19th April 2008 its keypad stopped workin so i handed it over to its so Called Authorised Service Center till date i.e 19th may i am being given dates there is nothin clear cut about when i am gonna get my mobile back

I purchased a mobile phone of Sonyercsson make from TheMobileStore on 20/04/08.After nerly 3months only its screen got blank, no display at all.I submitted the phone(w580i) with the authorised service dealer Salora International Limited at Shakarpur, East-Delhi on 28/7/8.But even after 20 days they have not given me the phone back after repairing it.This is very poor service on a company like SonyEricsson's part.I request u to kindly follow-up th matter and get me my phone back after needful done on that.My complaint ID-`LAX/SRVL/0141 dtd 28/7/8 and the dealer's ph.n0. is[protected].IMEI No. is [protected].

Sony Ericsson Mobile — Not getting service

I had bought sony ericssion mobile from, Noida. on 21.07.2008. There was audio problem with handsfree and was given for replacement to Neeru Enterprises on 29.12.2008. Complain ID (SES08NER15242 )

Till today they have not given me replacement. I have contacted their Delhi office at[protected]. Every time, I phone them they come out new assurance, new dates ... Story goes on.
I feel cheated . If they can't give proper & timely service, they should wind up from India.
I have purchased Soni Ericson mobile in the month of Sept 08. there is lot of problem in key pad. It is not at all working. I cud not use my cell. i went to ur Goregaon Service centre. they said that key pad is not available. Then I placed a order for that through them. But after 15 days of it I have no reply from there side. As I am working at South Mumbai, there is not a single service centre at this side. your helpline number is always unavailable. regretting for this purchase. Kindly help me in this matter and provide me ph numbers of your working service centre.

Sony Ericsson/ Mobile Phone — Poor Service

I have purchesed one Sony Ericsson Mobile phone (Model-W830i) on 28th of June 2008. But with in warranty period the the phone was giving so many technical problems. I have discussed with sony customer care no and they said to submit the mobile phone to there Dwarka( Delhi) service centre/Cullection centre and i did the same on 9th of May 2009. But till today they are not repared my mobile and also do not have any update also. Please help me to get my mobile back. Detais are under mantioned

Sony Ericsson — extremely poor service and no care attitude

I own a sony ericsson's W760i. I purchased it on 7th feb, 09 and my IMEI No. is [protected]. Then there was a problem in its JACK. So I submitted the phone to service centre ( mobile vision, authorised service centre of sony ericsson) on 22nd may, 09. After that i even registered the complaint in head office of sony ericsson on 27th may, 09 and my COMPLAINT ID is SE[protected]. SERVICE CENTRE people said that they ll change the PCB (mother board) but it has more than ONE MONTH ie till today i have not received my phone. They got a mother board but after assembling my phone, camera didnt work though when i submitted the phone evrything except jack was perfectly fine.
I HAVE BEEN TO SERVICE CENTRE AND CALLED HEAD OFFICE FOR MORE THAN 25 TIMES AND THEY JUST GO ON PROCASTINATING AND BEFOOLING THE CUSTOMER.
SO DO WE EXPECT THIS FROM A COMPANY LIKE SONY ERICSSON AND THAT TOO WHEN IT COSTS MORE THAN Rs. 12000/-.

I want to bring in your kind notice about the non cooperation, pathetic customer orientation and service level about the Hot Spot stores. I have been the victim for the same by Hot Spot store and felt let down and cheated.
I am not sure that whether this mail will reach to the right concern person who will still be sensitive about my case or it will be again taken as a dustbin paper. I hope some body will react to it and take appropriate action.

I bought Sony Ericsson G900 from Hot Spot Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092 Store on 12th July, 2009. after 20-30 Minutes, I took my mobile to the same store with the complaint of Hanging Problem( without any memory card ), Camera is very bad, sound is very low, battery cover is not fixed very well & not take the backup of my Nokia N95 ( Engineer work this matter but not solve this ). I was request to Mr. Sachin & Mr. Nikhil please replace my mobile to other company mobile (Nokia N79) but they told this is not including in company policies.

I bought my mobile at Rs 15, 500/-. I am a working person who needs mobile for internet, data and voice services and cant afford to wait. This is my Fifth mobile in a row which I bought from Hot Spot ( all sets was of above Rs. 12, 500/- Nokia N72, N 73, 6110 and Nokia N95 8GB), Now I will never ever buy from Hot Spot and will make sure non of my any acquaintances will every by from this store.

I want a proper justification on the same case. What is the customer loyalty, the service commitments, the SLAs etc. I need my mobile on very urgent basis or I demand my money back or new same handset. It is a proper harassment of the loyal customer.

I request some senior person look into this matter and revert to me immediately before I move to consumer court.

Sony Ericsson/ Mobile Phone — Phone not working and services too frustrating

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Sony Ericsson mobile phone, Model no. Z555i on 1st November, 2008. On[protected] its system connector started giving problems & I submitted the phone for repairs. I got the phone back after 14 days on[protected] after its PCB was changed under warranty and hence the IMEI no. also got changed.
But its system connector started giving problems again and I once again submitted the phone in Sony Ericsson service center on[protected] along with the handsfree which was also not working. After continously calling them for 2 months during which I kept on getting inadequate respones like part is still pending, part is not coming etc. I finally got the phone back on[protected] for which they did not issue me a job sheet for completion of job. And still the handsfree are pendin. During these 2 months I faced a lot of difficulties without my phone. But after using the phone for 2-3 days once again its System connector is not working. I am frustrated since I have bought this phone as most of the time it was lying with the service center only or was not working properly.

This is quite frustrating as the warranty of the phone will be over by 31st October, 2009. I request you to please look into this matter urgently.

i have given my mobile(sony ericsson W350) two weeks back in univercel show room(saibaba colony branch)for service, had heating problem but till now i have not got my mobile. No information about when will i get the mobile, very bad service. You have a very bad response. I really dont understand how long will you people take to service a mobile. Really bad service. Ask your people to give my mobile in two days else please return the money. How long can we be without mobile and this is not the first time it always happens with univercell. Worst service. Sony Ericsson — POOR SERVICE

i had given my mobile for service in accel front line sony ericsson authorized service centre in pondicherry.
but the service is very poor.
my problem in mobile is
1.unable to attend the call
2.battery back up check.

till now i have given mobile for service seven times.but the problem is not solved.whereas i am unable to receive the call.the call remains to missed call for me-while attending.but the service centre changed my mother board on the mobile.eventhough the problem is not solved.

This is Harpreet Soni..and i want complaint about my Sony Erricson Phone ...actually i love sony erricson but now in august i bought a phone which is W910i...and that phone randomly restarts and some times it deletes all my data from the memory card ...and thats a big problem ..and i went to sony repair center and they said to format my phone and the memory card and i did that and it again deleted my data ...but its giving me the smae problem ...i mean this is the kind of service they give ..still me problem is not resolved and i am not so rich to get new phones every thing six months....and they will only format the phone again if i go to them.... ...so please help me out to solve this problem...

Sony Ericsson — lousy service

i had bought a sony erricsson c510 mobile handset in june 2009......recently the handset started giving me a lot of problems and one day it just suddenly switched off.....when i took it to the authorised sony erricsson service centre they said that the handset had a software problem and which could not be fixed.....the even told me that if i could get the software installed from somewhere else then i should......i did that n d antenna of my fone was broken so i took it back to the service centre and they said that it would be fixed and i deposited my fone with them.....two days later i went to ask about my fone and they said that it could not be sorted out and that the problem was with the mother board which was wrong beacause except for the network problem....each and every function of the handset was working perfectly fine.....they said that repairing the motherboard would cost a lot of money.....i told them dat i am ready to pay the money but then immediately they said dat the fone could not be fixed......all this has happened eventhough my fone is in the warranty period........i am ready to pay for the repairs but sony erricsson has taken 3 months and has done nothing with my fone.....i am very depressed as i had saved a lot of my pocket money to buy the fone which cost me 10,000 rs.......i am getting no respite and i dont wanna waste my money.......if i hav bought the product of a company then i should get the after sale services which are just useless......please help me

Sony Ericsson — Mobile fault

I bought this stupid phone c510 last year. Now its not working - showing no SIM card. when i checked with service center simply they are saying - BOARD is not working!!....which is the HEART of the mobile. And sad part is it requires 7,000 to replace it - almost cost of new mobile. WORST QUALITY. when i saw the mobiles in other local services shops, 90% are from sony erricson.

      bade achhe lagte hai is a popular show, in fact the only program i watch...i work whole day from 8:30 am & return tired at 6:00 pm...hoping to refresh myself with ram & priya...i can't afford to stay awake at 10:30 pm to watch balh...& so 7:00 pm was the best time....showing crime patrol & other violent shows at prime time is not correct, they can be shown after 10:00 pm....
      PLEASE START BALH AGAIN AT 7:00 PM...I WILL BE GRATEFUL.

        Hi,

        I am posting this issue here in the hope that I will get a better response as compared to the customer care executives available on[protected].

        I purchased this pone some 2.5 months back. Within 3rd day, the phone started showing software problem and phone would be hanging. My old ticket no. was [protected]. After that I went to Sony authorized service center at Ahmadabad regarding this problem. Then your service engineer solves this problem.

        After 2.5 months I faced another problem with this phone. The problem is that my phone had automatically switched off. Then again I went to service center. My ticket no. is [protected] and job no. W[protected] dated 11/2/13. After checking, your service engineer told that, there is problem in motherboard. And again he guaranteed that phone will be in working condition within 8 days. But as on today after 16 days we can’t receive the phone. And they want again 7 days for repairing purpose.

        So, without my phone I am totally handicapped. So please replace the phone or send my total money back,

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased a SONY BRAVIA LCD TV(Model No: KLV 22BX350) on june 2012. From the very fast day of installation I am facing a problem with the display.
          I have launched complain for more than two times. Every time an engineer came to my home and always tried to justify that I am a blind and I am telling them lie.
          I have also got some phone call from their end, they told me to go in front of my TV and set the settings as per their instruction but I am not suppose to do that as it is still under warranty period, before I tell this word to that tele caller cut the line. I have seen this model at my friends(more than one friend and relatives) room then I went to purchased it, they are not facing any problem with the display. I have installed my TV on the same height(around 3 feet up from floor) like others but facing problem when I am trying to see it from ground level, picture comes negative. I couldn't remember all my complain numbers but my last complain number is 13080607. This time also an engineer came to my home from SONY service center (TEKNO PLAZA CD-96,sector-I,Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064) named Mr. Samir and he did a lots of wrong thing I must say forgery with his Senior Mr. Subir. Firstly he (Mr. Samir) came on last Saturday(9th feb 2013) then without listening my problem properly, always tried to justify that my TV is OK and what is the difference between LCD and LED. I told him that then how come my friends are not facing this problem(they have also LCD BRAVIA). He wanted to see that TV but unfortunately my friend was not at his home. Mr. Samir told me "no problem I will come when your friend will come (8:30 PM)" and he filled up a form took my Signature where I mentioned that I am not satisfied he will attend again at 8:30PM. Just few minutes after his departure I got a call from Mr. Subir with these words "It is impossible to attend up there at 8:30 PM" [forgery point 1] ."I am not going to take your comment, I always take my engineer's comment"
          I asked him what is that comment. He says "set found OK", after our telephonic conversation it comes to my notice that Mr.Samir put this comments after my Signature (on the same page)[forgery point 2]. I told them to replace my TV, they said your TV is OK. At last I told them you force me to go to consumer forum, they said you can go any where you want. After 1 and half hour I called them again to came to my relatives home and see that they are also not facing the problem. Mr. Samir attend and become the witness that I am right and they are wrong, yet they are not ready to replace my TV. Still they are making some irrelevant argument.

          This is really very better experience that after having SONY BRAVIA TV I need to take leave more than one time to solve the problem.
          Please take a immediate step to solve my TV problem.

            i have purchased a Sony vaio laptop on 27.03.2012 which is in warranty period, my laptop display has vanished automatically without any physical impact to it. when I contacted to the dealer (Super computer Amravati), he is refusing to service it at free of cost as it is in warranty period,instead he is stating that display problem is not covered in the warranty, and demanding for the extra service charge of 5000 rupees.

              Sir i had purchased Sony xperia sola from reliance digital(KANNUR) on December 2012,
              on 5th of February i had a problem with touch panel, touch panel of my phone is completely gone,

                    I buy camera of sony i.e. W-630 of rupees 7990 before 5 days. But now co. reduces that’s price by rupees 2000. That is fall of mrp by rupees 2000. Its not fair. They cheating their customer. Its general to reduces price in any product. But now its reduced by more than 25 %.
                    I got fall down in my product’s value by rupees 2000 with in a week.

                    I wants to refund of rupees 2000 or upgrade model of same mrp.

I HAD PURCHASED ONE SONY LCD BRAVIA MODEL NO-22CX350 ON 29/06/2012 BY PAYING 15900/- JSUT WITH IN TWO DAYS IT BECAME DEFECTIVE . FOUR LINE CAME IN DISPLAY WHICH IS TOO DIFFICULT TO SEE THE SCREEN.
                      IN THIS CONNECTION I APPROACHED TO DEALER AND SERVICE CENTRE AT BERHAMPUR NOTHING WAS DONE. WHEN I SEND A MAIL TO THE SONY COMPANY THEY REPLIED ME THAT SIDE PANEL WILL BE REPLACED NOT MORE THEN THAT. WHEN MY ADVOCATE SEND A NOTICE TO THE SONY INDIA PVT LIMITED AND SERIVCE CENTER AS WELL AS DEALER , COMPANY ADVOCATE SEND A REPLY TO ME AND MY ADVOCATE THAT SIDE PANEL WILL BE REPLACED NOT MORE THEN THAT. IF YOU WILL DO ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MY CLIENT (SONY COMPANY) THEN I WILL ALSO MAKE LEGAL ACTION.

                      INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE NEW ONE HE IS REPLYING TO CUSTOMER. KINDLY ARRIANGE TO REPLACE MY LCD TV OR ADVISE ME HOW TO GET THE NEW TV.

                          It shows Operating system not found error & it was continuos & SONY VAIO NETBOOKS R AFFECTED BY Malicious Software (as stated on their website.

                          I complained SONY 3-4 Times but no USE, THEY couldn't give me any Solution to Operating System not found Problem

                            I have purchased TV on date 25-12-12 from "valuable lifestyle" canada corner nasik. 422002.
                            At the time of installation of tv at my home, engineer told us surprisingly that your tv is damaged. On the same date I have claimed product replacement warranty from company for the issue. The person who was manager at the valuable lifestyle ensured me that it is sole responsibility of me to replace your product under warranty so dont worry at all. But now when i have called "valuable lifestyle" for getting status of my warranty claim they told me that manager left his job. Name of manager is " Mr. Matlani" .
                            Now at the current moment everyone is telling me that your TV can not be replaced under warranty....and you have to pay for it...........so please help....

                              I Visited Custumer Care Again and again Enginner Tell me Please Log a Call
                              in Sony Custumer Care . After That I Log a Call in Coustumer care and Same
                              i Have Received a Ticket ID [protected] and Enginner Submit My Phone . But
                              After 2 Months Gone But Problem Not Solved in between i mail mark
                              to questions.[protected]@support.sonymobile this Email ID and there I receved a
                              mail Thaths Ticket ID is 94427070 for Complaining this problem .But after
                              that Day I have not yet Received any mail for this For Checking My Phone
                              Please take in this matter seriously till date i have not received my phone.


                              So I requested you to Please Replace My Phone as early as possibe.

                                I,Rajeev Chadha , bought Sony Bravia LCD TV Mode KLV-26BX320 bearing serial number 7004089,
                                purchased on 24.10.2011 from Dawar operworld , Gurgaon . I made acomplaint on customer care on
                                2-2-2013. Service engineer from Sony Authorized Service Center M/S I-connect ,Sector-14
                                Gurgaon checked LCD on 02-02-13 & told motherboard needs to be replaced (service job number
                                J[protected]. I send an email to sony customer care on 8th Feb 2013 to repair my LCD free of
                                caost.
                                After that I called up Sony India Service Incharge haryana on 9th Feb. 2013 who assured me a
                                positive response by evening but no reply received.
                                When I tried to call him he didn’t pick up my phone. I emailed to him & sony customer care on
                                12th & 13th Feb 2013 but no reply received

                                Finally I received a reply from Ms Preeti Chawla (officer Customer relations North ) on 15th
                                Feb. 2013 that that theyregret to inform me that my request to render free of cost service for
                                the aforementioned product, is rejected & I need to pay Rs.7,462/- to get my LCD repaired
                                My question is, I agree that the Warranty is over. But what is the ‘Life’ span of SONY Bravia
                                TV in India . Only 1 years & 3 months. I purchased it in Rs. 22000 and after 1 yrs & 3 months
                                again Rs. 7462 needed for repair , Is it the Quality Sony is Proud of ?? If this is the
                                Quality then why should I buy Sony products

                                    One Sony LCD Bravia TV purchased from M/S Arrow Agencies ,Oneway Traffic Road,Berhampur,Ganjam,Odisha vide Bill No-87 on 29/06/2012 for Rs.15900/-. BRAVIA Model KLV-22CX350 Serial no. 3256817.
                                    From Day of purchase problem came. for my innocient the dealer cheated me by giving one defective LCD Sony TV of above serial No and model number.I think Sony Company is saleing defective p;roducts at Odisha Market. company is using low quality material in the LCD Tv. that is why the problem and defective tv knowingly their dealer sold me.

                                    When I complainted to the dealer about four horizental line is coming in the screen, so that picturers is not clear visible because it coming in the middle of the screen.

                                    The Dealer M/S Arrow Agencies replyed me when I went to their shop he said me check the Star connection. then you come and tell me. after through checking by star line provider . again i went to the same dealer he avoided me yes company people will go to your house. this thing happen and about 15 day gone to avoid me by telling lie.

                                    After some days when I approched to same dealer he replied me Yes I have told their company people they will come to your house. nothing was done. again I requested the dealer he said me yes with in day or two company people will come. nothing was done.
                                    after some days a person came he saw the situation and went away. I thought some thing will happen but nothing was done. about 4 months gone to approach the dealer . Dealer cheated me by giving defective Sony LCD TV (Bravia) . Very Surprise is that when I searched the Sony Tv Web site there is no telephone number or FAX number of the company. Customer care people are also not behaving properly. just to avoiding the customer as if our local dealer how he cheated me by giveing defective products.

When I given a mail to the sony company thier reply came that we will replace the side penel set. My question is from day of purchase problem was there. to avoid time he mis-promised the dealer at last side penel will replace. why this will happen ? why not total new replacement.
                                    Because of innocent he took plea and sony company is saleing the defective LCD Bravia TV at Odisha Market. which TV is saleing that quality also very bad that is why this thing is happening. which came my place.Sony company is not mataining the quality materials what is using in LCD TV.

                                      I had submitted my Xperia neo V (MT11i) handset to sony service center (Accel frontline lmt.) on 15th Dec’12 for repairing the front cam. On Thursday 10thJan’13 (almost a month done ) when I 3rd time called at service centre to get updates on my phone, I got to know that there’s an issue with the motherboard & as the production for my handset model is discontinued, I will be given another handset (Xperia Go) which is around Rps. 4000/- cheaper than my handset & low in specifications too.

                                      I have complained to the service center people that i want my money back or my handset to be repaired in proper way (which i doubt is possible now as the production is discontinued). But those people have asked me to drop mails.Its been 2months now and they are just saying to keep patience. They have not taken any action till now or have not given me proper reply for what action they are taking in regard.

                                      Please help me out!

                                        i gave my sony ericsson w20 phone at service center at jaipur, they said that we repair that in 7-15 days but after 15 days was doing call to that person , then he say that still phone at Chennai center , it will give you next week,, it continuous .after two month,i went to jaipur sony service centr, then they say phone not repair and service center going to close so we can't repair it. in two month my phone going out off warranty so please help me .
                                        otherwise i take any otherstap.
