I HAVE PURCHASES A SONY BRAVIA 32" COLOUR TV FROM GEETA APPLIANCES RAIPUR ON 17/11/2012 WITH THE CONDITION THAT THEY WILL INSTALL IT WITHIN ONE HOUR OF MY PURCHASES BUT TILL 18/11/2012 THE TV WAS NOT INSTALLED IT ALTHOUGH I HAVE REPEATDLY REQUESTED AT GEETA APPLIANCES FOR SEVERAL TIMES BY PHONE . THEY GIVEN TIME FIRST AT 4PM, THEN AT 5PM,THE 7PM,8,PM THEN 9PM AND TILL NOW THEY HAVE TO INSTALL THE TV AT MY RESIDENCE.

    hello,
    i have purchased sony xperia s worth rs 31000 on end of the june 2012 then afta 20-25 days i got problems with the handsets n my phone's speakers were not working they took a month to fix the problem and handled me the set back on august end and again i got the same problem within few weeks..
    i requested to replace my product at the first issue only but now m facing problems now and then and i feel that i have been cheated by the company and they are also many complains from other consumers against this company regarding service issues and poor quality products..
    i hope i will get good responce,,

      Re:- Replacement of Sony Ericsson WT19i

      I had purchased the above mentioned phone on April'12 and due to hardware issue,I had to give it to one of the service center to fix the same. They took correct 2 months to return it back and the issue was not fixed at all. The very same day when I received i found the same issue again. Clearly, no work was done on it. Moreover, the condition of the phone when it was given and that on return was totally a real turn down. The phone was handled in very good care and was almost scratch less. But when it came back from the service center, there were few damages and scratches on the phone. I had purchased the phone at a very dear price. As a customer I don't deserve such kind of behavior and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that my faith in Sony remains undaunted.

        I bought the above mentioned product on 11th Nov from Reliance Digital, Mysore. I did not get any gift coupon along with the product as announced in the advertisements. When contacted the retailer, they told me it would be present in the packaged box with the Television. But it was not present.

          I had purchased sony experia tipo mobile on 5.10.2012.The phone having touch problem .I got replacement on 11.10.2012.The replaced mobile is also having hang and restart problem (Defective on Arrival) . I registered complaint to helpline and also at service center on 14.10.2012 and requested to replace the mobile since this mobile is Defective on Delivery.They refused replacement and repaired the mobile as informed by helpline on inquiry on 12.11.2012.They informed that the mobile was ready for delivery on 08.11.2012.I visited sony service center at 2.30 PM ,for taking delivery,but they said the mobile is with their technician who is out of service station .They promised to deliver the mobile at my home.But they do not delivered.I called on to Sony helpline ,as per their records the phone was shown as dilivered whereas the phone has not been delivered to me.

          This is the Quality of Product and Services of Sony the Top Most Company???????????.

            I HAVE BOUGHT SONY BRAVIA ONLY IN THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH 2011 AS A WORLD CUP OFFER.

            JUST 1 1/2 YEARS HAVE PASSED, THE SET HAS FAILED MISRABLY IN ALL ASPECTS.

            I HAVE CALLED THE SERVICE ENGINEER THROGH THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER BUT THE EXECUTIVE IS NOT UNDERSTANDING THE REQUIREMENT AND KEEP ON SAYING THAT IT IS ONLY A SETUP PROBLEM.

            I HAVE REQUESTED HIM TO SEND A SERVICE ENGINEER TILL DATE NO ONE HAS CALLED UP.

            NOT ONLY THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT IS BAD BUT THEIR RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO VERY BAD.

            HENCE, MY ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS NOT TO GO FOR SONY PRODUCTS ESSPECIALLY IN INDIA AND REJECT THEM AND DRIVE THEM OUT OF OUR COUNTRY.

              Hi ,

              I have purchased aSony Xperia lt26i by paying 30000 rs, how ever i have not got the NFC tags and charger ( headset) clip along with the standard accessories with the handset, when inquired with Sony service center they say its a manufacturing defect in that batch which the phones have come and there is nothing much that can be done and also advised the end customer to have checked when i purchased the phone and is blaming the customer and retail shop from which i took the handset from, i am highly disappointed customer of Sony this time as there was a very bad customer service skills that is been expressed by the Customer service Representative towards the customer despite paying 30000 INR. I would like you to help me here in addressing this issue with one of the top most official of Sony Corp who deals with customer service liason/Fault controller whose sole duty is to address this issues which is got manufacturing defects or packing defects in lay man terms. I sincerely hope i get a positive response regarding this to address this issue.

                Hi,
                I have bought Sony Xeperia S mobile phone on 27th of June 2012 for Rs. 30,000/-. I started facing issue with external speakers from 12th of October I did update of software as per help provided on Sony Mobile help and support link but still I was facing same issue. I went to Sony service center Accel Fortline Mumbai (Tardeo) on 16th October 2012 Mobile Handset has been diagnosed by engineer and reported need to submit, I Submitted Mobile Handset on 17th October 2012 (Ticket ID No. [protected], Job No. W[protected], Call reference No. 93914549 for Sony support call center) I have been Informed repair of phone will take working 5 to 6 days of time because they need to order part for it. I tried to call Accel Fortline Services On given phone number[protected] but unable to reach, then I stared to follow up with Sony Support but I always get answer that part will be dispatch and all I never get any answer which will give me exact status of repair of my phone. Then I had word with Mr Latit from Sony Xperia repair Sr.executive on 5th November 2012 and he informed me that part has been received by Engineer at service center and I can collect my Mobile Phone on 6th November 2012 but when I went to get phone I have informed by representative that part which has been sent by sony was faulty, I had word with sony Sr. Executive Anup Bhowmik I ask for Full refund or Replacement but he have denied for that and offer me Extended warranty and assure me to repair Mobile Phone but still he fails to give me time period it brings uncertainty and lack of ownership to resolve issue of customer form Sony. I am facing lot's of problem in my business as bought this Mobile Phone for my business purpose and hoxed by Sony. I have informed that I will get updated status on My unpaired mobile phone by working 48 hours by Anup Bhowmik which was not done by him.

                I am Buy M4 Aqua phone have heating issue. its repair by customer care 2-3 . problem still remaining . repairing process will take 15-20 business working days.

                really its my last Mobile from sony
                Purchased M4 Aqua Dual phone in Dec' 15 facing heating issue. Repaired by customer care. Problem is still there. Now speaker/mic problem also included. Again submitted for repairing with repair center at Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. Set is still there since 14th May '16.

                Need to replace the set as set can not be repaired once it is submitted with repair center for repair. They always give one or the other excuses till the warranty expires.
                sony is doing nothing..my phone is in service center sony xperia xa1 job no-W[protected].. first all xperia xa1 having touch issue service center says that we will overcome your touch issue now they replacing all phone what the # is that..and i added tempered glass on both side of my mobile ..and now service center person says that we are replacing your phone so we dont give tempered glass...but if sony exchanges my phone i want give back my amount of tempered glass..and according to sony rules phone will give back within 7 days but my phone is in service center from last 14 days..what is that sony..please recover i am tired ...very bad experience with sony..its my mistake i bought sony phone...

                  Hi, My name is AnkitShrivastava . I have Purchased a Sony Live With Walkman (WT19i) on 26 Jan 2012 from mobile store ( Jabalpur ). My phone started giving strange sound when ever I connect my handsfree, so I went to the Sony Authorised Service Centre .( SwagatBhawan Plot No. – 202, near labourchowk, Jai Nagar – Jabalpur- Madhya Pradesh -482002) on 5 October 2012. The service centre guy told me to leave my hand set &handsfree and asked me to call after 2 to 3 days. I called the service centre and he told me that there is a fault with your phone”s motherboard and we have to replace it and it will take 10 to 12 days and gave me assurance that it will be fixed for sure. Then after 12 days I went to service centre but they told me that it will take more time. I repeated calling them on their number and eventually they called me to visit the store as my phone was ready, so on 3 November 2012 I went to the service centre and they gave me my phone without my handsfree , so I asked them about my handsfree and they told me that they have lost my handsfree and was making excuses for the same. I told them I will not take my phone back until they will give me a new or my own handsfree. I went on 5 November but again they were not able to provide me with my handsfree and the service centre guy was shouting at me and giving excuses. Then on 6 november 2012 morning I called the Sony Customer Care Number, I was talking with a Executive of Sony Customer Care in conference with service centre guy and the service centre guy promised on call that he will give me a new handsfree by evening.So I went to the service centre on 6 November 2012(evening) he told me to sit for hours and forcing me to take a old handsfree, I was furious with this kind of behavior and I asked him to show me my sony mobile phone as I was checking the mobile I found that my mobile touchpad lights were not working and one of my mobile speaker was not working and fitting was not done properly and there was some network issues as well, I told him about the faults and he told me that he didn’t check the touchpad lights . But it is properly mentioned in the service job sheet that my phone touchpad lights was working fine and my mobile was scratch free and they didn’t fixed it properly. The service Centre guy trying to wash his hands with this issue and he closed my this ticket id ([protected]) and raised a new ticket id ([protected]) for the touchpad light . And when I asked him why did you closed my old ticket id he said the ticket id”s are linked with eachother . I completely not satisfied with his answer and wanted to escalate the issue to further level.
                  Now I am going to consumer forum for the same with all the papers . And I want you to look in this matter and provide me a new Mobile phone and handsfree.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had purchased a mobile phone from ebay.in vide this order details: GEB[protected] New Verizon BLACKBERRY Titanium Bl - opens in a new window or tab
                  [protected] Price: Rs. 3,203.00
                  however company did not provide me the new phone. I had paid thorugh Paisapay, as they are telling we give the guarantee of the product otherwise we will return the money back.

                  Sir it is a waste if you will submit the case they do not listen to customer, i had sent the images of the phone where different mobile id was written and it was packed in the simple white box and not in blackberry box.

                  If possible, kindly ask ebay to pay back money. I have also claimed fro refund of money with ebay.

                      my Sony vaio E15128 laptop display was broken while travelling in a bike... i do not know how it happen... i kept my lap in the bag which they are provided. then also it broken. i gave to Sony service centre Thiruvananthapuram. they said that they cant give free service. I bought the laptop before 12 days ago(27/9/2012).. they are asking above 10,000 rupees for repairing.. what should i do???

                        Sir/Ma'am,

                        I bought a Sony Xperia phone on 19 September 2012 which was a faulty product and stopped working on 28 Sept. 2012. I returned the phone and was promised a replacement within 15 days (before 15th October 2012). Since then i have visited the service centre more than 15 times and they keep delaying the arrival. It has been 40 days and they still have not returned the phone.
                        Also i was lied to at the retail centre about the color of the mobile handset. The sony sales person informed me that the phone will not release in red and blue colors as the company advertisement said and convinced me to buy the phone in white color. Although after 15 days the phone did release in those colors. I am highly disappointed by the retail and service centre of Sony company.

                          I bought Sony Xperia P lt22i from abroad last month for Rs.21000/-, Which does not have warranty in India i appreciate this.

                          Few days back i remove my sim card for some reason and after that i inserted in my phone but not fit proper and not shown sim network in my phone.
                          So, i try removes & inserted many times and due to this my pnone's micro sim Slot Tray damages and after that my phone is not working.

                          Due to this problem, I gone to Sony Service Center near to my place for repairing. but their person Told me this will not repair here as it was from abroad and not come in warranty.
                          I appreciate that warranty not cover in abroad phone but i told him that just repair it i am ready to pay your service charges and part replacement charge. than also he refuses.
                          after i mailed to sony xperia support forum about this problem, they also told me we can not help you in this matter.

                          than I shown my phone to two - three private repairing center outside, all are told me that its parts are not available in market otherwise we will do repair your mobile.
                          than i called to Sony customer service center and i discussed about this problem. i told them that your mobile parts are not available and your service center also refuses to repair. Than who will repair my phone.
                          i seen its American Sony website, in that website i see that they do repair chargeable there product without or expired warranty handset. I questioned them why not here..
                          and i also told them i used Nokia, Samsung mobiles from many years they all do repair their products even non warranty also by taking their charges. Here their Mobile parts are not available and even not repairing them self.
                          afterward they also told me that we can not help you in this.
                          as i told them, i will complaint this. they told me you can do.

                          Please do the needful. My mobile is not working from 20 days. My Mob. No. is [protected].(Vishal).

                            I have purchased the Sony Xperia mobile phone in October 2011. Since i have purchased the phone it was giving problem of dropping calls and my friends sometimes couldn't call me because for them i come out of reach. Initially SONY customer care told me that its a network issue not an Mobile issue. But after twice changing my sim i found that its the mobile that is faulty.
                            I have submitted my phone on 5 september 2012 to sony xperia service center. First it took 2 months for them to repair the phone, and then when after two month long wait when recieved my phone its problem has not rectified. So essentially my 2 months wait gone all wasted. When i complained again on phone that its not rectified they says it will take another 10 days so i asked if it didnot get resolved then what will u do .. They have no answer .They have no such policy.
                            I am fully mentally thrashed and i get no positive response from customer care. I seem to have wasted my Rs 16000. Is there any help court can provide me. I feel looted by Sony.

                              After i registered my complaint on 20th Oct, i was expecting a very prompt and respectful customerservice. However, the quality of customer service compelled me to escalate the matter to the Managing director of Sony India on 27th Oct. Although i immediately got a mail on 29th Oct first hour in the morning and a call from customer service person Mr. Shaswat Chatterjee on that day, however today on 3rd Nov the matter still hasnt been sorted out completely and in fact i have further received miscommunications from your end. At the first instance , i was told that a standby TV set would be installed on an immediate basis either of 22 inch or 32 inch till the time the original problem is sorted out. I just welcomed this thought but requested that since my original TV is 40 inch of size, 32 inch model as standby TV may be installed. This was agreed immediately by your officials. However, till date no standby TV has been installed and moreover i was told that i wasnt agreeable for 32 inch, and other irrelevant reasons like standby TV will be installed once i reply to the mail, etc.
                              I am now really frustrated and its now more than 15 days where i am deprived of TV and hence lost largely due to this for which only Sony Corp can be held responsible. Request someone responsible to own up the responsibility to solve the matter on urgent basis.

                                Mobile WT19i bought on 17th May 2012. Within 2 weeks given for servicing for overheating and battery back up issues. When i got the mob, it was ok after servicing. Later on, battery life went down faster, network receiving problem and some keys are not working in mobile. Gave for servicing on Oct 3rd 2012 and its warranty.
                                Status:
                                Service Centre: Waiting for motherboard after informing call centre. Need to replace in the mobile.
                                Call centre: Blatant lies. We called atleast 5 times. Each time we called they said mobile will be ready in 5 days. Last week we called on Nov 1st or Nov 2nd, they said motherboard has been dispatched to service centre. I called up today Nov 7th service centre, they still have not received it. I called up call centre, they are not aware of mother board being dispatched last week or what is the current status. But they mentioned approval pending for motherboard to be dispatched.

                                This is ridiculous, when it is under warranty why this approval needed. No proper updates from either service or call centre. We have to follow up all the time.
                                Mobile bought on 17th May 2012. WIthin 2 weeks given for servicing for overheating and battery back up issues. When i got the mob, it was ok after servicing. Later on, battery life went down faster, network receiving problem and some keys are not working in mobile. Gave for servicing on Oct 3rd 2012.
                                Status:
                                Service Centre: Waiting for motherboard after informing call centre.
                                Call centre: Blatant lies. We called atleast 5 times. Each time we called they said mobile will be ready in 5 days. Last week we called on Nov 1st or Nov 2nd, they said motherboard has been dispatched to service centre. I called up today Nov 7th service centre, they still have not received it. I called up call centre, they are not aware of mother board being dispatched last week or what is the current status. But they mentioned approval pending for motherboard to be dispatched.

                                This is ridiculous, when it is under warranty why this approval needed. No proper updates from either service or call centre. We have to follow up all the time.

                                  hi, i have purchased a Sony xperia Noe l model no. mt25i on 26 Sep 2012, after 15 days of the purchase the display of the phone got scrambled, it was done by the Sony authorized service station situated in kolhapur within 3 days, but today after 10 days of the repair I'm facing the problem with touch pad of the phone. It is nt good on the products part that constant things happening with handling such a brand. I asked for the replacement of the product, but their policy says that within 7 days of the purchase it can be replaced nt after that, we r paying lot of money on such gadgets but if it returns like this its worthless. how can get a replacement??????

                                    Dear Sir, This to bring to your notice that I had purchased one Sony Vaio Laptop VPCEH3AEN/B on 6th July 2012 for Sony exclusive showroom at Nehru place "Unique Infoways Pvt.Ltd." against invoice no. MW0005486. At the time of purchase I was told the product carry's 3 year Onsite Warranty & the same was clearly mentioned on the Invoice as well. Since after lot of inquiry in the market I was convinced by this dealer that the product is under special scheme & that the 3 years onsite warranty is one of that I decided to make the purchase. Now about three days back this laptop had some technical problem which seems to be a serious one I lodged complaint with the Sony India customer care under complaint number 11847594, simultaneously sent mail & got the complaint number 11866122. I was shocked to receive return reply from the customer care that they cannot provide onsite warranty on this product leave alone about 3 years onsite warranty & that I have to take the machine to the nearest service station & otherwise I should contact the dealer for clarification on onsite warranty mentioned on the invoice. This is bizarre & totally absurd & extremely regretful that the companies to sell their products makes false promises & cheat customers & at the time of meeting their commitments like this backs off & harass customers. For last three days I have been calling customer care, dealer & sending mails in this regard leave alone the complaints gets attended no clarification has been provided either by the manufacturer as well as the dealer. For your record I have attached the scan copy of the invoice clearly mentioning the warranty terms & request the authorities for their intervention to resolve the issue & get the technical problem of the machine fixed.                                       I have purchased a Sony st25i Xperia u on 31 July 2012..but with in week its camera button stop working.. So I hv to replace it on 4 Aug 2012... After tht with in month it's touch starts stop responding and in few days it completely out of work..that's why I have to visit panipat authorized Sony service centre but they replied they couldn't help in this matter because in their service center they don't have a mobile repairing boy..so I hv to visit sonepat authorized service center.. Nd they said they can repair it in 4 days but they couldn't do it even in week... Nd they replied if they don't repair it in 15 days they provide me a new mobile set..but after 17days they gave me my old set nd said they had repaired it..but after 2 days the same problem start again...now please tell me what can I do???

                                        I Have given my mobile for service on 22nd September for a broken glass .I have been asked to pay
                                        Rs,9000 to change the glass whereas the mobile cost is 13000,

                                        When i spoke to Mr Venkatesh the Regional Manager i have been asked to wait for a replacement set
                                        after so many reminders and calls finally on2nd November i have been asked to pay Rs 7250
                                        for the replacement set

                                        I have called Sony Ericsson service center nearly 50 times everytime the answer was that they r yet get confirmation form HO .Its an absolute ridiculous service i hv experienced.

                                        Any way its surprising to charge 9000 to change the front broken glass if this the way sony works middle class people like is is worth less buying such products of Sony.

                                        Im very upset with happening and need to have proper reply and service in this regard
