[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Not working even after payment of recharge

My Recharge premium was paid up to 10th Sept 2010 . I have again RECHATGED IT ON LINE FOR Rs. 300/- ON 10/9/2010 ITSELF, BEFORE EXPIRY OF THE VALIDITY.

I started getting partial service, on 10th Spet 2010, out of 8 Malayalam Channels i was getting only 4 , All 3 Asianet channels and Surya Channel which we watch regukarly were not recieved on 10th sEPT . I have tried to contact the Customer service Nos, repeatedly, but all the time I was getting network busy.

I request for early restoration of Dish services immediately.

My recharge premium was paid upto september 4 2010.After that i recharged it BUT IT WAS STILL COMING THAT YOUR SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED. Recharge was done on 23 oct 2010 for Rs 125 but till now there's no response. I have tried to contact customer care nos., repeatedly, but all the time i was getting network busy.
I request for early restoration of Dish services immediately.

Sun Direct — Channel is not coming after recharge

Chanel is not coming after the recharge and I have contact the customer Care but not response. I done call minimum 12 bar. but not care my problem solution tell me what i do.

I have recharged my sum DTH on 18th February 2018 and today is the expiry. I have recharged before the expiry but it's still not working and I do have the screenshot of my payment.

I have done recharge of my sunddirect on 02 Feb 2019. But from 16 Feb 2019 iam unable to get all the channels. I tried calling customer care but no response received from them.

We have to call and rais the voice after recharge every month. Without call customer care channels will not come.
Online payment failure many times

Sundirect checking customers patience..

Planning to switch DishTv
Same with me. Irresponsible customer care, its just they put on all media - that they have 450 customer care centres - all good for nothing..!
I have done my recharge of sundirect DTH, paid 316rs but still not working, paid two times but still showing as my account wallet is 0 rs
