[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — gave more than full talk time and fooled customers

on 27th march 2012 i have recharged with rc28 as my friend said that we are getting 80rs talktime.i got 80 rs balance. as i got more balance i recharged to my family members and my friends. everyone got 80rs balance but today without any intimation they have cutted our balance and fooled every one .when i called customer care they said due to some technical problem extra money added and responded very rudely.Due to their technical problems why customers need to suffer? as we are getting more talktime some lakhs of customers recharged yesterday eventhough they dont need to recharge.with this issue i wasted my time and money also.so please file a complaint on this and help me in getting my balance back which they cutted without any intimation. my number is [protected]

Fraud Tata Docomo.
Bledy fraud Tata docomo company, They played a cheap business technique that they just squeezed huge money from all their loyal customers yesterday(27th march 2012). Yesterday, I have recharged my docomo number with Rs 28 for more than 15 times as it was Rs 80 being credited to Rs 28 recharge. I was all happy to have more than Rs 1400 balance but today the bledy tata docomo company has deducted all those extra Rs 52 balance credited with each Rs 28 recharge without any courtesy and without appologising and now my mobile balance is Rs 482. When I called the Customer Care, they replied recklessly that it was a technical issue due to which Rs 80 was credit to Rs 28 recharge. If it was a real technical issue, why have not tata docomo informed in advance to its loyal customers that there would be a technical issue due to which Rs 80 would be credited to Rs 28 recharge So that none could have been enticed to recharge heavily. This Rs 28 recharge can only be done via easy recharge mode and from a easy recharge dealer, it takes 15 to 20 minutes time to recharge a docomo number for every next recharge, which led people zoom to every other Easy recharge mobile shop to get more balance by recharging more Rs 28's.There was a huge queue infront of every easy recharge mobile shop for recharging this Rs 28 to tata docomo numbers and the dealers were charging extra money like Rs 3 to Rs 5 for each Rs 28 recharge as the offer was in great demand. Why would anyone recharge wtih so much money and with so much difficulty if there was no offer? Everyone has put a lot of effort and time to get this Rs 28 offer recharged but was fooled by Tatadocomo, though it's not April but March 2012. I want my money back.
