Even i tried applying for the connection but same issue.. As the contact details are FAKE... Nobody answers the H.O # and as well you waste enough money on the Toll free #.. thinking u might be lucky to get connected to the Tikona Broadband... But USELESSSSSSS...

One doesnt need to be Sherlock Holmes to deduce that this is a fraudulent company. They make phony calls that you have emailed them and if you ask them for their company office address they say it is secret and against company policy to tell who they are and where they operate from.

My humble request/suggestion to all prospect customers of TIKONA BROADBAND is to go to some internet cafes pay and use internet rather than opting this useless pathetic connection. Here my story goes...
I was planning for a good broadband connection at my flat and my bad luck same time Tikona Guys were intalling some stuff in my building. I approached the sales person he gave a plan where i would be getting 360kbps where I can use it for both my Desktop and Laptop at a time. Finally opted and there started the problems...you never get proper signals, very week connectivity...you cant imagine the speed would be 1kbps to open a website you should wait all most half a day...100s of calls went to customer care, everyone says that the problem will be solved some techy guy will visit my place and install some other device which will increase the connectivity...I was waiting for allmost two months...no one turned up!
I wonder when people from collections are very prompt for taking the money...making calls visiting my home...really PISSED ME OFF...even they were very promisive that some masiha will come and fix the problem...again I waited for a month...Finally gave a call to Cust Care Exec said to cancel the connection and do not call me anytime in their entire life for any reason and If needed said them to come and take their devices from my dust bin. I immediately switched to Airtel Broadband and I am very happy using it...

You either know how to treat customers or shut down your company and do some palli-batana business in bus stands. Collecting money is not only business, you should even provide service along with care.

tikona internet is a net without knot.management is poor.
I'm totally agree with consumer complaints. I'm also experiencing very poor quality. First thing the speed is about 15-20 kbps for 849 (512 kbps) plan.
I am raising complain that my internet is not working properly and the speed is showing too low and even sometime
its not even able to connect to the internet. Whenever i call customer care, they keep saying that it will not
happen on next day, some server update is going on.
The whole week have been passed but the problem is not resolved.

never provide services. Tikona is one of such fraud company.
I am fed up with its cusotmer care services. Neither they are able to resolve the issue, nor they respond quickly.
It take too long to just log your request. So frustrating behaviour of customer care.
Last i talked to Rahul from customer care, he said some server update is going on in gurgaon, tomorrow you wont face
any issue. But i am still facing an issue. None of my request have been resolved out of mentioned below:-

2) 1-[protected]
3) 1-[protected]
4) 1-[protected]
even my call get disconnected while talking to sohan on 15Nov2012 at 9:22 PM. It was clear that he was not able to
resolve my issue so he disconnected the call. I have full data thats why anyone can understand i am saying truth.
Please do the needful. take some action against them. Never rely on this company, its a big fraud company, it gives
you plan of 2MBPS but you get only 200-400 kbps speed.
My irony is that Airtel do not have network here, else i would have selected Airtel connection. Can anyone suggest
me some good broadband connection.
