Tikona broadband shown me a demo and was installed on 31st Aug.2010 .
The speed on demo and thereafter for two days was very good.
From the third day it went down even to 0.29mbps i.e 290kbps.
I had made several complaints to all. Called up customer care everyday.
All my efforts went in the air. They never bothered to make it all
right. I have sent four or five mails to their customer care,
their nodal officer, their appellate authority. The people of
Tikona whom I called over phone do not have the courtesy to answer
like a corporate office staff. The Plan I have taken is FMC799 for
that speed must be 2mbps upto 8gb download and 512kbps after that.
I have used only around 3gb, but the speed now is only 290kbps.
I feel like cheated. They show something big at cheaper rates,
but change their product to very low quality. I want some one can

i am user of tikona brodband since 1 sept. some days your broadband will be runnig good
but after 10 days it go t very slow speed. At this reason i cant open of the any web page
i also complain about it but no any problem will be resolve by your center.
So that reason i will be tired your services that reason, if that problem
will be Continue creating and not solve by you then i will stop your service.

i am using reliance bradband is become very slow and warest.dont buy reliance choose anther networks
I am using MTS bradband is very slow and waste. normal speed is 20 kbps to 60, some time it is good...

    Never go for Tikona broadband, even if its the last resort. Its useless company. Seems like some unprofessional ghati people are running it. You will feel like banging your head to get your concerns resolved. Pathetic experience.

      Complain against Tikona Care Wi Broadband
      Hi,
      Plase register a complain against Tikona Care Wirless Broadband, who is fraud company.
      I have applied for WiBro Connection on 19 of August through Sales exicutive of Tikona Care (Sales Exicutive ID is [protected]. That time I had talked with customer care of tikona and sales exicutive of Tikona Care.
      Every body is commited that your installation wll be within 48 hours, So I have given a DEMAND.DRAFT and D.D is also debitted in their account. I also got a sms and Email for user ID and password.
      I am still waiting for installation of device, no one came to my home, on 21st i called to customercare number and i gave a complaint againast the sales executive. On 24th one of the Executive came and decided that there is No Signal at your premisis.
      again i contact to that sals excutive he was talking as irresponsibility and some time he is not attending my call
      1.why he took the Form without checking the signal.
      2.After deciding that there is no signal at my premisis Why he did not put the Cancellation.
      3.on 27th i myself Requested against the cancellaion process.
      is this the way they are bahaving with the valuable customer. Even some time their customer care exicutive cut the phone line.

        I have taken Internet connection with Tikona Plan Name FUL599 on 13.6.2010. I have surrendered the same due to poor service on 13.7.2010. But your call centre people confirmed that only on 23.7.2010 it was disconnected. I have not paid the bills worth Rs.265/- after deducting deposit amount etc. as on that date due to dispute for 10 days excess billing. In the meanwhile, I got bills for the month of August and September also stating the full amount of Rs.599/- PM. Now your billing department raised total amount of Rs.1647/-. I do not understand how it has accumulated to that extent.

        Now I request you to resolve the dispute immediately and send me the correct demand so that I can clear the same at one go. I am also wexed up with the attitude of your call centre people. Inspite of repeated complaints, they could not take any action regarding this which is causing mental agony to me. If the problem is solved within 48 hours from now, I am constrained to say that I may proceed legally against your company.

        Tikona Digital Networks — Wrong bill

        I had a Tikona wireless broadband postpaid connection. I already have applied to surrender the connection on october 1st 2011. Despite requesting them many times they do not take any action and i am receiving bill every month even when i am not using the connection. Every time i try contacting them on customer, after explaining the billing issue they promise to call me back but they never do it.
        Please help me the bill is increasing every month and i am helpless

        I changed my plan on 2-March-2015 from 750 to 1250rs pm.
        while migrating i payed 1400rs which i thought i have paid it till 15-April.But now they are saying again i will get a new bill on 15-march of 1250 rs.which is completely wrong.

          i'm a foreigner in this country, and i don't know how can i complain about tikona customer care. its near 14 days i've paid 3700 RS as 3months deposit,(because i don't have cheque, tikona has taken 3 months deposit plus other services that i've never seen). up to now nobody came to my home for installation, and more than 5 times i called to customer care, but i didn't hear reasonable answer. so many times i called to technician and he said we don't have wireless router. in this 2 months that i'm living in hyderabad i found that, nobody in india is responsible for anythings, and i regret that, when my freind told me take internet from AIRTEL, i didn't accept. i ask from indian persons, if anybody knows what can i do, kindly contact me [protected]@yahoo.com

          This is to draw your attention towards the pathetic service provided by your organization. Please find below the pain and harassment which I have undergone by taking your broadband service -



          I stay at Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. On 11th April, one of your sales executive by the name of Pushkar ([protected]) visited my place and he offered me the new broadband service launched by Tikona. He was able to convince me and I agreed to buy the connection. The sales executive took my details and along with it he took a cheque of Rs.500.00 for installation. He committed that by 12th April the connection would be installed at my residence. However, the same did not happen, I called up the sales executive and he asked me to call up the customer care. I called up the customer care and they promised that with in 24 hrs, this would be resolved. I waited for 72 hours no one turned up, I again called up the customer care and they again assured me that the connection would now be installed in next 24 hours. Even after several follow ups the connection finally got installed after 18 days when I asked your customer care to refund my cheque.



          After the connection was installed, I thought that my plight is now over and I would be able to now use the broadband service. However, to my horror I realized that the engineers that had fitted the connection did not have the password and the same would be delivered through the sms. I called up the customer care after 48 hrs of installation and they committed that with in next 24 hours. I would receive the password through sms. From that day till today i.e. 15th May I have been given fake commitments by your customer care several times. The last conversation which I had with your customer care department was on 13th May where I requested to be transferred to a supervisor however I was put on hold for more than 15 min twice and the call was then disconnected. I tried the 3rd time and I managed to speak to a supervisor by the name of Mr. Deshmukh who assured me that he would escalate the matter and I would receive the password by 14th may 11am or else he would call back.



          Today is 15th May and more than 30 days have passed when I had applied for the connection and still I am unable to use the services. You have already charged me Rs.500 and have caused mental and physical harassment. As a customer I am feeling helpless and cheated so finally I am sending this email hoping that there might be some one responsible in this organization who could hear my plight.



          I want my money to be refunded with interest as I am planning to move to Airtel broadband and I am marking a copy of this mail to the consumer court so that the suitable action can be taken against such a fraud organization.

          I am tikona broad band user and i would like to share my experience.
          TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL.
          People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection)
          Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works

          If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while, paid their bills even though the bill was never sent or received.
          Walked up to their door steps explained, the service was active for a week. One of the Tikona officials asked me to ignore the bill (which was sent by SMS) and now they have disconnected the connection.

          However, I still liked their practice of first disconnecting the connection and then sending the bill.

          I have taken a conection fom tikona and payed them a chck o installation. my intallation was due on saturday but it has been 5 days and connection is not yet installed. even the amount has been withdrawn from my account. ANd evn if I am calling the person responsible he is disconecting my call evrytime.

          hey, so sad...
          here is my story...i've been waiting from the past 1 month... sales man took 500 r.s for installation charges by assuring that i would get the connection in 1 day...
          After calling so many times, one guy came n installed the device that too after 4 days...

          The real problem starts here...they seems to have a problem with their server..whenever i tried to login an error comes up as authentication login error...for the last 1 month, i've spoken to all the techs/officers for more than 100 times but none of them were able to solve the problem. Now i'm in the middle of nowhere..
          I don't know what to do now, they r not ready to cancel/disconnet the service either...who will help me now?

          even the representative Mr. Sandeep Sharma ([protected]) who had approached for the connection and made the assurance is not responding to the phone calls...
          very very astonished to see such a pathetic service provider these days...
          it is therefore requested to cancel my application as i would be turning to some other service provider and refund my deposit at the earliest..
          definitely i will be lodging a FIR in my local police station and reporting to the consumer forum FOR SURE...

          They don't have any bandwidth to server customer, just cheating is their hobby

          I just want to share my feedback about Tikona support. I am always getting a good support from Tikona engineers. I talked with your engineer "Vikram Kale" who was very much interested to address my queries. He was good in explaining everything and he has good passion to resolve customer's problems. He was very polite in talking and interested to know my exact problem. Then he provided the right answers to my queries. Very good positive approach. I am very happy about the response which I received from him.

          I can completely understand that, customer handling is very challenging type of work. You cannot satisfy every customer every time and those unsatisfied customers will be making big complaints. Satisfied customers will rarely send their feedback. The one very positive difference which I can notice between Tikona support and other company's support (e.g.- Nokia, HP support) is that, Tikona engineers are always very polite, interested to know customer's problem, Tikona engineers are not already frustrated like other company's support engineers and their technical knowledge level is very high.

          Thank you for providing very good support to me.

            I am Arindam Dey, a customer of Tikona Digtal Networks User ID- [protected], since May 2010 & my connection plan is Rs.599/- monthly (512 KBPS , Unlimited) but I have never get staisfying speed.The executive assured me that each month I will get the speed of 2 MBPS for 2 GB(or may be 4GB) & rest of the month it will be 512 KBPS, forget about the 2 MBPS speed I do not even gat the half of my normal speed on an average. Sometimes it is below 100KBPS. Since the first day I am having problems with net speed, reported many times to the company representatives but they could not help me. I am attaching some snaps of my speed.
            Company representatives could not do any thing till date & so I have stopped my payment. I am frustrated with the irresponsible service & I need URGENT ATTENTION.

            For me also its the same case here.Fed up of raising complaints.They are not even bothered to resolve the issue.I took 2 mbps and i am getting below 160 kbps and all some times.Some times no connection at all.I think these people are cheating the customers.There is no system to check this.This issue should be raised.

              Hi,

              I'm the customer for Tikona ISP in chennai velachery area for the past 2 months. Its been a very weired experience I'm facing from the day i started using this ISP. The service is a kinda of BAD. For every 30 mins or some time the conncetion will get lost. And it takes a lots of time to get back. With this i lost so much time and patience. I raised so many complaints to the customer serive. but the only response I got is will solve is by next day 2 Pm and asked me to keep my WiBro device in ON condition. But the next day the ticket is closed with out my confirmation stating that the issue is resolved.

              Even when I gave the request for disconnection, the Tikona Engineers(So called) visited my home and did roamed from terrace to system, checked some proxies and left back. (I think they didn't understand the word DISCONNECTION I gave).

              The cycle they are following with customers is

              customer got Issue -- Ticket to Tikona -- Switch the WiBro device ON till next day -- Customer care will close the ticket.

              My request is don't got for Tikona. I unfortunately got this, I'll try my best to get out from this weired service

                this is to inform you that i have aproach for your internet connection in may 18th 2010. I have given rs. 500 cheque and photo id proof to your employee but, I didn't get your connection because there was no network in my house. 500 rs. has debited from my bank account. I have waited 3.5 months it crossed your 45 days limit which your executive told me before. now I want my 500 rs. back. this matter should be resolved as early as possible.

                  Now, your sales team and billing team has started calling me to know whether the bill payment is made or not.



                  This is pathetic, irresponsible and disgusting work you guys are doing.

                  Myself is NitinYadav and my Tikona User ID is [protected] and mob No. is [protected]. i am suffering from No Network Acess error. before that from slow speed i called many time to their customer care but i didn't get any satisfactory response and their staff is failed to fulfill all commitment which is they done at the time of installation, actually they totally failed and i want compensation inconvenience caused by the product.

                    I applied for Tikona Connection and made a deposit amount of 500 via sbi cheque.
                    Later Technical Person visited my house and confirmed that Network not available at my place he suggested for cancellation. From July till now i have called the Tikona Serice Center nearly about 15 times and spoke to many people.

                    I have received 2 messages that my bill of 450 and 76 is pending so my advance amount couldnt be returned i have spoke to many people in customer care and Area Manage Mr. Lakshmi Shankar and his Boss Mr. Amarnath but you will get a standard reply fresh complaint has been taken and it would take 15 days i dont know when will this 15 days come

                      Congratulations ! I have decided to pay up the Tikona bill of Rs. 274 inspite of not using your service for a single hour. In fact I will be paying Rs. 500+ Rs. 274= Rs. 774. The 500 rupees was the security deposit. I have attached the full and final settlement receipt for your reference.

                      Congratulations to Tikona billing department for being persistent in sending bills on regular basis and charging interest at the rate of 120%. Indeed many many congratulations to the CFO of Tikona. It is an excellent business model- in modern electronic extortion. I hope you will give some management lessons in Harvard and other institues and explain the new MBAs how to run these types of businesses and make returns of 120%. Congratulations again.

                      Congratulations to the customer service team for actually managing to shield up to 50 calls from me to reach the concerned person who can take action. Customer service team you are doing a wonderful job at not providing any customer service. I think you should ask your management for a raise. It has been truely frustrating experience to the customer which means that you have done a fine job

                      Congratulations to the management team for hiring individuals in billing department and in customer service. They have done a tremendous job at not allowing any information to reach the management. The best part is that the management believe that everything is going well when it comes to customer satisfaction.

                      May you all succeed in extorting more money from the customers. Also is Tikona going to come out with an IPO? I think I will try to see if I can buy some of your shares. I am really impressed with your business model. The best part is that it is legal

                        I took a tikona connection and was promised that i will be getting a 2mbps connection and paid 500/- as installation charges.Although i got the connection but i was never able to surf as it always gaved a page cannot be displayed error.inspite of several complaints the problem was never respolved and so i cleared the dues of 350/- after a month and said to disconnect the connection.but now after 4 months i get calls everyday to pay 2000/- as dues else they willl file a case against me legally.i didnt used even a single reuppee internet through them and still paid 500/- as installation and 350/- as 1st month bill.
                        now they are threatening to take leagal action and keep calling 10-20 times a day.Tikona is a fraud company. they dont know of providing a service but are gundas to demand money through people.
                        It happen with me also my net is not working for month but they sent me that month bill. Tikona is not good company.
                        I have also the same problem Tikona Send me the bill 15 nov to 15 dec month bill but that month they not give me service.

                          We took connection from Tikona Digital Networks dated on 27-07-10 on DD no[protected]. We handed over this DD to sales dept officer named Sadashiv rajmane (Sales Executive id[protected] . But due to some range problem with the connection it didnt work out properly. So we told him to cancel the connection and return the money so he returned our money.
                          But after some days there another sales executive named Sachin jadhav came and said to take the connection with some new promises. He told us to take the connection on demo version for some days and see whether we get the proper speed and range.We handed over 800 that is installation fee by hand but he said that we dont take fee on cash so he gave us a DD of 800 that was given by some one else to him(describing pay to Tikona...) and said that u can give me money and use this DD.We did the same and started using connection . But the same thing happened so we told him to come to our place and fix it. He started giving excuses and said that i have sent a technical guy. But no one came so we called him back and ask him to disconnect the connection and refund our money. He came and started using abusing words.
                          Now we called customer care of tikona so they said that we dont have your installation fees yet till dated[protected] so we told him about the whole scenario and said to refund our money . Our tikona complaint id is[protected].

                          Now we dont want the connection and want our money back. Please do the needful.

                            My internet connetion is not working since 23.08.2010 and i have logged my compain for the same to tikona customer care no [protected] on 23.08.10. But no body came to attend the complaint.
                            After my various telephonic call as well as email, one engineer has visited on 25.08.10 but could not rectified the problem due to poor internet signal. He conveyed to my that he will inform to tikona office to improve the signal quality within 12 hr.

                            But no action taken from tikona end till now even after my various telephonic call as well as email. My email correspondence is as per below:

                              Myself Kshitiz Anand,swarna raveendra,kiran,krishna mohan, we were four bachelors staying together in andheri (E), share-e-panjab. Since two weeks we were searching for best Internet service provider, one day we met TICONA Digital Networks, sales excutive, he told us it is the best service provider in entire Maharashtra, No-1 in mumbai, we are providing best customer service, 24/7 online help and toll free service we are providing all these tings tolsd us and changed our mind, and we paid deposit amount. we opted for WiFi connection.After 4 days engineer has come and given connection, but not WiFi, just cable connection given and told us within two days, we would provide WiFi connection. that cable connection also not working.
                              we waited more than 8 days and one day we called area sales manager he replayed i am not responsible, login to toll free number, then we called to that number told problem, that executive replayed, we'll send registration number, but we didn't receive, again after 6 hours we called , he replayed same thing, like that i called 8 times , thy didn't responded, they didn't send enginerr, their answer is not rel event.
                              yesterday again i called, are manager, he said i am not right person , so again i called to toll free number and forward to senior officer,, then that executive told our senior officer is on other call, i replied okay not a problem i would wait, like that i have on line for 30 minutes then he accepted my call and said we are unable to service you now. then i said we paide deposit, you give back our deposit and take your device. then he said it is not possible.

                              sir that company doesn't have service principles, they are not able provide service and also they are not willing to give deposit.

                              sir help in this regard.we really deceived by that company.

                                Tikona customer service is pathetic...........

                                I had taken broadband of tikona a couple of months back..it worked fine for sometime, but since 20 days there is no internet connectivity. I have made several complaints, the only answer what i get from call center is you will get a sms in next 6 hours and engineers will come to resolve the issue...but all that is told has never been done, not even sms has come up. I have registered several complaints ......but they r least bothered.......................I have a request to consumer complaint system to take strict action against these unprofessional service providers....any help required from my side...i am ready for that.....pls take action against tikona.                                   I Purchased tikona connection on 15th may. There were some technical issue happened and sales person told me within 3days problem will be rectified. On 18th may Installation engg told me about imposibility to provide service and he disconected my connection and assured me within 45 days i will get my deposit amount.

                                  After making several complains and followup i didn't get my refund.I complained to Nodal officer also but still assurance '" you will get your refund soon"".

                                  I think company don't care for consumer and thinks that consumer's deposit money will creat a huge reserve for them.

                                  Now no Tikona officer picks my phone or give information.

                                  I forget my deposit but i warn to future customer that company is fraud.

                                    I got the connection installed on 08 August 2010 however first time login was on 12th Aug and on 15th Aug 2010 requested for disconnection due to Low Speed, No connectivity most of the time, Anti Virus promised which never got Installed and worst Customer Service

                                    I have been calling customer care nobody connects to the Senior and have been promised for Refund of mine Installation Charges Initially but now It's no more Valid Promise as per them.

                                    Complete Harrasement..Installation was done within 1 non working day on Sunday but for disconnection nobody is bothered even after 8days.

                                    I have the same story... My net connection was installed on 13th of July 2010 at (10 p.m.) by paying Rs 500 as the installation charge. Tikona sent a bill on 15 of July (i.e. in 36 hours for Rs. 873! When i enquired I came to know that its with the added Rs 500 and Rs 300 advance for the plan for the next month. My actual bill was on Rs. 19. And the best thing for Rs 19 I had to pay Rs 50 tax! Nevrtheless like a good customer I have paid the bill though a lttle late bcoz nobody in the customer care knw abt it. or they would say "server is down" I have requsted 4 times for cancellation.. and return of the charges paid bt nothing happend... planning to sue the company... want help.. pls contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                                      My self Rupesh Dwivedi , working with Axis bank was approached by certain executives of yours last week for services.
                                      i was been promised by your service staff that on monday by end of day 16th Aug my service would be activated.
                                      However till date i had not even provided by service nor any communication.

                                      Despite of that certain executive of your organisation who claims themselve to be engineers , had reverted in such a pathetic manner
                                      that i experience them as if am speaking to some roadside gunda who threaten if contacted & also provide alternative to cancell service.

I was told that my connection would be installed within a week. it's been a month now. let alone installing my connection their agents verbally abused me and said that no money was deducted from my account. I will now file a complaint against them at the consumer's court since I have the proof of all the documents.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Please find the below email communications regarding the refund of my amount which I had paid to "Tikona Digital". To present you the facts once again, I request you to kindly note the following:
                                      1) My Tikona Digital Internet Connection was commenced on 27/11/2010.
                                      2) I made an advance payment of Rs 3008/- (vide Cheque No. 112341 dated 19/11/2010

                                      drawn on Punjab National Bank, Anushaktinagar.) to cover the period of Six Months.
                                      3) After using the net for 3-4 days, I was not satisfied with the services and Internet speed and hence I lodged a request for disconnection and refund.
                                      4) I lodged the request on 02/12/2010 and I was promised by your Customer Care Executive that within 30 days, I will get my money back.
                                      5) I also emailed the same request for disconnection and refund to customer support and requested them to send their representative to collect whatever devices they had installed at my home. The same email could be found below.
                                      6) I waited for 1-2 weeks but no body from Tikona Care came to my home to collect the devices.
                                      7) In the meantime, I kept on calling the Customer Care to know the status of my refund request. Everytime, I was given the same reply that I would get my refund within 30 days.However, things never moved beyond the assurance.
                                      8) I kept on writing emails to customer care as well as Nodal Officers. However, I was too surprised to note that Nodal Officer always replied with a pre-typed text to every mail of mine. After receiving same reply again and again from Nodal Officer, I could make out that Nodal Officer did not even bother to read the email and the content of the mail.
                                      9) After a lot of pursuance and follow up, the person from Tikona Digital came to my home on 30th December 2010 to collect the devices. The devices were returned to the Tikona Personnel in the working condition.
                                      10) I was informed by the person who came to collect the devices that within 15 days I will be receiving back the cheque for my refund.
                                      11) Since then, I have been following up with your customer care executives and the Area Manager for the status of the refund but every time they have given me a reply that refund will be processed within 30 days.
                                      12) It is more than 45 days since the time I made a request for the refund. I do not understand when the "30 Days Deadline" will be over for Tikona Digital.
                                      13) I have again called on your customer care number on 11/01/2011 and again I have received the reply that my request is under process.

                                      Till date I am waiting for my refund. The most Pathetic Internet Service Provider.
