The broad band connection was not installed and the person who came for checking if the signal is fine in the area has cheated and took Rs.500 as registration fees.
After 2 or 3 days 2 persons came for installation but they couldn't as there was no signal at all in the area.

I paid on April 19th to Tikona Broadband and today is Aug6th.I didn;t get my money back from them.

Fraudulent service

I am a customer of TIKONA broadband and have been facing loss for non connectivity and very pathetic downloading speed as low as 108 bytes per sec. No representative has yet visited from the company. Apart it is a pitiable and strage matter that the installation was made by a salesman who had no technical knoledge. The company must be punished by the Government of India. Banning is not a solution. Instead they must be fined for a huge amount...

not provide current information

Service too bad

BAD connectivity poor service

TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL.
People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection)
Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works

If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while,...

Not getting check back

On 3/6/2010 I have given check for Internet broadband service to Tikona Broadband service. Their Engineer comes to site and told me that here we can not catch signal and you will get check in 10 days.
Check amount is debited from my account to Tikona.
I have done so many mail communication with Tikonacare but they are reply like your transaction in process.
After 1 month and 18 days, still I am not getting my check amount....

No response for any kind of complaints registered

Refunds

I had applied for the Tikona broadband connection. The took the initial amount from me. and when they came for the installation, they said that the signal strengtht is very low so no connection can be provided.
Now they have not given my money back yet. I have complaining regarding this to the customer care and they always say the same old story, that backend team is processing. Its been more than 3 months and i have not yet received...

Worst Service - False Commitments - Tikona NCR

Tikona BB Services - BEWARE and never ever try to subscribe to this service atleast. Reason is FALSE COMMITMENTS + POOR SERVICES.

Never rely of these guys for internet connection in NCR atleast. I gave an application for new connection after goin through there plan details.

Connection speed and Bill amount is much more than usage and plan
