Tikona — No Installation But Billing Started

Dear Sir/Madam
Refer to Tikona Application #[protected], There is no istallation done till know happend wrt my application. I've called the customer care several times to take a complaint against the service provider executive , As they have taken my Application and Cheque and supporting documents and they have gone missing.. Worst Customer care has no response even calling every day.. Because of these i'm loosing my time and money...I dont know wht the hell is going on with these guys.. Although requested promptly to fwd the call to superiors to discuss on this matter..they dont do the fwd...Can any one in this world help me to get my documents and Cheque amount back soon...
Also Amount which i spent on mobile bill to reach tikona Customer care..
One of the Worst ever service in the world i have experienced till know is TIKONA...

No Installation But Billing Started

I am jaipal dongre having connection of tikona broadband billing account number[protected] .
I was given complaint so many times for getting late bill and update my email [protected]@rediffmail.com and another email is [protected]@gmail.com but uptodate no response from tikona. today is 08/08/2010, I got bill today whereas the bill date is 26/07/2010 so i am getting this bill after thirteen days. so many times sms are coming from tikona to pay the bill . this is not possible without your bill copy . so i am request you that please update my both email for billing .

I have paid advance for twelve months for 599 plan which is 6000 rupees.
salesman committed me installation charge waved and will b taken care by company but you have charged 500 rupees installation charge in first bill and monthly charge 600 rupees and above this service tax has been charged.
please give me a credit note of installation charge 500 rupees and service tax and monthly 100 rupees and its service tax in my billing a/c.

Tikona — Transfer request: Not attending

I have recently moved my apartment, and was using the TIKONA broadband internet connection in the old apartment. I raised a request to move my connection to the new apartment, and is it almost 2 weeks now, but no one has come by. I called them multiple times, but every time they tell - it would be done tomorrow - and the tomorrow never comes.

Please help.

4 months back i had opted for broadband service from tikona.A the time of registration the plan was 512 kbpas with unlimited surfing for Rs.699(+taxes).
Now after 4 months i was not getting the speed,i was only getting speed of 80-100 kbps and when i asked tehm they said it is wat i would get .So i went for disconnection.Inspite of several complains the disconnection has not happened and hey are sending me fresh bills .Kindly let me know the process to get rid of his.
I have started with Tikona's services on 13-Aug-10. I paid in advance for one year. After that I wanted to convert to monthly plan(mid Aug 2011). So I wrote a mail to their customer care stating my wish. But they didn't do any thing for the same.
And they them send me the complete year bill for next one year.
I called their team asking to convert to monthly plan but they did not so.
So I did not wanted to continue Tikona as they were not understanding my requirement.
After a month of renewal they discontinued my account.
Even though I was willing to pay for what I have used (should be calculated on Pro-rota basis).
They did not try to understand my point and continue to bombard me with complete year bill.
Now I am getting police call and ask me to transfer the amount immediate to tikona which i would not do.
They disconnected my plan but still I am facing problem

I was using Tikona Broadband in year 2012. There was an issue in n/w from May end in my area and as suggested by Tikona Technician I have requested for disconnection of the Internet connection. But I was keep getting bill for next few months. After repeated call to them one of call centers person asked me not worry about those mails. And suddenly mail has stopped coming to me. Today I received a mail from Tikona with the subject line
"DEMAND NOTICE FOR YOUR TIKONA SERVICE" and asking to may Rs. 3237. When I called customer care they told me they are escalating the matter once again. But I am not sure how true they are.
I am really fed up with them I would request you to please look into the issue.

I have all the emails which I mailed them last year for disconnection request and complains.
Please find the details below.

I was using Tikona connection in the year of 2012. From May, I had faced issue with connectivity so I raised a complain with Tikona. One of Tikona engineers visited my place and suggested me since ther is connectivity in my area so go for disconnection. I have raised a disconnection request on 6th June and asked refund of my advance payment of Rs 849. But there was no communication happened from them and they had been sending bill. I called many time customer care and they told me there might be some issue with system that's why I am receiving the bill.
Today on 14th Aug 2013 I have received a legal notice saying that I need to Pay Rs 3237 in 7 days. When I called customer care they told me they are going to escalate this matter. But I don't think they really going to do any thing. And I am receiving call from their advocate (as he claims) that I should make the payment otherwise I need to come to court for legal hearing.
I have all the communication emails which I had sent to Tikona customer care.
Please look into this.

    the connection was given to me by one person from ticona broadband.i didnt had any account of my own in any bank so i had to pay the cash.he took Rs500/- for new connection.the connection was done aftyer a month the monthly bill came and it was too high it included the RS500/- also dint matter to mei told to cut off the connection to the respeceted toll no.they didnt reply for it ,so i didnt payed for the next months the connection was not in an working condition for the next four months.but still i agreed to pay it cause it was increasing.i called the office number on the bill and told them that i am ready for an settelment collect the bill from my house.they told me that they will send their executive for the collection of money hte main office told that he would collect the money but u wont get any recipt for ur pay but it will be automatically paid at your account and the case would be setteled the next day.the executive came to my houde and then i paid him cash amount of Rs 3425/- an called to the office front of him the office also told that give him the money.so i did so .he gave me the phone npo an his office address.as per the office call i had paid him the cash .the date was 7/8/2010. but today the bioll has come to my house so immidietly i started the enquiery of this i went to the office but they were saying that no cash has been recieved by us and u will hav to pay the rest all.that was not our executiove was their answer to me.but io specifically want to that if he was not their person how he came to my house he had all my information my name ,my id, my right address.which only the company has.as the rule company has not to give any information to any one else of the custemor i.e. me.

    i didn't see like this net ever, , , , , , the ticona net browsing is worst, , , , if any TICONA founder i see just for one punch to he wil die, , , , , , may be even local net connection not to be like tocona speed, , , , , , , TICONA is stupid, WORST, DAMP, in any other stupid words etc...the ticona department is scrap...
    we change our plan and give you cq. 6065 no.828870 date. 5/3/2011 .but you cant give us recipt or mail for this payment so please give us reply urgently

    Tikona Internet Broadband — Worst Service : Disconnection Request

    Hello Sir,
    See below the mail , i am sharing my worst experience with Tikona Connection . I have sent this mail to Tikona Customer Care on 10-Oct for disconnecting the connection and for Refund of the amount , But till now no response (not even any phone call from customer care /not any reply mail from them ..).

    Before 3-4 days of this mail , i have raised the complain on Phone also, and no response. Complain no : 1-[protected] .

    But on billing day , for sure customer care will call and will ask for the payment of bill .

    I want to disconnect the connection .

    Below are the details :

    Date when took the connection : 18-sep-2011(only 20 days back)
    was able to login Second last time : 29-sep-2011
    Last login : 5-oct-2011(after 29sep11 connection was not working till 5thOct)
    Reason for disconnection :
    It is only 20 days i took the connection
    and i paid 1047Rs including installation charges and one month charges.

    See below the worst exeperience with Tikona.

    18thSep was the date when i took the connection(my bad luck) and after 18th it was working good for around 2 days and after that it was not working at all for 2-3days , then i called the engineer directly who came for connection , he adjusted nano and it worked , but it worked only in day time not in evening time(after 7pm) , this was happening for 3-4 days then i complain customer care about this , and they reverted back like "there is network issue in your area and it will resolve in 8 hours" , i thought "okay, it will resolve", when it didn't resolve i called again and customer care reply was"engineer will come to your place in 8hours "...but noone came..again i called ,the same reply i got from customer care like 'i will send engineer in 24 hours ..'..again noone came not in 24 hours like this 48hours,72hours gone..

    then from 29th oct i was not able to login at all, not in the morning and not in the evening..Again i called customer care for this issue ( last issue has not resolved yet , and new issue came from your side, and no response yet..great customer care and great connection)...
    same reply from customer care , "network issue ...engineer will come in 24 hours..and bla bla"..

    noone came to my place and no resaponse from customer care.

    i was keep on calling customer care , but always the similar response/excuse...

    i called customer care around 17-18 times ( just go and check call history ) till 4th oct..still none reached to my home may be the reson is tikona counts 24hours in other way..hahaha..
    its about 6 days gone...i was not able to login at all..and none reached and no response from tikona..

    On 5th i guess , somehowi got the number of Tikona's nodle head(Mr. Jagdeesh) , i called him and told the story,then he sent the engineer ..again it didn't work..again i called him and he requested again just to give the one more chance to tikona, and he sent the engineer again on 6th , and connection worked ,but only for 4-5 hours , and after that it is not working till now..
    Please disconnect and return my money back including installation charges..

    i am disconnecting the connection because of your network issue , this is not my mistake..i need
    my whole money back..because of your customer care i waited till this date
    (that was my mistake i trusted on customer care)..
    send my money back asap..

      Hi,
      Plase register a complain against Tikona Care Wirless Broadband, who is fraud company.
      I have applied for WiBro Connection on 29 of July through Sales exicutive of Tikona Care (Sales Exicutive ID is [protected]. That time I had talked with customer care of tikona and sales exicutive of Tikona Care.
      Every body is commited that your installation wll be within 48 hours, So I have given a cheque (Cheque No- SBI 093874), and cheque is also debitted in their account. I also got a sms for user ID and password (which is not valid).
      I am still waiting for installation of device and a valid user id and password, but no body come for installation.
      whenever i called to Tikona Care Customer Care number,they commit that your installation will be happen within 24 hours but no body comes for installtion, Even some time their customer care exicutive cut the phone line.

      Kindly take a action against to Tikona Care Wireless Broadband.

        I had a Cyber Cafe in the name of Aditya Infotech where some representatives of Tikona Digital Networks visited in the month of April 2010 & coaxed me to take up their broadband connection, discarding my existing service provider. On taking an installation charge of Rs. 800/- they tried to install their device in the cafe and failed. The engineers could not connect the service in more than 5 PCs while my cafe had 11 PCs. I asked them to return my money and take their device away. Since then the engineers have disappeared and I am getting regular bills from Tikona for some service that I never used. The customer care is also calling up for payment & this is causing a lot of mental pressure on me. My mails to the customer care have yielded no result.

          I had raised a disconnection request soon after i got the connection as i was facing problems with the connection almost all the times during day times. I did notice that the login was getting successful only after 11 PM. I got frustrated and raised a complaint for the same. But, none of the service engineers approached me even for a week of time.
          I even called 3-4 times to track it, but they mentioned the service engineer would be calling me soon; but nothing helped.Then, i scared of such horrible service and placed the disconnection request. Then i confirmed also through phone that my connection is disconnected and some service engineers shall be coming fortaking the installed equipment, then i didn't worry about it.

          One more interesting thing i want to share with you about the service engineers who had come for installing the Tikona equipments. I would say they were less experienced. Iinitially had brought damaged piece of the equipment then after 2 days they brought one more device, about which they were talking "if it also worked it was my luck!!". Which i understood they usually get such damaged pieces of equipments which don't work after installation.They installed the equipment, but just before they setup these equipments the electricity went off.
          They gave me some instructions to follow to logon, and they said they will be coming back to check if proper promised bandwidth(256kbps) is coming or not. After that when electricity came, i tried to login, i faced the issue saying limited or no connectivity. After around 30 minutes approximately at 11 PM,
          The connection was successful, but i felt it was very slow. I called those service engineers and mentioned the same that it's very slow. They asked me to raise a complaint for the same and some other engineers would attend that call. I felt very bad, the day i got the connection i was not able to use it satisfactorily. I raised the case
          which no one cared of.

          After i placed the request for disconnection, none came and removed the equipment from my house. And i didn't bother about it.
          The real problem started 10-15 days after that, when i received the bill in June. Ideally i am not supposed to pay this bill as i think the initial deposit of 500/- itself is more than enough for such a wonderful service i received. I thought i made a biggest mistake i ever done by replacing my old service provider with Tikona, and i shared this experience with many of my friends also who wanted to go for Tikona.

          I mentioned by calling to customer that, i won't be paying the bills because of all the reasons mentioned above. He agreed for the same and assured me that i won't be getting any bills further(i have recorded this conversation).
          Funniest thing is that i received one more bill after a month(July), for which also i called, executive mentioned he will be escalating to higher level as he also saw my connection was disconnected from 2 months and still i got the bill.
          I don't know how Tikona billing department and customer care operate, but even after all this i received again one more bill on 6th August.

            I have been using Tikona Wi Fi Broadband services at N Delhi
            I have got transferred to Agartala, Tripura & now not using services
            17 June I made 1st request to surrender my services
            4th July I made final request & stopped using services
            Till date the connection is not surrendered nor billing issue cleared
            I am fed up of making calls to customer care & writing mails on same
            Yesterday I received an SMS stating that my bill for Rs.1283.62 is still unpaid and the case has been allocated to “collection agency” for followup

            This is unjustified that despite of my regular follow up’s I receive such an irresponsible message

            Wish to take up the matter with the Consumer’s Forum
            Kindly suggest the way ahead

            I WOULD LIKE TO SURRENDER TIKONA MODEM DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS.

            I asked tikona services to be surrendered in the month of June. You kept billing me. And yesterday a lady called me posing as lawyer and said that I have a case against me in Delhi court.
            I paid the amount online and asked them to surrender my connection on an email. There is no response and I recie ed a message saying that connection is restored.
            I am not recoeving any response to my emails.

              I agree, i am customer of tikona and i heard many complaints about TIKONA's free anti virus, i dont understand why they are promising to give free with their internet connection if it doesn't work properly or problematic for ur pc or laptop. even their engineers agreed i[censored] install tikona antivirus ur pc will either hang or slow.

                The broad band connection was not installed and the person who came for checking if the signal is fine in the area has cheated and took Rs.500 as registration fees.
                After 2 or 3 days 2 persons came for installation but they couldn't as there was no signal at all in the area.

                I paid on April 19th to Tikona Broadband and today is Aug6th.I didn;t get my money back from them.

                Everytime I call they say within 15 days.... and now its is 120 days....

                Its such a frustrating thing...Even after telling that I sahll report to Consumer care.They don't care.
                Such a worst service...
                i req for a new connection and they hav taken 500, and they say that there is no signals aftr chkin for 10 days, now its been so many days i am nt getting my money back my name is kalyan ( [protected] ) old alwal secbad

                  sir this is varun . my user id number is [protected]. first of all at the time of purchasing your executive sold me the connection by saying that the tikona broadband will provide the antivirus software whose market price will be of 1500 at free of cost . but when i installed your connection your engineers did not provide me the antivirus by saying that it will affect the speed of your computer . when i made a complaint regarding this in your coustmer care they said to me they will provide it to me with in 24 hours but now its spend 240 hours . till that i have never got any call regarding this from your side . also your network is very poor for this i have made a number of complaints in your coustmer care they just told to me that sir , just close your computer it will start automatically with in 24 hours . sir ,i think i am mad . your coustmer care center is useless . sir please try to stop to make the people fool .

                    I am a customer of TIKONA broadband and have been facing loss for non connectivity and very pathetic downloading speed as low as 108 bytes per sec. No representative has yet visited from the company. Apart it is a pitiable and strage matter that the installation was made by a salesman who had no technical knoledge. The company must be punished by the Government of India. Banning is not a solution. Instead they must be fined for a huge amount so as to give compaensation to all suffered.

                    I am Amit and user of tikona Broad-band connection last 15 days at the time of connection exe. sangram pawar given me insurance that our 1 MBPS speeds is best quality of Broad-band and 4 G tecnology that's we can use any where at a time 8 pcs but actul possesion is we can't use this connection currently speed 10 KBPS at one Pc at a time how can i use 8 diffirant Pc .......This is worst service of broad-band so i suggest to company Plz refond my cash 500+one month Subscription

                      We have issued cheque no:000063, dated:23/09/10. For V-Sat connection the marketing people has commited to provide static IP Address within 5 days from the above mention date.We have contacted various officers, i.e:amit pandey, love, gaurav, sanjay, ritesh etc.But still not receive any statisfactory reply.We have loosing 25k per day due to non operation of business.

                      Please provide us proper guidence in respect of above status matter.

                        I have taken Tikona connection which was installed on 18/07/2010.Right from day1 I have raised a complaint that there is alot of connectivity problem and they did not give me the promised bandwidth/speed.
                        Below the SRs have been raised but there is no resolution

                        tikona wireless broadband — Bad Service

                        As i took connection of Tikona on 12 feb10.They provid service on 14 0r 15th.. i was haapy that i got good speed internet but it is opposite of it.. It is too much slow as they promise. I had selected FULL799 plan which gives 600kbps with unlimited dwnload. First day it was working fine but it is giving worst sevice sometime i'm feeling that i'm usin 10 to 15 yr back.. no broadband anyhow opening the google home page.. no proper speed nothng.. sometime not opens google's hme page.. sometime network goes off..
                        I suggested that don't take it now till to getting better sevice.with in four day of my net i complained 4 time but i didn't get any improvement...

                          I, Varinder Kumar , is a customer of your internet services division/Broadband/WIBRO service. My customer no. is [protected]. I have subscribed for XFUL849 plan after much persuasion by your representative and with an assurance that under this particular plan the services are best as this plan is being sold as corporate plan along with a static IP.

                          The issues started from the day one itself , when no body came to install the router for five days, than after few days the service broke down. The complaint was attended on 3rd day and at that time only I was told about the installation of some Nano station at my roof. Anyway it worked fine for a week and now again the connectivity is so poor that even your www.tikona.in is not being displayed in the browser. I have logged the complaint at least thrice[protected] , thrice it has logged, another one is[protected] but not a single time it has been sorted out though the commitment o[censored]nbreakable service was made at the time of sale of this particular plan to me.
                          This is a complete breach of trust and harassment of a customer.
                          Further while I call up your customer care number for logging a complaint , they try their best to issue the same complaint number so that the number of complaints can be kept low, a strategy probably to please seniors and boast of good services and avoid law.

                          I have just completed one painful month suffering from slow connectivity and many a times no connectivity at all. The issues are never sorted out. With this mail of mine I hereby request you to direct your personnal to sort out the issues at the earliest. If it is not possible for your employees/service engineers to stick to commitments made to a customer w.r.t plans sold to them, I request you to kindly discontinue my services immediately and refund my balance amount.

                          KINDLY TREAT THIS MAIL AS URGENT SO THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AS MY WORK IS SUFFERING BECAUSE OF BAD INTERNET SERVICE.

                          Following is the mail the I have written to teh nodal officer with my issue... am sure this will be ignored too like all my phone calls and complaints!!!

                          Hi Tikona

                          I would like to start by telling you how pathetic your services really are. I am sure you must be already aware of this fact as I am pretty sure that I am not the only cust who is upset about your poor services!

                          Ever since I have taken your service, I have had nothing but recurring problems at a regular frequency. Every 2 weeks to a months time, I have to call you guys and make the same complaint…. “SLOW SPEEDS”. This has now become a regular practice for me and your service has become so unreliable that I have decided to disconnect your service. What’s worst is that now whenever I call your IVR and dial 1 for technical help, I am by default routed to a Cust Service Exec who only takes a complaint and then says “you will receive an SMS in 6 Hours with the resolution time mentioned in it”. Is this a JOKE???? Someone is upset that his internet service is not working and wants it fixed immediately and you say wait for 6 hours!!! And that to only to receive an SMS… post that how much longer for a resolution???? So does your customer suffer in the mean time?? Is he not paying for the service???

                          Coming to second part of this complaint, I had first called your toll free no to lodge a complaint about the slow speed on Monday 23th Aug at 05:00 hrs but your IVR said that you guys work only 8:00 Hrs– 00:00 Hrs. I hence requested for a call back as prompted by your IVR and punched in my mobile no. I then assumed that I will get a call back at the earliest as mentioned by your IVR. I however did not get any call back till date.

                          Since I did not receive any call back and since the slow speed persisted, I called your toll free no again on Tuesday 24th Aug at 14:15 Hrs and spoke to Yogesh and for some reason he refused to give me his Last name stating that it was against company policy (but strangely your company policy did not stop some of your other agents whom I spoke to later from giving me their last names, so that means that either the policy is different for different agents or Yogesh does not know the policy!!!). After informing Yogesh about my problem, he informed me that he will have to take a complaint and then I would receive an SMS in 6 hrs with the resolution time mentioned in it. I got really upset that firstly I did not get the call back and now I have to wait for 6 hrs jus to know when I can have someone call me for a resolution. So that means your customer who is calling for help not only can’t get immediate help but now has to wait for 6 hrs plus to get the issue resolved. I refused to accept this and asked to speak to the manager, to which Yogesh just refused and since I got abusive due to the frustration he hung up on me!
                          I then dialed again and this time I spoke to Suraj Gadgul who mind you had absolutely no problems in giving out his last name!!! I called him at about 14:22 Hrs and he finally took a complaint and gave me the complaint no:[protected]. Since I was so upset, he said that he had referred the case to his seniors and I would get the SMS on priority in 1 hour! I have still not got the sms or call!

                          I called again the next day on Wednesday 25th Aug at 13:55 hrs since I did not receive the call and spoke to Sheetal Raut who again had absolutely no problems in giving out her last name!!! I gave her the complaint no and she told her that I did not get the sms or call. I also gave her the complaint no and she informed me that there was an update that there was some kind of bandwidth issue. She again then promised me that I will get the sms and call, and not surprisingly this time too I have still not received the sms or call!!!
                          I seriously feel that you guys are just a bunch of jokers there who do not know how to conduct your business!!! I am dead sure that I will not be making any more payments to you guys till I get your freaking SMS and a call from your freaking technicians who should come and check how pathetic is the speed that guys are offering me after claiming to offer me 750 Kbps speeds!!!
                          I don’t think you guys should be in this business if you can’t offer basic customer service and help. Even your IVR is so hopeless which says dial 1 for technical help but routes you to a customer service exec!!!
                          If this issue is not resolved in the next 3 days with appropriate compensation then I will have this service disconnected. I am really hoping that this will be taken seriously else I am going to advertise your service all over the broadband blog sites!!!

                              I am tikona broad band user ([protected]) and i would like to share my experience.
                              TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL.
                              People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection)
                              Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works

                              If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while, paid their bills even though the bill was never sent or received.
                              I Walked up to their door steps explained, the service was active for a week. One of the Tikona officials asked me to ignore the bill (which was sent by SMS) and everything would work fine, later they have disconnected the connection and when I call them they dont answer to my call.

                              However, I still liked their practice of first disconnecting the connection and then sending the bill.

                              one of the worst broad band connections i have come across from TIKONA.. I stay in Highland Residency Thane, Marigold Building, flat 701. Out of the 10-12 days the connection has been down for 6-8 days. i do not want to continue with these guys. i am fed up.
                              the other problem is they keep calling during the day for feedback and for verification multiple times and still it is a lousy service.

                                I am Purushottam Mhetre here, i had filled the application form for wireless broadband service from tikona digital pvt ltd, while filling the form i had instructed the sales executive to activate my service after 1 week & after confirming from my side, but he activated the service on the same night itself, next morning when i called him he didn't give satisfactory answer, so i asked him to cancel my activation & return me my cheque given to him at the time of filling form. after that i tried to contact customer care a no of times but they only replied that they will get it soon, but still they haven't acted on this, neither i have received my cheque. so i would require help in this regard.

                                Tikona Digital network pvt. ltd. — not changing the internet plan

                                sir me vipin maru currently using internet connection of tikona digital network plan 499 unlimited but due to some reasons i want to change my plan to 299 and i have requested for changing the plan approx 15-20 times before starting my this month date.but their customer care services do not change the plan and give excuse of system error at their.so inthis condition how can i appeal to consumer forum so that i can get the solution.please help me.

                                I have net connection of tikona digital network pvt. ltd. Before one and half month i paid money for 6 month in advance. But suddenly before 15 days my net disconnected and it shows error of some left payment. I complain for that in main company on 18th July. they told me your problem will be solved in 24 hours. after that i used to called them daily and daily they told me your net will be start in 24 hours.                                 Tikona Digital Networks — Worst experience

                                I have taken broadband connection from Tikona Digital Networks,
                                There is some Network connectivity problem in my area so i refused for connection but they deposited my cheque in bank on dated 1/7/10,i also stopped cheque for the payment on 28/6/10 but they used transfer facility without inform me & debited 800 Rs.                                 Without getting broadband connection Tikona debited for Rs.800 from my bank account on dated 2/07/2010 .In spite of various calls not received refund of Rs.800. till date (10/08/2010)
                                Further how can you debit our account without giving us broadband connection.
                                also send me bill for Rs.80 without installation & using the connection...
                                very worst services & be aware for these types of companies...!

                                Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd — non refund of funds given at the time of booking

                                I had taken a connection on 09/09/10 and paid a cheque of Rs. 1982/- for application no. [protected].
                                After couple of days they did the feasibility study and they told that the connection is not feasible and promised me that the amount will be refunded in 10 days time.
                                Till date I have not received any funds.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                i had applied for tikona internet connection on 19/3/2011 ( you can get all the details in attached files ) and i got my installation date 24/3/2011 but the person came from tikona he was unable to install and was unable to get full network at my place so installation was not done.

                                after that no body came to my place nor i got any call from tikona.

                                and after that i requested to tikona customer care officer to cancel my application and give the received amount back as they were unable to give me the connection, i got the request/complaint no.1_[protected].

                                customer care officer said within 45days we will send you the amount of 1,102.00 by cheque.

                                but i have been waiting for my money given to tikona digital networks pvt ltd. form last 7 months.

                                so, i request you to do the needful so that i can get back my amount of 1,102.00 back as soon as possible.

                                Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd — Non compliance of service promised

                                I have requested the Customer Care to discontinue the service on 11th Sep 2011. Got a confirmation from them that they are sending the Engineers to carry on with the discontinuation of service and formalities. After repeated reminders and calls they failed to contact me even and resolve the issue as of 8th Oct 2011.
                                Now Tikona has sent a Bill for the period asking me to pay the charges. I called them on several ocassions and asked them to send their Representatives at my home to collect - which they could not do even ( and this is happening for the last 2 - 3 weeks ).
                                As I am staying at home alone and is available only during weekends - over to that I shall be leaving for my onsite assignment - it is not possible for me to stay back home and wait for the customer care representative to come and sort this out. I wonder what they are going to do , as they ARE NOT SENDING ANY REPRESENTATIVE AND BILLING FOR THE PERIOD WHICH I AM NOT USING THEIR SERVICE.

                                I sincerely request the forum to help me in this as it seems that it has become a Mental Harassment for me fightinh with these unsolicitated Calls from Tikona for my Dues.

                                  On 3/6/2010 I have given check for Internet broadband service to Tikona Broadband service. Their Engineer comes to site and told me that here we can not catch signal and you will get check in 10 days.
                                  Check amount is debited from my account to Tikona.
                                  I have done so many mail communication with Tikonacare but they are reply like your transaction in process.
                                  After 1 month and 18 days, still I am not getting my check amount.

                                  Tikona Broadband Service — not getting my cheque back

                                  I tried to get Tikona broadband service. First engineer came to my home to check the feasibility and said that full signals are coming and they can install it. On that day he took check of Rs. 1433 from me. which got debited from my account after two days.after so many followups of 15 days Engineer came and then he said that signals are not coming and they cannot install it. Now when I called customer care to know how to get my money back then he said that in their system my account is active. and money cannot be refunded. How can they change their system status to active even if thjey have not installed anything at all. What can I do to get my money back? If anybody has any idea,plz let me know.

                                    sir I had a complaint regarding my Broad band connection from Tikona company.

                                    sir on 12/05/2010 the Tikona company send there sales representative names Moyeen is ID Number is [protected] to our Charitable Trust offices they came and they told about there Board band schemes and we selected the FUL599 plan , and the same day itself they filled the application (Applicatin No [protected]) and they took the installation charge Rs 500 by Cheque (Cheque No 898931) Drawn on South Indian Bank, Kothanur Branch, Bangalore Dated on 12/05/2010.The money was withdrawal on 21/05/2010. and after 2 days they send there technical people to install the unit His name is Anbumani , He came and he checked the signal and he told me that the signal rate is very low only 25% so we cannot install the unit, and he called his offices and he told about this and from there offices they told me that they will refund the money with in a week BUT SIR NOW ALMOST 2 MONTH OVER BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSES FROM THERE COMPANY I CALLED TWICE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND MONEY BUT THEY DIDN'T SEND,

                                    SIR WE ARE DOING A SMALL TYPE OF SOCIAL WORK FROM THAT MONEY WE GAVE TO THEM .BUT NO CONNECTION AND NO REFUND ALSO SIR I REQUEST YOU TO TOOK NECESSARY ACTION ABOUT THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                                        From past 2 month im facing a problem with my net connect wherein half the month im not able to use the internet,but the net bill is sent regularly and if not paid on time they disconnect the service. I got in touch with the Customer care but they only give a false assurance which is never been fulfilled. I even had a word with a technical head frm kalyan but he too dint gave any kind of response. The best part is that after all these i tried to get in touch with Mr Vikas Bhosale who is the nodal officer of mumbai. I called at Tikona's office in Bhandup and the receptionist itself told me that they r also fed up with these people as they never pick up the phone so there is no use of transferring but then too he transefered my call three times, i dint get any response. I once again spoke with the reception he told me that there r people sitting but they are not picking up the phone. This is the serious issue wherein the company people itself dont have any kind o[censored]nity. I my trying to get in touch with the senior executives frm past 1 month but still i dint get any response.
                                        i have given tikona a legal notice on 12/7/2010 and till now i have not heard from them.Except for the tec. person who visited me to check the problem nothing has moved till now. Are they so least bothered that they care a damn about a customer relation and the law of the land as well

                                        i am using tikona digital networks ltd broadband services from last 4 months and inspite of complaining many times they are not prividing me proper services as from last two weeks they are not listening to my problem and giving new complain no. everyday as i am mentioning latest complain no. 1-[protected] as they have said it will be corrected in 6 hours but now 72 hours have been passed away.

                                        They will keep on giving you a queue of complaint numbers. Never expect that they will resolve your issue or reply to your mail or send you a SMS for acknowledgement. I am the worst sufferer of Tikona customers. We should unite and take legal action against their festering services.

                                        tikona digital networks ltd — wrong specification about surfing and downloading speed

                                        Respected sir,
                                        We have purchased tikona networks broadband service o[censored]nlimited plan UNLTD649.
                                        The tarrif pamplet given to us showed us download speed of 600 kbps.
                                        While the customer care executive said the same before taking the connection.

                                        Now after purchasing the above plan we are informed that the plan gives us surfing speed of 600 kbps and download speed of 1/8 the ratio of surfing speed(600 kbps/8).

                                        The above given plan was also specified to us by the company pamplet.
                                        I hope u take action against our complaint as soon as possible.
