I took Tikona broad band conenction somewhere in Jan 2010, which worked for 8-15 days, after that some problem came and that broadband connection failed, Initially I tried for service to start it once again, I asked Tikona service centre for correcting the problems, no one turned to my office for 10-15 days
After that I made several requests for disconnection, every time they give some disconnection no and tells that disconnection will took place in 7 days, after that when I makes second disconnection request, they says that your mobile was off, Initially I was using different mobile from which now I am using So I requested to make disconenction and updated my new mobile no, Now once again I forwarded disconnection request today no is[protected] and told when I asked why earlier disconnection did not took place, they said that your mobile was switched off, every time they are telling the same reason, I fed up by this and I am getting bill for no service, service for only first 15 days
I request authorities of consumer complaints forum to do the needful
I am no ready to pay for bill for which they have not provided service and I am ready to pay for 10-15 days service given by them

tikona digital networks ltd — no response regarding my complaint
i am using tikona digital networks ltd broadband services from last 4 months and inspite of complaining many times they are not prividing me proper services as from last two weeks they are not listening to my problem and giving new complain no. everyday as i am mentioning latest complain no. 1-[protected] as they have said it will be corrected in 6 hours but now 72 hours have been passed away.thank you
They will keep on giving you a queue of complaint numbers. Never expect that they will resolve your issue or reply to your mail or send you a SMS for acknowledgement. I am the worst sufferer of Tikona customers. We should unite and take legal action against their festering services.

tikona digital networks ltd — wrong specification about surfing and downloading speed
Respected sir,We have purchased tikona networks broadband service o[censored]nlimited plan UNLTD649.
The tarrif pamplet given to us showed us download speed of 600 kbps.
While the customer care executive said the same before taking the connection.
Now after purchasing the above plan we are informed that the plan gives us surfing speed of 600 kbps and download speed of 1/8 the ratio of surfing speed(600 kbps/8).
The above given plan was also specified to us by the company pamplet.
I hope u take action against our complaint as soon as possible.
