very bad service and inflated bills

They promise to attend to problems in 24 hours, however have not addressed the issue after six days. No one from the company bothers to call or return calls. Tikona broadband

You are right tikona is the most fraud broadband company they have taken my money and since last 3 months they have not installed internet connection. When i ask for refund on toll free number they dont have any answer their billing department never contacts me and there is no person who can tell me what has happened about my refund.

I would suggest tikona that if they are in so desperate need for money then go and rob a bank...

they are frauds, they are cheats and are unprofessional

I have been using internet services since 1995 and even at that time, services were better than what Tikona is providing in 2010. I got so frustrated that eventually I had to contact Prakash Bajpai, the MD and owner of the company on Linked In and his response was even worse than what the customer care guys provided. .
