I took Tikona broad band conenction somewhere in Jan 2010, which worked for 8-15 days, after that some problem came and that broadband connection failed, Initially I tried for service to start it once again, I asked Tikona service centre for correcting the problems, no one turned to my office for 10-15 days
After that I made several requests for disconnection, every time they give some disconnection no and tells that disconnection will took place in 7 days, after that when I makes second disconnection request, they says that your mobile was off, Initially I was using different mobile from which now I am using So I requested to make disconenction and updated my new mobile no, Now once again I forwarded disconnection request today no is[protected] and told when I asked why earlier disconnection did not took place, they said that your mobile was switched off, every time they are telling the same reason, I fed up by this and I am getting bill for no service, service for only first 15 days
I request authorities of consumer complaints forum to do the needful
I am no ready to pay for bill for which they have not provided service and I am ready to pay for 10-15 days service given by them

Even am facing the same problem. I got tikona connection but due to low signal they could not provide it, but confirmed me they would refund the amount, but still am waiting for that amount..they promised me in smooth apologizing words but the promises were in vain .
