    The TIKONA service is pathetic,I Tushar.Vijay.Patil (Customer Id: [protected]) signed up for the TIKONA connection on 07-march-10 and completed the registration formalities and made payment by cheque for 500 (cheque no 673906 corporation bank ) i was informed the installation technician will arrive in 3-4 days for installation and no technician arrived for installation ,i called several times to the TIKONA Customer care and every time i was provided many complaint numbers and no action ,,later i send email complaint to the regional office for TIKONA and the head office at bhandup and latr the TIKONA technician arrived for installation on 23-March-10 merely after 16 days of registration....further i got received my TIKONA bill for duration 23-03-10 to[protected]Bill no- B[protected]wherein TIKONA did not count the RS 500 i paid towards the installation i paid by cheque that was cleared and again i called TIKONA customer care and after few calls and compaints was informed the rs 500 will be adjusted in next bill ...thereafter for few days the service worked fine and again since past few days the speed for the internet connection is very less and not according to the TIKONA plan i have subscribed for which provides 150kbps and the actual speed i get is 7-8kbps on average so i placed complaint twice now since 27-04-10 and twice (complaint no:[protected], ) and yet no response from any TIKONA technician to solve the problem.....

    tikona service is the worst service that i had never seen... signal will be frequently low and high ll not get stable speed sometimes it may be disconnect in middle and take 2 days to work normal..this happens frequently , giving complaint is also waste of time and money ..no use...Be careful guys while taking services of such companies
    I suggest everyone to drop the idea of opting Tikona as your service provider. Its the worst one can have. I had paid the installation charge on 4th April, the person who came to recieve the payment said I will get connection in two days , but I got connected on 17th April after struggling so much, i.e I had to call 2 or 3 people daily and ask for installation and they would reply that " IT WILL BE DONE BY TODAY", but it took 2 week for them to get the connection.

    Finally after the installation the tech person checked the speed and I was getting around 400kbps speed but I had opted for 300kbps unlimited plan. I had also paid Rs.500 for installation. Once the tech person left the connection started deteriorating , after that it became still worst and for the past 2-3 days I was not able to connect to internet also, even if connected it would be very slow, I would get a download speed of 2-3kbps for a 300kbps connection, which is not at all acceptable. Finally I submitted application for termination of the connection today i.e 22 April 2010. So I suggest all not to go for TIKONA, just as their name thier service also is worst. I had given several complaints also but No use the customer care is horrible. They tell they will send tech person but no use the tech person never came for repair.

    tikona wireless broadband — Delay in providing services, after taking an advance

    This is a complaint against Tikona Wireless Broadband Services. I called their sales executive and he gave me an assurance that after filling the form the services will be installed in your premises within a day or two. The formalities was done on 17th April (Saturday) and he gave me an assurance that by 19th April (Monday) the services would be installed. Some how I rang them up continuously for 4 days then they came to install the devices on 22nd April (Thursday). But still the thing is not over. They said that the password for the services would be given to your number within an hour or so. Today is 25th April (Sunday) and I haven't received any password from them, even after complaining thrice at the customer care centre of Tikona. They mention specifically that to provide technical support contact customer care, and after talking to them they says that we do not have access to such and such queries. If they don't have proper team that can manage their own system, why the hell they are providing such services.
    On asking that when the billing would be started and if I want to remove this service after such a delay will my advance would be refunded, they were having no answer. The person concerned I talked to was Parnoti Gohe/ Gote and she was the Floor manager of the concerned company.

    Tikona — Incomplete Installation

    This is Prashant from Virar, I have applied for Internet service with Tikona. Sales excutive Mr. Pankaj Singh met me on 7th of May 2010. He said my internet connection would be done in 5days. He took a cheque of rs. 500/- and told after installation confirmation this cheque would be deposited. After that I launched complaints in customer care, every time they give me 24hrs time to solve my problem. When checked my balance that cheque had been deposited without any confirmation and installation. I threatended them about this and said i would complain against u in consmuer forum. They are calling me continuously to confirmation if installation has done or not. They are sending any person to internet installation.
    Kindly Suggest me.

    Tikona Digital Network — worst service and billing service

    I had taken Tikona Broadband 599 plan on 18 May 2010.I have never seen such bad internet service provider. First 25 days it was working with good speed and connection and after this it used to get disconnected 4-5 hours everyday and sometime limited and no connectivity for full day . Whenever I complained, customer care used to take the complaint and told me a sms would be coming to your mobile and engineer will be visiting your house very soon. I had never got any SMS,2 times engineer visited to my house to check the problem but they had done nothing and told me that it will get rectified with in two days. After so many complaint to Tikona regarding the this I called them repeatedly but they kept on saying that it would be get rectified. Customer Care is not able to show any good reason for this kind of inconvenience. I want to throw this network out of my house and want to register a complain against them regarding this to consumer forum.

    I am really surprised, what sort of company is this. I am feeling like I am mentally tortured by them.

    I want to know how can I take an action against for my sheer harrasment.
    Very true tikona just know how make money out of people pathetic service & customer service is disgusting i have been calling customer service my internet is down from the past 4 days i have been getting differnt responce all teh time dont ever buy this connection i will be removing this service very soon
    I strongly agree. My customer ID is [protected]. I get no connectivity or a terribly pathetic speed of 108 bytes per second and not Kbps (Kilobyte per second). This speed may take more than one and half hour to download an application form with a logo. So the fact is no one can do it.
    This company must be charged for duping people.

    Tikona — Worst Service & Billing

    Tikona Broadband is a worst service provider and after sale customer service is more worst that i never seen my whole life. I can say its service and provider. My service has been cancelled and confirmed by Tikona, but still after 6 months, I am receiving bills from them. I spoke to them many time to stop generating bills as service has been cancelled since long, but they dont listen and keep generating bills on my name. I would never ever recommend any one to go for Tikona. I would say its batter not to have broadband connection instead of having Tikona...
    similar case is happened with me, i activated my connection on 9 august and till 20 august connection was not working, it was told me customer care that there was technical problem in my area,
    so i used internet only on 8 august for only 1-2 hrs
    and i received 135Rs bill from 8 august to 14 august 2010, my usage was only 22MB !!

    i called customer care 3-4 time, but dont get justification about this bill yet.
    yes, billing is totally illogical,

    Dont take Tikona connections. Its really worst service. Once your payment clear no one either customer care / sales person / regional officer take care of your issues.

    This is only money making service. They are not worried about customers.

    Tikona — Reg: Service

    Hi, I haven't used Tickona for last 6-8 months, after 8 months they are calling me and asking for moeny, they haven't send any emails or sms during this course of the time, now they are telling they will go for court. i really got annoyed and when i have asked for a detailed report on how much i have used in this time, they didn't give that information, what should i have to do in this particular case??..

    Tikona Digital Networks — Regarding Service

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Myself is Mritunjay Kumar and i am using Tikona Broadband service from 6th apr 2011. From last 4 days (20 apr 2011) i am not able to use the service. So many times i spoke to customer care person regarding the problem and also got the SMS and calls from their end. They told my service will rectify in 8 hrs but already 24 hrs left and facing same problem. So many times i have made a complain in customer care.
    All the payment i have made on time but i am not getting any proper solutions.

    I am working from home and without internet connection i can not work. Due to this problem i am loosing minimum 10 thousand indian rupees per day. So in last 4 days almost i loose 40+ thousnad rupees.

    Please help me and do some needful help.

    Sometime the broadband is good, but in case of any problem means no one(service person) will come to rectify.......

    Belive it or not: I registered a complain 27th Aug 2011 regarding broadband not working but no one came, i called them and registered totally 15 to 20 time in a month...... no response...... finally i smashed the devices of tikona and bought BSNL and it is running good.....

    finally they called me on 20th Oct 2011 then asking what is the problem sir..............

    if your using this broadband you should be very patience....... kick off their ........

    Tikona Digital Network — WORST SERVICE

    My experience with Tikona Digital Networks - [protected].
    Can you please respond & update me the status ? I hope the issue will be resolved & I will have my refund back.
    Please disconnect the services with immediate effect I would not like to pay for your services any further.
    SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVE
    1. While the demo was shown the internet speed was less than 100kbps for the @mbps plan, the Executive convinced me “it’s just a demo our installation people will place the modem in the right direction & you will 100% get 2Mbps speed, the user name is shared by many sales executive so it is still slow”.
    2. I wasn’t convinced, then he called his sales manager to provide a new user id which he sent via SMS & he used that user name & convinced me stating “If you pay Rs.1000/- installation fee will be waived off!” I accepted it without knowing it to be a trap.
    3. The marketing executive took the cash Rs.1000/-, address proof (passport copy) , photographs and promised for the installation in 2 days.
    RECORDS TEAM
    1. I have submitted my passport copy as proof of address,
    2. I got a receipt with the wrong billing address, which I notified them stating it to be a typo error; the Costumer care guys on the telephone were not ready to change the address.
    INSTALLATION TEAM
    1. The engineer called me to confirm the address & the payment.
    2. He refused to install the system in my premises until he got the documents which I had already submitted to the sales executive. I had to rush back home to resubmit the documents to get the connection.
    3. The installation engineer informed me that “the marketing team should not take the documents, if they take how will I get, until I get the document I will not install”
    AFTER SERVICE & BACK-END CALL CENTER
    1. I have been calling the CC for frequent disconnections & speed issues.
    2. I am getting the reference complaint ticket numbers each time I book a complaint from them but at the same time they are being closed without resolution or from customer consent.
    3. The most disgusting thing is that the onsite engineer who comes for servicing gives us repeated missed calls on your cell until you call him back, “ sir I am from tikona” to respond.
    4. That onsite engineer has no basic commonsense or manners on how to deal will the customers, after doing all the baloney and chatter the problem is back to square one.
    5. Finally today I had a prompt onsite supervisor stating the fact & the reason for frequent disconnection & speed issues. I appreciate him & I understand the issue is with the proximity of the access point & signal strength.
    6. Unable to contact the Nodal officer over landline, the operator never transfer the call

    BILLING TEAM
    1. Promptly I have a bill with additional Rs.500/- as installation charge.

    I would request you to discontinue the service as I am having frequent disconnection or no signal & refund my amount.
    Justify your company’s code of conduct, mission plan, service motto with this service attitude & advice if I have to further stay with it?

    Tikona Digital Networks — Subscription fees taken, no service provided yet

    Sir my client had made application for TIKONA INTERNET SERVICE for which they paid Rs. 881/- as connection charges, the cheque had cleared on 26th of december but no service had been started at their end till now.

    They had corrosponded several times to their customer care, person who acted in consert, their corporate office and appellate officer. All are mum...

    I having Tikona Digital wifi connection from last two years. but now i am to much fraudster from service of Tikona and they are not supporting to me. even whenever i am going to call to customer care so they are not picking my phone eve if i will wait for 1 hour. i have decided to discontinue this connection. in last two years ,so many times i have lodge a call but most of times i have to face many problems to resolve issues.

    I am currently a user of TIKONA with the user id [protected]. I have received my first bill from TIKONA which is shocking to me; I am disputing the bill as I have the following issue:

    The plan which I have requested is BB449 UNLIMITED Plan and based on which I made the initial payment. However, the plan which is mentioned on the bill is ADCB299. This plan ADCB299 is a limited plan which is charging me extra usage, i never requested for limited plan. So I mailed my issue to TIKONA customer care asking to rectify the plan with immedi/ate effect.
    After 24 to 30 hrs I got a mail from customer care ID with all the calculation and confirmation of plan change. It was great experience with Tikona customer care, I really appreciate.
    Thank you for your co-ordination and resolving my issue.
    I am really pleased with the manner in which my problem has been addressed and resolved. Special mention to Mr. S. Nair & Team who have taken pain in addressing my billing issue evolved due to charging me with an undesired billing plan. The team has worked with the back end billing team to understand the problem, ensured proper co-ordination, rectification and enabling me to have my desired services within a short time.
    Keep it up. Hope for similar support and co-operation in future.

    Bad service... I took the connection in 27th Nov'2010 for six months. Due to bad service like not connecting for 5days & speed, I requested to disconnect on 14th may 2011. Customer care people took the request and disconnected in 2hours. But shocking thing is I got the call on 22 june 2012 i have a due of Rs.3794.00. This people are not telling me the date i raised for disconnection & over to that they are using bad words to make me to pay. I am lodging the compliment against tikona in consumer court in bangalore.I serious request dnt take tikona connection. Its really bad service.
    worst service their marketing executives are more worried about target getting done to which they foool customers eluding into gimmick along with their service engineers providing wrong information about the connection. the technical head asuures for cancellation and full refund in 20 days and on calling customer exe at 15 th day u get to know the cancellation request is still not registered .TIKONA the worst service provider i have seen .
    Since 1st Day I am facing network disconnection and Latency issue in Tikona Broadband Internet connection, I had raised mant case for the issue but cases are closed without informing and issue is still there, fed up with the Tikona service and wasted my money on this, Please help to get this issue closed or get my money back from this Company.

    I have sent the email last week saying that the connection is not working for 2 weeks, there were no response
    I called up in my weekends 2 days.they said they will fix the problem but still not .But I have received the message saying that the problem has been fixed(there is no tecnition visti)


    I could find out the real root cause of this problem, tikona is working on the basics of Access point and receiver concept (our Old doordarshant antenna ).


    When ever there are some problem with the Access points the customer will face the problem.and thse people are dismantling the Access points with out any notifications.

    So all I request is please don't choose tikona, while you doing the research on getting broadband connection the prices of tikona will be very attractive.but while you really using it you will defiantly feeling like, you are paying for nothing and the stress and frustrations are bonus.


    And these people are doing some more trick like calculating 1GB -1000MB.(Where 24MB is going).this is like south indian film Anniyan concept(rob 5 paise from 5 crore people for 5 crore times) huge amount right?

    please be informed that this is the 4th time i am complaining regarding my broad band connection.
    My connection is not working since last 10 days.
    I have made complains via emails and also via telephone.
    Upto now, no solution for my problem.
    I am not getting any kind of service from tikona .
    This is the worst service experience i am getting in my life from tikona.
    Tikona is fruad and i am going to take this issue to media and consumer form.
    Please my money back and take your shift service back before i take legal action against tikina.

    Tikona — Connection not Working from one Month

      Since last 15 days internet is not getting started called various times to customer care but no response. My account ID is [protected], requesting kindly disconnect and arrange to take back all connection accessories and arrange to refund the money.

      Please take it very seriously otherwise I am coming to your chinchwad office and I will make halla gulla for which I not responsible.

      madam, u r truely correct.

      for the same. please contact to tikona office. and say "i want to talk to senior"... and they have to transfer the call as they cannot harss u or cut the calll bcoz the persons/executive call are getting barged 24X7...

      and regarding the bill issue... the senior will check it out by mails.
      please be patient at that time...and all time..
      i[censored] r not getting the info within 2 days..then please make a harsh re-check to them...

      and they never call to u...if they say say..then u've gotta wait for months!!!..

      AND U CAN AVAIL THE OFF FOR THOSE DAYS...NOW DAYS..TIKONA IS RECTIFIED..AND IS GOING A LITTLE BIT MORE BEST THAN EARLIER...

        It was lodged on Wed, April 28, 2010 12:10 am

        Dear Mr. Rajesh Kumar,
        I had applied for Tikona Broadband in the month of January. Had delivered
        a cheque for Rs. 500/- Axis Bank Cheque No. 000041dated 6/2/2010 for Rs.
        500/-.
        Thereafter your executives came three times to my residence and checked
        signal strength. They said connection is not feasible. So no installation
        was done at my place. The cheque remained with the executive. Now it seems
        my cheque is encashed and yesterday I received a sms from you
        communicationg me my username and password. THERE IS NO INSTALLATION AT MY
        PLACE. It seems some one has misused my cheque. Kindly disconnect any
        connection in my name anywhere forthwith and refund me my Rs. 500/-
        Complaint #[protected] Dated today.

        Congratulations to Tikona billing department for being persistent in sending bills on regular basis and charging interest at the rate of 120%. Indeed many many congratulations to the CFO of Tikona. It is an excellent business model- in modern electronic extortion. I hope you will give some management lessons in Harvard and other institues and explain the new MBAs how to run these types of businesses and make returns of 120%. Congratulations again.

        Congratulations to the customer service team for actually managing to shield up to 50 calls from me to reach the concerned person who can take action. Customer service team you are doing a wonderful job at not providing any customer service. I think you should ask your management for a raise. It has been truely frustrating experience to the customer which means that you have done a fine job

        Congratulations to the management team for hiring individuals in billing department and in customer service. They have done a tremendous job at not allowing any information to reach the management. The best part is that the management believe that everything is going well when it comes to customer satisfaction.

        May you all succeed in extorting more money from the customers. Also is Tikona going to come out with an IPO? I think I will try to see if I can buy some of your shares. I am really impressed with your business model. The best part is that it is legal

          I wanted a broadband connection for my home so i called Tikona Digital Networks. The technical executive came to my Home for a demo but since the signal was too weak they suggested for a device to be installed on my terrace. I paid an installation charge of 500 but since the device could not be installed on my terrace they assured me the return of my installation amount.
          I have been following up with them for the past 1.5 months but to no avail.

          I have the same problem with them. I installed their wireless modem and subscribed for plan of Rs.799/- with 1 mbps speed. But i was shocked when i noticed that internet speed was just 12 kbps. This company is really kidding with customer. I called in their Tikona Care centre and they had given me a complain id and assured me that they will send their engineer to my office next day. I waited for 2 days but no one came to my office. I was facing the problem of no connectivity for another 5 days. Finally I told them that I want to unsubscribe and want my money back, but the story was not over, After one month they send me a gift in an envelope, a gift for not using the internet, off course they send me the bill of Rs.1120/-

          Tikona is cheating with their prospects and existing customers. I will file a complaint against this company in consumer court.

              Tikona Digital Network Pvt. Ltd — Cheque misplaced by the company

              We have take internet connectivity through this company. Our user ID No. [protected] in the name of Swarada Sontakke and we have issued ICICI cheque No. 775813/26.03.10 a sum of Rs. 500/-. They have misplaced & not deposited in the bank. Without any communication or not confirming with us they have disconnected out network connection. Since last 15 to 20 days we are suffering without our fault. They have not given any written commincation to us that they misplaced the cheque. I have intimated to ICICI bank for stop payment of that cheque and issued a new cheque.
              Regularily I am calling them for re-connection but I am not receiving any positive response from them.
              Why should I suffer ? Why I have to do all these bank exercise ?

                actually i applied for ticona broad band service on 24/3/2010. by paying cheque of Rs.500.
                after some days the installation team came for signal checking and they found there is no signal. and promise to send back my cheque (sbi-madanapalli cheque no 383208.).but on 15/4/10. i got message to my mobile saying 'your service has been activated and this is your user name and password".i got shocked and raise a complient to the customer care with complient number[protected] .i had strongly said that "HOW CAN YOU SEND ME MESSAGE LIKE THAT WITH PROVIDING SERVICE OR WITH OUT DOING ANY INSTALLATIONS". but on 19/4/10 they give me another shock amount from my account has been dedected. and again i raised a complient against them in customer care with number[protected] .
                please help me regarding this.

                I have a same issue now with sales people took Rs 1500 cash for the connection. As I didnt give the cheque I need to give the one month advance payement. They havent provided the connection at my bangalore BTM 1st stage location yet.Dont trust these guys anymore.

                i am stay in south delhi i am very fustrate with ticona's persons at the time of payment they gave a fake commetment now its more then 1 month they are not install a internet in my home even coustmer care person not take action i also complaint to nodal officer who is veer garg but he was also not taking any action this is my personal advice to all persons do not take ticonas connection otherwise you also suffer like me........
                I have the taken the tikona connection on 7 nov 2011 in electronic city area. According the plan, they are going to provide upto 3gb with 2mbps. But this people are bulfing and cheating people. First day it will be fine speed come up to 500 bps.Next day onwords it will not work at all. For opening Tikona url it will take nearly 15 mins.

                I making continuosly complaint for the past 1 week. costomer care people simple tell there r going to send engineer to your place but they will never send.

                Tikono is big fauld orgainization please dont take this connection.

                  My complaint is against Tikona Digital Networks for not installing WiFI (wireless internet) at my home. I have paid for the service but still after regular follow-up, i have not got WiFi from the Tikona Broadband service provider. I got the connection on 3rd March 2010 and today is 17th April so its been almost 1.5 months that i am following up with Tikona customer care. I have 5 request number with me i.e. 1-[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected]. All these requests include request for installing WiFIat my home with other requests like giving a longer wire etc. In addition, i have not got my bill for the month of march, neither a soft copy at my e-mail address nor a hard copy at residence address and tikona call center executives had called me n number of times to pay my bill, i have got a message on my mobile for the amount and as the due date was coming near, i paid the amount yesterday online, but still i havenot got my bill and i am following for the bill also for the last one week.
                  In addition, Call center executives of Tikona call center are very very very very rude and they dont know how to talk to customers and they dont know how to solve a particular problem and everytime they just give a new request number which gets closed without my consultation or fulfilling my request/s.
                  Thank you so much for looking into this matter, i hope to get some response from your side on this matter.

                  Tikona Digital Networks — Payed but never got anything

                  I applied for tikona 15 days ago . the guys who i submited the form never picked my phone after that . the customer care says they have information about my case and there will be someone sent with router and connection material .
                  after 3days i make another complain .

                  Tikona how far do you think your vision will go with such a service ?
                  tikona where the service is all around you in triangle.... but not to you .
                  i had tikona connection in the month of 22 nov and i paid 800 for installation i ws told that the 300 wold be refund when i willl disconnect the connection..later i was bill for the perio 22 to 25 no for extra usuage beyond the limit and that was calculated as per days..we haven't used that much of internet but all did happen while installing the tikona antivirus and running the speed test..the next month too the usage went beyound limit as we had plan for 299 but the bill came for more than 500 which was equal to unlimited usage ..so we decided to change the plan after we finish the next month bill period..but later when we change the plan the bill period it was too calculated with 499 plan for the month of march and we were not using the internet for month of march and april so we paid almost 800 + 500 + 637 + 500 + 671 for using only less than 3 gb ..we disconnected the connection but still they will be sending us the bill..it is one of the pathetic service and the wrong information provided by the cx service..about the billing plans and charges as we lost even 300 rs for changing the plan for which we were not informed also rs. 5oo cheque which was posted after a long time without my knowledge..

                  Tikona — NOT GIVEN CONNECTION

                  I HAVE PAID 500RS FOR TIKONA CONNECTION ON 11-04-10 BUT STILL NOW NO ONE GIVEN THE INTERNET ACCESS WHILE AT THE TIME OF RECEVING THE CHEQUE THE MARKETING PERSON GIVEN ASSURANCE THAT WITHIN TWO DAYS WE CAN ABLE TO PROVIDE NET ACCESS. I ALSO ASKED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. TIKONA CUSTOMER CARE IS WORST THAN ALL OTHER CUSTOMER CARE. WHILE READING THIS DONT GIVE ANY AMOUNT TO TIKONA PERSONS BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUD.

                    Your salesman, Govind approached visited my residence on the 11th April 2010. I agreed to the nanostation product to be installed at my place within 2 working days.

                    There was no response from your team until Wednesday when you so-called Engineer visited us and installed the device on Wednesday afternoon. He tested and concluded that the speed was extremely pathetic and would have to check the bandwidth at the head office. He was supposed to call us in the evening however no response..

                    These two fraudsters are not answering their mobile phone since the time they left my residence.

                    You customer care keeps telling me that they will escalate my issue on high priority but again no use... Today is friday and my connection is still not working...

                    I am already too sick of this service and and regretting my biggest mistake of getting lured in your stupid ads....

                    i have been using Tikona for about 3 months now, initially everything was good, speed and availability of net wrok etc, last 2 weeks on my tarrif plan of FUL 1399 against the guaranteed speed of 1 mbps i am getting only 0.3 - 0.5 mbps this is backed by by tests on various on line speed testing websites like www.speedtest.net

                    This has been the case for the past 2 weeks at least, if this is not a case of clear cut CHEATING of the customer by promising and charging for a high level of service and providing a substandard product.

                    Calling the customer care if of no use, the poor chaps there have no idea of whats going on, they keep putting the call on hold and come back and say sorry to put you on hold, you ask a question they put your call back on hold, of the 10 minute phone call i had with them i was on hold for over 7.5 minutes...

                    pls cancel your connections with tikona this company does not deserve be in business, especially when there are better products out there from airtel and even from the PSU MTNL

                    Despite lodging several complaints with your customer support department I didn’t get any solution other than being falsely assured that the issue would be addressed within couple of hours.

                    I am extremely disappointed with all such false commitments given to me by your customer support department & sales executive (Sagar) who misguided me in choosing the wrong plan.

                    As per the discussion with Mr Sagar I had opted UNLTD849 Plan under which I was assured that I will be getting 1Mbps bandwidth. However, the fact of the matter is I got the suggested plan but not the same speed which was offered to me initially. Currently I am getting 512 kbps speed which too gets sluggish frequently.
                    Mr. Sagar has cheated me by giving fake, incomplete & wrong information.

                    Calling the customer care if of no use, they have no idea of what’s going on, they keep putting the call on hold and come back and say sorry to put you on hold, you ask a question they put your call back on hold again, after keeping me on hold executive had assured me that I will receive call within 30 mints from concern engineer but it have been more the 5 days still I haven’t been attended.
                    From past 1.5 moths I am facing the problem of speed.

                    And so I have decided to discontinue with the service since it’s of no worth paying for such pathetic service.

                      Tikona digital Net work is a wireless but useless net work I had seen in my internet experience. At the time of installing, they promised a prompt customer care but when a problem comes and complaint was lodged nobody bothers to attend on that and even if any technician comes he would be a new guy without any knowledge of their Network. Apart from this their billing and accounting is poor and they do not update the payments received. In your next bill they promptly add the bill which you have already paid. In this regard I complained several times and every time a new guy will attend on complaint and you have tell the entire story of your payments and their billing.But ultimate result is zero. I got fedup with their attitude. I will get rid of this service provider very soon after setteling my account with them.

                      They will never disconnect your service, instead of that they will keep on charging you. You will start getting bills maybe after an year gap and threatening calls and messages too.
                      Please take this matter very seriously and try to spread this message as much as you can.
                      I was harassed so much by this company.
                      They charged me so much and even after paying final settlement they did not disconnected the service.

                        I'm new customer of TIKONA facing lots of problem due to some very poor customer service.

                        My user ID is [protected] & plan is unlimited 499. Plan was effective from MArch 4, 2010.

                        However after usage of first 2-3 days, there was some issue with signal & some low speed, also facing connectivity issues.

                        Hence i first rang toll free customer care number on 7th MArch 10 and they given me a complaint number and assuered that complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs.
                        But unfortunately 48 hrs never completed as i tried call center no every alternate day but every time fresh complaint number was given.

                        After weeks time i got frustrated & call up sales guy & he gave number of one engineer Mr.Anil who in return visited my residance for 1st time on 13/3/2010. After checking the system, he was convinced that there was some poor signal problem. Then he gave a Nano stn2. But as at that time he was not carrying cable reqd for fitment so he promised to visit next day i.e. on 14/3/2010.

                        After Mr.Anil's promise i thought problem may get resolved but i was wrong & problem was further increased.

                        Initially i was chassing only cal center no, but since 14th MArch i was chasing Mr.Anil (Cont - [protected]) as well requesting him to visit & complete necessary instalment. On every call Mr.Anil promised to visit in 1 - 2 hrs but he never turned up nor he called to inform that he may not able to come.

                        Finally today when i shouted on him, he send another engg for Nano stn fitment but poor problem got worst.

                        NO ENGINEER IS READY TO GIVE ANY DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER FOR ANY ASSISTANCE WHICH PLEASE NOTE.

                        Attached is the screenshot of speed test. Result is 40 KBPS.

                        Please advice me for Whom should i chase n expect some kind of solution.

                        Awaiting for some solution n positive revert.

                          I am one of Tikona's frustrated customer having a customer Id: [protected]

                          I am not being able to access Internet because of some network issues since more than 20 Days. In this regard I had raised several complaints vide numbers like[protected],
                          [protected] and many others which I could not keep record of.

                          However, every time I call customer care , I get a response like my issue would get resolved within 6 hrs, 12 hrs, 24 Hrs etc... But nothing happens. Sometime even I had received calls from service executives that they would come within one or two hours and no body turns up after that.

                          This issue I have raised to area managers, but nothing happened.

                          I am tikona broad band user and i would like to share my experience.
                          TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL.
                          People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection)
                          Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works

                          If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while, paid their bills even though the bill was never sent or received.
                          Walked up to their door steps explained, the service was active for a week. One of the Tikona officials asked me to ignore the bill (which was sent by SMS) and now they have disconnected the connection.

                          However, I still liked their practice of disconnecting the connection and then sending the bill.

                            I have a tikona Wibro connection.my connection got activated on dec 5th 2009.till january it was working fine.after that it started not working.their network strength is fluctuating.(0-max)
                            i had given several complaints and not yet rectified.

                            I agree with this. I have a 256Kbps unlimited home plan and yesterday the staff tells me that I am to expect a connection speed of 88 to 256 but using NetMeter I see that my download are capped at around 164 many of them only about 85Kbps, 111Kbps and so on. In fact Mr. Ansari of Rajkot (in my conference call with Mr. Lalji of Ahmedabad) also went on to say that if I want speeds around 256 I need to purchase their 512 plan, why do I have to pay higher and still get lowest bandwidth.

                            When they sold the connection to me they never mentioned that I am to expect 88 to 256 speeds, in fact it is not on their website too. All sorts of complaints, by phone, by customer care, by email all falls on deaf ears.

                                Tikona marketing person said to me that they are going to give me the minimum speed of 256kbps. but i'm getting only 5-10kbps downloading speed. i tried to call tikona technical team many times but no one from them are able to give me the proper solution. looks as if myself is cheated by the tikona company.......

                                I complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company for engineer visit to my house for the the wi -fi connection, every time they give me a new complaint number and ask me to wait for 24-48 hours but i do not get any response from the concern team or the department.The first request i made was on 11 march, you tell me don't you think it has been more than 24-48 hours since then.The customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer and when you ask for a supervisor they say that the supervisor is busy with other customer and ask us to call back again.Even i am a working girl i don't have that much time to call you guys again n again.They do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office.

                                More over Tikona marketing person said to me that they are going to give me the minimum speed of 300 kbps. but i'm getting only 100-150 kbps downloading speed. i tried to call tikona technical team many times but no one from them are able to give me the proper solution. It looks as if i am cheated by the tikona company...

                                I really want somebody to help me regarding this .Please help me.

                                  at the time i payed DD of 800 rs. service provider had promised to install it with in 2 days, but now 2 weeks have passed and i haven't got the connection yet. i got a mail by there side that my connection had been started from 29th of march, and i am getting charged for the service which i am not using.                                   Tikona Digital Networks — Delay in Installation

                                  I registered for new connection of tikona broadband on 5th Nov 2011. I was assured of installation within 6-7 days. I made the payment of Rs. 1102 by cheque on same day. As per my account statement, the amount was debited from my account as on 9th Nov 2011.
                                  However, despite repeated calls and never ending mails there is no response from the company for the installation of service.
                                  On every call i only get an assurance of installation in next 24 hrs. But that 24hrs are yet to be finished since last 15 days.
                                  Today 2nd Dec 2011, i dropped a mail to the company email address regarding cancellation of my registration.
                                  But would like to teach this kind of companies a lesson which takes the customer for granted.
                                  Strict action needs to be taken against tikona

                                    I have applied for Internet connection in Tikona. The representive Mr. Harshal collect the doc and Rs.500 Cheque. After 2days, the engineer came and check the network. There was no network coverage of Tikona at my place. After that I called the representive to back my cheque. I put several complaint, write several messages to Tikona Care. Every time they send me one new complaint ID. I did not get any installation modem and service from Tikona. Last time I called to costumer care, the person did n't want to listen my complaint. He says, your userID is already generated and there is no complaint, where as I have lots of proofs for my complaint. The Tikona is really harashing people and do not response well. I want my money back and do not want to waste time behind 500/-
                                    After being repeatedly reporting about the complaint from the day one of installation. its been 15 days and only thing customer care keeps saying is, we have forwarded your request technical support. which i dont know how many days it would take to resolve the issue. the sales person said they are providing a wireless connection, which Tikona has provided a wired connection( FALSE COMMITMENT 1)which we get only 450-600kbs( False commitment 2), and it takes one hour for connecting.
                                    Customer care says we are resolving the issue, if we ask for the ETA for the they say they dont have one( First Company to see).
                                    The worst after sales service provided by the technical support team.
                                    No response . No follow up.
                                    don't even know what the solution is what i guess.
                                    If we ask something they say they don't have access point near by and i have to bear with the connectivity

                                      This complaint is w.r.t the worst internet service provided by Tikona Digital Networks to its customers.
                                      I recently subscribed to Tikona Digital Networks which projects itself as India's best Digital ISP.

                                      I am now victim of this ISP after paying Rs.500 towards intallation charges for a 300kbps internet with a Wi-Fi enabled modem.The service provider has deceived us by installing broadband connection with a cable modem. In addition this cable connection works only intermittently with a very low speed of 2Kbps to 3 Kbps.

                                      I made ample number calls to the Tikona care and ended up gaining nothing. Every time we make a call , they ask of a time period of 24 hours which now added up to 15 days.

                                      In spite of all these we have given a request for cancellation of my internet connection. I was told that , the disconnection will happen within seven days. Till date[8th day] neither the Wi-FI Modem is installed nor the termination of the subscription took place.

                                      Hey guys tariq is right about the Tikona Digital Service. I was one of their customer, their services are really pathatic and responce on helpline threible. I am no more using thair service. I request to you guys that if you can avaiod to take thair service and have other service provider in your area, don't go with Tikona.

                                        I had Tikona broadband connection installed at my home on 29.03.2010. Next day only the connection was UP during day. Went OFF AIR on the same day in night. I made complaints on 2/4/2010 and consistently followed up with their Customer Care almost everyday till today i.e. 10/4/2010. Infact sent mails to the customer care as well as NodalOfficer-Andhra Pradesh region and Head of Sales too. Whenever I called CS, the response on complaint is 'under progress'. None bothered to rectify the problem till date. I had never come across such a WORST SERVICE PROVIDER and CARELESS/NEGLIGENT service towards customers.....am taking up this issue with Consumer Forum as the company should pay for their negligence.....

                                        CUSTOMERS....... BEWARE....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME RUNNING AROUND THIS KIND OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS....GO FOR QUALITY DOESNT MATTER PRICE.....
