Billing and accounting of Tikona

Tikona digital Net work is a wireless but useless net work I had seen in my internet experience. At the time of installing, they promised a prompt customer care but when a problem comes and complaint was lodged nobody bothers to attend on that and even if any technician comes he would be a new guy without any knowledge of their Network. Apart from this their billing and accounting is poor and they do not update the payments received....

No Network Since Last 20 Days

I am not being able to access Internet because of some network issues since more than 20 Days. In this regard I had raised several complaints vide numbers like[protected],
[protected] and many others which I could not keep record of.

However, every time I call customer care , I get a response like my issue would get resolved...

Poor network

Wrong commitment the marketing person

Tikona marketing person said to me that they are going to give me the minimum speed of 256kbps. but i'm getting only 5-10kbps downloading speed. i tried to call tikona technical team many times but no one from them are able to give me the proper solution. looks as if myself is cheated by the tikona company..........

delay in connection

at the time i payed DD of 800 rs. service provider had promised to install it with in 2 days, but now 2 weeks have passed and i haven't got the connection yet. i got a mail by there side that my connection had been started from 29th of march, and i am getting charged for the service which i am not using. Want My Money Refund, always get new complaint ID but no action

I have applied for Internet connection in Tikona. The representive Mr. Harshal collect the doc and Rs.500 Cheque. After 2days, the engineer came and check the network. There was no network coverage of Tikona at my place. After that I called the representive to back my cheque. I put several complaint, write several messages to Tikona Care. Every time they send me one new complaint ID. I did not get any installation modem and service from Tikona....

Gross negligence in Customer Services

I had Tikona broadband connection installed at my home on 29.03.2010. Next day only the connection was UP during day. Went OFF AIR on the same day in night. I made complaints on 2/4/2010 and consistently followed up with their Customer Care almost everyday till today i.e. 10/4/2010. no service at all

i have a tikona broadband a spped of 300kbps and download speed is 150kbps but download speed is only 8 to 12 kbps and some time work and connection was disconcted somany time i have connected past one month and i call their customer care daily 2 time call but no proper reply and not send engineer. and also chiting their man as a installation charges Rs.500/- + cabaling charge by their customer care persona told we have no charges any cabaling...

I got Connection on 21 march 2010, but after one day net is disconnected(or slow speed)
then i complaint to customer care on 22 march to 26 i didnt get ant proper response then i decide to disconnect GREAT (WORST) "TIKONA" connection.
that day they gave me complaint umber for engineer visit.but untill today iam getting new complaint numbers but not a engineer visit.

no honest , no proper commitment...

Bad services, speed is almost non.

some of the tikona executive came to my house for the connection of wireless broadband. So i fill the form and took a broadband connection of tikona by paying 500 rupees of installation charge, which is refundable, i select a plan of 150kbps downloading speed. but i didn't get the speed. my connection's speed is 20 to 40 kbps since the date of my connection is started. there are 15 days are over i have complaint...

Bad service / Unfriendly Behaviour

Tikona Broadband Sales People Misusing The Customer's Documents
